Abstract

To develop a marketing strategy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karanggeneng Makmur Village, Sendangadi, Mlati, Sleman, and Yogyakarta using the SWOT analysis method. The village has great MSME potential but still faces various challenges in marketing its products and services, which have an impact on the economic growth of the village community as a whole. The SWOT method is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by MSMEs in the village in terms of marketing their services. Analysis results shows that MSMEs have a unique diversity of products and services, but face limited market access and a lack of knowledge about effective marketing strategies. However, there are opportunities to exploit potential markets around the village and support from local governments and non-governmental organizations. Based on the results of the analysis, an innovative and sustainable marketing strategy was developed to increase market access and income for MSMEs, which is expected to contribute to improving the economy of the village community as a whole. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide useful insights for the development of MSMEs and local economic development in rural areas.

Abstract

This community service focuses on assisting the preparation of financial reports using the Financial Information Recording Application System (SIAPIK) by integrating the Tri N Teachings (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi) at the Jogja Car AC Specialist workshop. The workshop, which has been operating for 3 years, has experienced obstacles in financial reporting such as financial records that are still manual and there is still a lack of synchronization between records and actual transactions. This Abdimas will use lecture, discussion, self-assignment, role play, and evaluation methods as problem solving efforts. The service team will provide material in the form of how to make financial reports by integrating the Tri N Teachings (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi). The hope is that after participating in this service activity, business actors can recognize and remember how to prepare financial reports in accordance with Indonesian SAK for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM), imitate and apply the knowledge gained, and develop the preparation of financial reports manually and switch to the SIAPIK accounting application system.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The teachings of Tamansiswa 3N (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi) can not only be applied in the world of education. Part of the 3N concept (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi) can also be implemented in Dinda Hayu Batik MSMEs. This community service activity aims to examine the role of digital marketing in increasing the competitiveness of MSME Dinda Hayu Batik, a traditional batik business in Yogyakarta by implementing 3N (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi). The 3N approach, which means observing (niteni), imitating (nirokke), and modifying (nambahi) is used as the main strategy in optimizing digital marketing, especially on social media and e-commerce platforms. The research methods used are counseling, interviews, social media content analysis and observation. The nirokke and nambahi stages help Dinda Hayu Batik MSMEs recognize market trends and preferences, while nirokke and nambahi enable product adaptation and innovation to better suit the tastes of modern consumers without losing batik's cultural identity.
