Abstract

This research discusses the role of educational administration, in this case, the learning device as an effort to increase Islamic education teacher professionalism at MTS MUHAMMADIYAH Sei Rampah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The aims are to analyze: 1) the state of educational administration made by the teacher; 2) the form of teacher professionalism; and 3) the contribution of educational administration in increasing teacher professionalism. The type of this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Informants in this research were teachers of Al-Qur’an-Hadis, teachers of Akidah Akhlak, teachers of Fikih, and teachers of Islamic Culture History (SKI) at MTS Muhammadiyah SeiRampah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The results showed that the state of teacher education administration at MTS Muhammadiyah, Serdang Bedagai Regency was complete and was well applied in the learning process in the classroom. The form of teacher professionalism is carrying out duties, roles, and responsibilities as teachers well. The contributions of educational administration in developing teacher professionalism at MTS Muhammadiyah, Serdang Bedagai Regency are five, namely: (1) time management, (2) class management, (3) stimulating to innovate, (4) stimulating to develop technical skills, (5) and the concept of transformation of students.

Abstract

Administration as a joint activity exists everywhere as long as it exists humans who live and work together in groups. If we see a the factory works to produce some kind of object as its product, so there we see there is administration. If we look at an institution that trains and give a lesson that they finally get a certificate from education process, then there is administration. If we look a group of people together worship something as a symbol of power who is considered almighty or takes care of other spiritual needs in a way regularly, then there is also administration. Educational administration has a very important role in the educational process. Because the educational administration section is very broad, educational administration can be used as a determinant of goals and formulating policies in general so that it can be a tool for measuring educational progress. Educational administration greatly influences the quality of education. If the administration of an educational institution has a good structure and runs well, the quality of education will increase. Vice versa, if the educational administration structure is not good and has problems, then the quality of education can decline and an evaluation must be carried out immediately. The principles of educational administration are a basis or guideline that is used as a guideline for achieving educational goals. Because by having a basis or the right principles then educational administration will be successful.

Abstract

In educational administer jation there are various scopes which are usually called the scope of educational administration. The scope of educational administration includes the field of administration, student personnel, teacher personnel, supervision, implementation and coaching. This journal uses a literature approach method that uses books, journals and other websites related to the scope of administration. The results of this journal are the scope which covers several specific fields which are very important and interrelated with each other, where these fields can facilitate the educational process both in terms of administration and teaching and learning that occur in the school environment.

Abstract

  Education is a forum in which business activities in growing will develop the basic potential of humans and groups, by gaining knowledge for good results and achievements, education creates a perspective which must be developed effectively. Administration in institutions or agencies has often been heard saying, administration is a factor that can be interpreted as very important in the conditions of the rules for every activity for the progress of an agency. Qualitative research is basically research based on literature study. This qualitative research by searching library studies collects journals, documents and theses related to the Personnel Administration of Educational Institutions which are based on the writing of this article, then linked to this research. This research describes the results of presentations from journals, books and other references, to find out the relationship between the Administration implementation process Personnel in the educational institution.

Abstract

A school usually has educators or teachers, learners or students, educational staff and facilities that support the educational process. The most important thing in implementing school activities is the students, whose abilities and potential will continue to be developed. The school has a big role in developing the abilities and potential of students, apart from that the school is also responsible for good management so that students get their rights and obligations at school. Therefore, it is necessary to have student administration in every school. Student administration is an important type of administration in an educational institution, especially schools. In general, student administration will relate to all matters relating to students so that student administration must be carried out systematically, regularly, directed and planned in order to support the success of the school in carrying out its roles and responsibilities

Abstract

The curriculum plays an important role in creating a good and useful future generation for the nation and state. Creating young men and women who have the characteristics of being responsible, creative, innovative, and who are experts. The curriculum is the heart of the school and the school is the heart of society and society is the heart of a country and nation. So that the nation will progress if it has human resources of high quality, character and quality. However, curriculum development often finds many problems that require solutions. This study aims to identify problems with curriculum and learning in research character education using literature review methods. From the results of the study, it was found that there is a problem with character education curriculum and learning, namely that the formulation of the character education curriculum is still under the interests of group politics. The educational curriculum also overlaps with the curriculum for citizenship education, Pancasila education and religious education. Meanwhile, the problem of character education learning boils down to methods, media, an educational environment that is not conducive, and the loss of role models from parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ideologi dan paradigma politik pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana ideologi dan paradigma politik mempengaruhi dan membentuk sistem pendidikan Islam, serta implikasinya terhadap kebijakan pendidikan di negara-negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim. Dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber literatur, baik primer maupun sekunder, penelitian ini menganalisis pandangan teoritis dan praktis mengenai hubungan antara agama dan politik dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ideologi politik yang dominan dalam suatu negara memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kurikulum, metode pengajaran, dan orientasi pendidikan Islam. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada perbedaan paradigma pendidikan Islam antara negara-negara dengan latar belakang politik yang berbeda, yang mencerminkan variasi dalam interpretasi dan implementasi ajaran Islam dalam sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk memahami secara komprehensif dinamika pendidikan Islam, perlu mempertimbangkan aspek ideologis dan politik yang melingkupinya

Abstract

The research conducted at MIN 1 Medan aims to find out how important the role of guidance and counseling teachers is in dealing with problems experienced by students in elementary schools. However, in this case, the one who has duties and obligations in dealing with the problems faced by students at MIN 1 Medan is the class teacher. As someone who interacts most often with students, the homeroom teacher must be able to understand every aspect of the development experienced by students. The method that the author uses in this research is descriptive qualitative methods. By conducting interviews with several homeroom teachers at MIN 1 Medan, data was obtained which will then be analyzed in order to complete the data in writing. The research results show that the homeroom teacher at MIN 1 Medan has carried out his duties well. So that students' needs in their development have been met.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of Constructivism Theory in teaching Aqidah Akhlak at Muhammadiyah Middle School, Tebing Tinggi City. Through qualitative methods including interviews and documentation review, this research explores how teachers apply Constructivism Theory to improve student engagement and learning outcomes Findings reveal that when teachers apply Constructivism Theory, students become more actively involved in the learning process, resulting in a dynamic and interactive classroom environment The implementation of constructivist theory also faces challenges. Challenges arise when students are apathetic or unresponsive, thus hindering the full realization of the benefits of theory. This study highlights the importance of aligning educational theory with classroom practice in Islamic education and offers insights for improving teaching methods in Islamic schools.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of internship experience and interest work and self-efficacy towards work readiness of STIE Bina Karya students in Tebing Tinggi City. The research method used is survey research quantitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 394 active students STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi City. Data collection techniques use questionnaire by distributing it to STIE Bina Karya Kota Tebing Tinggi students and documentation by taking references from books, journals and other relevant sources. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption analysis, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis and coefficient testing determination. The research results show that there is an influence of experience internship, work interest and self-efficacy simultaneously influence work readiness students of STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi City. This can be seen in Eq linear multiple regression is Y = 24.266 + 0.089X1 + 0.172X2 + 0.040X3. Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that the significance value (Sig.) is 0.000 < 0.05, and and obtained a coefficient of determination value of 0.598 (59.8%) so that it can be obtained It was concluded that internship experience, work interest and self-efficacy were significant together or simultaneously influence student work readiness STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi City
