Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi perkembangan peserta didik. Perkembangan peserta didik tidak berlangsung secara linear, melainkan merupakan proses dinamis yang dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara aspek fisiologis, psikologis, kognitif, serta lingkungan sosial, budaya, dan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka, yang menelaah berbagai literatur relevan dalam rentang sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal seperti kondisi kesehatan fisik, motivasi, minat, emosi, serta kemampuan kognitif memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kesiapan dan keberhasilan belajar peserta didik. Di sisi lain, faktor eksternal seperti pola pengasuhan keluarga, kualitas pengajaran dan kompetensi guru, interaksi dengan teman sebaya, nilai budaya masyarakat, serta kondisi lingkungan fisik sekolah secara signifikan memengaruhi perkembangan sosial, emosional, dan akademik peserta didik. Analisis temuan menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan antara faktor internal dan eksternal merupakan kunci bagi perkembangan peserta didik yang optimal. Pendidikan yang responsif terhadap kedua aspek tersebut berpotensi meningkatkan hasil belajar, motivasi, serta pembentukan karakter siswa secara lebih menyeluruh.

Abstract

The Community Practice/Field Work Program (KPB-PKL) is an academic initiative designed to provide students with hands-on experience in applying theoretical knowledge in real-world work settings. This program was conducted at ENEF Apparel, Purwakarta, aiming to assist the business partner in improving internal management. The problems identified include disorganized raw material stock management, unsystematic financial reporting, and the absence of clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the production process. In this program, students actively assisted the partner by developing a more efficient raw material stock management system, preparing simple financial reports based on basic accounting principles, and creating production SOPs to enhance the effectiveness and consistency of work processes. This activity not only provides practical benefits for the SME in improving its management quality but also enriches students’ experience in applying the knowledge gained during their academic studies. Thus, KPB-PKL serves as a platform for developing students’ competencies while contributing directly to the partner business in optimizing operational performance and productivity. The program emphasizes the importance of collaboration between academia and industry in preparing students to face professional challenges.

Abstract

The implementation of KPB/Internship aims to help students apply academic theory to real field practice and provide solutions for MSMEs, especially in management, marketing, and accounting. This program was carried out at UMKM Aneka Keripik Pak Suhendar in Ciseureuh, Purwakarta. Through observation, interviews, and simple data analysis, issues were identified such as unorganized financial records and marketing limited to offline sales. The students recommended digital marketing strategies and a simple financial recording format. These efforts are expected to help the MSME grow more systematically and expand its market reach.

Abstract

The Community Service Activity (KPB-PKL) aims to identify, analyze, and formulate Human Resource Management (HRM) issues to improve operational efficiency and business performance of the Small Medium Enterprise Qonita Food Store Dimsum Factory. The methodology utilized was a qualitative case study approach through Field Work Practice, relying on primary data collection methods: direct observation and semi-structured interviews with the owner and operational manager. Findings consistently revealed two critical HR constraints. First, a high degree of indiscipline regarding operational staff working hours, severely impacting the required consistency for B2B frozen food production. Second, limitation in specialized personnel, forcing the owner to handle crucial strategic non- production tasks like digital marketing. The cumulative impact includes decreased internal efficiency, heightened risk of failing to meet B2B client deadlines, and stunted market growth. The resulting solutions focus on strictly restructuring and enforcing working hours, establishing explicit job separation between administrative and service roles, and intensifying managerial supervision to cultivate a sustainable culture of work discipline.

Abstract

Empowering farmers to increase their knowledge and skills in using organic fertilizers is an important part of realizing a sustainable agricultural system. In Klaru sub-district, the use of urine as POC is still very low, even though the raw material is abundant. The main obstacles found were the lack of knowledge about the fermentation process, storage and application of POC, as well as the high dependence on chemical fertilizers. This community service program aims to increase the capacity of farmers in utilizing goat urine waste as raw material for making liquid organic fertilizer (Biofarm) as an alternative to chemical fertilizers. Activities include outreach, Biofarm production training, fermentation assistance, and application to plants. The training was attended by 15 farmers and resulted in increased knowledge and skills. The goat urine biofarm empowerment program has been proven to be very effective because it is able to increase farmer understanding from 40% to 85%, satisfaction from 55% to 90%, production capacity from 35% to 80%, and interest in continuing from 50% to 90%. This program has successfully improved farmers' knowledge, skills, and attitudes toward liquid organic fertilizer technology made from goat urine. In addition to providing agronomic benefits, this activity also increases cost efficiency, reduces dependence on chemical fertilizers, and strengthens farmer group collaboration in waste management and organic technology development.

Abstract

UMKM memegang peranan penting sebagai fondasi ekonomi Indonesia karena sifatnya yang fleksibel, dekat dengan masyarakat, dan mampu bertahan dalam berbagai kondisi ekonomi. NH KRIYA adalah salah satu UMKM usaha rajutan handmade di Purwakarta. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing NH KRIYA di era digital melalui optimalisasi digital marketing. Program ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi potensi produk rajutan unik dan berkualitas, mengatasi kendala promosi digital yang belum optimal, serta meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan melalui strategi online. Metode meliputi observasi operasional, wawancara dengan pemilik, pelatihan penggunaan media sosial, serta pendampingan implementasi. Hasil menunjukkan potensi besar produk rajutan NH KRIYA, namun promosi masih terbatas. Kegiatan yang di lakukan adalah membantu pembuatan katalog digital, kartu nama digital, dan kampanye promosi via Instagram serta TikTok. Dampak positif mencakup peningkatan kesadaran digital marketing, perluasan pasar, dan daya saing UMKM. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan UMKM melalui pendekatan praktis, sebagai model optimalisasi digital marketing.

Abstract

This community service project was conducted through the KPB/PKL program at UMKM Radit Keramik in Purwakarta to identify the main issues faced by the business and provide improvement recommendations. The aim of this activity was to assist the MSME in overcoming limited marketing reach, unstructured financial management, and minimal product innovation. The methods applied included observation, interviews, mentoring, and business analysis. The program resulted in digital marketing development, business legality support, financial recording recommendations, and product innovation ideas. This program is expected to strengthen business management, expand market access, and support the sustainability of Radit Keramik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the phenomenon of deepfake pornography crime from Roscoe Pound's perspective. This study uses a qualitative empirical method with a legal and conceptual approach. The data obtained includes primary and secondary data, where primary data is generated through observation, including non-participant observation. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from books on legal sociology, Roscoe Pound's writings, scientific journals, laws and regulations, and relevant scientific articles. The data collection technique was conducted through literature/documentation studies. The data analysis technique used qualitative-descriptive data analysis, namely analysis by linking the phenomenon of deepfake pornography crime with Roscoe Pound's theoretical framework. The results of the study show that, first, deepfake pornography is a criminal phenomenon involving the manipulation of images or videos of other people without permission to produce pornographic content. Second, regulations governing deepfake pornography include the TPKS Law, PDP Law, and ITE Law. However, these three laws are still considered unable to provide comprehensive legal benefits, meaning that these regulations still have shortcomings that need to be addressed, such as legal loopholes, unclear articles that require interpretation, and effective law enforcement. Third, According to Roscoe Pound, the law in deepfake pornography cases should act as a tool of social control that prioritizes real benefits in order to protect privacy and restore victims' rights fairly.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) over the past ten years has significantly changed the way companies manage their workforce, from orientation and training to skill development and performance appraisal systems. These changes not only impact work transformation methods but also force individuals to adapt comprehensively to increasingly intelligent, flexible, and autonomous technology. This research method uses a literature review that compiles and analyzes various studies related to HR readiness to face the penetration of AI in the modern workplace. The results of this study identify four main aspects of human resource readiness: digital literacy, psychological and behavioral readiness, organizational readiness, and AI ethics and governance readiness. These findings confirm that strengthening these four aspects is a crucial prerequisite for organizations to ensure effective and sustainable AI implementation that can improve performance and competitiveness in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a grand theory model of Islamic education organization governance based on spiritual leadership and digital technology to address 52% HRM disparities and low AI adaptation in Islamic educational institutions. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through classical library studies (Al-Mawardi, Ibn Khaldun), semi-structured interviews with 10 MPI experts, and NVivo thematic analysis of 25 governance-related Quranic verses. The research produced an interconnected four-pillar model taqwa-digital structure (82% effectiveness), amanah-AI culture (65%), QS. Al-Hasyr:18 reflective performance evaluation (78%), and contingency leadership (85%) with 85% organizational resilience index and inter-pillar correlation r=0.78. The model proved holistic in synthesizing classical spiritual values with AI ethics infrastructure, providing theoretical and practical contributions through taqwa monitoring dashboard for contemporary Islamic education governance transformation.
