Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan pengawasan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Soppeng terhadap Toko Obat dan Kefarmasian, serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengawasan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Soppeng terhadap Toko Obat dan Kefarmasian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Soppeng dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara.  Data dan informasi yang penulis dapatkan dianalisis secara kualitatif, selanjutnya diurai dengan deskriptif agar diperoleh jawaban dari masalah yang penulis teliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengawasan Dinas Kesehatan terhadap toko obat telah dilaksanakan berdasarkan ketentuan yang berlaku namun pelaksanaan pengawasan tersebut belumlah efektif sebab adanya faktor yang menghambat efektivitas pengawasan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Soppeng. Adapun  faktor yang mempengaruhi tersebut, yakni adanya pelaku usaha yang tidak menaati ketentuan yang ditetapkan, pelaku usaha toko obat bukan tenaga kefarmasian, dan ketentuan terkait pengawasan rutin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the prevention efforts for children as perpetrators of online fraud, as well as to determine the factors that cause children to commit online fraud. This study was conducted at the Wajo Police and Class II B Sengkang Detention Center with data collection methods through documentation and interviews. The data and information obtained by the author were analyzed qualitatively, then analyzed descriptively in order to obtain answers to the problems studied by the author. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that cause children to commit online fraud in Wajo Regency are the fun or trial factor, the follower factor, economic factors, environmental factors, educational factors, and the minimal factor of being caught by the authorities. In addition, various prevention efforts carried out by the Wajo Police range from pre-emptive, preventive and repressive efforts.

Abstract

Bullying cases in the form of bullying and physical violence that occur in the world of education, both by educators and fellow students. This study aims to determine the factors that cause bullying behavior among students and to determine what efforts are made by educators and students to prevent and overcome bullying behavior in educational institutions. The data collection technique used by the author is observation, namely data collection carried out directly by observing the objects being studied. Questionnaire, namely a data collection technique by providing a list of questions to respondents. Documentation, namely data collection using documents concerning legislation, literature books that are related to this study, The data analysis technique used is primary data and secondary data analyzed qualitatively and then presented descriptively, namely explaining, describing, and describing according to the problems related to this study. The results of this study indicate that bullying behavior among students in Wajo Regency is caused by social or economic status factors, social environment, social media, family environment, biological factors, and thinking. And the efforts made to prevent bullying behavior are pre-emptive efforts, repressive efforts, and preventive efforts

Abstract

As the use of e-commerce platforms continues to grow, consumers are increasingly exposed to a range of risks, including fraud, defective products, and a lack of transparency regarding product information. Law No. 8/1999 on Consumer Protection provides a clear legal framework to protect consumer rights. This study aims to identify potential risks, analyze the legal protection offered to consumers in online sales transactions, and make recommendations to improve the consumer protection system in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach and secondary data analysis, this study found that despite existing regulations, there are still gaps that need to be filled in order for consumer protection to be more effective.

Abstract

This research aims to take a deeper look at the misuse of official vehicles, including the causal factors, impacts, and solutions that can be implemented to overcome this problem. Referring to the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 172/PMK.06/2020, it is explained that official vehicles can be obtained after occupying Echelon IV and or equivalent positions, or becoming head of an office in a work area of at least 1 (one) district (city). Official vehicles are expected to assist state civil apparatus employees in carrying out their duties and it is hoped that official vehicles will be used only for purposes related to the duties and obligations of state civil apparatus. Official vehicles are one of the many facilities provided by the state to government employees to function as stated in the law. However, there are still many state civil apparatus employees who abuse these facilities. The approach method used is empirical juridical, with a problem approach using a system of laws and regulations, concepts, and analytical approaches. Law enforcement for ASN and non-ASN employees who misuse official vehicles in Wajo Regency has not been effective, even though official vehicles are roaming on holidays, there has been no government action in sanctioning the misuse because there are no regulations that clearly regulate the misuse of operational official vehicles. The impact is that official vehicle users do not really understand how official vehicles are used according to official functions

Abstract

One of the most important ways for villages to implement programs to improve community welfare is through the provision of village funds. Compared to district governments, which certainly have broader and more complex problems, it is believed that village governments are better able to identify the most important community needs. This study aims to determine the management of village fund allocations as well as the factors that influence the management of village funds in an effort to improve the welfare of the community of Palippu Village, which is located in Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology and is classified as field research, which includes observation, interview, and documentation. Firstly, this study found that the ADD management process includes planning, implementation, reporting, accountability and monitoring. The Palippu village government, in the Tanasitolo sub-district, Wajo Regency, manages ADD according to the technical guidelines stipulated in the laws and regulations. However, the process is still not optimal. Second, village fund management is influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors. Community participation, facilities, and infrastructure are supporting factors, and human resources, communication, and technical guidelines for managing ADD change every year.

Abstract

Exploring the inhibiting factors in the intelligence role of the Wajo District Attorney's Office is the purpose of this research. In general, the literature method and the method of direct interviews and field observations for in-depth exploration of data and information. Then, the resulting data will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. This study found that the inhibiting factors of Wajo District Attorney's intelligence in carrying out its role are the existence of organizations or individuals related to cases that are not cooperative in providing information, poor governance systems, ineffective work methods, and problems and obstacles faced by witnesses in providing information or information required by investigators.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of a rice field mortgage agreement with two pawnholders and to determine the resolution of disputes due to the existence of two pawnholders in a rice field mortgage agreement. This study was conducted in Liu Village, Sabbangparu District, Wajo Regency using data collection methods through direct observation and interviews with the community. The data and information obtained by the author were analyzed qualitatively and then described descriptively so that the author could obtain answers to the problems studied. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that economic factors are one of the factors causing the occurrence of rice field mortgage agreements, and the lack of legal literacy in the community has led to the implementation of rice field mortgage agreement practices using the principle of kinship (oral agreements) and the form of settlement of default disputes in rice field mortgage agreements in Liu Village is settlement through non-litigation, namely by consensus.

The protection of Muslim consumers of halal products as outlined in the Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999, and the halal product safety system for Muslim consumers as outlined in the Halal Product Protection Law No. 33 of 2014. With the regulations on halal product specifications set by the government, business owners can comply with the halal labeling of their products as a fulfillment of the rights of Muslim consumers. Not only in Indonesia, but also for other countries in the world, the issue of halal product standards is a very important issue to pay attention to. Therefore, this study also provides a global perspective. Together with the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), the Indonesian Halal Certification Center can strengthen the role of the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH) as a halal certification body that can be trusted and recognized internationally

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Wajo Regency Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2018 Concerning Parking Implementation and the efforts made by the Wajo Regency Transportation Agency. The study was conducted at the Wajo Regency Transportation Agency. In this study, the author used a qualitative analysis method. From the results of this study, to deal with parking problems, there are several efforts made by the Wajo Regency Transportation Agency, namely coaching efforts and supervision efforts. Based on the data and facts that the author has obtained, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the effectiveness of Wajo Regency Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2018 Concerning Parking Implementation are organizational effectiveness factors consisting of 1) clear objectives, 2) organizational structure, 3) community support and participation, 4) adopted value system. Second, the parking attendant work effectiveness factor which includes 1) motivation, 2) work environment, 3) parking attendant characteristics.
