Abstract

There is a tendency of basic footing in the education and teaching process to always refer to the reference to Western paradigms of educational theories that have been built by the characters, which is something natural, such as the theories of empiricism, nativism, and convergence. However, on the other hand, it becomes a dilemma if the tendency is grounded (crystallized) without being balanced with the motivation for Muslim educators to build educational theories from the Qur'anic paradigm. Hasn't it been recognized and believed that the Qur'an in the Islamic worldview is an absolute reference for solving various life problems, and of course that includes building educational theories? This research is a qualitative-exploratory research with a philosophical approach from documents related to the substance of the study, both primary and secondary, then analyzed by "eidetic" and interpretation methods (hermeneutics). The results of this study indicate that the Qur'an as a source of education has principles that serve as a reference for producing educational theories. These principles are monotheism and rabbaniyah, the principles of monotheism and rabbaniyah (divine spirit) are the main basis for building Qur'an-based education. Because it provides an understanding of the Oneness of God as well as the real manifestation of human essence as khalifah fil ardhi (God's representative on earth).

Abstract

E-commerce is one of the many forms of progress that emerged from the development of the internet. E-commerce offers convenience in shopping. This is one of the reasons why online shopping is preferred by most of the people. But this convenience makes some people take advantage of it for criminal acts. If this continues, e-commerce, which should lift the economy, will actually hamper the economy itself. To examine this reality in depth, in this study there are two big questions, namely first, how is the interpretation and contextualization of Q.S. Hud [11]: 84-85?. The second is how the implementation of the story of the Madyans in Q.S. Hud [11]: 84-85 on the revolution in the integrity of e-commerce entrepreneurs in Indonesia?. To explore and manage data comprehensively, in this study the researcher used the library study method. From this study the authors found: (1) In the case of buying and selling in e-commerce, Q.S. Hud [11]: 84-85 indicates that the purpose of buying and selling transactions is not only to gain profit, but is also expected to create social justice in buying and selling. This verse is an inspiration for a mental revolution to build integrity based on honest, polite, and responsible characters in the buying and selling business in e-commerce; (2) A structured system is needed to guard the actualization of the values ​​described by the Madyan people in Q.S. Hud [11]: 84-85. In addition, the mental revolution of e-commerce entrepreneurs in building integrity is important to do as an effort to ground the values ​​of the Qur'an in everyday life, by monitoring, standardizing and certifying e-commerce shops. If this effort is realized, in the era of society 5.0 this will help grow the wheels of the Indonesian economy through e-commerce efforts.

Abstract

Aisyah Abdurrahman or better known as Bintu Syati 'is a very famous female mufassirah in her era. The existence of Amin al-Khulli's style of thought - who is also Bintu Syathi's teacher and husband - made Aisyah Bintu Syathi's preference in explaining or using methods in her interpretation. The book that is in the hands of this author is Bintu Syati's monumental work in the field of interpretation "Al-Tafsīr Al-Bayāni Li Al-Qur'ān Al-Karīm" which is very concerned with enthusiasts of al-Qur'an studies. This book consists of two volumes, each of which includes 7 chapters, consisting of the letters al-Dhuha, al-Insyirah, al-Zalzalah, al-A'diyat, al-Nazi'at, al-Balad, and al-Takatsur. While the second volume consists of the letters al-Alaq, al-Qalam, al-Ashr, al-Lail, al-Fajr, al-Humazah and al-Ma'un. Thus this commentary only contains 14 short suras, taken from juz 'Ammah, chapter 30 of the Qur'an.After studying further, the style and method of interpretation of a person is greatly influenced by his intellectual background. Bintu Syati 'for example, as an interpreter with a literary background, of course, tries to look at the Qur'an from a literary perspective. By focusing on the method used by her husband, she was able to create several books of commentary-one of them is al-Tafsir al-Bayani li al-Qur'an al-Karim which consists of two volumes, each of which includes 7 short suras taken from juz 'Ammah, chapter 30 of the Qur'an.

Abstract

This research examines magic in holy Qur’an, which the magic is a maksiat and a great sin, because magic is an odd thing that seems to be an an extraordinary thing but not extraordinary. It can be including to be great sins category because magic can be learned and obtained through with demon approach by committing crimes of statement which contains destruction and praise to demon. Look at the rise if shamanic practices right now, it’s often found that people who depend on witchcraft in their view can give the benefit for him and other, even the magic essentially brings to mudharat. This phenomenon can be looked from peoples whom come to shamans as alternative medicine or to aim of predicting their future or to harm other with guna-guna because of desire and envy. In this regard, Al-Qur’an has explained how dangerous the magic, and need to necessary to understand how the nature of magic, the relationship with demon and mudharat in life. The researcher explains with the thematic interpretation with library research. This research uses primary data sources is Al-Qur’an and tafsir books as secondary data sources. The results of the research obtained that magic is real and affect someone’s soul because Al-Qur’an has explained the verses relating to the magic which happened on the prophet’s time and will not inflict to mudharat from magic to His creatures except His permission. Based of law, the magic is a prohibited act in Al-Qur’an for learn or teach it and the perpetrator of magic is punished as kafir because there is an element of devil worship on it.

Abstract

Tafsir Maqa>s{idi> sebagai salah satu alternatif penasiran yang dianggap imbang dalam menyikapi teks dan konteks tidak serta merta menempati posisi urgennya di zaman kontemporer ini. Ada dinamika yang cukup panjang, bermula kajian Maqa>s}id dari ranah Us}u>l Fikih hingga menyentuh tafsir Al-Qur’an. Dalam rentang dinamikanya, Nawawi al-Bantani juga hadir sebagai mufassir yang menggunakan Tafsir Maqa>s{idi> melalui kitab tafsirnya, Mara>h} Labi>d. Artikel ini berusaha mengelaborasi hadirnya Tafsir Maqa>s}idi> dalam ayat-ayat Ah}ka>m surah al-Baqarah. Nawawi al-Bantani dalam tema ayat salat, puasa, pemeliharaan Baitullah, perpindahan arah kiblat, pernikahan lintas agama, dan kisas menggunakan Tafsir Maqa>s{idi>. Penafsiran tersebut dianalisa menggunakan intertekstualitas Julia Kristeva untuk menemukan teks rujukan Nawawi al-Bantani dan ideologemenya. Hadirnya Tafsir Maqa>s{idi> dalam Mara>h} Labi>d disebabkan rujukan langsung Nawawi al-Bantani dari tafsir Mafa>ti>h} al-Ghaib karya al-Razi. Ar-Razi sebagai seorang mufassir yang berkontribusi dalam perkembangan Maqa>s}id al-Qur’an mempengaruhi Nawawi al-Bantani dalam memproduksi Tafsir Maqa>s{idi> dalam Mara>h} Labi>d. Alasan rujukan Nawawi al-Bantani juga berkaitan dengan tafsir ar-Razi sebagai tafsir ensiklopedik yang dijadikan rujukan banyak mufassir suni setelahnya

Abstract

Dalam diskursus dunia akademik kajian tentang Rasm al-Qur’an merupakan kajian yang selalu diperdebatkan baik dalam pola penulisan ataupun bacaannya. Beberapa ulama ada yang berpendapat bahwa tulisan rasm menggunakan pola tauqifi dan ada yang berpendapat menggunakan pola taufiqi. Terlepas dari hal itu, tidak banyak orang yang membahas tentang kemukjizatan dibalik perbedaan penulisan rasm, seperti yang ada dalam kaidah-kaidah rasm berupa al-hazf, al-ziyadah, al-hamzah, al-ibdal, al-fashal wa al-washal, dan Fima Fihi Qira’ataini Fakutiba ‘ala Ihdahuma. Salah satu ulama’ yang membahas tentang I’jaz rasm ini adalah Muhammad Syamlul dalam kitabnya yang berjudul I’jaz rasm al-Qur’an wa I’jaz al-Tilawah. Berangkat dari kegelisahan diatas penulis akan meneliti tentang bagaimana legitimasi I’jaz rasm al-Qur’an menurut syamlul dalam kitab I’jaz rasm al-Qur’an wa I’jaz al-Tilawah dan bagaimana contoh-contohnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan (library research) dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengkaji tentang kaidah-kaidah rasm dan I’jaz dibalik perbedaan penulisan rasm dalam kitab Syamlul. Adapun Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan atau pengurangan penulisan suatu lafadz tidaklah semena-mena ataupun kesalahan dari para penulis, melainkan menunjukkan adanya penambahan makna atau ada rahasia dibaliknya. Seperti penulisan pada lafadz الزكوة, pada lafadz الزكوة alif diganti dengan bentuk wawu, sebagaimana kata الصلوة, hal ini bermaksud untuk pengagungan zakat dan infaq di jalan Allah SWT, karena agungnya zakat ini membuat Abu Bakr al-Sidiq pernah memerangi orang yang tidak mau berzakat.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menelaah dan menganalisa lebih dalam tentang kitab tafsir yang ditulis oleh Syaikh Nawawi Al-Bantani yang mana telah merantau ke negara-negara Arab dan mengarungi lautan intelektual keislaman selama 30 tahun ini, agar dapat menjadi bahan dan rujukan dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Library Research atau studi pustaka. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dikaji menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu kitab tafsir Marah Labid atau al-Munir dengan sumber data sekunder dari kitab-kitab ilmu al-Qur’an, biografi dan lain lain. Hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa kitab Marah Labid atau Al-Munir adalah salah satu kitab tafsir kebanggaan Nusantara yang hadir pada abad ke 19 atau disebut juga dengan masa pra-modern. Tafsir Al-Munir adalah kitab tafsir kedua setelah Turjuman Al-Mustafid yang menafsirkan Al-Qur’an 30 juz secara lengkap. Kitab tafsir ini ditulis dengan menggunakan bahasa Arab yang terdiri dari dua jilid dan menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu: tahlily (yang tergambarkan melalui susunan tafsirnya yang berurutan dari surat Al-Fatihah sampai surat An-Nas), ijmaly (pembahasannya global) dan muqaran (perbandingan antara ayat dengan ayat), di mana penafsirannya memiliki keistimewaan dan kelemahan.

Abstract

Dalam kitab Al-Mu`jam al-Mufahras Li al-Fadhi al-Qur`an al-Karim, Al-Baqi menyebut bahwa kata Dīn dalam Al-Qur’an ditemukan sebanyak 92 kali, yang terletak pada 82 ayat yang berbeda. Dengan sangat banyaknya kata Din tersebut, ia menjadi persoalan tersendiri ketika umum dimaknai hanya sebatas “agama”. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, tulisan ini akan menganalisis makna din menggunakan teori semantik Izutsu. Alasan pemilihan Izutsu, menurut penulis, didasarkan pada metode tawaran semantiknya yang terbilang unik, samping itu Izutsu sendiri merupakan sarjana non-muslim sehingga diharapkan dapat memberi sudut pandang outsider dalam memandang masalah ini. Data primer dalam penelitian ini, diambil dari buku relasi Tuhan dan Manusia karya Izutsu. Buku ini menjadi rujukan utama dalam memahami pemikiran semantika Izutsu, termasuk mengenai makna semantik term Din dalam Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian ini ialah bahwa Izutsu beserta pemikiran semantiknya tentang din dalam Al-Qur’an pada bagian-bagian sebelumnya, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Izutsu dengan pendekatan semantiknya. Berusaha melacak perkembangan makna din melalui syair-syair jahiliyyah yang berakhir kepada Din dalam pemahaman Izutsu berakar kepada makna kebangkitan dan kepatuhan.

Abstract

Social media that is currently still loved by the public is Instagram. Of course, Instagram contains many elements in each post, for example, posts on Instagram regarding religious matters, namely about posting Islamic quotes that contain posts about verses of the Qur'an (qur'anic quotes). One of the accounts that displays content containing various kinds of Islamic quotes, reminders, and Islamic stories is @kulometer_. Uniquely, every video content of these quotes always uses the background or video background of a K-Pop artist named Jaemin, both in the content about ordinary quotes and quotes containing verses of the Qur'an, hadith, and Islamic stories. This research is descriptive research supported by Max Weber's social action theory which is oriented towards the motives and goals of the actors. This research explains the reason why the creator (account owner) uses K-Pop artist; Jaemin in his content. He does this so that K-Popers are interested in seeing what messages are conveyed in it, especially when the content contains religious elements, such as reminder quotes to always remember God. So, the results obtained contain the message that the owner of the @kulometer_ account wants to convey to his followers and to other netizens, such as religious messages where the source is quoted from the Qur'an directly. The content of these contents is a reminder to himself and others to always do good deeds, stay away from bad and bad deeds, not to be too complacent about worldly things, to always love Allah rather than worldly things.

Abstract

Pada penelitian pustaka (library research) ini memiliki tujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam makna influencer yang terdapat dalam literatur kitab-kitab tafsir terhadap surat An-Nahl ayat 125 tentang penggunaan media sosial oleh influencer. Di samping itu, penelitian ini merupakan kajian tafsir tematik agar dapat mengungkapkan makna dari influencer yang sesuai dengan petunjuk dari Al-Qur’an yang dibuktikan melalui literatur tafsir hingga menemukan aturan-aturan dari Al-Qur’an yang bermanfaat bagi influencer. Prinsip-prinsip yang terkandung dari Al-Qur’an ini bermaksud agar influencer memberikan dampak positif bagi tiap pengikutnya di media sosial. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa tiap influencer memiliki caranya tersendiri dalam menyampaikan kebaikan yang disesuaikan dengan sarana prasarana masa sekarang.
