Education is a means of learning to improve the quality of human resources, so every country is competing to improve the quality of its people by providing qualified educational facilities, especially for children in elementary schools. However, not all elementary school students have high motivation to study and achieve their goals. Due to the high level of saturation in subjects. This activity is located in Elementary School 16 Sijuk, Belitung Regency, with 120 students divided into five classes. The method of carrying out activities is divided into several stages and classes coordinated by one person in charge of activities in that class. This service provides innovation to teach students the educational game method. In addition, this service provides understanding related to professions in Indonesia to increase students' interest in learning and achieving their goals with the Dream Tree method. After this activity, elementary school students became more cheerful and excited to take part in lessons at school, even for relatively complex material such as mathematics and English. These findings show that elementary school students need regular subject matter refreshments to reduce their stress levels and boredom in learning. Thus, the subjects the teacher teaches become more effective and efficient for them.

Abstract

Background- KEBANAN is one of the on demand service platforms created by students at Bachelorwiyata Tamansiswa University as a result of the Student Digital Entrepreneurship Innovation Program championship of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. KEBANAN is based on a mobile application that can provide a solution to banan when experiencing problems on the road with the tagline "Kebanan, so you are calmer when a tire leaks on the road". Structural Problems KEBANAN is a team of students from the UST (graduatewiyata Tamansiswa University) management study program who are currently taking their 6th semester including the Director, Production and Product Development Team, as well as the market and distribution development Team. Obligations at the end of semesters 6-7 are very high because you are required to do internships, real work studies, and thesis writing which require extra focus in terms of time, energy, and thought, so that the continuity of KEBANAN will be disrupted because the entire structure will focus on graduating on time as a main priority. If problems like this are not immediately addressed and educated, it will be worrying that the business life cycle will be shortened, and if that happens it is very unfortunate because KEBANAN has a strategic role in providing solutions for road users when there is a ban on the road. The aim of developing organizational management is to increase the sustainability of the KEBANAN startup business as the best solution. The solution to overcome this problem is in 7 ways, namely: How the team spends time, How to make a daily activity schedule, How to prioritize time wisely, How to group similar tasks, Set time limits when working on tasks, Learn to say no and eliminate distractions. After discussion, the entire KEBANAN team realized that they needed to change and made a commitment to become motivated again, starting with proper time management.

Abstract

Technological progress is something that cannot be avoided in today's life, because technological progress will run in line with scientific progress, Current technological developments have shown many extraordinary advances. Many things in the life sector have used the existence of technology itself. One of the economic forces that has been supporting the Indonesian state economy and regional economic strength is the presence of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must be able to compete in international markets so as not to be oppressed. Moreover, in this competitive era, MSME players should be aware of information technology (IT) so that they can make it easier to market products outside the region and abroad. Digital marketing has become one of the media that is often used by business people because of the new ability of consumers to follow the flow of digitalization, several companies are little by little starting to abandon conventional marketing models and switch to modern marketing. Based on the description above, we can conclude that digital marketing is very important in MSMEs. In KKN activities in Kulwaru Padukuham Serangrejo Village, where in their activities there are still many business actors who do not know and how to use digital marketing, especially marketplaces, this can be caused by various factors that occur, one of which is environmental factors.
