Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of technology and partnership-based business incubator models in Indonesia is the subject of this study, which focuses on the importance of relationships with industry, the availability of funds, and the availability of human resources. Using a quantitative approach, with a random sampling technique of 300 samples representing start-ups and business incubators in various industries and regions in Indonesia, the study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 4. The findings show a strong correlation between human resource availability and technological advancement, industry ties and partnership-based business models, and startup growth and financing availability. These results highlight how innovation and entrepreneurial success in the Indonesian ecosystem can be encouraged by investing in human capital, fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders, and building a climate that supports startup financing.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low numeracy skills of students in economic subjects at SMA 2 Kuningan which was known through pre-research conducted. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using educational game-based technology learning media on students' numeracy skills in economic subjects in class XII SMAN 2 Kuningan Regency. The method used in this research is experimental method. The number of respondents in each class was 32 students each. Data processing methodology begins with instrument testing (including validity and reliability tests) followed by prerequisite assessment in the form of normality and homogeneity tests. Hypothesis testing using t-test and n-gain. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, there are significant differences in learning outcomes between students who utilize technology-based educational games and students who do not utilize technology-based educational games. These results indicate a difference in learning outcomes and numeracy skills between students who use technology-based educational games and those who do not. The results showed that the average normalized gain score of the experimental class of 76.76% was included in the effective category based on the interpretation of the effectiveness gain index. Therefore, it can be concluded that the integration of technology-based educational games is efficacious in improving students' numeracy skills in class XII economics subjects at SMAN 2 Kuningan

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the banking sector which affects financial performance, because financing is not running smoothly due to debtor arrears due to many people losing their jobs and having difficulty paying financing. The research aims to determine the differences in the financial performance of Islamic banks and conventional banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research also uses qualitative research with comparative descriptive objectives. The sample in this study consists of Shariah and conventional banks registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2020, totaling 62 banks, comprising 12 Shariah banks and 50 conventional banks. The analysis technique used is a difference test through independent sample t-test. The research results indicate that there is no difference in the financial performance of both Islamic and conventional banks. Financial performance, as assessed by CAR, NPL/NPF, and FDR/LDR ratios, still falls within the safe category, where banks can meet capital needs, maintain asset quality, and ensure bank liquidity during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, both Shariah and conventional banks have not been able to meet the BOPO and ROA ratio limits due to a decrease in bank income during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research paper investigates the impact of cultural tourism on the preservation of local traditions in Penglipuran Village, Bali, aiming to understand how tourism influences community practices and identity. The study employs a qualitative case study methodology, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to gather comprehensive data from local residents, community leaders, and tourism stakeholders. Key findings reveal that while cultural tourism has generated economic benefits and increased awareness of local heritage, it has also led to significant alterations in traditional practices, including the commercialization of sacred ceremonies and changes in architectural styles. The research identifies both supporting factors, such as community engagement in tourism management, and hindering factors, such as the risk of cultural dilution. Notably, the study emphasizes the importance of community perspectives in shaping sustainable tourism strategies that balance economic growth with cultural preservation. The novelty of this research lies in its focused examination of a specific village context, highlighting the unique dynamics between cultural tourism and local traditions while providing actionable recommendations for enhancing community involvement in heritage preservation. This work contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable tourism by offering insights into effective practices that can be adopted by other communities facing similar challenges.

Abstract

The study aims to explore and analyze the reliability and security of information technology (IT) in local government financial reporting in Indonesia. IT reliability and security are important factors in financial management, as reliable and secure information supports decision-making, attracts investment and builds public trust. However, threats to IT reliability and security can lead to negative consequences, such as data inaccuracies or the risk of information leakage. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies on two local governments that have adopted IT in the financial reporting process. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations and document reviews. The analysis focused on the impact of IT reliability and security on financial administration performance. The results show that improving IT reliability and security has a significant positive impact on local government financial management. Concrete impacts include increased public trust, operational efficiency and financial accountability. IT system reliability enables fast and accurate data processing, while IT security protects sensitive information from cyber threats. This research makes an important contribution by supporting previous research and expanding the discussion on the relationship between IT security and public trust, which has previously been less explored. The practical implications include recommendations for strengthening regulations and budget allocations for better IT infrastructure, as well as guidance on effective IT implementation strategies. The findings confirm that IT reliability and security are key elements in building a transparent and efficient local government administration system.

Abstract

The selection of appropriate statistical test tools is a major challenge in quantitative research, and errors in their selection can affect the validity and reliability of research results. This study aims to develop a systematic strategy for selecting appropriate statistical test tools based on the type of data and hypotheses used, and provide practical guidance for researchers of various skill levels. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through literature studies and case studies on various quantitative studies. The selected test tools were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify the match with the data characteristics. The results showed that the selection of appropriate test tools improved the accuracy and efficiency of statistical analyses, and the strategy applied helped make it easier for researchers to determine the appropriate statistical test tools through clear groupings based on data types and hypotheses. The implication of this research is the importance of in-depth understanding of the basic assumptions of test tools as well as the application of this strategy to improve the quality and credibility of quantitative research in various disciplines.
