Abstract

This research is included in quantitative research. Quantitative research is research that uses numbers either directly taken from research results or data processed using statistical analysis. The results of the study indicate that the principal's leadership style has a significant and positive influence on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Pendidikan Jaya Penggalian, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The effective contribution of this variable to teacher performance reached 71.9%, with a relative contribution of 88.9%. This shows that effective principal leadership plays a very important role in improving teacher performance. Work motivation has a significant influence, but with a smaller contribution to teacher performance, namely with an effective contribution of 9% and a relative contribution of 11.1%. Although work motivation is important, in the context of this study, its impact on teacher performance is not as great as the influence of the principal's leadership style. Simultaneously, the principal's leadership style and work motivation together explain 80.9% of the variation in teacher performance. This shows that these two variables are very determining factors in improving teacher performance, although with a clear dominance of the principal's leadership style

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the concept of character formation of students at the Bustanul Ulum GUPPI Private Islamic Senior High School, Tebing Tinggi City; To determine the Strategy of Islamic Cultural History Subject Teachers in Efforts to Form Student Character at the Bustanul Ulum GUPPI Private Islamic Senior High School, Tebing Tinggi City and To determine the obstacles faced by Islamic Cultural History Subject Teachers in Forming Student Character at the Bustanul Ulum GUPPI Private Islamic Senior High School, Tebing Tinggi City. This study is a qualitative study that explains in depth about what is obtained from others, either in written or oral form from people and observable behavior. The results of the study show that the concept of character formation of students at the Bustanul Ulum GUPPI Private Islamic Senior High School, Tebing Tinggi City is based on the integration of moral, ethical, and Islamic religious values ​​into all aspects of education. Character education in this madrasah is designed to shape students into individuals who have noble morals, have positive traits and natures, and behave in accordance with Islamic and national values. The strategy implemented by the subject teacher of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) at Bustanul Ulum GUPPI Private Islamic Senior High School in Tebing Tinggi City in an effort to form students' character focuses on the integration of moral and ethical values ​​into the learning materials. SKI teachers use an approach that involves telling inspiring stories from Islamic history, reflective discussions, and emphasizing the application of character values ​​in everyday life. SKI teachers also utilize key moments in teaching to instill values ​​such as honesty, hard work, and responsibility. In addition, teachers encourage active student involvement through discussions that allow them to relate the subject matter to personal experiences, so that character values ​​become more relevant and easier to understand.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Gadget Technology on the Morals of Students at Yapim Indrapura Private Vocational School, Batu Bara Regency; to determine the level of use of Gadget Technology at Yapim Indrapura Private Vocational School, Batu Bara Regency and to determine the magnitude of the contribution of Gadget Technology to the Morals of Students at Yapim Indrapura Private Vocational School, Batu Bara Regency. This study is included in quantitative research. Quantitative research is research that uses numbers either directly taken from research results or data processed using statistical analysis. The results of the study indicate that the Category of the level of use of Gadget Technology at Yapim Indrapura Private Vocational School, Batu Bara Regency is included in the moderate category, which is in the interval 35.00 - 40.20 with an average value of 37.61. The t-count value is 14.056 with a sig. value of 0.001, thus it can be seen that the t-count value (14.056) is > than t-table (2.00958). Likewise with the sig value (0.001) <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of Gadget Technology on Student Morals at SMK Swasta Yapim Indrapura, Batu Bara Regency. The Determination Coefficient can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.497 or 49.7%. This shows that the variable Use of gadget technology (variable X) can affect student morals (variable Y) by 49.7%, the remaining 50.3% (100% -49.7%) is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research study design. This research aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation related to fostering students' religious character through Spiritual Islamic activities (Islamic Spirituality) at State Senior High School 1, Tebing Tinggi District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research obtained information by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation from primary and secondary data sources. Primary data comes from several informants as sources for interview activities, namely the principal, deputy principal, Islamic Spirituality teacher/counsel, Guidance Counseling teacher and representatives of several students who actively take part in Islamic Spirituality activities at State Senior High School 1 Tebing Tinggi District Serdang Bedagai Regency. Data was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and making conclusions/verification. Research data is checked for validity using extended observations, increasing persistence, triangulation and using reference materials.The results of this research show that 1) Planning for Islamic Spiritual activities in developing the religious character of students at State Senior High School 1, Tebing Tinggi District, namely: planning related to schedules, work programs/activities, materials, methods and infrastructure that support Spiritual activities Islam. 2) Implementation of Islamic Spiritual activities in developing the religious character of students at State High School 1, Tebing Tinggi District, namely: Opening of Islamic Spiritual activities by the moderator, followed by reading the holy verses of the Koran, taking attendance of students, then the main activity in delivering the material by Islamic Spiritual Guide / murabbi. followed by discussion based on the theme/discussion material, ending with reflections and closing. Some of the processes include: The coach provides a positive example (exemplary) to students, fosters awareness of faith in students, carries out several habits which are carried out repeatedly and motivates students so that Islamic spiritual activities carried out with this process can make students have character. religious. 3) Evaluation: It can be seen based on several work programs for Islamic Spiritual activities that have been implemented, based on the attendance of Muslim students who take part in Islamic Spiritual activities, based on the students' daily attitude values ​​and the notes in the Guidance Counseling guidance book, in this case, the nature of a person's religious character It still cannot be measured, but it comes back to self-awareness and environmental factors. Religious character development is carried out as a form of effort to become a better person

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kualitatif.Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang di alami oleh subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas guru, dengan latar belakang masalah banyaknya guru guru yang ketertinggalan zaman terutama dalam menggunakan teknologi. hal itu dapat dilihat masih banyak guru terkhusus yang tua dalam cara mengajarnya masih manual dalam artian masih sering menggunakan papan tulis dan buku.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas guru di sekolah tersebut dan strategi apa saja yang dilakukan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kualitas guru di SMA Negeri 1 Kec Air Putih Kab Batu Bara,  untuk mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas guru pada era globalisasi beserta solusinya.hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa meningkatkan kualitas guru pada era globalisasi dilakukan dengan cara kepala sekolah sering membuat bimtek atau seminar seminar untuk guru guru dan memonitoring guru guru serta melakukan supervise kepada guru guru.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Kec Air Putih Kab Batu Bara sudah semaksimal mungkin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi guru PAI dalam mengurangi akhlak tercela pada siswa penguna aplikasi tiktok. dengan latar belakang masalah akhlak tercela siswa masih kurang baik, yang disebabkan oleh aplikasi tiktok. hal itu dapat dilihat masih ada siswa yang kurang baik dalam prilaku dan bertutur kata terhadap guru dan teman-temannya, ketika orang tua susruh atau memanggil suka membantah, dan suka pamer atas dirinya hilang rasa malu sehingga gemar joget-joget diaplikasi tiktok. Akibat itu semua karena konten-konten, filtur-fultur, musik-musik yang tidak baik sehingga siswa salah menggunakan aplikasi tiktok maka timbullah akhlak tercela siswa dan siswi MA Rohani Ikhwanul muslimin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi guru PAI dalam mengurangi akhlak tercela pada siswa akibat aplikasi tiktok dilakukan dengan cara kepala sekolah mengarahkan guru PAI agar memberi teladan kepada siswa, kepalah sekolah juga menghimbau kepada guru PAI agar menyajikan materi akhlak sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku, dan melakukan himbauwan agar jangan sampai menyalah gunakan aplikasi tiktok, dengan mengajar, mendidik, bekerja sama dengan orang tua siswa, seperti pemanggilan orang tua siswa ke sekolah dan meminta kepada mereka untuk mengontrol hp atau tontonan siswa diaplikasi tiktok saat di rumah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan guru PAI dalam mengurangi akhlak tercela pada siswa pengguna aplikasi tiktok di Madrasah Aliyah Rohani Ikhwanul Muslimin desa penggalangan kecamatan tebing syahbandar kabupaten serdang bedagai sudah semaksimal mungkin.

Abstract

This study discusses the Strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving students' morals at SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih. Given the current lack of student morals. A simple example, when students meet or meet face to face with teachers, the students do not want to greet and reprimand the teacher. And such as swearing, being lazy to worship, fighting, mocking each other, fighting teachers Therefore, the author raised this title as a thesis research. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method using a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, documentation, and interviews. The author hopes that with this research. The author also hopes that the results of this study can be useful for interested parties and can be a reference for further research.

Abstract

The development and reinforcement of life skills among students are crucial aspects of their character and competency growth. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Muhadharah (public speaking) program in enhancing public speaking skills and other life skills at Pesantren MA Swasta Zakiyu Najah in Sei Rampah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The Muhadharah program is designed to train students in effective speaking skills, material mastery, and confidence in communication. The research employs a qualitative approach with data analysis through observations, interviews, and document studies. The findings indicate that the Muhadharah program successfully improved students' public speaking skills, enhanced their communication abilities, and positively impacted other life skills such as leadership, empathy, and adaptability. The program also contributed to the development of students' mental resilience and self-confidence in social and academic settings. The conclusion of this study is that the Muhadharah program is an effective strategy for life skill development in pesantren, providing positive outcomes for students' personal growth. It is recommended that this program be continuously developed and tailored to meet students' needs to maximize its benefits within the pesantren educational context.

Abstract

There are many methods and media that can be utilized in learning activities including memorizing the Qur'an. This study will focus on the application of methods and media utilized in memorizing the Qur'an. One of the media used is audio-visual media. The use of media in learning is believed to have a very good impact, but in memorizing the Qur'an it is still rarely used. The problems in this study are: 1. How is the implementation of the audio-visual learning method in improving the ability of students to memorize the Qur'an at the Imam Muslim Islamic boarding school 2) How to improve the ability of students to face the Qur'an at the Imam Muslim Islamic boarding school. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of memorization skills using audio-visual media, and to see how students participate in using audio-visual media. To solve the above problems, an experimental research method was used with a pre-experimental design research design through a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The data in this study were collected through test and questionnaire techniques. The results showed that there was a significant influence in the application of the memorization method using audio-visual. While the response of students in the use of audio visuals can bargain well So, it can be concluded that the application of memorization methods through audio visuals can improve memorization skills at the Imam Muslim Islamic boarding school

Abstract

Pendidikan TK merupakan tugas penting yang didalamnya terdapat pemberlajaran dari peran-peran yang harus dilakukan sebaik mungkin oleh guru. Sekolah TK Ade Hawari yang dimana sekolah tersebut menerima siswa normal dan siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang memberikan kesempatan untuk siswa berkebutuhan khusus untuk bersekolah di TK formal karena sekolah tersebut merasa kasihan terhadap orang tua yang kesulitan dengan ekonominya. Bentuk-bentuk yang dilakukan oleh guru memberi fasilitor bermain melalui ide-ide yang sudah di buat oleh guru. Kemudian pada masa anak usia dini guru harus lebih mampu menunjukan kompentensi peran guru dalam membimbing siswa di sekolah Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK). Tipe penelitian ini tergolong deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan Peran Guru Dalam Mendidik Anak Normal dan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di TK Ade Hawari Dusun VII Desa Firdaus. Jumlah informan utama dalam penelitian ini ada 1 guru dan 2 orang tua murid TK Ade Hawari serta 1 informan kunci yaitu Kepala Sekolah sekaligus guru yang mengajar di sekolah TK Ade Hawari dan 1 informan tambahan yaitu penjual jajanan di sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah studi kepustakaan, wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung kelapangan. Hasil penelitian yaitu menunjukan bahwa peran guru dalam mendidik anak normal sebagai Informator, inisiator, Motivator, Transmitter, Fasilititator Evaluator. Sedangkan peran guru dalam mendidik anak berkebutuhan khusus sebagai Informator, Motivator, Fasilitator, Evaluator.
