Abstract

Human resource development and management activities are very important as an effort to produce employees who are agile and competent in carrying out their job duties. This is the task of the Managerial Competency Development Division at the Central Kalimantan Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM). This research aims to find out how the Provincial Apparatus Training Activities are implemented at BPSDM Central Kalimantan by the Managerial Competency Development Sector. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive research type through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that BPSDM Central Kalimantan Province in the Managerial field offers several training courses such as PKN II, PKA, PKP, LATSAR and DPRD Member Orientation which are designed in a structured and well-organized manner to ensure that participants acquire the relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to carry out their duties. effectively and efficiently. This is interpreted from the existence of a clear curriculum, varied learning methods, competent teachers, objective evaluation and certification for training participants who have completed the learning.

Abstract

Character education is a systematic effort that aims to shape an individuals personality holistically, including moral, ethical and noble values aspects that are important for social life. In its implementation, character education is integrated into various subjects, extracurricural activities, and the school environment that supports the creation of an educational atmosphere that encourages good character development. This research aims to investigate character value and the impact of character education as well as challenges in implementing character education using qualitative research methods, which use article review. Based on the method use to gain an understanding of character education material through journal sources, articles and also objects relevant to the research. The research results include: (1) Definition of character education, (2) Objectives of character education, (3) Benefits of character education, (4) Main values in character education, (5) Challenges in character education, (6) Methods of implementing education character, (7) Character education in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to understand in depth about mathematics and how teaching aids in learning, especially in mathematics subjects, help students understand abstract mathematical concepts. The literature study method (qualitative approach) in this research was also used for the ability to obtain information from various sources related to mathematics learning theory, the benefits of using teaching aids, and so on. This research also briefly explains how behaviorism, cognitivism and constructivism can enable students to build their understanding by increasing motivation by teachers and ensuring that the teaching aids used are effective both over time and in the learning process.

Abstract

In the situation of learning basic technical material for dribbling in the game of soccer in class VII of SMP Negeri 8 Paragalam, it was found that the majority of students had not completed the KKM, because conducting experiments by applying a reciprocal teaching style was expected to be a solution to this problem. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of a reciprocal teaching style on the learning outcomes of dribbling soccer games for class VII students at SMA Negeri 8 Pagaralam. The method used is an experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The research population consisted of 30 students and samples were taken from a total population of 30 people. Data collection uses psychomotor skills sheets. Data analysis used SPSS paired sample t test. The research results stated that there was an influence of the reciprocal method on dribbling learning outcomes in class VII students at SMP Negeri 8 Pagaralam because tcount > ttable (10.926 > 1.69)

Abstract

Leadership in Islamic education is a crucial element that influences the quality and effectiveness of the learning process. This research focuses on the definition of leadership from an Islamic perspective, identifying the characteristics of leadership exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad, as well as digging deeper into the common features of Islamic leadership that have proven successful in various educational contexts. Through a literature review and qualitative approach, this research seeks to clarify how leadership based on Islamic values can have a significant impact on the success of educational institutions. The Prophet Muhammad, as the ultimate example, demonstrated effective leadership through traits such as justice, trustworthiness, exemplary leadership, and good communication skills. These values not only build a strong leadership foundation, but are also relevant to be applied in modern education systems. In addition, the distinctive features of Islamic leadership, such as integrity, justice and responsibility, are important factors in the success of Islamic education. The results show that the application of Islamic leadership values can contribute to improving the overall quality of education, both in terms of character development and academic achievement. The study also provides practical recommendations for educational leaders in applying Islamic leadership principles and offers guidance for further research focusing on the practical application of Islamic leadership in contemporary education.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in the research is How is the implementation of learning the traditional Sedulang Setudung dance using audio visual media for students at SMP N 35 Palembang? The aim of this research is to find out how the traditional Sedulang Setudung dance lesson is implemented using audio-visual media for students at SMPN 35 Palembang. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are 1. Data reduction, 2. Data presentation, 3. Drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) At the planning stage the teacher plans learning based on the competencies that must be achieved in the form of a learning implementation plan. The learning planning steps at the meeting include preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities; 2) At the implementation stage, the teacher carries out traditional dance lessons in Sedulang Setudung groups in learning activities using direct learning strategies, and a learning approach that is centered on students as learning subjects. In the learning process and delivery of material the teacher uses audio visual media to facilitate students' understanding. The learning methods used in the strategy are demonstration methods and drill methods; 3) At the evaluation stage, the teacher conducts an evaluation in the form of a practical test which is carried out at the end of each learning activity. Based on the results of the study, it shows that students follow the traditional dance learning of Sedulang Setudung well. , and obtained excellent results of the final practical exam evaluation.

Abstract

Abstract. It is not appropriate for a transfer education to be totally devoted to a teacher. Especially a matter of student's learning motivation which also needs attention. The lack of motivational attention keeps students from discovering their maximum potential. In this study will be concerned about the increased motivational efforts of students at one school. As for the research methods used on this research are qualitative research methods, exactly field research. With the accumulative data collection techniques, observation and documentation, and the miles and hubberman techniques as data analysis techniques, with procedure 1) data reduction, 3) data presentation and 4) data verification, and with data check 1) credibility, 2) accessibility and 3). Research shows that 1) the state of the cooperation of parents and teachers is very good, 2) the teacher's efforts increase the motivation for learning by implementing behavoristic and chromatic learning theories, 3) the cooperation of parents and teachers increase the student's learning motivation by an intrinsic and extrinsic motivation approach and 4) it enhances the student's intrinsic and extrinsic motivations and 4) it reflects on the parents as well as on the parents. Abstrak. Tidaklah tepat bila urusan pendidikan di pindahtangankan secara totalitas hanya kepada guru. Terutama soal motivasi belajar siswa yang juga perlu diperhatikan. Minimnya perhatian soal motivasi membuat siswa tidak menemukan potensi maksimalnya. Pada penelitian ini akan diurai tentang upaya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di salah satu sekolah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, tepatnya field research. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data akumulatif wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dan teknik Miles dan Hubberman sebagai teknik analisis datanya, dengan prosedur 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data dan 4) verifikasi data, serta dengan teknik pemeriksaan data 1) kredibilitias, 2) tranferabilitas dan 3) dependabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) keadaan hubungan kerjasama orang tua dan guru itu sangat baik, 2) upaya guru kelas meningkatkan motivasi belajar dengan mengimplementasikan teori belajar Behavoristik dan Kontruksivistik, 3) upaya kerjasama orang tua dan guru meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan pendekatan motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik dan 4) hambatan peningkatannya bersentral pada orang tua juga pendukungnya berpusat pula pada orang tua.

Abstract

The family is a fundamental environment for the growth and development of children, where parental affection and protection are essential to ensure the physical and mental health of children. However, in reality, many children experience disturbances in their growth, one of which is due to domestic violence (KDRT), which often occurs in an environment that should be safe for children. KDRT has the potential to create psychological trauma both directly and indirectly for children, which can interfere with their social and emotional development. Data from the National Commission on Violence Against Women shows the high number of cases of domestic violence in Indonesia, with a significant proportion of victims being children. This article aims to examine the psychological impact experienced by children when witnessing family conflict, with a focus on the mental health and behavioral aspects of children. Through a concrete case analysis, such as the experience of an influencer who experienced domestic violence, this article highlights the urgency of the problem and the long-term psychological impact of domestic conflict. With a deep understanding of these effects, this article is expected to provide recommendations for parents, educators, and authorities to minimize the psychological risks faced by children in situations of domestic conflict.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers' creativity in enhancing the development of students' IPAS learning skills at SDN 106163 Bandar Klippa through a qualitative descriptive interview method. Creative and innovative learning is a process that involves creativity and innovation. By engaging sixth-grade students from various backgrounds, this study focuses on how teachers foster students' creativity through creative learning methods. The learning process must be engaging and enjoyable so that students do not become bored. Many creative learning methods can be applied, such as cooperative learning, project-based learning, experiential learning, and problem-based learning. By using creative methods in learning, the learning environment becomes more enjoyable. Interview results show that students can enhance their creativity by creating works or media. However, they also experience difficulties in applying the concepts of media and their works, highlighting a lack of alignment between classroom learning and everyday experiences.

Abstract

Accreditation is a systematic evaluation process aimed at assessing the feasibility and quality of educational institutions, playing a significant role in driving improvements in education quality. This study aims to examine the role of accreditation in enhancing the quality of education at MTs Al-Idris, a madrasa committed to shaping an excellent generation based on Islamic values. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study found that accreditation serves not only as an indicator of quality achievements but also as a strategic tool driving holistic improvements, including in curriculum, teaching staff, facilities, and stakeholder satisfaction. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for madrasa in optimizing accreditation outcomes to achieve higher-quality education.
