Abstract

The rapid advancements in information and communication technologies (ICT) have revolutionized healthcare delivery, particularly in remote and underserved areas. One of the most significant innovations is telemedicine, which has emerged as a critical tool for overcoming geographical barriers and improving access to healthcare services. This paper explores the role of telemedicine in enhancing healthcare delivery in remote areas, where traditional healthcare infrastructure is often limited or non-existent. The study examines various telemedicine models, their implementation, and the outcomes observed in different remote regions, with a particular focus on the advantages and challenges associated with telemedicine. The research highlights the ways in which telemedicine bridges the gap between healthcare providers and patients in rural or isolated locations, ensuring that individuals in these areas can receive timely medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatments. It discusses the use of telemedicine in various specialties, including primary care, mental health, emergency services, and chronic disease management, emphasizing its versatility and potential to improve health outcomes. Furthermore, the paper addresses the technological, regulatory, and social barriers that may hinder the effective implementation of telemedicine, such as internet connectivity issues, data privacy concerns, and resistance to technology adoption. Through case studies and empirical evidence, the paper presents successful examples of telemedicine initiatives in different regions, demonstrating the positive impact on healthcare access, patient satisfaction, and healthcare cost reduction. Additionally, it explores the potential future developments in telemedicine, including the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies to further enhance healthcare delivery in remote areas. Telemedicine plays a pivotal role in improving access to healthcare services in remote areas, contributing to more equitable healthcare systems globally. The paper suggests that with the right policies, infrastructure, and support systems, telemedicine has the potential to become a cornerstone of modern healthcare delivery, particularly in regions with limited access to traditional healthcare facilities. Future research should focus on addressing the challenges of scaling telemedicine and exploring its long-term impact on healthcare systems worldwide.

Abstract

Organizational attractiveness is an important factor in companies' efforts to recruit and retain talent, especially in the midst of increasingly competitive labor competition. A positive organizational culture is believed to be able to improve prospective employees' perceptions of the organization, but its impact can vary depending on how the culture is perceived externally through the company's reputation. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational attractiveness, with organizational reputation as a mediating variable. The approach used is quantitative, with data collection techniques in the form of online surveys. The instruments used include the organizational attractiveness scale, culture organization scale and corporate reputation scale. Respondents in this study were 169 employees from various companies in Jombang Regency, East Java, with a minimum of three months of work experience. The data analysis technique used was model 4 analysis through PROCESS Macro SPSS from Hayes. The results of the study showed that organizational culture did not have a significant direct effect on organizational attractiveness. However, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational reputation, and this reputation significantly affects organizational attractiveness. Organizational reputation is proven to fully mediate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational attractiveness.

Abstract

Abstract

Through the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), effort is made to improve development and community welfare in line with national priorities. Health Operational Assistance (BOK) is the non-physical DAK program in the health sector. This study aims to analyze the causes of the low realization of the 2023 Health Operational Assistance (BOK) Salur budget at the Bogor Regency Health Center using the Public Financial Management (PFM) approach. The study focused on 3 Health Centers in the Bogor Regency area and the Bogor Regency Health Office by considering aspects of distance, time and cost. The research period started from February to April 2025.The results of the study indicate that low budget absorption is caused by several main factors, including a lack of understanding of technical instructions on the implementation limits of the BOK Salur menu, low unit costs set by the local government, and a lack of understanding of the SPJ report organizer by PPTK and the treasurer's financial administrator. This indicates a weakness in the synchronization between the planning, budgeting, and budget implementation stages at the Health Center level. In addition, the limited technical and managerial capacity of the implementers also affects program implementation. Therefore, it is hoped that local governments can further consider the unit cost unit to encourage work performance and motivation. Increasing human resource capacity and strengthening cross-sector coordination to ensure the effectiveness of the use of BOK Salur funds.
