Abstract

As time goes by, society is now continuing to develop by choosing quality educational institutions and being able to create intelligent and quality generations. So it is important for schools to promote their schools well. Or known as School Marketing Management. To capture interest and become an attraction of education, one of them is the image of the school. Because the image of the school will be a consideration for parents to send their children to school. The research method uses the library research method. To find information related to the theme, namely School Marketing Management: Building Image and Attracting Potential Students. The search results show that Marketing Management is planning, directing, and supervising all marketing activities of the company or part of marketing. If associated with the world of schools or education, it is a process that must be carried out by schools or madrasas to provide satisfaction to stakeholders and the community. Which aims to know and understand customer needs and be able to provide services that are in accordance with customer needs. To form a good image in an Educational Institution, schools must know how to do promotions well that are effective and efficient. But before that, every school must ensure that there are 8 things that the school must have. So if these 8 things have been met, it will make it easier to market the school.

Abstract

This research evaluates the effectiveness of the Penggerak School Program at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar in improving the quality of education. The research background focuses on the challenges faced by the Indonesian education system, especially in implementing the Independent Curriculum. The research objective is to analyze five program interventions, including theme selection based on the Pancasila profile, curriculum development, learning innovation, and financial management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that SMA Negeri 2 Makassar succeeded in implementing program interventions well, creating an inclusive learning environment and focusing on student character. This school is active in teacher training and the use of educational technology, as well as implementing projects related to Pancasila values. The conclusion of this research confirms that the Penggerak School Program can improve the quality of education through curriculum transformation and character strengthening, which has a positive impact on student achievement and the relevance of education in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between income levels and the level of welfare of tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs. The research used a quantitative descriptive research approach. The population in this study was 28 tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs. And the sample used population research because it was less than 100 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. With the type of data, namely quantitative data, while the data sources used were primary data. Data analysis techniques were income analysis, simple regression analysis, and t-test as a hypothesis test. Based on the results of the income analysis, it shows the results of the activities of tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs whose average amount is IDR 3,866,071 per month and is large enough to help and improve their family's economy. This can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test with the t-test which shows t count = 3.830> t table = 1.813 so that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted with the direction of regression Y = 3.7 + 1.2X. This shows that the independent variable (income level) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (the level of welfare of tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs' households). For further research, it is expected to take more samples and use other variables besides the variables used by the current researcher, so that it can attract the interest of the community to process this tofu and tempeh even more.

Abstract

The Drill method is a teaching method to instill and maintain good habits and to acquire dexterity, accuracy and skills. The goal to be achieved is to find out whether the Drill method has an effect on the learning effectiveness of Class VIII students of MTs. Raudlatu Wathoni. In this study, the population was Class VIII MTs. Raudlatu Wathoni, while the sample used was class VIII students of MTs. Raudlatu Wathoni. Data collection techniques were carried out by pre-test and post-test. This type of research is experimental. Based on the results of the study and data collection obtained from the Control group (student learning outcome data using the Drill learning method approach (exercise) obtained the highest score for students in the control group was 80 and the lowest score was 20. While the highest score for students in the experimental group was 90 and the lowest score was 25. From the calculation results obtained the average (mean) of the experimental group for student learning effectiveness was 63.83 with a standard deviation (SD) for the control group was 16.97 while for student learning effectiveness obtained the average (mean) was 53.84 with a standard deviation (SD) of 16.03. From the results of the test that has been carried out using the t-test formula obtained tcount tcount = 2.85> ttable = 1.994 at a significance level of 5%. By comparing the tcount price with ttable from the test results, it is stated that tcount> ttable or tcount 2.85> ttable 1.994. Thus, there is a positive and significant influence of the learning method Drills (exercises) have an effect on the learning outcomes of social studies of class VIII students of MTs. Raudlatu Wathoni.

Abstract

This research is an experimental type that aims to determine the differences in the use of the Quiz Team learning method with the STAD learning method on interest and learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were 63 students of class VIII of SMPN 1 Jerowaru. The sample in this study was 61 students of class VIII of SMPN 1 Jerowaru, experimental class I using the Quiz Team learning method and experimental class II using the STAD learning method. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and test techniques. Data analysis techniques used normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests using the t-test formula. The results of the study obtained from the average value of learning interest for experimental class I = 64.5333. While for experimental class II the average value = 58.0323, there is a difference or difference in the average value between experimental class I and experimental class II of 6.501 and the results of the hypothesis test using the t-test formula = 5.8098. And the results of the study obtained from the average value of learning outcomes for experimental class I = 83.4667, while for experimental class II = 80.87097, there is a difference or difference in the average value between experimental class I and experiment II of 2.59573. The results of the hypothesis test of the learning interest variable using the t-test formula = 5.8098, while the results of the hypothesis test of the learning outcome variable using the t-test formula = 2.0414. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant difference using the Quiz Team learning method with the STAD learning method on the interests and learning outcomes of class VIII in integrated social studies subjects at SMPN 1 Jerowaru.

Abstract

This research analyzes students' multiple intelligences through a questionnaire. The results showed that students were more confident in linguistic abilities compared to artistic and physical activities. The T-test showed there were no significant differences between the groups tested. Apart from that, the influence of extracurricular activities and students' daily activities is very influential in shaping their preferences and abilities. These findings provide insight into student preferences that can aid the development of more effective and inclusive teaching methods, and underscore the importance of supporting extracurricular activities in the development of students' multiple intelligences. Therefore, understanding the role of a holistic learning environment can increase students' potential intelligence in various fields. This research also identified that family and teacher support in extracurricular activities contributed significantly to increasing students' self-confidence and independence. Apart from that, the results of this research can be a consideration in making educational policies that are more responsive to the various needs and potential of students. This study illustrates the importance of integrating the concept of multiple intelligences in the existing school curriculum, with an emphasis on a more personalized and adaptive learning approach. In this way, it is hoped that students can develop various aspects of their intelligence optimally, so that they become more competitive and insightful individuals in the future.

Abstract

This research examines Al-Ghazali's views regarding Islamic learning theory and its application in modern education. Al-Ghazali, an 11th century Muslim scholar and philosopher, emphasized the importance of integrating intellectual and spiritual knowledge in the learning process. This study analyzes the principles of education and learning proposed by Al-Ghazali through his main works, such as "Ihya Ulumuddin" and "Mizan al-'Amal". The research results show that Al-Ghazali prioritizes character and moral education, as well as effective interactive learning methods. This method includes multi-sensory use, project-based learning, and spiritual reflection. Although there are challenges in implementation, such as cultural adaptation and teacher training, the impact on character development and student learning motivation is very significant. This research concludes that Al-Ghazali's learning theory offers a holistic and inclusive approach that is relevant for modern education systems. Implementation of these principles helps prepare students not only for academic success but also for a life of morality and noble character. In addition, this research provides recommendations for the integration of Islamic values ​​in the education curriculum and the development of learning methods that are more relevant to the demands of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning motivation by using the singing method. Children of various ages basically enjoy listening, singing and learning with songs/songs, especially at the early childhood education level which is very identical to songs/songs. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative methods. The research data were obtained using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The increase in students' learning motivation is marked by the increasing number of positive columns (yes) filled in each of the established indicators. The research results obtained were (1) Indicator "Focus attention on the researcher" from 20 students, 14 (70%) positive columns (yes) filled in the pre-cycle, 15 (75%) columns in cycle I and 18 (90%) columns in cycle II, (2) Indicator "Listening to the researcher's explanation" from 20 students, 15 (75%) positive columns (yes) filled in the pre-cycle, 17 (85%) columns in cycle I, and 18 (190%) columns in cycle II, (3) Indicator "Enthusiasm in participating in learning" from 20 students, 13 (65%) positive columns (yes) filled in the pre-cycle, 15 (75%) columns in cycle I, and 19 (95%) columns in cycle II, (4) Indicator "singing together" from 20 students, 10 (50%) positive columns (yes) filled in the pre-cycle, 11 (55%) columns in cycle I, and 17 (85%) columns in cycle II, (5) Indicator “responding well” from 20 students, 12 (60%) positive columns (yes) filled in pre-cycle, 14 (70%) columns in cycle I, and 19 (95%) columns in cycle II, (6) Indicator “answering questions” from 20 students, 13 (65%) positive columns (yes) filled in pre-cycle, 13 (65%) columns in cycle I, and 17 (85%) columns in cycle II.

Abstract

The main purpose of the company is to create and distribute goods or services needed by consumers to obtain profit or benefits in maintaining the survival of the company and grow and develop in a more advanced direction. The purpose of this study is to determine partially and simultaneously capital, raw materials, labor and transportation have a significant influence on the level of household income of woven cloth craftsmen in Sade village against 36 respondents as research samples. The sampling technique used was interview, observation and questionnaire. The variables proposed are capital, raw materials, labor and transportation. The results of this study indicate that partially the capital variable has a significant influence of 0.000% on the level of household income of woven cloth craftsmen in Pringgasela village, the raw material variable is significant 0.017% on the level of household income of woven cloth craftsmen in Pringgasela village, the raw material variable, labor variable is significant 0.008% on the level of household income of woven cloth craftsmen in Pringgasela village, the transportation variable is significant 0.030% on the level of household income of woven cloth craftsmen in Pringgasela village. From the variables studied, the most influential variable is the capital variable with a regression coefficient of 0.038. And the variable with the smallest influence is the transportation variable with a t-count level of 0.016 which is smaller than the predetermined significance level (0.05).

Abstract

Children's education is a very important thing in efforts to build and develop children's potential in the future, so this education is very important for the progress of the nation, society, family, and parents. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of parents' economic status on improving student achievement at MTs Raudlatul Wathoni Taman Sari. The method used is the ex post facto research method. The population of the study was 25 students of class VII MTs Raudlatul Wathoni Taman Sari. The sample of this study was the entire population. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaires and documentation. To analyze the data, the t-test was used. The results of this study concluded that the economic situation of parents did not have a significant effect on student achievement at class VII MTs Raudlatul Wathoni Taman Sari. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, the calculated value was obtained = 1.27 while the t table at a 5% error level was 1.714, so it was concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was not accepted.
