Abstract

This study aims to analyze the limitations of criminal law in making the identity of a criminal go viral, as well as the synchronization between the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) and the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). The study uses a normative juridical method with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The research data consists of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials collected through library research. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods using deductive legal reasoning to examine the relationship between personal data protection norms and public participation in law enforcement. The results show that the act of making the identity of a criminal go viral can be qualified as doxing if it is done with an intentional element (mens rea) to damage a person's dignity or disseminate personal data without authorization. Legal limitations require society to respect the principle of the presumption of innocence, the protection of permanent digital traces, and digital ethics in the use of social media. The synchronization between the ITE Law and the PDP Law forms a complementary legal framework, where legal certainty is achieved when public participation is channeled through official reporting mechanisms to law enforcement officials. This study's limitation lies in the use of a normative approach that has not examined empirical implementation in the field. Therefore, further research is recommended to use an empirical approach to evaluate the effectiveness of the ITE Law and the PDP Law in addressing doxing practices and digital vigilantism.

Abstract

Ngliman Village is one of the largest rose-producing villages in the Kediri Residency area. However, the surplus of rose harvests has resulted in a large amount of rose petals not being optimally utilized, potentially becoming organic waste. One of the alternative solutions for utilizing this waste is through the fermentation of eco enzyme made from rose petals. The fermentation process conducted by the Women Farmers Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani/KWT) is still performed manually, making it difficult to monitor fermentation conditions and increasing the risk of fermentation failure. This study aims to implement a real-time eco enzyme fermentation monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The system was designed using an ESP32 microcontroller with a DHT22 sensor for temperature monitoring and an MPX Pressure Sensor for monitoring fermentation gas pressure. Monitoring data are transmitted through the internet network and displayed on a web-based dashboard in real-time. The results show that the system is capable of reading, processing, and displaying temperature and gas pressure monitoring data effectively during the fermentation process. The implementation of the IoT-based monitoring system can support a more effective, structured, and efficient fermentation monitoring process while minimizing the risk of fermentation failure at the community scale.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how neuroparenting principles can be enriched through Qur'anic parenting values based on Hamka's Tafsir Al-Azhar. This study uses the thematic interpretation method (*tafsir maudhu'i*) with a qualitative approach. Primary data consists of Qur'anic verses related to childcare and Tafsir Al-Azhar as the main source of interpretation, while secondary data are obtained from books, journal articles, and scientific literature discussing neuroparenting, neuroscience, Islamic education, and childcare. Data collection is carried out through documentation studies by tracing, identifying, and inventorying verses and literature relevant to the research theme. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, theme categorization, interpretation of verses based on Tafsir Al-Azhar, and comparative analysis with the concept of neuroparenting in modern neuroscience studies. The results of the study indicate that the concept of neuroparenting in the Qur'an as interpreted by Hamka emphasizes the balance between the development of reason, heart, and faith in the formation of a child's personality. Hamka views parenting as an educational process encompassing cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and moral aspects, grounded in monotheism, compassion, wisdom, and exemplary behavior. These findings demonstrate a strong relevance between modern neuroparenting principles and Quranic parenting values. This research contributes to the development of a Quranic neuroparenting paradigm that integrates scientific and spiritual approaches as a foundation for holistic childcare in the modern era.

Abstract

This study investigates the association between swimming and endurance capacity through a systematic review of relevant literature. The review followed the PRISMA guidelines to ensure a transparent and structured selection process. Articles published between 2010 and 2025 were retrieved from databases such as Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. After applying inclusion criteria, 15 studies were selected for analysis. The results demonstrate that swimming plays a significant role in enhancing both cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance among different groups, including trained athletes and general populations. Indicators such as VO₂ max, recovery heart rate, and endurance performance consistently improved following swimming interventions. From an exercise physiology perspective, these adaptations are linked to the combined influence of aerobic conditioning and water resistance. Nevertheless, the extent of improvement depends on training variables such as intensity, duration, and frequency. Some limitations were identified, including variations in methodology and a lack of long-term studies. Future research should focus on standardized approaches and broader participant groups. Overall, swimming can be considered an effective method for improving endurance capacity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal branding on employee performance and examine the role of religious moderation as a moderating variable in this relationship in public sector organizations. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that internal branding had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that understanding and internalizing organizational values can improve employee work behavior and performance quality. Religious moderation was also shown to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that religious moderation values play a role in shaping professional, inclusive, and service-oriented work attitudes. However, religious moderation was not shown to moderate the relationship between internal branding and employee performance (p-value = 0.781 > 0.05), so the effect of internal branding on employee performance is relatively consistent at various levels of religious moderation. This study concludes that internal branding and religious moderation are two factors that directly contribute to improving employee performance and provide implications for public sector organizations in strengthening human resource management strategies based on organizational values and moderate religious values.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of research on the integration of design thinking in the digital transformation process of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the platform economy era, while also developing a more integrated conceptual model. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method combined with bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. The findings show that studies on design thinking, digital transformation, and the platform economy are still developing separately and have not been widely integrated into a comprehensive conceptual framework. The bibliometric visualization indicates the dominance of keywords such as “Indonesia,” “digital transformation,” and “design thinking,” as well as the emergence of new themes such as QRIS and artificial intelligence in recent publications. Based on these findings, this study proposes a conceptual model entitled “Design Thinking–Driven MSME Transformation,” which connects the understanding of user needs, digital strategy, and the utilization of platform ecosystems. This model is expected to enrich theoretical development while also serving as a practical reference for MSMEs in addressing the challenges of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of consumers as innovation partners in the co-creation innovation approach through the implementation of design thinking. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review guided by PRISMA, involving articles obtained from Google Scholar, Scopus, ScienceDirect, Springer, and Emerald Publishing from 2010 to 2024. Of the 40 articles identified, 20 were selected as the main sources. The findings show that co-creation innovation strengthens the effectiveness of design thinking through consumer involvement in the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Consumers act as sources of ideas, development participants, solution testers, and innovation evaluators. This approach enhances innovation relevance, consumer engagement, customer loyalty, and co-learning processes. However, its implementation still faces challenges, including variations in consumer participation, multi-stakeholder coordination, limited resources, and the suboptimal use of digital technology. This study contributes to integrating the concepts of co-creation innovation, consumer engagement, value co-creation, and design thinking into a systematic review.
