Abstract

Public service is an activity carried out by a person, group, or certain agency to provide services to the community to facilitate a process of achieving certain goals, both from a social, political, and economic perspective. This research was conducted with the aims: 1) To find out the Village government's planning in improving the quality of public services in Sepapan Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency, 2) To find out the organization of the village government in improving the quality of public services in Sepapan Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency, 3) To find out how the village head supervises in improving the quality of public services in Sepapan Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency, and 4) To find out the form of BPD supervision of village heads in improving the quality of public services in Sepapan Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The subjects of this research were the village head, village staff, and the Sepapan village community. The results of this research indicate that public service management in Sepapan village, Jerowaru subdistrict can be said to be good, this is strengthened by the findings made by researchers during field observations, and the completeness of data in providing public services.

Abstract

Village development is one of the matters that is an authority village. As implications from maintenance development that, of course just will need financing or sources reception village. Abstract

The potential of the tourism sector has a huge influence on the lives of local communities, such as the presence of traders selling various foods, drinks, and souvenirs, as well as providing transportation and various other services. This research aims to find out what the impact of community economic income through tourism is, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for tourism development in Pare Mas village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which aims to explain or describe a situation, event, or object such as a person, or anything related to research. Analysis of data obtained based on data in the field, the analysis process has four stages, namely reduction, triangulation, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. Based on research conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research are (1) an Analysis of the impact of tourism in Pare Mas village on community income including (a) Business opportunities, and the impact of tourism in Pare Mas village in terms of community business opportunities to open business opportunities for them. This impact was felt directly by business people who previously did not work or housewives who had no income, as well as by people who previously worked but saw better opportunities at tourist attractions. (b) Infrastructure development, the existence of tourist attractions influences the development or improvement of better infrastructure, such as the construction of road access, prayer rooms, and bathrooms to attract tourists. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for tourism, (a) Supporting factors, support from the government by providing financial assistance every year, participation of Pokdarwis youth in Pare Mas village in conveying their ideas and aspirations, and community participation in managing tourist attractions in Pare Mas village. (b) Inhibiting factors, unfavorable weather which results in fewer visitors coming, promotions are still lacking, and human resources are still inadequate.

Abstract

Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) have become an important instrument in improving the economy of village communities in Indonesia, especially in Pandan Wangi Village. One of the main roles of BUMDes is as a means of increasing village funds through various appropriate development strategies. This research aims to analyze the strategic management of BUMDes development to increase Pandan Wangi Village funds at the local level. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting in-depth interviews with BUMDes managers as well as documentation studies related to managing BUMDes development strategies as a means of increasing village funds, including Business diversification, marketing local products, developing collaboration with external parties, and strengthening internal management of BUMDes. By implementing these strategies, BUMDes can become a motor for sustainable local economic development and significantly contribute to increasing village funds. It is hoped that this research can provide input for BUMDes managers, the Regional Government, and related parties in developing BUMDes as a solution to improving the welfare of the Pandan Wangi Village Community.

Abstract

Innovation and entrepreneurship are vital factors in spurring company progress in the era of competitive globalization. Rapid changes in technology, markets, and consumer needs emphasize the need for companies to continually adapt and evolve. In the context of increasingly fierce competition, innovation is the main key that differentiates between growing and stagnant companies. Entrepreneurship brings a broader concept of turning creative ideas into real business opportunities. Although awareness of the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship is increasing, there are still a number of challenges that must be overcome in implementing these concepts effectively in Indonesia. Overall, companies that are successful in managing innovation and developing entrepreneurship have several key factors that support their success. A strong innovation culture, high management support, and employee involvement in the innovation process are very important elements to be accepted by companies to improve innovative and entrepreneurial performance.

Abstract

Reading ability is the main basis not only for teaching Indonesian itself but also for teaching other subjects. Currently, there are still many teachers who have not carried out their functions as professional teachers. This research was conducted with objectives 1). to determine students' development in reading ability in class 1 MI NW Keruak and to determine the influence of picture and letter media in reading ability in class I MI NW Keruak. This research is qualitative research carried out. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques, using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Based on the research results: Firstly, to discover the development of students' reading skills in class 1 MI NW Keruak, this has been carried out very well by the class teacher. Several developments are carried out by teachers, including: 1). Teacher as facilitator. 2). Teacher as director. 3). Teacher as a motivator. Second, the influence of picture and letter media on the reading ability of students in class 1 MI NW Keruak is classified as very good and continues to increase every year. Third, there are several benefits of image and letter media in reading, including 1). Supporting factors include a good school environment, good learning media, good learning facilities, and teachers who can make the class lively and full of passion: 2). Inhibiting factors, including students sometimes not going to school, insufficient pocket money, poor student health, there are students from broken homes and the level of intelligence of each student.

Abstract

Education for human life is an absolute life that must be fulfilled throughout life. Without education, a group of people will find it difficult to live and develop in line with their ideals to progress. This research aims to describe how the implementation of the Takrir method in strength students' memorization of prayer readings in PAI subjects at SDN 1 Setungkep Lingsar and to determine the impact of implementing the Takrir method on memorizing prayer readings for grade III students at SDN 1 Setungkep Lingsar. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This descriptive qualitative approach is an approach that describes or depicts a problem or event. Data collection was carried out in three ways, namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used data condensation collection techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In testing the validity of the data using three methods, namely extending observation, increasing persistence, and triangulation. Based on the research results, two things were pound (1) the implementation of the Takrir method to strengthen students' memorization of prayer readings went through 3 stages. Opening, Centauri, and implementation (2) impact implementing the taker method of strengthening memorization of prayer readings are: increased memorization increased fluency, increased persistence, and increased istikomah.

Abstract

Character has a meaning like universal human nature where it adheres to the life factors of each individual. Character is like spiritual nature, morals or manners, motivation, and skills. This research focuses on the role of teachers in forming the character of class student V at SDN Bagik Krongkong. It aims to analyze the role of teachers in forming the character of class V students, as well as the inhibiting factors and supporting factors in forming the character of class V students at SDN Bagik Krongkong. The teacher's role, which is the research's focus, is as an educator, demonstrator, class manager, motivator, and evaluator. The character values that are the focus of the research are religion, honesty, discipline, independence, social caring, and responsibility. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation with research subjects consisting of fifth-grade teachers and students. The data analysis stages are data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Testing the validity of the data in this study used triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that: (1) The role of teachers in forming the character of class V students at SDN Bagik Krongkong is carried out with several teacher roles, namely teacher as educator, teacher as demonstrator, teacher as class manager, teacher as motivator and teacher as evaluator, (2) Supporting factors for the role of teachers in forming the character of class V students at SDN Bagik Krongkong are the family environment and facilities and infrastructure, while factors inhibiting the role of teachers in forming the character of class V students at SDN Bagik Krongkong include the family environment and teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the role of parental and teacher guidance on student learning achievement in mathematics, 2) determine the challenges of parents and teachers in guiding students, and 3) determine the increase in student learning achievement at MI NW Tenges-Enges. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study conclude the role of parental and teacher guidance on student learning achievement in mathematics in class V MI NW Tenges-Enges, where the role of teacher guidance has been running well and the role of adult guidance is still not running well because there are parents who are still less able to divide their time between work and guiding children, do not understand the material and parents do not know what to do when they have to guide students in studying at home. The suggestions based on the research that has been done are: 1) for teachers, teachers must be patient in guiding students, especially in explaining the material, guiding students who are less focused during learning and students who rarely attend school. 2) students, should understand the study time and playtime during learning. 3) parents, must pay more attention to children in learning, especially parents must be able to divide their time to guide children in learning.

Abstract

Globalization has resulted in the easy penetration of very sophisticated technology from developed countries to developing countries such as Indonesia (global village). In this era, the role of technology is vital, if people in a country are unable to optimize the role of technology, it can be said that information and communication technology will be left behind by other countries. This study aims to explore and describe the benefits of information and communication technology (ICT) in civics learning in grade 5 of Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, involving classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning documentation using ICT. The results of the study indicate that the integration of ICT in civics learning in grade 5 of Elementary School provides various significant benefits. First, ICT increases student involvement in the teaching and learning process. Tools such as multimedia presentations, educational videos, and interactive applications make students more interested and enthusiastic about learning. Second, the use of ICT helps students understand civic concepts better through visualizations and simulations that facilitate understanding of abstract material. Third, teachers feel helped by the existence of information and communication technology in delivering lesson materials more effectively and efficiently, as well as facilitating the evaluation process through online quizzes and tests that can be assessed directly.
