Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Hustle Culture terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Pekerja Part-Time Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik total sampling, sehingga seluruh populasi mahasiswa pekerja part-time yang berjumlah 61 orang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan hubungan antara variabel bersifat linear. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menghasilkan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000 menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara hustle culture dan prestasi akademik. Pada uji koefisien determinasi R square sebesar 0,591 menunjukkan bahwa hustle culture memberikan kontribusi sebesar 59,1% terhadap prestasi akademik, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hustle culture, apabila dikelola secara positif melalui motivasi, pengelolaan kognitif, kestabilan emosional, dan perilaku kerja yang terarah, dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa pekerja part-time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas mediasi dalam penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial di Indonesia berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 (UU PPHI). Secara normatif, mediasi diposisikan sebagai langkah wajib non-litigasi yang mengedepankan prinsip win-win solution dan musyawarah. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan signifikan antara kerangka hukum dengan realitas implementasinya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-normatif dan sosiologis, pembahasan ini menyoroti bahwa efektivitas mediasi saat ini masih terjebak pada pemenuhan prosedur administratif semata. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya tiga kendala utama: (1) Lemahnya kompetensi substantif dan netralitas mediator akibat tekanan struktur politik lokal; (2) Ketimpangan posisi tawar antara pengusaha dan pekerja yang sering kali memaksa pekerja menerima kesepakatan yang tidak adil demi kepastian ekonomi; serta (3) Ketiadaan mekanisme kontrol pengadilan untuk menguji keadilan substantif dalam pendaftaran Perjanjian Bersama. Meskipun data formal menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi, kualitas keadilan bagi pekerja belum terjamin secara tegas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya revisi UU PPHI yang mencakup standardisasi kompetensi mediator, penguatan peran regulator untuk menyeimbangkan posisi tawar, dan integrasi teknologi digital guna menciptakan sistem penyelesaian sengketa yang adil, transparan, dan memiliki kepastian hukum

Abstract

Writing skill learning in elementary schools plays an essential role in developing students’ critical, creative, and communicative abilities. At the fourth-grade level, writing instruction should be systematic and meaningful to help students express ideas clearly and coherently. This article discusses five effective strategies for enhancing writing skills: the Process Writing Approach, Project-Based Learning, Cooperative Learning, Contextual Teaching and Learning, and Mind Mapping using visual media. These strategies guide students through gradual writing processes, connect learning with real experiences, and foster motivation and confidence. Within the Merdeka Curriculum framework, teachers act as facilitators who lead students through active and reflective writing activities. Appropriate implementation of these strategies transforms writing into a medium for literacy growth and character development in elementary students.

Abstract

Banking plays an important role in the economy through its intermediary function, so capital adequacy and operational efficiency are key to maintaining stability and credit distribution. However, previous research findings on the relationship between capital adequacy and operational efficiency and intermediary performance are still diverse and require a more structured synthesis. This study aims to analyse the effect of bank capital on operational efficiency and banking intermediation performance. The method used is a literature study with a systematic literature review design. The research population consists of peer-reviewed scientific journal articles that discuss bank capital and its relationship with operational efficiency and/or banking intermediation. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in a sample of 15 selected articles with active DOIs. The study location is focused on the Indonesian banking context with the support of international study findings as a comparison. The synthesis results show that capital adequacy is generally related to increased operational efficiency through strengthened risk management, governance, and cost control capacity, as well as strengthened intermediation capabilities through credit distribution resilience. However, the impact of capital is not always linear because unproductively managed capital has the potential to cause inefficiencies and an overly conservative attitude towards credit. The implication is that banks need to optimise capital utilisation for efficiency and productive credit distribution, while regulators need to ensure that capital policies promote stability and healthy intermediation.

Abstract

Fixed asset management is important in realising the accountability of local government financial reports because fixed assets are of material value and are presented in local government balance sheets. Improper management can lead to discrepancies between administrative data and the physical condition of assets, weaken document traceability, and reduce the reliability of fixed asset information in financial reports. This study aims to analyse fixed asset management in improving the accountability of local government financial reports, focusing on bookkeeping, inventory, and reporting. The study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analysed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and tested for validity through triangulation. The results show that fixed asset management has been carried out in accordance with regulations, but is not yet optimal. The main problems include delays in recording, incomplete supporting documents, incomplete and unsustainable inventory, and discrepancies between administrative data and the physical condition of assets in the field. Fixed asset reporting is in accordance with the format, but the quality of information is highly dependent on the orderliness of bookkeeping and inventory. Improvements are needed through strengthening the competence of officials, optimising the asset information system, improving coordination, and continuous internal supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the partial and simultaneous effects of brand image and price on consumer satisfaction with Y.O.U cosmetics skincare products at Queen Gallery Solok Store and (2) the most dominant variables affecting consumer satisfaction with Y.O.U cosmetics skincare products at Queen Gallery Solok Store. This study utilises quantitative data and multiple linear regression analysis, with research data obtained from questionnaires distributed to Y.O.U cosmetics consumers at Queen Gallery Solok Store, involving a sample size of 50 respondents. Based on the research results using the T-test and F-test, it is concluded that (1) The variables of brand image and price have a positive effect, both separately and simultaneously, on the purchase decision of Y.O.U cosmetics skincare products at Queen Gallery Solok Store. (2) The variable that has the most dominant effect on consumer satisfaction with the purchase of Y.O.U cosmetics is brand image.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the implementation of the Green Business Model (GBM), identify the key influencing factors, measure its economic and environmental impact, and understand the associated challenges. Methodologically, it employs a quantitative approach, conducting a survey of 384 culinary SMEs selected through stratified random sampling. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 24.0 software to test the hypothesized relationships between variables.The key findings reveal that the implementation level of GBM is currently medium. Management commitment was identified as the most significant driver. The adoption resulted in substantial benefits: a 23.4% increase in profitability, an 18.7% reduction in operating costs, and a 31.2% decrease in organic waste. Financial performance and environmental impact were found to be effective mediators for achieving sustainable development.The main implication is the creation of a tailored GBM framework for Indonesian culinary SMEs. The study offers the theoretical contribution of "locally embedded sustainability," emphasizing the need to adapt sustainable models to local contexts, thereby enriching the literature on business model innovation in developing countries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Pabrik Gula Krebet di Kabupaten Malang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan Pabrik Gula Krebet dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden, dan menerapkan metode pengambilan sampel jenuh. Sumber data yang diperoleh berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan media analisis SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil analisis dan pengujian menunjukkan secara simultan dan parsial bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2), dan Teknologi Informasi (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of New Public Management (NPM) principles in the implementation of the TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) program by the Indonesian Army and to examine the dynamics and challenges of public service values through the perspective of New Public Service (NPS). This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study on the implementation of TMMD in Kedondong Village, Sidoarjo Regency. Data was collected through analysis of TMMD activity reports and interviews with officials from Kodim 0816/Sidoarjo, village officials, and community members who benefited from the program. The results of the study show that NPM principles, such as structured planning, organizational discipline, results orientation, and activity control, play an important role in ensuring the effectiveness of TMMD implementation in the context of a hierarchical military organization. However, the success of the program is not only determined by the achievement of outputs, but also by public service values that are in line with the NPS paradigm, such as community participation, orientation towards public interests, strengthening civic values, service and assistance practices, and the social impact felt by the community. These findings indicate that TMMD governance reflects a hybrid model between NPM and NPS, in which organizational efficiency and performance are complemented by values of service to citizens. This study contributes to the development of public administration studies by enriching the understanding of the application of public management paradigms in the context of civil-military relations.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Qur'ani dan kesiapan mengajar siswa MA Nurul Huda Sedati melalui pelatihan mengaji bersertifikasi. Program dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan pelatihan (melalui drill, demonstrasi, microteaching), evaluasi dan sertifikasi, serta pendampingan pasca-pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an sesuai kaidah tajwid dan makhraj, serta peningkatan kesiapan pedagogis siswa sebagai calon guru Al-Qur'an. Program ini juga menghasilkan pemberian sertifikat kompetensi kepada peserta yang lulus, yang dapat digunakan sebagai legitimasi keahlian dalam mengajar Al-Qur'an. Dengan demikian, program pelatihan mengaji bersertifikasi ini terbukti efektif dalam membangun sumber daya manusia Qur'ani yang kompeten dan siap berkontribusi dalam pendidikan Al-Qur'an di masyarakat.
