This research method uses research methods with a quantitative approach, survey methods, and model analysis techniques using the SPSS version 24 application. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, with the results of the T test showing a t count value of 2.847 > t table 1.988, this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of village officials. Furthermore, the results of research on work motivation affect the performance of village apparatus, as evidenced by the results of the T test, which show a t count of 3.429 > t table 1.988. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know and analyze the role of learning motivation in moderating the influence of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning on accounting computer learning outcome. Affordable population in this research amounted to 142 students of class XI financial accounting and institution at SMK Negeri 50 & 46 Jakarta. This research using quantitative research with survey method. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data processing using application of SPSS v.25 with moderated regression analysis (MRA) model. The result of this research show that self-regulated learning has a positive and significant influence on accounting computer learning outcome. But, self-efficacy has no significant influence on accounting computer learning outcome. So, learning motivation can’t moderate the influence of self-efficacy on accounting computer learning outcome. However, learning motivation can moderate the influence of self-regulated learning on accounting computer learning outcome. Thus, the role of learning motivation in moderating the influence of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning can be the right choice for teachers to develop student learning outcome in accounting computer learning.

Readiness to work is the overall condition of the individual which includes physical mental maturity and experience as well as the willingness and ability to carry out a job or activity. Readiness can be influenced by several factors, namely internal factors and external factors. This research was conducted to determine the effect of self efficacy and soft skills on work readiness in students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2019 by using a quantitative approach and survey methods. The sample in this study amounted to 139 students who were taken using a purposive sampling technique and calculated using the slovin formula. The instrument used was a Likert scale and data analysis using SEM PLS 4. The results showed that the self-efficacy construct had a t-statistic value of 4.135 greater than 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 less than 0.05. The soft skill construct has a 1-statistic value of 0.2776 which is greater than 1.96, and a p-value of 0.049 which is less than 0.05. The F-Square value of the self efficacy variable to the hit readiness variable is 0.378, starting from the F-Square of saciable soft skills to diving work readiness 2.31. This shows that self-efficacy and soft skills have a positive influence on the work readiness of Economics students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect influence between the perceptions about teacher’s profession, family environment, self-efficacy, and peers on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of the FE UNJ 2019, either partially or simultaneously. This research design is a quantitative approach to the survey method. Data collection technique with a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique was using multiple linear regression using SPSS 24. This study used the "proportionate stratified random sampling" with the slovin formula calculation so that a sample of 162 students was obtained. The results of multiple linear regression are Y = 12.286 + 0.085X1 + 0.153X2 + 0.175X3 + 0.071X4 + 0.806. The results of the F test are F count 21,100 > F table 2.43 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Then the results of the T test on all independent variables have T count > T table 1.97519 and a significance value < 0.05. So based on these calculations, both simultaneously and partially, the variable X1, X2, X3, and X4 have a positive and significant effect on Y. Perceptions about teacher’s profession, family environment, self-efficacy, and peers can explain the bond variable of interest in being a teacher by 35% while the remaining 65% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Academic resilience has a vital role to ensure students have high resilience in completing their academic studies. This study aims to determine the direct influence of Peer Social Support, Adversity Quotient, and Self-Efficacy on the Academic Resilience in Class X Students at SMKN 48 Jakarta. The method used is quantitative through statistical analysis on multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS version 24.0 program. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified sampling with the Slovin formula at an error rate of 5%, namely 166 students. Then data collection was carried out based on a survey and filling out a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of instrument test, analysis requirements test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test. Through the results of regression analysis, the research equation is Y = 9,484 + (0,138X1) + (0,230X2) + (0,163X3) + 0,765 with a contribution percentage value of 41,4%. Based on data calculations, the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant between Peer Social Support, Adversity Quotient, and Self-Efficacy on Academic Resilience either simultaneously or partially.
