Fokus ABDIMAS (Jurnal Ilmiah Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) diterbitkan oleh STIE Pelita Nusantara Semarang dengan tujuan mempublikasikan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bersifat aplikatif, inovatif, dan memberikan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat. Pengembangan Ekonomi, Kewirausahaan, Koperasi, Industri Kreatif, dan UMKM Seperti pelatihan manajemen keuangan, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan inkubasi bisnis. Pengembangan teknologi berwawasan lingkungan Meliputi teknologi ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan limbah, dan edukasi lingkungan untuk masyarakat. Inovasi teknologi dalam bisnis Termasuk penerapan teknologi informasi, digitalisasi proses bisnis, aplikasi akuntansi dan manajemen berbasis IT, serta solusi otomatisasi usaha. Jurnal ini menerima artikel yang berasal dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pendampingan, pelatihan, pemberdayaan komunitas, implementasi teknologi tepat guna, evaluasi program, serta best practices yang relevan dengan bidang akuntansi dan manajemen.

Abstract

MSMEs Krupuk Rambak Bawang Tumbar has an address in Soditan Village, RT.01/ RW.02, Lasem District, Rembang Regency, Central Java. MSMEs Krupuk Rambak Bawang Tumbar is one of the MSMEs in Rembang engaged in food production. The problems faced by Partners are: 1). Erratic weather makes crackers unable to be dried, 2). The product is not yet known by the wider community, 3). Unattractive packaging, 4). Many consumers do not know their location, 5). Lack of variations in the shape of MSMEs Krupuk Rambak Bawang Tumbar product. The service team carried out several programs including: 1). Making a Google Map, 2). Facebook Account Creation, 3). Sticker Making, 4). Making notes and stamps, 5). Making Directions, and 6). Product marketing with another variant in the form of raw crackers. Abstract

Bukir Village is part of the Pasuruan City area where the majority of the population make a living as furniture craftsmen. Based on the observations we made there, the products produced by the furniture craftsmen at Bukir were quite varied, including carved shapes, minimalism, and contemporary motifs following developments in world products. The purpose of this service is to add insight regarding electronic-commerce so that they can market their products on the marketplace and increase the income of furniture MSMEs in the Bukir area, Pasuruan city. The approach method that we use is lecture, presentation and question and answer/discussion methods. The form of participation of the furniture craftsmen in the implementation of this activity was quite active and welcomed. We explained that by doing marketing through e-commerce-based digital facilities, MSME actors can save on promotion costs and capital can be used for developing their business. By placing orders online they can increase the number of sales and income, besides that transactions are made easier, more practical and safer. Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of opening the insight of LKP BELLA SKILL CENTER participants so that they can become successful entrepreneurs, foster creativity and independence as well as solutions on how to manage capital properly and correctly, in accordance with existing management science rules. The methods used are counseling/lectures and training/workshops as well as assistance in starting a business.From the results of community service carried out at LKP BELLA SKILL CENTER... an illustration is obtained that some of these participants still do not have the courage to become entrepreneurs, lack motivation to be creative and still do not understand the management of their capital correctly, which often results in fear of capital problems.The conclusions that can be drawn are the importance of providing training on tips to become successful entrepreneurs, providing motivation and knowledge about managing capital for participants, which is expected to be able to foster interest and courage in starting a business to achieve success in entrepreneurship as expected, and as far as possible avoiding them. from the risk of capital difficulties and the risk of being ensnared by the practices of moneylenders.Keywords: Entrepreneurship tips, creativity and venture capital

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on almost all sectors, including education. School activities must be carried out online through distance learning. The problem faced by Kalam Kudus Christian Middle School and High School students as service partners during the Covid-19 pandemic is the decline in motivation to learn due to boredom and boredom with the routine of attending online school, students/students have so far not been able to manage their time well. more effective and unable to manage pocket money more wisely. The aim of carrying out this community service is to motivate students to study, especially online, increase students' knowledge about the importance of time management and pocket money management and their application in everyday life. Community service activities were carried out in the form of online training and involved 180 students of Kalam Kudus Christian Middle School and 133 students of Kalam Kudus Christian High School. The results of this community service activity concluded that this knowledge provision and training activity regarding online learning motivation, time management, and pocket money management was proven to be able to increase the knowledge and understanding of Kalam Kudus Christian Middle School and High School students. Abstract

This community service (PKM) is in collaboration with the National Entrepreneurship Movement of Central Java Province. The purpose of this PKM is to provide guidance and an overview of making financial reports through the Zahir system to MSME owners who are members of the Central Java GKN. This PKM activity was held on Monday, October 24 2022 via zoom meet which was attended by twelve participants, namely from Pamulang University attended by a team of accounting lecturers, Fina Ratnasari, S.E., M.Ak., Ambarwati, SE, M.Sc, and Puspita Handayani, S.E., M.Ak. and 9 MSMEs that are members of the Central Java GKN. It is hoped that with virtual (online) mentoring by the implementing lecturer of the PKM Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Pamulang, Tangsel regarding making financial reports using the Zahir application and marketing products using social media in businesses that are members of the Central Java GKN, it will increase the sustainability of these MSMEs. Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi berupa pengetahuan dan pendampingan kepada para pelaku UMKM tentang cara meningkatkan pendapatan melalui digital marketing di Desa Sambong, Kecamatan Punggelan, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Masing-masing pelaku UMKM di Desa Sambong selama ini menjual barang dagangannya secara langsung kepada konsumen, terlebih pada saat pandemi Covid-19, mereka hanya bisa menjual produknya di lingkup desa sekitar saja. Sehingga pendapatan mengalami penurunan. Pelaksanaan edukasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi para pelaku UMKM dalam bidang pemasaran produk secara digital guna menaikkan pendapatan sehingga taraf hidup keluarga semakin sejahtera. Peserta memperoleh pemahaman tentang cara memanfaatkan handphone sebagai alat berdagang di dunia digital. Mereka didampingi dalam pembuatan akun media sosial serta cara pemasarannya di dunia digital. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, simulasi, dan pendampingan. Abstract

One of the concrete efforts to realize transparency and accountability of the entity's financial management is the submission of an entity's financial accountability report that meets the principles on time and is prepared by following applicable financial accounting standards. Financial statements show the performance of entities that can be used by internal and external parties in making decisions. The Civil Service Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) is a cooperative established and managed for the benefit of Civil Servants. KPRI Dian Husada as one of the economic nandi veins on a micro scale needs assistance in terms of managing and preparing financial statement reporting, considering that there are still many entities that do not understand the Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) ETAP in preparing financial statements. Service activities to assist the preparation of financial statements at KPRI Dian Husada are carried out with a qualitative method approach. There are three methods of data collection in this service, namely; interviews, observations, and analysis of documents. Abstract

The "Najah" moci cake business is one of the MSMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, where its business has experienced a decline. After the Covid-19 pandemic subsides in 2022, these MSMEs are starting to try to get back on their feet. However, sales results were not as expected. The small amount of sales of this moci product could be due to the fact that this product is not well known by the public. So far, activities to introduce products to the public or promotions have not been carried out. Therefore, it is very important for MSMEs to carry out promotional activities so that they are known to the wider community. This Community Service aims to help MSMEs in promotional activities via sosial media so that they can support the success of their business. The method for implementing community service activities is the training and mentoring method. After carrying out community service, there has been a positive change in the "Najah" moci cake MSME actors, where MSME actors can carry out promotional activities through sosial media, especially Facebook and Instagram. Abstract

The potential of a region is an important aspect that the Village Government should focus on, with one of its primary objectives being the welfare of the community. The development of a village can be observed through its social and economic resources, as well as its ability to manage them. Sungiwetan Village has encountered challenges in mapping its regional potential. Consequently, the products originating from Sungiwetan remain underexposed and unknown to the wider community. Moreover, there are several untapped and underdeveloped regional potentials. Therefore, the community engagement team from Unmer Pasuruan, in agreement with the target beneficiaries of this program, including the Village Government, village chiefs, the head of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) participants in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD), has initiated a program for mapping, profiling, and supporting the marketing of Sungiwetan's regional potential. This program is executed through five methods: 1) Preparation phase, 2) Data collection and profiling of SMEs, 3) Socialization of marketing strategies and product innovation mentoring, 4) The creation of a catalog and map of Sungiwetan Village's regional potential, and 5) Evaluation. The program has been successfully implemented, as evidenced by the accomplishments, including the SME catalog of Sungiwetan Village, the regional potential map, product innovations, and the enhanced understanding of product strategies, promotion, and digital marketing among SME participants. Abstract

The importance of family financial management in the sustainability of a family's life is essential. Couples planning to get married in the future need to understand the importance of family financial management from the beginning to plan their finances well and prevent future financial problems. Lack of understanding of financial management can also cause difficulties in managing their finances.. Therefore, it is important for couples to understand family financial planning and prepare themselves financially before marriage to manage their finances well and prevent serious financial problems in the future. The purpose of pre-marital counseling with family financial planning material is to provide knowledge and skills in managing family finances to couples who will get married. This activity aims to equip them with the necessary knowledge to manage family finances effectively and efficiently. Specific objectives of this pre-marital counseling include giving an understanding of the importance of family financial planning, explaining basic concepts and principles of family financial planning, providing real-life examples and simulations to apply financial planning principles in daily life, and increasing financial literacy and responsibility.
