Abstract

Model pembelajaran STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang sistem otomasi melalui proyek pembuatan pintu otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno. Studi ini didorong oleh kurangnya pemahaman tentang konsep sistem kontrol dan otomasi. Konsep-konsep ini hanya diajarkan secara teoritis dan tidak memberikan pengalaman praktis kepada siswa. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek menggabungkan elemen matematika, sains, teknologi, dan rekayasa dalam pendekatan STEM. Siswa didorong untuk menyelesaikan masalah dunia nyata dengan menggunakan pengetahuan lintas disiplin saat mereka mendesain dan membuat sistem pintu otomatis. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Desain eksperimen digunakan dengan metode pretest dan posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa yang berada di tingkat menengah. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan melalui langkah-langkah berbasis proyek: identifikasi masalah, perancangan sistem, perakitan rangkaian, pemrograman menggunakan Arduino Uno, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Tes pemahaman konsep, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi kegiatan adalah alat penelitian. Untuk menentukan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memahami konsep sistem otomasi secara signifikan setelah penerapan model pembelajaran STEM. Nilai mereka berada dalam kategori sedang hingga tinggi. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan mereka dalam pemecahan masalah, kerja sama tim, dan pemrograman mikrokontroler serta perancangan sistem. Model pembelajaran STEM berbasis proyek pembuatan pintu otomatis menggunakan Arduino Uno membantu siswa lebih memahami sistem otomasi dan memperoleh keterampilan modern.

Abstract

Wih Terjun is one of the villages located in Pegasing Subdistrict, Central Aceh. Its environmental conditions, situated in mountainous and hilly areas, are highly suitable for cultivating avocado plants. The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) activity was to provide socialization and education to the community of Wih Terjun Village regarding the cultivation and economic prospects of avocado fruit (Persea americana).The partners participating in the program consisted of 22 individuals, including housewives and teenage girls. The tools and materials used were glass cups, plastic cups, toothpicks, tissue paper, and a water spray bottle. The materials included water and avocado seeds. The results of the PkM implementation showed an increase in participants’ knowledge about avocado plants, including their benefits and properties. The advantages of avocados is their high nutritional content, which can help prevent stunting. In conclusion, through this PkM activity, the community is now able to plant and cultivate avocado plants using either the water method or soil media. This method is simple and can be practiced by anyone.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual ability and work commitment on work quality with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Koperasi Jasa Bintang Karya Sejahtera in North Sumatra Province. The research focuses on: (1) the effect of work commitment on job satisfaction, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on work quality, (3) the effect of individual ability on work quality with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, (4) the direct effect of individual ability on work quality, (5) the direct effect of work commitment on work quality, (6) the effect of individual ability on job satisfaction, and (7) the effect of work commitment on work quality through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, utilizing questionnaires as the data collection instrument. The population consists of 316 employees, with a sample of 76 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression and mediation tests. The results indicate that both individual ability and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work quality. Moreover, job satisfaction is also proven to have a positive and significant impact on work quality. Job satisfaction is found to successfully mediate the effect of individual ability and work commitment on work quality. These findings highlight the importance of improving employee competencies and strengthening work commitment to enhance satisfaction and work quality effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the role of Work-Life Balance and Performance Management in enhancing Job Satisfaction and Organizational Effectiveness through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study employed the PRISMA 2020 protocol in the processes of identification, screening, and synthesis of the literature. The search was conducted across the Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Emerald Insight, and SpringerLink databases, covering publications from 2020 to 2025. Out of 420 identified articles, 22 internationally reputable articles met the inclusion criteria and were further analyzed using thematic synthesis techniques. The findings indicate that Work-Life Balance significantly influences Job Satisfaction through mechanisms such as reducing role conflict and enhancing psychological well-being. Meanwhile, transparent Performance Management systems, based on continuous feedback and competency development, directly contribute to improving Job Satisfaction and Organizational Effectiveness. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between Work-Life Balance and Performance Management practices and organizational effectiveness. This study provides a theoretical contribution by developing an integrative conceptual model that links work-life balance and performance management systems within the framework of Strategic Human Resource Management. Practically, the findings emphasize the importance of integrating employee well-being policies and strategic performance evaluation systems to create productive and sustainable organizations.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Penyakit stroke merupakan penyakit yang menyebabkan kematian nomor tiga di dunia setelah jantung koroner dan kanker. Stroke terbagi menjadi dua yaitu stroke hemoragik dan non hemoragik. Stroke hemoragik disebabkan oleh pecahnya pembuluh darah di otak yang mengakibatkan perdarahan pada otak. Pecahnya pembuluh darah di otak dipengaruhi oleh beberapa kondisi salah satunya yaitu hipertensi tidak terkendali. Tujuan : mampu memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien stroke hemoragik dengan penerapan intervensi head up 30° terhadap penurunan kapasitas adaptif intrakranial. Metode : jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek studi kasus ini merupakan satu pasien stroke hemoragik yang mengalami penurunan kesadaran dengan GCS E2VtM2 terpasang ventilasi mekanik via ETT dengan diberikan posisi head up 30° dari tanggal 5 Januari 2026 hingga 10 Januari 2026. Hasil : setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 5 hari dengan intervensi head up 30°, memperlihatkan bahwa kesadaran pasien membaik, tekana darah membaik, dan status hemodinamik membaik. Tindakan intervensi head up 30° ini efektif dilakukan untuk pasien stroke hemoragik dengan penurunan kapasitas adaptif intrakranial. Kesimpulan : Pemberian tindakan intervensi head up 30° efektif terhadap diagnosis penurunan kapasitas adaptif intrakranial pada pasien stroke hemoragik dengan penurunan kesadaran dan peningkatan TTIK.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media and Electronic Word of Mouth in increasing customer loyalty at Dluxe Nails. This study uses a quantitative approach where the population in this study are Dluxe Nails customers recorded from January to December 2024, selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The results of the study show that the influence of social media and Electronic Word of Mouth simultaneously has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The tests conducted show that social media and Electronic Word of Mouth partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The Adjusted R Square value obtained from the Determinant Coefficient (R2) test on customer loyalty is 0.778, meaning that 77.8% can be explained by social media and Electronic Word of Mouth. Meanwhile, the remaining 22.2% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at Tomoro Coffee Setiabudi, Medan. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling, consisting of 98 respondents who had previously purchased products from Tomoro Coffee Setiabudi, Medan. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive and statistical analysis. Data collection methods included interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results showed that product quality and service quality simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with an F-value of 212.878 > F-table 3.09. The test conducted showed that product quality and service quality partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The Adjusted R-Square value obtained from the Coefficient of Determinant (R2) test on purchasing decisions was 0.814, meaning 81.4% can be explained by product quality and service quality. The remaining 18.6% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Perkembangan media digital telah mengkonstruksi praktik dakwah islam, termasuk dalam penyampaian pesan kesehatan berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur pesan dakwah kesehatan serta strategi komunikasi yang digunkan dalam video kajian Ifthar: Makan, Olaraga dan Tidur dalam islam pada kanal YouTube @Dr. Zaidul Akbar Official. Peneitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi dokumen dan t,eknik analisis isi yang dipadukan dengan teori framing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwah pesan dakwah kesehatan dikonstruksi secara holistik melalui integrase dimensi aqidah (kesehatan sebagai amanah), syariah (implementasi pola hidup sehat sesuai sunnah), dan akhlak (tanggung jawab moral terhadap tubuh). Strategi komunikais yang digunakan bersifat integratof, persuasive, dan edukatif dengan menggabungkan dalil normative dan argumentasi ilmiah kesehatan modern. Framing kesehatan sebagai bagian dari maqasid al-syari’ah khususnya hifz al-nafs memperkuat legitimasi religius pesan tersebut. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dakwah kesehatan digital tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penyebaran nilai normatoif, tetapi juga sebagai instrument transformasi prilaku hidup sehat masyarakat Muslim. komunikasi yang digunakan bersifat integratif, persuasif, dan edukatif dengan menggabungkan dalil normatif dan argumentasi ilmiah kesehatan modern. Framing kesehatan sebagai bagian dari maqasid al-syari’ah, khususnya hifz al-nafs, memperkuat legitimasi religius pesan tersebut. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dakwah kesehatan digital tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penyebaran nilai normatif, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen transformasi perilaku hidup sehat masyarakat Muslim.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan membutuhkan sistem pendaftaran pasien yang efisien dan terintegrasi guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Oleh karena itu, dalam Tugas Akhir ini, kami merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis situs web. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan efisiensi proses pendaftaran pasien serta memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pasien yang datang ke rumah sakit. Dalam penelitian ini, Penulis menganalisis latar belakang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh rumah sakit jiwa terkait proses pendaftaran pasien. Penulis mengidentifikasi bahwa proses yang saat ini digunakan mengakibatkan penundaan, kesalahan, dan ketidaknyamanan bagi pasien. Oleh karena itu, sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis website dianggap sebagai solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall dimana mudah dimengerti dan digunakan. Sistem ini memiliki fitur-fitur seperti formulir pendaftaran online, jadwal praktek dokter, pembaruan data pasien, serta system antrian yang telah terintegrasi dan realtime. Dalam pengujian, penulis menggunakan Metode Blackbox Testing yang menitikberatkan pada fungsionalitas system. Pengujian dilakukan oleh beberapa user yang terkain dalam system tersebut. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi Rumah Sakit Jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pendaftaran pasien. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi acuan bagi rumah sakit jiwa lainnya dalam pengembangan sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis website yang efisien dan terintegrasi. Abstract

The study purpose was to examine the effect of professionalism, digital communication, service quality, and consumer trust on purchase decisions at Eyelash Beautysn.Id. In the beauty service industry, particularly eyelash extension services, consumers face perceived risk due to the intangible nature of services and the sensitivity of the treatment area. Therefore, understanding the determinants of purchase decisions is essential for improving business competitiveness and customer retention. Materials and methods. This research employed a quantitative explanatory design with a survey approach. The population consisted of 720 customers of Eyelash Beautysn.Id, with a sample of 88 respondents selected for analysis. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The instrument was tested for validity and reliability before analysis. Classical assumption tests were conducted prior to multiple linear regression analysis. Hypotheses were tested using t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²). Results. The findings indicate that professionalism (Sig.=0.018), digital communication (Sig.=0.015), service quality (Sig.=0.031), and consumer trust (Sig.=0.031) each have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, the four variables significantly influence purchase decisions (F-test Sig.=0.000). The model demonstrates a strong relationship (R=0.743) with an explanatory power of 55.2% (R²=0.552; Adjusted R²=0.531). Conclusions. Purchase decisions at Eyelash Beautysn.Id are significantly shaped by the integration of professional service execution, effective digital interaction, high service quality, and strong consumer trust. Strengthening these aspects in a consistent and integrated manner can enhance repurchase intentions and customer recommendations.
