Abstract

Genius children, or what in psychological terms are called gifted children, are children who have high intellectual talents. Gifted children show different characteristics from children their age, not only in cognitive development, but also in social and emotional development. Parents and teachers of gifted children often experience frustration and despair in dealing with gifted children's behavior. Ignorance of the behavior of gifted children, which is often considered to deviate from normal patterns, causes parents and teachers to think that the child has behavioral and mental disorders. A deep understanding of various aspects of the growth and development and personality of gifted children is very necessary to avoid misunderstandings about them. Gifted children often experience extraordinary growth and development that is different from other children. So far, educational attention for gifted children has focused more on intellectual aspects or academic problems, while attention to the intensity of personality factors is still very minimal. Many gifted children who should be able to develop their genius actually lose the opportunity to live and develop naturally.

Abstract

Penggunaan media Wordwall dalam pembelajaran interaktif salah satunya adalah pembelajaran bahasa Inggris pada mahasiswa UIN Raden Intan Lampung menunjukkan efektivitas yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana Wordwall, sebagai platform pembelajaran digital interaktif, dapat memfasilitasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan mahasiswa, dan analisis hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Wordwall meningkatkan motivasi belajar, partisipasi aktif, dan pemahaman materi pelajaran. Mahasiswa melaporkan bahwa fitur-fitur interaktif Wordwall, seperti kuis, permainan kata, dan latihan interaktif, membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih dinamis dan membantu mereka dalam menguasai kosakata, tata bahasa, dan keterampilan komunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Wordwall adalah alat yang efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran interaktif salah satunya adalah pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan baik dalam kurikulum pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

The process of speaking allows children to express themselves, express ideas, and state thoughts orally. However, at Sinar Husni Foundation Elementary School in Medan City, it was found that there are still students who have low participation in class discussions, they have difficulty expressing their opinions, and lack confidence when speaking in public. This indicates a problem in students' communication skills. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Show and Tell method in improving students' speaking skills. The subjects of this research are students of Sinar Husni Foundation Elementary School in Medan City. The data analysis technique uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The methods used in this study include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that Sinar Husni Foundation Elementary School Medan City successfully applied the Show and Tell method effectively in improving students' speaking ability. This can be seen from 1) Increased student confidence, 2) Increased students' speaking skills with clearer information delivery, and 3) Encouraging more active interaction between students, both as speakers and as listeners. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Show and Tell method has a positive effect on students' speaking skills at Sinar Husni Foundation Elementary School in Medan City. This method is effective in increasing students' participation in class discussions and their confidence when speaking in public.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran pesantren (pondok pesantren) sebagai lembaga pendidikan, dakwah, dan sosial dalam melawan radikalisme dan terorisme di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai literatur dan penelitian terdahulu terkait peran pesantren dalam menjaga stabilitas sosial dan keamanan nasional. Pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional mempunyai peranan penting dalam membentuk karakter dan akhlak santri melalui pendidikan agama yang moderat dan inklusif. Selain itu, pesantren ikut terlibat dalam menyebarkan dakwah yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai toleransi, perdamaian, dan keadilan. Sebagai lembaga sosial, pesantren berperan aktif dalam kegiatan kemasyarakatan yang bertujuan memperkuat kohesi sosial dan mencegah penyebaran ideologi radikal. Temuan tinjauan pustaka ini menunjukkan bahwa pesantren mempunyai potensi besar dalam menangkal radikalisme dan terorisme melalui pendekatan pendidikan holistik berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam yang mengedepankan perdamaian dan kasih sayang untuk semua (rahmatan lil 'alamin). Oleh karena itu, penguatan peran pesantren dalam upaya deradikalisasi dan pencegahan terorisme memerlukan perhatian dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah dan masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan tentang pengajaran Syaikh Abdul Qahhar Ngruweng kepada para raja Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat. Teknik analisa datanya melalui analisis isi dengan memilah-milah data yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Tulisan ini menemukan beberapa kesimpulan bahwa Syaikh Abdul Qahhar melakukan pengajaran pendidikan keislaman berikut. Pertama, cara mengajarkan syariat Islam dengan pengertian fikih diajarkan berdasar madzab Syafiiyah, yakni beliau menulis ulang "Kitab Sittin Mas'alah" karya Syaikh Abul Abbas Ahmad Az-Zahid Kedua, cara pengajaran tarekat dilakukan melalui perealisasian empat tarekat berikut, antara lain: Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah, Tarekat Akmaliyah, Tarekat Hurufiyah, dan Tarekat Syattariyah. Ketiga, cara pengajaran tarekat dilakukan dengan penempuhan empat tarekat d atas, juga dengan menjelaslan tujuh asal-usul yang berasal dari ayah dan ibu, yaitu: wulu, kulit, daging, getih, otot, balung, dan sungsum dan dari Tuhan ada lima, yaitu pangrasa, pangucap, pangganda, pangrungu, dan paningal walau pada dasarnya semua berasal dari Tuhan. Keempat, cara pengajaran pendidikan agama Islam kepada para raja Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat dan murid yang lainnya dilakukan melalui dua cara, yaitu pengajaran makrifat secara umum (ammah) dan pengajaran makrifat secara khusus (khash)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the talaqqi method in student memorization in the Tahfiz extracurricular program at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 68. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Research data was obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the talaqqi method is applied in student memorization in the Tahfiz extracurricular program at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al-Washliyah 68 through several stages, namely: 1. Introduction 2. Core Activities 3. Closing. Through observation, interviews, and documentation, this study reveals the benefits of the application of the talaqqi method at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al-Washliyah 68, such as improving memorization, understanding, and faith. In addition, this study also identifies the constraints faced in the implementation of this method, especially related to human resources and student characteristics. The results of this study provide a significant contribution to the development of more effective tahfiz programs by considering the advantages and disadvantages of the talaqqi method

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The form of Islamic religious education instilled by families in children in Neighborhood 6, Satria Village, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City (2) The role of families in instilling Islamic religious education in children in Neighborhood 6, Satria Village, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of families in instilling Islamic religious education in children in Neighborhood 6, Satria Village, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City. This type of research uses a qualitative-descriptive research method. Data obtained through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification/drawing conclusions. The technique for checking the validity of the data is to use persistence/consistency and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The form of Islamic religious education instilled by families in children in Environment 6, Satria Village, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City is education in faith, worship, morals, and morals (adab) (2) Families, especially parents, act as educators, motivators, supervisors, role models, and providers of learning facilities for children. (3) Supporting factors are the family's economic situation, high parental education, a good community environment, parental determination, and children's enthusiasm for learning. While the inhibiting factors are a less than good environment, technological developments, parents' busyness, parents who do not understand Islamic teachings, children's low intelligence levels, and children's laziness to learn.

Abstract

This research is included in quantitative research. Quantitative research is research that uses numbers either directly taken from research results or data processed using statistical analysis. The research results show that a simple linear regression test uses the IBM SPSS version 27 for Windows tool. The results of calculating the simple regression coefficient above show that the constant coefficient value is 11.184, the independent variable coefficient (X) is 0.738. So we get the regression equation Y = 11.184 + 0.738X. The tcount value is 10,877 with a sig value. 0.001, thus it can be seen that the value of tcount (10.877) > than ttable (1.6626). Likewise, the sig value (0.001) < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the use of PowerPoint media on students' interest in learning in Islamic religious education subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih, Air Putih District. The Determination Coefficient can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.582 or 58%. This shows that the variable Use of PowerPoint Media (variable which were not included in this research such as learning strategies, student learning motivation, school environment and so on which were not examined in this research.

Abstract

The research results show that SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih shows a strong commitment to the values ​​of religious moderation, with a main focus on tolerance, inclusivity and respect for differences in beliefs. This approach is reflected in the formal curriculum, extracurricular activities, and social activities that encourage interfaith dialogue. Based on the learning strategy implemented by the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation, the following conclusions can be drawn, namely a Holistic Approach to Learning; Interactive Learning Methods; Involvement in Extracurricular Activities; Resource Use and Collaboration; School Support and Commitment. Overall, the learning strategies implemented by Islamic Education Teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih have proven their effectiveness in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation in students. With a comprehensive, interactive approach and involving many parties, PAI teachers have succeeded in helping students understand, appreciate and internalize attitudes of tolerance and respect for religious diversity in everyday life. This is not only relevant for the educational context in schools, but also equips students with the skills necessary to live harmoniously in a multicultural and multireligious society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of media (audio visual) on student learning achievement in the subject of Akidah Akhlak at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islamic Amalia Tebing Tinggi City; to find out whether there is a difference in learning achievement between students who use audio visuals and those who do not. Educational facilities are everything that supports the teaching and learning process in an educational environment. These facilities include various facilities and equipment used to support educational activities, such as classrooms, laboratories, libraries, stationery, books, computers, and sports facilities. This study is included in quantitative research. The data collection techniques used by the researcher are Written Tests and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that the Availability and Quality of Facilities (Audiovisual) at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islamic Amalia Tebing Tinggi City are included in the moderate category, which is in the interval 33.04 - 39.07 with an average value of 36.06. This is because Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islamic Amalia Tebing Tinggi City is one of the newly established Madrasahs in Tebing Tinggi City so that the Availability and Quality of Facilities are not classified as high. In the experimental class, there was an increase in the average value from 52.41 to 75.24. There was a change of 22.83 in the experimental class. Likewise, in the control class, the average value increased from 58.11 to 63.44, which was 5.33. This means that the increase in the average value before and after treatment in the experimental class was higher than in the control class. Based on hypothesis testing of the posttest data of the experimental group in the paired samples test output table above, it is known that the Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be seen that there is an average difference between the learning outcomes of the pretest and posttest, which means that there is an influence of the media (audio visual) on students' learning achievement in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islamic Amalia, Tebing Tinggi City.
