Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a strategy that involves various parties in the supply chain to support the long-term functions and overall supply chain within an organization. This research uses a qualitative approach with the researcher as the main instrument, and data is collected through triangulation, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation is crucial in developing the function of broiler chicken farming in Tarakan. Supply Chain Management is applied comprehensively, starting from broiler chicken farming management, processing industries, to marketing, with the aim of running efficient and competitive farming activities, as well as potentially influencing policies in the livestock sector. The problem of this research is how to create efficient work rules to optimize the already optimal supply chain management applied to the distribution system of broiler chicken farming production results, from the production process to reaching consumers' hands, with the aim of achieving maximum profit from the investment made by broiler chicken farming business actors.

Abstract

Assistance in making the Business Identification Number (NIB) aims to optimize the legality of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Kutisari Village, Tenggilis Mejoyo District, Surabaya City. MSMEs are an economic sector consisting of businesses with relatively limited operational scale and capital. Businesses that are established and operating in Indonesia should have legal status as an official identity, which will be very useful in the development and empowerment of the business. Assistance in making the NIB is carried out directly and centrally through the Online Single Submission (OSS) website. The methods used in this activity include collecting and processing data of MSME actors, coordinating with stakeholders in Kutisari Village, preparing assistance activities, implementing assistance activities, and handing over legal documents in the form of NIB. Assistance in making the NIB has successfully optimized the legality of MSMEs in Kutisari Village, with a significant increase of 67 registered MSMEs. With this official identity, it is hoped that MSMEs can more easily access various support and develop their business potential sustainably.

Abstract

This research aims to inventory and identify the types and diversity of higher plants in the Veteran Complex on Vetpur Raya I, II, and III streets in the Percut Sei Tuan District of Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Data was obtained through direct observation or field research on the characteristics of plants studied. The data collection technique uses observation, documentation, and literature methods. The results of the study show that there are 22 species of higher plants (Spermatophyta) in the area, consisting of Gymnospermae and Angiospermae. The Gymnospermae plants found in the Veteran Complex, Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency consist of 1 species from 1 family. Meanwhile, the Angiospermae plants found in the area consist of 18 species, consisting of monocot and dicot subclasses. Of these 18 species, 8 species consist of 7 families. Higher plants (Phanerogamae) are a group of plants that have seeds and reproduce sexually. The dominant higher plants Angiospermae in the Veteran Complex, Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency is the Zingiberaceae family, namely the species Alpinia galanga (galangal) which belongs to the herbaceous plant.

Abstract

From a conceptual standpoint, this research examines how the 7P marketing mix influences purchasing decisions. Of course, the perspective from many publications examined as well as their differences and similarities can be found in various related journals. In addition, several topics related to the impact of the 7P marketing mix on purchasing decisions will be discussed in depth and detailed in this research journal. The literature review research method is used in this research journal to gather data collected from several journals that have been combined into one journal for review and discussion in this research journal.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how teachers implement contextual approaches in the classroom. The research method used is field qualitative. By using this method, researchers obtain data through interviews, observations, and direct documentation in the field. The results of the study show that the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach is very effective and efficient in the learning process. Students find it easier to understand the learning material because it is related to their daily lives. This learning approach is expected to encourage students to create and learn knowledge independently, as well as educate and motivate them to apply that knowledge in real life.

Abstract

This journal discusses about learning resources, which are all the things used to compile teaching materials. Learning resources can be interpreted as places or surrounding environments, objects, and people that contain information used as a means to bring about changes in behavior. Learning resources include learning media and teaching aids that provide information to students or determine the success in facilitating students to achieve learning goals, so that teaching and learning activities can be carried out well and effectively. The components of learning resources are used to support how the learning resources used can be applied well and in accordance with the learning process. The benefits of these learning resources are to provide direct and concrete learning experiences to students and to ensure that the learning process runs well so that the learning objectives in school are achieved. Learning resources come from the words "source" and "learning". According to Poerwadarminta, source means "origin" (in various senses), while the word learning means "to strive (practice, and so on) in order to acquire skill".

Abstract

The use of slang language in criminal communication reflects an understanding of language and can help in analyzing and identifying various languages and the presence of criminal content in language. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that, 1) The language used in Willy The Kid's tweets, a user on platform X, is informal, and (2) in Willy The Kid's tweets on platform X, there is criminal content in language, namely incitement, hate speech, and insults. This informal language variety is characterized by the use of non-standard words and expressions, as well as the use of slang. The use of informal language variety can be interpreted as Willy The Kid's efforts to build a close relationship with his audience.

Abstract

In today's modern business environment, organizations are faced with the challenge of adapting to the times in order to improve their performance. To keep up with the times, organizations need to effectively utilize digital transformation, business strategies, and modern technology. This research aims to investigate the interaction between digital transformation, business strategy, technological advancements, and their impact on organizational/company performance. Literature research method was used with data collected from various journals, including companies that have undergone technological transformation, have business strategies, and utilize technological advancements that impact organizational performance. The research results show that business strategy, digital transformation, and utilization of technological advancements have a positive influence on organizational/company performance.

Abstract

In making decisions to accept or reject special orders in MSMEs, business owners often face cost considerations. Therefore, the application of differential cost analysis is needed as part of decision making. The right decision will impact profit improvement. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of differential cost analysis in decision making for MSMEs related to special orders. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through direct interviews with business owners and documentation. Case studies were conducted on 2 MSMEs. The results show that differential cost analysis can help business owners accurately calculate the profit from accepting special orders.
