Introduction to The Problem : This study aims to obtain an overview of teachers' experience in managing classes in mathematics subjects in elementary schools. Purpose: From formulating the existing problems, the research objective is to obtain an overview of the teacher's experience in classroom management of mathematics subjects in elementary schools. Design/methods/approach: The form of research used is qualitative with a phenomenological research approach. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and document studies. The instruments used in this research were interview guidelines and documentation study guidelines. Data validity was done through triangulation. The triangulation used in this research is source and method. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis which consists of 3 stages, namely: reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Findings: The results showed that 1) Learning resources used in the form of various kinds, including LKS, package books, the internet, teaching aids, and the natural environment, 2) Management of students, teachers always create good relationships with their students by giving freedom but still providing boundaries for behavior that can be done and not. Teachers also provide rewards or awards for students who behave positively; 3) In learning activities, it is pretty well done the way teachers create active and fun learning and can condition if there is a disturbance during learning; it is just that the use of learning methods is less varied, 4) Learning assessment is carried out with three aspects, knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Knowledge is obtained from daily grades, and PTS / PAS, skills are obtained from project results, portfolios, and work performance, while attitude assessment is obtained from direct observation. Research implications/limitations: The study has limitations in the scope of the respondents studied, which is limited to only one school. Research on a broader scope is needed to obtain a more detailed picture of some school quality characteristics, respondents' backgrounds, and other scopes. Originality/value: This is your opportunity to provide readers with an analysis of the value of your results. It is a good idea to ask colleagues whether your analysis is balanced and fair, and again, it is essential not to exaggerate. You can also conjecture what future research steps could be.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem : Evaluation of Islamic religious learning in schools is an important aspect in improving the quality of education. Effective and diverse evaluation methods are needed to ensure that students understand the material taught and are able to apply it in everyday life. However, challenges in the implementation of Islamic learning evaluation are still often faced, including in terms of planning, implementing, and supervising evaluation. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to understand more about the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating Islamic religious learning in a school, focusing on the use of qualitative techniques in data collection and analysis. This study aims to provide insight into how the evaluation process can be optimized to improve the effectiveness of Islamic religious learning. Findings : The results showed that PAI learning evaluation planning at SMP Negeri 1 Pleret was carried out through workshops or seminars, where all educators were invited to obtain an overview of how to teach students. Teachers are required to plan learning evaluation activities independently, including semester programs, lesson plans, annual programs, and syllabi, which must be based on three domains of student assessment: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Teachers conduct direct supervision of learning evaluation activities in class and CCTV assistance outside the school. Research implications/limitations: This research provides important implications for education practitioners in terms of planning and implementing the evaluation of Islamic religious learning. However, this study has limitations in terms of the number of samples and geographical scope, which can affect the generalizability of the results. Originality/value : This research adds new insights into how the evaluation process of Islamic religious learning can be optimized through a qualitative approach. The results of this study are expected to provide references for future research and practical contributions for education practitioners in improving the quality of Islamic religious learning.

Strategies to mitigate negative impacts include setting limits, creating tech-free areas, and modeling responsible behavior. Engaging parents in digital education and discussing online safety are highlighted as essential. Research implications/limitations: The findings underscore the necessity for collaboration among parents, educators, and policymakers to manage the digital age's challenges. While technology is beneficial, it requires careful handling to safeguard children's welfare. Study limitations include potential biases in self-reported data and difficulties separating technology's effects from other factors. Originality/value : This research offers fresh insights into the technology-child development relationship, providing actionable advice for parents and educators. It bridges theory and practice, enriching discussions on safely and effectively navigating the digital age.

Findings : The results of this study were classified into two main findings, namely the learning process of the qira'ati method at MI Ma'arif Suren Gede Kertek by applying large visual aids, small visual aids and individual classical teaching in class. The second finding is related to inhibiting factors before using the qira'ati method, namely the lack of support from students' parents, the teacher needs to implement learning according to the rules, and there is no khotmil Qur'an. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors after the qira'ati method was introduced at MI Ma'arif Suren Gede Kertek were the teachers who needed more consistency in studying the Qur'an, were impatient, lacked sincerity and rarely prayed for their students. The supporting factors before using the qira'ati method were the tilawati method using variations of songs, there was a volume increase test or a volume increase test tested by the head of the institution, while the supporting factors after using the qira'ati method were the teacher's MMQ and the santri's MMQ (Majelis Mu 'alimil Qur'an), there is a volume increase test and evaluation, parents or guardians of MI Ma'arif Suren Gede Kertek students who are very enthusiastic, there is a grouping of students based on volumes not based on formal class or age at school. There are dawuh – dawuh from KH Dahlan Salim Zarkasy, there are teacher principles namely tiwasgas which means thorough, alert, firm and daktun which means not guiding in teaching the qira'ati method. Then there are qira'ati santri principles namely CBSA (Active Santri Learning Method) and LCTB ( Smooth, Fast, Precise and Correct). Research implications/limitations: Studies still have limitations on type of reseach dan analisys. Originality/value : This study needs to be further developed in depth by future researchers to enrich research results on the same topic.
