Abstract

The use of learning media that has been applied so far still has various shortcomings, both in terms of design, material, and language. Based on these problems, the author formulates the research problem, namely: "How is the development process, level of feasibility, and student response to the PowerPoint iSpring Presenter learning media on vocabulary material?" This study aims to develop learning media based on PowerPoint iSpring Presenter on vocabulary material and to determine the feasibility, effectiveness, and student response to the media. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method by adapting the development model from Borg & Gall. Data collection techniques are carried out through questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of research conducted at MI Muhammadiyah Krakitan, it was obtained that the development of PowerPoint iSpring Presenter media includes three main aspects, namely design, material, and language. The validation results from the media expert team showed an average percentage of 84%. Validation from the material expert team obtained an average of 89%, and validation from the language expert team reached an average of 92%. Student responses to the appeal of learning media, based on small-scale trials, obtained an average score of 86.5% with the interpretation category "Very Interesting". In large-scale trials, the average score increased to 95.7% with the category “Very Interesting”. Meanwhile, the response from educators as media users showed an average score of 86% with the interpretation category “Very Appropriate”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of audio-visual media in learning Fiqh on the material of jama' and qasar prayers at MI Sirojuttholibin. The learning process at this madrasah utilizes various available facilities and infrastructure, such as projectors, speakers, computers, and laptops, to support the learning process. With the use of audio-visual media, it is expected that grade III students can understand and practice the material of jama' and qasar prayers well. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of audio-visual media, such as videos, during the learning process can help students understand and practice the implementation of jama' and qasar prayers correctly.

Abstract

Value-based leadership is essential for building a positive work culture, which can improve employee performance and satisfaction. Leaders can create a work environment that supports innovation and collaboration. By instilling values such as honesty, mutual respect, and responsibility, an effective leader can motivate and inspire team members to achieve business goals while also developing the character and integrity of each team member. When these values are adopted by all employees, they foster a strong sense of ownership and commitment to the company's vision and mission. The result is a positive organizational culture. This enhances productivity, reduces turnover rates, and boosts employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to the low level of student discipline in elementary and junior high schools from the perspectives of teachers and students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through semi-structured interviews involving an elementary school teacher, a junior high school teacher, and a junior high school student. The results indicate that internal factors such as student interest and emotions, as well as external factors such as family environment, school environment, peer influence, and educator attitudes significantly affect student discipline levels. Furthermore, various forms of disciplinary violations were identified, including truancy, tardiness, and inappropriate behavior both inside and outside the classroom. Strategies for improving student discipline involve setting clear rules, consistent enforcement, providing role models by teachers, and creating a positive classroom environment. By implementing these strategies consistently, it is expected that student discipline will improve, fostering a more effective learning atmosphere and supporting the development of responsible and independent student character.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah berkontribusi terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur yang melibatkan staf administrasi yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan sarana di sebuah sekolah menengah atas negeri, didukung oleh tinjauan pustaka. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan meliputi inventarisasi, perencanaan, pengadaan, pemanfaatan, pemeliharaan, dan evaluasi berkala, yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan sekolah. Meskipun telah dilakukan upaya pengelolaan secara sistematis, tantangan seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan kurangnya kepedulian pengguna masih menjadi masalah. Sarana yang dikelola dengan baik dan akuntabel sangat mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

The development strategy and method in learning fiqh subjects in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) with a contextual learning model aims to improve students' cognitive learning abilities in order to create an active learning atmosphere and increase students' enthusiasm and interest. The purpose of the study is to analyze the planning, management, and evaluation of fiqh subject learning from PAI teachers at MA Hasyimiyah Sukolilo Bancar. And this study uses a descriptive method and a qualitative approach, which is through observation with fiqh teachers, using a contextual learning model taught in class X. In managing learning, the contextual learning model is applied through the stages of constructivity, findings, questions, learning communities, modeling, reflection, and also authentic assessment. The discussion of this study is the application of contextual learning in fiqh subjects at MA Hasyimiyah Bancar. The method used is qualitative research and a phenomenological approach, which focuses on the implementation to be carried out, the evaluation model used, and the learning outcomes achieved in contextual model learning in fiqh subjects. And the results show that the learning planning has been done well, including the formulation of objectives, materials delivered, strategies used, correct methods, techniques, and tactics, as well as development in the syllabus, and is ready for comprehensive teaching. The learning outcomes show that students are able to understand in detail the Islamic laws related to muamalah which are carried out in a good and correct manner. In addition, they gain meaningful knowledge in fiqh learning, instill Islamic legal values such as spiritual awareness and skills, and are able to distinguish between halal and haram (riba) buying and selling. This learning also contributes to building strong learning motivation, forming students' characters who are responsible, disciplined, tolerant, and growing honest, polite, and confident attitudes.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) merupakan metode pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada penyelesaian masalah melalui proyek-proyek tertentu. Metode ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih mendalam dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan metode PjBL dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode PjBL memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan analisis, evaluasi, dan pemecahan masalah siswa. Selain itu, metode ini juga mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mandiri dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, PjBL dapat menjadi strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi tantangan di dunia nyata.

Abstract

Archive management is an important aspect in supporting administrative effectiveness and organizational continuity. This article discusses various archival concepts ranging from the definition of archives, storage systems and procedures, vertical and horizontal classification of archives, to the management of dynamic and static archives. In addition, it also discusses the importance of correspondence retention, archive maintenance, and archiving vital documents to ensure the security and accessibility of information. The method used in this study is a literature study by collecting and analyzing various sources related to archives. The results show that the implementation of a structured archiving system and proper procedures can improve work efficiency

Abstract

Studi ini menekankan pentingnya memahami peran sosial Masjid Menara Kudus dalam budaya Jawa lokal, dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi agama Emile Durkheim sebagai kerangka kerja. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya studi yang menghubungkan lembaga keagamaan, seperti masjid, dengan teori sosiologi klasik dalam konteks Indonesia. Masjid Menara Kudus berfungsi lebih dari sekadar tempat ibadah; masjid juga merupakan pusat kegiatan sosial dan budaya, serta simbol integrasi Islam dan tradisi Jawa. Oleh karena itu, studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana masjid merepresentasikan simbol-simbol kolektif dan memelihara kohesi sosial melalui ritual dan tradisi keagamaan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan memanfaatkan metode riset kepustakaan untuk menelusuri data dari sumber primer dan sekunder yang relevan. Hasilnya mengungkapkan dua kesimpulan utama. Pertama, Masjid Menara Kudus menjalankan fungsi simbolis dan integratif yang dijelaskan Durkheim dalam teorinya tentang fungsi sosial agama. Fungsi-fungsi ini memperkuat kesadaran kolektif melalui ritual-ritual seperti haul, ziarah, tahlilan, dan pengajian. Kedua, masjid telah menjadi institusi adaptif yang menjaga batas-batas antara yang sakral dan yang profan, sekaligus merespons perubahan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, masjid bukan sekadar representasi nilai-nilai Islam normatif, melainkan juga ruang sosial yang hidup, yang menyatukan agama dan budaya lokal secara harmonis dan fungsional.

Abstract

Perilaku bullying terus berkembang di lingkungan sekolah dan berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan mental, emosional, dan sosial siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya pencegahan yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam dalam mencegah perilaku bullying dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya di SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dan dilakukan langsung di lapangan. Informan penelitian terdiri dari guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK), dan siswa. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikannya, dan kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam dilakukan melalui penanaman sikap religius, pengajian berjamaah Al-Qur'an, dan keteladanan guru dalam hal akhlak dan ibadah. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi nilai-nilai tersebut meliputi faktor internal (kesadaran diri), faktor lingkungan keluarga, dan faktor interaksi sosial. Penerapan nilai-nilai Islam terbukti berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa agar menghargai orang lain dan menolak perilaku bullying.
