Pengembangan Ekonomi, Kewirausahaan, Koperasi, Industri Kreatif, dan UMKM Seperti pelatihan manajemen keuangan, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan inkubasi bisnis. Pengembangan teknologi berwawasan lingkungan Meliputi teknologi ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan limbah, dan edukasi lingkungan untuk masyarakat. Inovasi teknologi dalam bisnis Termasuk penerapan teknologi informasi, digitalisasi proses bisnis, aplikasi akuntansi dan manajemen berbasis IT, serta solusi otomatisasi usaha. Jurnal ini menerima artikel yang berasal dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pendampingan, pelatihan, pemberdayaan komunitas, implementasi teknologi tepat guna, evaluasi program, serta best practices yang relevan dengan bidang akuntansi dan manajemen.

Abstract

Translator  The purpose of this community service activity is to provide understanding to Muslim youth who become entrepreneurs so that they can carry out business practices in accordance with sharia. In addition, universities can contribute to entrepreneurship, especially for Muslim youth in accordance with sharia principles. The method used in this activity is in the form of training with the provision of material and questions and answers regarding the application of sharia principles in all business activities they are currently undergoing and motivating the entrepreneurial spirit that is not only looking for worldly profits but also oriented to the hereafter. The results expected that these young Muslim creative economy can see the potential of the sharia economy with products and management or manage businesses in accordance with sharia principles so that they are able to compete in the sharia economy.Keyword: Entrepreneur, Sharia

Abstract

Social media is platform or means of digital communication that allow individuals and groups to interact, share information, and participate in online activities. Social media have become an integral part of the daily lives of many people around the world, and they have a huge impact in various fields, including communications, marketing, politics, and culture. However, the use of social media can also involve risks such as online privacy, security data, and the spread of false or inaccurate information. Promoting the use of social media and digitalization wisely is very necessary, especially for MSMEs that conduct business online so that undesirable things do not happen related to statutory regulations. Abstract

Learning activities in the Study Group (KB) are fun and do not burden children, so teachers are required to develop learning media. The problems faced by partners are that partners do not yet have learning media to get to know marine animals and the need for training in the use of learning media for partners. Based on an analysis of the situation and conditions faced by partners, the solution offered is to create and train for the use of learning media to get to know marine animals using an RFID card. This community service activity was carried out by a team from STT Ronggolawe Cepu in collaboration with a team of servants from STIE Pelita Nusantara Cepu. The conclusion of this activity is the creation of learning media to get to know marine animals using an RFID card and partners get learning media to get to know marine animals so that teachers can more easily introduce marine animals to students. Partners also gain knowledge and can apply technology through learning media about marine animals that have been created.

Abstract

Financial management is a process that involves planning, organizing, supervising, controlling and reporting financial activities carried out by individuals, families, organizations or government agencies. The purpose of this financial management assistance is to improve the ability of cash holders. The method of implementing this service is to provide training and assistance to cash holders. The results of this service activity are 1). Cash holders and congregation managers need a better understanding of financial management and ways to overcome common obstacles. 2). There needs to be assistance in managing the congregation's finances in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management for cash holders. 3). It is necessary to make clear financial management very important to ensure that the congregation's finances are well managed. 4). Abstract

Community empowerment activities were carried out in Drancang Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency through real work lectures (KKN). The aim of this service is to provide training about digital marketing to residents and assistance in packaging food products to Lento Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The method used in implementing this service is giving direct lectures to residents and providing assistance to MSMEs business locations about improving product quality by packaging food products more attractively and hygienically. The result of this service activity is that residents increasingly understand the concept of digital marketing and are starting to be inspired to become entrepreneurs by utilizing online business. For MSMEs actors, Lento’s business is expected to produce quality food products with attractive packaging and hygiene is maintained.

Abstract

This community service program is carried out in the Balongan Kragan beach area in Rembang Regency. One of the problems or weaknesses faced by Partners is the low level of knowledge about marketing management and the limited application of marketing management in developing tourist attractions. So the team formulated a program to develop the Balongan beach tourist area through destination branding. Holding marketing management training, one of which is discussion and mentoring for partners, namely managers of the Balongan Beach tourist area. The material provided in tourism marketing and development training includes: 1) Marketing Management, 2) Destination Branding of Tourist Attractions, 3) Advertising communication strategies and 4) Creative Strategies in Tourist Attraction Development. Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower college students through the development of entrepreneurship skills. In the era of globalization and intense job competition, empowering students is an important key to facing economic challenges and creating jobs.The method used in this activity includes the identification and selection of college students based on their interests and motivation towards entrepreneurship. Selected students will take part in a series of training covering the basics of entrepreneurship, business planning, financial management, marketing, innovation, and communication skills. In addition, students will also receive guidance and assistance from experienced lecturers or business practitioners. They will be guided in developing business ideas and developing business plans.Assistance is also provided in business development, including the process of establishing a business, operational management, and developing networks with local communities and other related parties. Evaluation and monitoring are regularly carried out to measure the progress of students and monitor the development of businesses founded by them.The results of this activity will be disseminated through publications, counseling, seminars, and collaboration with related parties. It is hoped that student empowerment through entrepreneurship will provide benefits in the form of increased job opportunities for students, contribution to the local economy, and development of student capacity in facing the world of work. This activity is also a strategic step in improving the quality of higher education and creating an ecosystem that is conducive to entrepreneurship. Abstract

Mendeley is one of the mandatory applications for students, especially for students who are writing scientific articles, journals, or theses. In writing scientific papers, students are often faced with an obstacle in proper writing formats and scientific references. Citations are an important element in writing a scientific paper. The existence of software, such as Mendeley that can be used to help write citations, allows authors to properly cite their reference documents. On the other hand, the bibliography is also closely related to a scientific paper. Citations used in the paper should be contained in the bibliography and vice versa. In order to build students' knowledge of the importance of citation of scientific papers and to build proficiency in using the Mendeley application, our PKM team wants to teach students to understand the benefits of the Mendeley application in writing citations and bibliography of scientific papers. Based on the activities that have been carried out, participants are able to make citations and bibliography in scientific papers using the help of the Medeley application properly and within a short peripd of time. Proper and neat citations and bibliography will help students of Politeknik LP3I Jakarta – Pondok Cabe Campus to complete their final projects. Keywords: Citations, scientific papers, mendeley

Abstract

Translator  The problem in Pandean Lamper Semarang Village is that as many as 30% of the elderly and elderly people experience knee pain that interferes with daily activities. Most of them (90%) do not know how to maintain knee health. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and training for the elderly and elderly on how to maintain knee health. The method of implementing the activities is by giving lectures, questions and answers and training. The result of the activity is that participants' knowledge about how to maintain knee health increases, the post test results show an increase in knowledge, namely almost 100% of participants understand how to maintain knee health. Participants are also able to perform movements for the prevention of knee pain, although not yet perfect. The conclusion of this activity is that the knowledge and ability of pre-elderly and elderly citizens in maintaining knee health increases.Keywords: Elderly, knee pain free
