Abstract

Minat baca merupakan keterampilan yang diperoleh setelah seseorang lahir, bukan keterampilan bawaan. Minat baca yang tinggi akan membuat seseorang semakin sering membaca dan memahami apa yang dibaca. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemanfaatan pojok baca didalam kelas dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa kelas V UPTD SDN 4 Barru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan pojok baca dalam meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di UPTD SDN 4 Barru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan pojok baca berperan penting dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Pemanfaatan pojok baca ini didukung oleh beberapa faktor:1) Desain Menarik: Pojok baca didesain dengan menarik, dengan buku-buku yang disusun rapi dan beragam, termasuk buku cerita dan nonfiksi. 2) Lokasi Strategis: Pojok baca terletak di lokasi yang strategis dan mudah dijangkau oleh siswa. 3) Suasana Nyaman: Pojok baca menyediakan suasana yang nyaman dan mendukung kegiatan membaca. Wali kelas V juga memiliki peranan penting dalam memberikan motivasi serta dorongan terhadap siswa siswa untuk terus membaca sehingga pemanfaatn pojok baca dikelas V UPTD SDN 4 Barru bisa berjalan dengan baik

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi digital memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai referensi untuk memahami dampak penerapan teknologi digital serta potensinya dalam memperbaiki proses belajar. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa teknologi pendidikan memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang interaktif, memudahkan akses informasi, dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Namun, penerapan teknologi masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, biaya yang tinggi, dan kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi secara optimal. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, diperlukan upaya seperti memastikan akses teknologi yang memadai, meningkatkan kompetensi guru, dan menyusun kebijakan yang mendukung pemanfaatan teknologi di sektor pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze bullying and the role of teachers in handling bullying among students to develop student character. By the purpose of the research, this study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The object of this case research is 2 cases consisting of the victim and the perpetrator. The data collection method is carried out through interviews, observations, and in-depth documentation. Data analysis technology through the stages of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, conclusion drawing and data verification. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses extended observation, continuous observation. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The researcher analyzed bullying behavior through physical and verbal contact to understand the perpetrators and victims of bullying behavior so that they could know the role of teachers in overcoming bullying problems among students. In this case, it is very important because parents at school must provide good treatment so that the perpetrators of bullying become social children and the victims of bullying become social children. Able to interact socially well and have a strong mentality to face future treatments, shuffling memories is able to solve problems on their own. (2) The factors that cause bullying behavior are not only internal factors but also external factors that are supported by the lack of strict rules given to schools so that bullying behavior can occur repeatedly, (3) The formation of student character is carried out in schools through habituation and examples, expecting students to form a character that is not only religious and has a good character in socializing so that the PPK movement becomes a reference for schools in shaping the character of students who good.

Abstract

This article examines the factors contributing to the low literacy levels at SD Negeri 4 Barru, particularly in grade V. The skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing are crucial elements in 21st-century education. Although the government has launched the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program to enhance literacy skills, many students still face challenges. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, gathering data through observation and interviews. The analysis indicates that the causes of low literacy among students can be categorized into two groups: student factors and school factors. Student factors include low reading interest, inadequate foundational skills, family socio-economic conditions, and the impact of gadget and television use. On the other hand, school factors encompass limitations in facilities and reading materials, as well as ineffective teaching methods. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for formulating solutions to improve literacy at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The family environment is the main thing in the educational environment that has an influence on student education. A family environment that supports the child's learning process will provide enthusiasm so that it can directly or indirectly affect their learning motivation. This influence can encourage students to study harder. In addition, parents' attitudes towards children will also affect children's learning motivation. This type of research is quantitative research using the person product moment correlation formula. The population in this study was 25 students. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The questionnaire as the main research instrument and documentation as supporting research. The results of the study showed a significant influence between the family environment and student learning motivation. This is indicated by the correlation value between the family environment and learning motivation of 0.730, a significant value of 0.025 <0.05, meaning that the significant value is smaller than 0.05, so in this study the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and (H0) is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between the family environment and student learning motivation. The r square value is 0.534 or equal to 53.4%, this figure means that the family environment has an influence on students' learning motivation, while 46.6% is influenced by factors that were not studied.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the differences in motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of Roudlotul Ulum Randuagung Islamic Middle School students who live in Islamic boarding schools and outside Islamic boarding schools. This research is a type of comparative research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this research consist of: learning motivation of students living in Islamic boarding schools (X1.1), learning motivation of students living outside Islamic boarding schools (X1.2), learning outcomes of students living in Islamic boarding schools (X2.1), learning outcomes of students living outside Islamic boarding schools (X2.2). The population in this study were all students at Roudlotul Ulum Randuagung Islamic Middle School, totaling 68 students. This research uses a comparative quantitative approach and uses normality and homogeneity test statistics. Based on the research results obtained, the results of calculations using the Independent Sample t-test with SPSS 25 on student learning motivation produced a Sig 2 Tailed value of 0.142 > 0.05, meaning that there is no difference in the learning motivation of students who live in Islamic boarding schools and students who live in Islamic boarding schools. House. Meanwhile, the results of calculations using the Independent Sample t-test with SPSS 25 on student learning outcomes produced a Sig 2 Tailed value of 0.908 > 0.05, meaning there is no difference in the learning outcomes of students who live in Islamic boarding schools and students who live at home.

Abstract

Abstract. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the Indonesian language learning process. The subjects involved in this study included Indonesian language teachers, students, and education personnel from various schools that have implemented the Merdeka Curriculum. The data analysis method in this study adopted the model developed by Miles and Huberman, which consists of three important stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To strengthen the validity of the data, the researcher applied triangulation involving various sources and methods. This study also considered various factors that influence, both supporting and inhibiting, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Based on the results of this study, it is clear that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in teaching Indonesian has a beneficial effect on increasing student participation. In particular, the project-based learning method is a special attraction for students. In addition, the use of digital technology in this curriculum opens up enormous opportunities to enrich students' learning experiences. However, there are still some challenges faced, namely related to infrastructure readiness and the need for training for teachers. The results of the study revealed that schools with better infrastructure are able to implement digital-based learning methods with a higher level of effectiveness compared to schools that still face limitations in access to technology. In addition, online learning platforms have made a significant contribution to expanding access to education for students, although there are still some obstacles in assessing learning outcomes authentically.

Abstract

Abstract. Development of Smart Apps Creator Learning Media in Science Subjects for Class IX Students of UPT SMP Negeri 2 Kelara, Jeneponto Regency. This study aims to develop an Android-based Smart Apps Creator learning media. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE Model. The result of this research is a product in the form of learning media Smart Apps Creator. The results of the media validation analysis obtained 4 with a valid assessment category, the results of material validation obtained 3.9 with a valid assessment category, and the results of student responses obtained an average value of 106.6 with a very interesting assessment category. The average score of the teacher's response assessment is 4.2 with a good category. The overall responses of students, validators, and teachers in developing the Smart Apps Creator Learning media in the Science Subjects of Class IX students of UPT SMP Negeri 2 Kelara, Jeneponto Regency were declared feasible and well used in the teaching and learning process. Abstract

This study aims to find out how parents care about MTs students. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency, to find out the Moral Development of MTs Students. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency, and to find out whether there is an influence of parental concern on the moral development of MTs students. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses a quantitative method, namely research in the form of numbers analyzed statistically using a correlational approach. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling in which the sample is determined by the researcher. The population in this study were students of class VII MTs. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency and the sample consisted of two class VII, totaling 40 students and parents of MTs students. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency. The results showed that from the percentage of filling out the questionnaire about the concern of MTs students' parents. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency, it can be concluded from 40 respondents that they are in the moderate category of caring for parents of children, namely 22 people (55%), while the Moral Development of MTs students. No. 12 Bingkarongo, Bulukumba Regency, it can be concluded that from 40 respondents, 28 people (70%) were in the category of moderate moral development. Then, in statistical testing the simple linear regression test is Ŷ = a + bX, a = the constant number of Unstandardized Coefficients the value is 37.323 and b = the regression coefficient number the value is 0.418. This figure means that for every 1% addition to the level of parental concern (X), moral development (Y) will increase. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the parental concern, the more it affects the moral development of MTs students. No. 12 Bingkarongo Bulukumba Regency. Abstract

The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The sample data sources in this study were grade IV teachers, grade IV students, and the principal of SD Inpres Talaborong. The data in this study were obtained through research instruments in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study were tested for the validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of research at SD Inpres Talaborong in grade IV students, bullying is deviant behavior carried out by individuals or groups against other people or groups, which can cause physical or psychological harm. The type of bullying behavior in grade IV SD Inpres Talaborong students is physical bullying behavior such as hitting, pulling the headscarf, bouncing ties, pulling ears and so on. And verbal bullying like, calling parents names and making fun of them.Factors that cause bullying behavior in grade IV students are due to environmental factors, family factors, the economy and the community environment.
