Abstract

Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran sebagai salah satu alat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat vital dalam proses belajar mengajar (PBM). Penerapan media tersebut dapat memberikan perbaikan pada PBM siswa, sehingga mampu meningkatkan pencapaian hasil belajar. Upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dapat dilakukan, antara lain, dengan menggantikan metode pembelajaran konvensional dengan penggunaan media virtual yang dianggap sesuai untuk proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam hal teknik pengelasan setelah penerapan media virtual. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain one – Group Pretest – Posttest design, hasil perlakuan diketahui lebih akurat karena dapat membandingkan keadaan sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan. Dari hasil perhitungan uji t diperoleh thitung = 3,37 selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan ttabel dengan derajat kebebasan db = n – 2 = 12 – 2 = 10. Jika dk = 10 dan taraf signifikansi nya (α) sebesar 5% dengan taraf keberartian 95% pada uji dua pihak, maka diperoleh harga ttabel (0,05;10) = 2,22 dikarenakan harga thitung 3.37 > 2,22. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media virtual memiliki pengaruh untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran siswa.

Abstract

As for the design of the tuber washing machine, where the drum is coated with rubber and the drive shaft is coated with nylon thread, there are several important things to consider in this design, including: designing the driving motor power, planning the main components and supporting components: electric motor , reducers, shafts, pulleys, belts, bearings, rubber, cleaning brushes, rotating drums, inlet and outlet funnels, opening and closing handles, engine frames, and machine working drawings. The results of the design are: The tuber playing drum is planned with a diameter of 60 (cm) and a length of 70 (cm), the motor power is used 1.0 (Hp), with a voltage of 220 volts and a frequency of 50 Hz with one phase, and uses a speed reducer with type 50 and a play ratio of 1:50. S35 CD shaft material with tensile stress 53 (kg/mm2), torque 778,504 (kg.mm), shaft diameter 20 (mm) and length 1000 (mm), drive shaft supporting bearing with No.6004VV diameter 20 (mm) , using 2 pulleys with a size of 57 (inches), cleaning rubber mounted on the sides of the drum 160 pieces, cleaning brushes made of nylon thread mounted on the sides of the drive shaft, engine frame with a length of 150 (cm) and a height of 80 (cm), a funnel top inlet length 30 (cm), back height 6 (cm), long funnel 80 (cm) front height 3 (cm), drum handle 700 (mm), opening handle width 300(mm), opening clamp length 600 (mm).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Problem Based Learning learning model on the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students of SDN Manangga, South Sumedang District. The method used in this research is pre-experiment using one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The sample in this study were 30 fifth grade students. The data collection techniques used were observation techniques and test techniques. The instruments used were observation sheets for the implementation of the learning model and critical thinking skills test questions. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test, reliability test, difficulty test, normality test and t test, data analysis in this study was assisted by Microsoft Excel 2019. Based on the processing of the observation sheet for the implementation of the learning model, a percentage of 82% was obtained in the practical category. The t test results obtained a value of 22.58> 1.70 or t count> t table , then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there are differences in students' critical thinking skills before and after using the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by motion audio visual media. This can be seen based on the average posttest result of 75.33 while the average pretest value is 55.00. Based on the average value, the posttest average is greater, meaning that the posttest is better. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by motion audio visual media on students' critical thinking skills in learning science material on natural events in grade V students of SDN Manangga.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) merupakan alat atau sarana yang dapat digunakan untuk menjadi satu kesatuan yang utuh sebagai usaha memfasilitasi terjadinya proses belajar, sehingga terjadi interaksi atau hubungan timbal balik antara pendidik, peserta didik, dan sumber belajar. Perkembangan teknologi menuntut kepekaan serta bijak dalam pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model deskriptif untuk menganalisis serta memaparkan bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Sebelas April. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disampaikan bahwa pemanfaatan TIK pada proses pembelajaran masih terbatas pada penggunaan media komputer berbasis TIK sebagai bahan presentasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan internet dan jejaring sosial masih belum banyak digunakan sebagai sistem pembelajaran baru yang terintegrasi untuk lebih meningkatkan efektivitas serta efisiensi dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes. Pemanfaatan media TIK dalam proses pembelajaran penjasorkes mempermudah cara pendidik berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan peserta didik, baik di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas. Peran besar TIK memenuhi kebutuhan dalam membentuk pembelajar yang kondusif dan inovatif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of low children's scientific literacy which is caused by a lack of supporting materials and teacher creativity in creating interesting learning media for children. Especially in creating and implementing comic learning media through the storytelling method to increase children's scientific literacy. This research aims to increase scientific literacy. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the Kemmis and Taggart model. The results from the field show that the average score increase between the initial conditions and cycle I was 0.7 and the percentage increase was 0% in the Not Yet Developed (BB) category. Then the average increase between cycle I and cycle II was 1.1 with a difference in percentage increase of 40% in the Starting to Develop (MB) category. Furthermore, the increase between cycle II and cycle III was 0.4 in the Not Yet Developed (MB) category and a percentage increase of 60% in the Developing According to Expectations (BSH) category. Thus, comic learning media can improve scientific literacy skills. The benefit of this research is to increase students' insight into increasing the scientific literacy of early childhood with the help of comic learning media through the storytelling method.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low argumentation skills of students, which are marked by not being accustomed to expressing their opinions. One way to improve students' argumentation skills is to use a problem-based learning model assisted by interactive videos. The purpose of this study was to describe the influence of the problem-based learning model assisted by interactive videos on the argumentation skills of grade IV students of SDN Jatihurip, Sumedang Utara District, Sumedang Regency in the 2023/2024 academic year on the material of Gravitational Force. The method used in this study was a pre-experimental type of one group pretest-posttest design. The data collection technique in this study was a test technique consisting of a pretest and posttest. Based on the results of data analysis through the t-test, the t-value is 3.16 ≥ t-table 2.01, so H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant difference in pretest and posttest values ​​from the application of the interactive video-assisted problem-based learning model on the argumentation skills of grade IV students of SDN Jatihurip, Sumedang Utara District, Sumedang Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year on the material of gravitational force. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the interactive video-assisted problem-based learning model has a significant effect on the argumentation skills of grade IV students of SDN Jatihurip, Sumedang Utara District, Sumedang Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year on the material of gravitational force.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the weak argumentation skills of students, especially in the subject of Science (specifically on water quality topics). This issue arises from students' relative lack of understanding of argumentative questions, leading them to rarely apply their argumentation skills in class. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of problem-based learning model assisted by the jamboard application on argumentation skills of fifth-grade students at SDN Pakuwon I. The method employed is pre-experimental, with the research design being a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques include observation and written tests. Data analysis for observations uses a checklist format and rating scales, calculated by percentage. For test results, normality tests (Lilliefors test) and t-tests are used. Based on the analysis, the average argumentation skills of the students are at level 1, indicating good quality of argumentation skills. Statistical analysis using the t-test shows a p-value of 0.00007 with α=0.05. Since the p-value is less than 0.05, H0 (null hypothesis) is rejected, and H1 (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded from this research that the problem-based learning model assisted by the jamboard application has an influence on students' argumentation skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman materi pecahan siswa kelas 5 di salah satu sekolah dasar daerah Padalarang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 5 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi, tes pemahaman materi pecahan, dan angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pecahan secara signifikan. Pada siklus pertama, persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 70%, sedangkan pada siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 90%. Selain itu, respon siswa terhadap model PBL juga sangat positif, dengan sebagian besar siswa merasa lebih termotivasi dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PBL efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman materi pecahan pada siswa kelas 5.(9 pt).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving student learning outcomes in the subject of Basic Automotive Engineering Works (PDTO) on hand tools material in class X TKR 1 SMK Negeri Situraja. The main problem identified was the lack of interest, enthusiasm, and attention of students during learning. The PBL model was applied to improve student motivation and learning outcomes. Data analysis showed that the use of PBL was very efficient, as evidenced by the results of the t-test which showed tcount = 26.58, greater than ttable = 23.267, so the alternative hypothesis was accepted. In addition, the average pretest score increased from 41.5 to 77.3 in the posttest, indicating a significant increase in learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that the PBL model can effectively improve student learning achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketidakmampuan siswa dalam berhitung pada materi perkalian. Hal ini merupakan permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dari Kemmis&Taggart. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini diambil pada kelas II dengan jumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, tes, dan angket. Hasilnya menunjukkan pada siklus ke-1 84 % dan siklus ke-2 92 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berhitung perkalian di siklus ke-1 dan siklus ke-2 dengan menggunakan media papan perkalian.
