Abstract

Conventional assessment frequently triggers cognitive anxiety that undermines students' focus, causing evaluation results to inadequately reflect their true abilities. This study aims to examine the effect of answer time duration variations on students' focus and response accuracy in Wayground-based digital evaluation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). A quantitative approach with repeated measures design was employed, involving 21 students of Grade IV at SDN Liangjulang 6. Evaluations were conducted in three sessions with varying time durations per question 30 seconds, 20 seconds, and 10 seconds, using the paper mode feature of the Wayground platform. Prior to evaluation session, students participated in a simulation session to ensure readiness and uniform understanding of the mechanism. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, Friedman test, and post hoc Wilcoxon test with Bonferroni correction. The results indicate a significant difference in students' response accuracy across time duration conditions, with the 20-second duration yielding the best and most consistent performance compared to other durations. This study concludes that the 20-second duration represents the optimal time allocation in gamification-based digital evaluation for enhancing students' focus and response accuracy in PAI learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students’ creativity through the implementation of the traditional raba-raba game as an effort to improve children’s social-emotional abilities at Al-Mahasin Kindergarten in Bima. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of 15 Group B children aged 5–6 years, while the supporting informants included three teachers and five parents. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that children’s creativity appeared in three main aspects: the ability to choose hiding places, the ability to develop playing strategies, and the ability to express emotions and communicate during the activity. The implementation of the traditional raba-raba game was carried out through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The supporting factors for children’s creativity included children’s enthusiasm, the role of teachers, the condition of the play environment, and parental involvement. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors included time constraints, differences in children’s characteristics, disturbances from the surrounding environment, and gadget use. Therefore, the traditional raba-raba game has proven to be effective as a medium for developing creativity and social-emotional abilities in early childhood in an integrated manner.

Abstract

The mass wedding of students that has been carried out repeatedly at the Darul Falah Central Islamic Boarding School has become an existing tradition. The mass wedding is marrying several male and female students in one event. This qualitative research will analyze the traditions that are still alive, especially mass weddings at the Darul Falah Central Islamic Boarding School based on the analysis of Maslahah Mursalah Imam As-Syathiby, whether the tradition embodies a benefit. So that the tradition must be implemented or is only good to be implemented because there is no harm. The results of this study indicate that Maslahah Mursalah is based on the thoughts of Imam As-Syathiby who categorizes that it is divided into three characteristics in implementing its role, namely; Ad-Dharuriyah, Al-Hajjiyah, At-Tahsiniyah. The study in this research concludes that the tradition of mass weddings of male and female students at the Darul Falah Central Islamic Boarding School contains Maslahah of At-Tahsiniyyah nature, although a maslahah in this tradition is not included in the needs of Maslahah that are of a basic nature such as Ad-Dharuriyah and Al-Hajjiyah. At-Tahsiniyah is also important in aspects of community life with the aim of perfecting Islamic religious values. Thus, the study in this research provides an important contribution to a living tradition in order to realize a maslahah that is still valuable in the view of sharia and not merely realizing a maslahah of an individual nature.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the moral behavior of students toward martial arts trainers at Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Branch of Pamekasan from the perspective of the Living Qur’an study of Surah al-Kahfi verse 66 and to identify the positive impacts of these moral values. This research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the head of PSHT, trainers, and students of PSHT Pamekasan Branch. The findings revealed that students’ moral conduct toward trainers was reflected in attitudes of humility (tawadhu’), greeting and shaking hands, speaking politely, being patient, avoiding arrogance, and not interrupting trainers while they were giving instructions. In addition, students were accustomed to maintaining spiritual preparedness through ablution and prayer before training sessions began. These practices reflect the implementation of the values contained in Surah al-Kahfi verse 66 regarding the ethics of students toward teachers. This study also found that students’ moral behavior had positive impacts on trainers, parents, and society. For trainers, students’ politeness and discipline created a comfortable and conducive training atmosphere. For parents, the moral guidance provided in PSHT helped shape children into more responsible individuals who respect their parents. Meanwhile, in society, PSHT students were recognized as humble individuals who respect others and maintain good social relationships. Therefore, moral education in PSHT Pamekasan Branch not only develops martial arts skills but also strengthens students’ character and morality in everyday life.

Abstract

The significance of working capital management in preserving a business's cash flow, especially in the healthcare sector with its comparatively complicated inventory, accounts receivable, and operational needs, is the driving force behind this study. A causal-associative study with a quantitative technique is the research approach used. The data used for the study comes from company annual reports that were made public by the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the time the study was conducted. The research is based on healthcare manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Ten businesses were chosen as the research sample using predetermined criteria and a purposive sampling technique. Fifty data observations were gathered over the five-year observation period. Data analysis makes use of these techniques. Fifty data observations were gathered over the five-year observation period. Descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, classical assumption tests, and the coefficient of determination using IBM SPSS 27 are some of the data analysis techniques employed. The findings show that “while asset structure has no effect on the cash conversion cycle, operational efficiency does.” Concurrently, “the cash conversion cycle is not significantly impacted by either asset structure or operational effectiveness.” Additionally, operational efficiency is the most significant factor influencing the cash conversion cycle.

Abstract

Religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity is a social reality inherent in Indonesian society, necessitating an educational approach capable of fostering tolerance and respect for differences. Multicultural education and religious moderation are seen as playing a crucial role in building an inclusive and harmonious religious character. Previous studies have discussed these two concepts separately and have not explored their integration in responding to contemporary socio-religious dynamics, particularly in the context of the development of digital technology among Generation Z. This article aimed to conceptually analyze the integration of multicultural education and religious moderation as a foundation for strengthening tolerance in a pluralistic society. This article used a literature review approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Secondary data were obtained from scientific journal articles, academic books, and relevant research publications from the past five years searched through Google Scholar, Scopus, and accredited national journals. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify concepts, findings, and argumentation patterns in various literatures. The results indicated that integration of multicultural education and religious moderation can strengthen tolerance through strengthening an inclusive curriculum, exemplary educators, a school culture that respects diversity, and using of digital literacy to disseminate the values of moderation. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of internalizing the values of tolerance and religious moderation from early childhood education as a foundation for forming the character of a generation that is inclusive, open, and capable of maintaining social harmony in a multicultural society.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Bima language introduction in stimulating cultural literacy among children aged 5–6 years at Tunas Mulia Kindergarten, Sambori Village, Bima Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. The research subjects consisted of one classroom teacher, one principal, and 12 children from Group B. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings indicate that the introduction of the Bima language was implemented through three main methods: habituation through bilingual instructions, storytelling activities using traditional Bima folktales, and cultural literacy stimulation through the introduction of cultural vocabulary, understanding of cultural values, and the development of pride in local culture. The obstacles encountered in its implementation included limited Bima language-based learning media, insufficient exposure to the local language in the family environment, differences in children’s initial abilities, and limited references and teacher training. This study emphasizes that teachers’ roles and environmental support are essential in integrating local languages as an effort to strengthen children’s cultural literacy from an early age.

Abstract

This study examines money lending and borrowing practices in Lambu Village, Bima Regency, by assessing their compliance with sharia principles. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that lending and borrowing transactions within the community are generally conducted informally, based on kinship and trust, without any written contract. Informal loans are preferred by the community because they are considered easier, faster, and less complicated. However, in practice, additional payments beyond the principal amount of the debt were found to have developed as a social custom. These additional payments potentially contain elements of riba. In addition, the absence of a clear contract may also lead to gharar, or uncertainty, in transactions. The community’s understanding of sharia principles, particularly regarding qardh contracts and the prohibition of riba, remains relatively low. Nevertheless, these practices still reflect the positive value of mutual assistance, or ta’awun, among community members. This study concludes that lending and borrowing practices in Lambu Village are not yet fully aligned with sharia principles due to the presence of additional payments and unclear contracts. Therefore, continuous education from religious leaders, the village government, and Islamic financial institutions is needed so that the community can conduct lending and borrowing transactions in a fair, transparent manner and free from elements of riba.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Sukabumi City Regulation No. 10 of 2013 regarding the Gebyar Kuliner event in the former Sudirman Terminal area of Sukabumi City. This study was motivated by the increasing activity of street vendors who utilize public spaces as centers of community economic activity. However, in practice, various problems related to order, cleanliness, and the use of public facilities are still frequently encountered. The research method used by the author is a juridical-empirical approach with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data was collected through field observations and interviews with local government officials, vendors, and the surrounding community. The research results indicate that the implementation of this local regulation has not yet been optimal; this is due to a lack of oversight by the Sukabumi city government, as well as low legal awareness among street vendors. Nevertheless, the existence of the Gebyar Kuliner event has had a positive impact on improving the local economy and developing the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) sector in Sukabumi City. This study concludes that the implementation of Sukabumi City Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2013 still requires strengthening in terms of oversight, legal awareness campaigns, and the provision of adequate facilities to achieve a balance between public order and the economic empowerment of the community.
