Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the strategies of Islamic Education teachers in implementing the concept of Independent Learning at Sabilina Tembung Private Junior High School. The three main aspects studied are the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage carried out by Islamic Education teachers in implementing the concept of Independent Learning at Sabilina Tembung Private Junior High School. This research is a qualitative study using field observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the strategies used by Islamic Education teachers at Sabilina Tembung Private Junior High School in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages are: 1) Developing and creating learning tools by applying Independent Learning, namely the Learning Objective Flow (ATP), 2) Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum, where the methods and strategies used by teachers should be student-centered, 3) Evaluation of Islamic Education teachers in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum at Sabilina Tembung Private Junior High School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems in learning Mathematics, simple fractions, educational learning media, and the learning outcomes of SDN 101873 Batang Kuis. This study uses qualitative research methods with observation techniques, literature analysis, and documentation when conducting learning activities in analyzing the use of fraction puzzles in the fraction material abilities at SDN 101873 Batang Kuis. The subjects of this study are third-grade students at SDN 101873 Batang Kuis. The results of implementing fraction puzzles in the fraction material skills at Batang Kuis show that mathematical puzzle skills have improved in the third grade. Students really enjoy playing fraction puzzles. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of fraction puzzle media in fraction material provides a better impact. Students are able to first understand and analyze problems, able to design, plan, and find solutions, and then evaluate these solutions.

Abstract

This issue started when Russian military aircraft entered Turkish airspace during Russia's counter-terrorism operation in Syria, which borders Turkey. The Russian Air Force's Sukhoi Su-24 military aircraft is one of the types of aircraft involved in the incident. Russia's involvement in the Syrian conflict allowed these military aircraft to operate in Syrian airspace. In November 2015, a Russian fighter jet was shot down by Turkey for violating Turkish airspace. Turkey then apologized to Russia, which was well-received. Russia gradually lifted sanctions imposed on Turkey, including the travel ban for Russian citizens wishing to visit Turkey, and allowed Russian tour companies to reopen travel routes to Turkey. In international law, countries are recognized to have equal status and rights, and the right to enforce their jurisdiction or national law only within their own territory. A country's authority is limited to its own territory, whether on land, water, or in the air. A country has the right to regulate people and objects within its territory, based on the principles of territoriality known in international law. Therefore, aircraft must seek permission before crossing the airspace of a country and comply with the applicable regulations during flight.

Abstract

Improving the competitiveness of SMEs is crucial in the era of global competition. One strategy that can be used is to develop innovative products. This research aims to determine the role of cibay innovative products in improving the competitiveness of Pawon Bu Tina SMEs in the Kutisari Village. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that cibay innovative products have successfully improved the competitiveness of Pawon Bu Tina SMEs. This is indicated by an increase in sales, customer satisfaction, and business image. The increase in cibay sales is due to a better taste, more affordable prices, and more attractive packaging design. The increase in customer satisfaction is due to innovative and attractive products, as well as good service. The improvement in the business image is due to recognition from the government and mass media, as well as customer trust. Therefore, cibay innovative products are an effective strategy for improving the competitiveness of SMEs.

Abstract

The utilization of technology in managing educational facilities and infrastructure can create a more modern, efficient, and productive learning experience. Integrating technology in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure can improve efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in asset and resource management in educational institutions. Therefore, the role of managers and stakeholders is crucial to the success of education provision, especially in providing facilities and infrastructure. The aim of this research is to discuss how to integrate technology systems in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of modern education. In the digital era, information and communication technology becomes very important in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in resource management in educational institutions. This article also discusses various technologies that can be integrated into the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, their benefits, and implementation methods. The use of technology can help in managing the security, maintenance, and monitoring of the condition of educational facilities and infrastructure. Hopefully, this article can provide insights and inspiration for those involved in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure to continue innovating and improving the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

One of the roles of students is to contribute to the community through dedication to realize the Three Pillars of Higher Education. One of the dedication activities is tutoring with the Hybrid Learning method. The goal of this tutoring is to increase students' interest in learning at the Elementary and Kindergarten levels in the Penjaringan Sari Village. The Hybrid Learning method combines face-to-face and virtual learning for more dynamic and diverse interaction between tutoring participants and mentors. This activity involves school students, students as mentors, and the student's parents community. Focusing on increasing interest in learning, the Hybrid Learning tutoring method tries various strategies to increase student engagement, optimize the use of learning technology, and adjust the teaching materials needed. The results of this dedication activity show a significant increase in students' interest in learning, measured through attendance in the learning process, improved subject grades, and positive responses from students and their parents. This dedication activity pays attention to the importance of combining digital technology and conventional learning to achieve more effective learning outcomes at the Elementary level.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the cosmetic industry in Indonesia has led to unavoidable competition. The intense business competition at the moment poses a challenge for companies to stay competitive in the industry. This competition forces manufacturers to compete in creating innovative and varied products to satisfy their consumers. Therefore, companies need to pay more attention to the interests and needs of consumers in marketing their products to influence consumer purchasing interest. This study aims to analyze the influence of Instaperfect marketing content on the purchasing interest of Instaperfect products through brand attitude and attitude towards advertisements. The research respondents were taken from 84 followers of the TikTok account @Instaperfect_id who had commented on posts from March 2023 to May 2023. Data collection methods used a questionnaire with a scale from one to five (1-5). The analysis method used was path analysis to test hypotheses and to test the influence of mediating variables that mediate between independent and dependent variables. The results of the study show a significant influence of marketing content on purchasing interest, brand attitude, attitude towards advertisements, purchasing interest through brand attitude, and purchasing interest through attitude towards advertisements.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of storytelling about the Prophet's stories on the moral development of children aged 5-6 years at RA Hj. Fauziah Binjai Timur. The research method used is quantitative, employing a Quasi-Experimental Design with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design type, involving a total population of 30 children from two classes, namely the experimental class (Safah) and the control class (Marwah). The selected sample for the study consists of 15 children from the experimental class who were taught using storytelling methods in their learning activities. Data collection techniques include observation sheets, test techniques (learning outcomes), pre-tests, post-tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used includes descriptive statistical data analysis, inferential analysis, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results indicate an influence on the moral development of children in the Safah class at RA Hj. Fauziah Binjai Timur. This can be seen from the post-test normality test value of 0.100>0.05, the post-test homogeneity test value of 0.392>0.05, and the significance value (2-tailed) <0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, indicating an influence of the storytelling method on the moral development of children at RA Hj. Fauziah Binjai Timur.

Abstract

Many students at Azis Al Akbar Elementary School are having trouble understanding addition and subtraction in basic arithmetic. This research aims to identify the difficulties in learning mathematics among lower-grade students. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive approach. The study subjects were 13 students, including 2 boys and 10 girls. Data was collected through interviews, tests, and document studies. The results showed that: 1) students' reading abilities are still lacking, making it difficult for them to understand, 2) difficulties in counting more than two digits are still low, 3) difficulties in understanding addition and subtraction operations, and 4) students' lack of interest in learning due to minimal parental encouragement. Based on these findings, the researcher hopes that teachers can teach and introduce addition and subtraction operations to students so that they can understand them.

Abstract

Croquettes are a spicy appetizer and a kind of continental dish made from carbohydrates and animal protein, with the addition of vegetables. This dedication is carried out in Sampali Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The aim is to raise awareness or empower the community through training seminars that utilize sweet potatoes as a staple ingredient to replace potatoes in making croquettes. The stages of implementing this dedication include observation, planning, action, and evaluation. The method used is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method with the aim of building community awareness or empowering the community through critical education by dialogue, public discussion, and adult learning. The results of this activity include increased knowledge of students and the community with the innovation of students in making croquettes from sweet potatoes filled with meat and vegetables, making it a potential business for students and the community. The selling price of sweet potato croquettes is 5000/3pcs.
