Abdurrauf Journal of Islamic Studies (ARJIS) with P-ISSN 2828-3597 (Print), E-ISSN 2828-4879 (Online) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Syekh Abdur Rauf Aceh Singkil, Indonesia. ARJIS Journal is published in three editions every year, in February, June, and October, with a peer review process. This journal focuses on Islamic studies such as Islamic Religious Education, Islamic Law, Islamic Dakwah and Communication, Islamic Economics, Sharia Economic Law, Quran and Hadith Studies, Islamic Philosophy, Islamic Theology, Islamic Thought, Islam and Gender, Islam and Politics, Islam and Peace, Islam in the local/nation, History and Civilization in Islam and Sufism. This journal is expected to make a constructive and comprehensive contribution to the enlightenment of Islamic science. Scientific publications reviewed by experts in their fields. In the Peer Review process, all manuscripts entered into this journal must follow the focus and scope, as well as the guidelines of the authors of this journal. The submitted manuscript must discuss scientific achievements or novelties in accordance with its focus and scope. All texts should be free of plagiarism content. Abstract

This research focuses on the study of the concept of mahabbah (love according to sufism) according to Rabiah al-Adawiyah and Ibn Taimiyah. This research is an attempt to find out how the understanding of the thoughts, similarities and differences in the thoughts of the two figures in understanding mahabbah, especially mahabbah to Allah. Such as the meaning of mahabbah, types of mahabbah, object of mahabbah, and purpose of mahabbah. This research is library research, namely research conducted using data collection from various literatures. The approach used is historical-philosophical and the data collection method was carried out by the documentation method which was analyzed using the descriptive-comparative analysis method. The research data consists of primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that mahabbah according to Rabiah al-Adawiyah is striped in a vertical direction, namely mahabbah which is only addressed to Allah SWT. regardless of other beings, rewards and punishments. Meanwhile, according to Ibn Taimiyah, mahabbah is striped in a horizontal direction, namely mahabbah which is addressed to Allah SWT. without having to turn his eyes to other beings, rewards and punishments. This is because mahabbah for creatures if it is based on Allah and cares about rewards and punishments is a manifestation of mahabbah for Allah. Although there are differences in the concept of mahabbah between the two, there are also similarities where both of them are of the view that only Allah SWT is the goal, because the one who has the right to receive mahabbah is the one who gives the sense of mahabbah itself. Thus mahabbah is only addressed to God. [Penelitian ini berfokus pada kajian konsep mahabbah (cinta menurut sufisme) menurut Rabiah al-Adawiyah dan Ibnu Taimiyah. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman pikiran, persamaan dan perbedaan pikiran kedua tokoh dalam memahami mahabbah, khususnya mahabbah kepada Allah. Seperti arti ma?abbah, jenis-jenis mahabbah, objek mahabbah, dan tujuan mahabbah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data dari berbagai literatur. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah historis-filosofis dan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif-komparatif. Data penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahabbah menurut Rabiah al-Adawiyah bergaris dalam arah vertikal, yaitu mahabbah yang hanya ditujukan kepada Allah SWT. terlepas dari makhluk lain, hadiah dan hukuman. Sementara itu, menurut Ibnu Taimiyah, mahabbah bergaris arah horizontal, yaitu mahabbah yang ditujukan kepada Allah SWT. tanpa harus mengalihkan pandangannya ke makhluk lain, hadiah dan hukuman. Hal ini dikarenakan mahabbah bagi makhluk, jika didasarkan pada Allah dan peduli dengan pahala dan hukuman adalah perwujudan mahabbah bagi Allah. Meskipun ada perbedaan konsep mahabbah antara keduanya, ada juga kesamaan dimana keduanya berpandangan bahwa hanya Allah SWT yang menjadi tujuannya, karena orang yang berhak menerima mahabbah adalah orang yang memberikan pengertian ma?abbah itu sendiri. Dengan demikian ma?abbah hanya ditujukan kepada Tuhan].

Abstract

This study aims to compare Soekarno's and Abdurrahman Wahid's (Gus Dur) thoughts regarding the form of state that is relevant in Indonesia. This concerns the relationship between religion, politics, and the state in the context of Indonesia, which is still a polemic that has not found a meeting point in various discussions, so the issue has always been a current discourse because it always experiences fluctuating discourse in the political arena in Indonesia. Soekarno and Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) are two figures who have significantly contributed to the Indonesian nation; apart from the fact that they have served as presidents, their ideas also quite color the dynamics of thinking about how to state in Indonesia. This paper examines Soekarno and Gus Dur's views on the relationship between religion and the state and then compares the two. This type of research is normative research using a conceptual approach to obtain a comprehensive framework of Soekarno and Gus Dur's thoughts. The conclusion of this research found three forms of relationship between religion and the state, namely integralistic, secularistic, and symbiotic. Soekarno, with his nationalism, emphasized the separation between religion and the state so that it tended to be a secularistic relationship. Meanwhile, Gus Dur, with his contextualist paradigm, prefers to implement Islam as a social ethic, necessitating a symbiotic relationship or mutual benefit and mutual need between religion and the state. [Studi ini bertujuan mengkomparasikan pemikiran Soekarno dan Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) terkait bentuk negara yang relevan di Indonesia. Hal tersebut mencakup relasi antara agama, politik, dan negara dalam konteks Indonesia yang masih menjadi suatu polemik yang belum menemukan titik temu dalam berbagai perbincangan sehingga topik tersebut selalu menjadi diskursus aktual karena senantiasa mengalami fluctuative discourse dalam percaturan politik di Indonesia. Soekarno dan Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) merupakan dua tokoh yang berjasa besar bagi bangsa Indonesia selain karena mereka pernah menjabat sebagai presiden, gagasan-gagasan mereka juga cukup mewarnai dinamika pemikiran cara bernegara di Indonesia. Tulisan ini mengkaji pandangan Soekarno dan Gus Dur tentang relasi antara agama dan negara kemudian mengkomparasikan keduanya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif dengan menggunakan conceptual approach untuk mendapatkan kerangka pemikiran Soekarno dan Gus Dur secara komprehensif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menemukan tiga bentuk hubungan antara agama dan negara, yaitu: integralistik, sekularistik, dan simbiotik. Soekarno dengan nasionalismenya lebih menekankan pemisahan antara agama dan negara sehingga lebih cenderung pada hubungan sekuralistik. Sedangkan Gus Dur dengan paradigma kontekstualisnya lebih memilih untuk mengimplementasikan Islam sebagai etika sosial, meniscayakan adanya hubungan simbiotik atau saling menguntungkan, dan saling membutuhkan antara agama dan negara].

Abstract

The Salafiyah movement is part of the reformist movement in Islam which operates in the field of purifying Islamic teachings based on the Koran and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. In accordance with what was done by the previous generation (Salafus saleh). In Kerinci the Salafi movement exists in a social context that has its own characteristics. The aim of this research was to look at the development and theological roots of Salafiyah as well as the social impact in Kerinci. formulation of the problem in this research: 1). What are the dynamics of the development of the Salafiyah movement in Kerinci. 2). How Salafi theological thought is explained in detail. 3) What is the social impact. This research method uses a qualitative method with a field study and literature approach. The results of the research explain that the Salafiyah movement entered Kerinci in the 18th century, brought by traders and ulama from Minang Kabau and ulama from Kerinci. The development of the Salafi movement was more rapid after the reformation. While the theological roots of Salafiah are focused on purifying Islamic teachings, inviting people to return to the sources of Islamic teachings, the Koran and Hadith, elements of superstition, heresy and Khurafat in worship are not permitted. [Gerakan salafiyah merupakan bagian dari gerakan reformis dalam Islam yang bergerak dibidang pemurnian ajaran Islam yang bersumber Al-Qur’an dan Hadist Nabi Muhammad Saw. Sesuai dengan yang dilakukan oleh senerasi terdahulu (Salafus saleh). Di Kerinci gerakan Salafiah hadir dalam konteks sosial kemasyarakatan yang mempunyai krakteristik tersendiri. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk melihat perkembangan dan akar teolologis salafiyah serta dampak sosial di Kerinci. rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini: 1). Bagaimana dinamika perkembangan gerakan Salafiyah di Kerinci. 2). Bagaimana pemikiran teologis Salafiah di kerinci. 3) Bagaimana dampak sosial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan, metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan dan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan aliran Salafiyah masuk di Kerinci pada abad ke 18 yang dibawa oleh pedagang dan para ulama dari Minang Kabau serta ulama dari Kerinci. Perkembangan gerakan Salafiah lebih pesatnya pasca repormasi. Sedangkan akar teologis Salafiah terfokus pada pemurnian ajaran Islam mengajak masyarakat kembali kepada sumber ajaran Islam al-Qur’an dan hadis, tidak dibenarkan adanya unsur takhayul, bid’ah dan Khurafat dalam ibadah].

Abstract

The study of Harun Nasution's thought is very important to be studied more deeply because the study never stops being debated. The purpose of this paper is to understand 3 things: First, the paradigm of Harun Nasution's thinking. Second, internal and external factors that affect Harun Nasution's thinking. Third, the positive and negative implications of Harun Nasution's thoughts. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach based on Grounded theory, while data collection is by way of database search and literature review and analyzed with thematic analysis techniques. The results found are 3 things: First, Harun Nasution's paradigm of thought has 3 forms: (1) progressive rationality (2) Islamic renewal (3) Islamic rational theology.Second, internally influencing Harun Nasution's thinking there are 3 factors: (1) his knowledge in Islamic philosophy (2) his expertise in rationally oriented theology (3) his experience in moving the study of Islamic philosophy in Indonesia. As for externally, there are 3 factors that affect Harun Nasution's thinking: (1) the influence of Mu'tazilah's rationality (2) the inspiration of Muhammad Abduh (3) the integrity of education from other countries. Third, the positive implications of Harun Nasution's thinking on Muslims are 3 things (1) the development of philosophical knowledge. (2) the transformation of Islamic education towards openness, (3) the integrity of various disciplines. Meanwhile, the negative implications of Harun Nasution's thinking about Rational Islam on Muslims are 3 things: (1) controversy and disagreement of opinion (2) criticism of his thinking and learning which is considered inappropriate (3) his learning which is considered inappropriate. The conclusion that this paper shows that Harun Nasution's thinking has a significant complexity and influence on Muslims. An in-depth study of his thoughts needs to be carried out in order to understand its essence completely and contextually, as well as to answer various criticisms and questions that arise. [Kajian tentang pemikiran Harun Nasution sangat penting untuk dikaji lebih mendalam karena kajian tersebut tidak pernah berhenti untuk selalu diperdebatkan. Tujuan tulisan ini ingin memahami 3 hal: Pertama, paradigma pemikiran Harun Nasution. Kedua, faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pemikiran Harun Nasution. Ketiga, pemaknaan pemikiran positif dan negatif Harun Nasution. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualutatif berlandaskan teori Grounded theory, adapun pengumpulan data dengan cara penelusuran database dan observasi literatur serta dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil yang ditemukan 3 hal: Pertama, paradigma pemikiran Harun Nasution ada 3 bentuk: (1) rasional progresif (2) pembaharuan Islam (3) teologi rasional Islam.Kedua, secara internal yang mempengaruhi pemikiran Harun Nasution ada 3 faktor : (1) keilmuannya dalam filsafat Islam (2) keahliannya dalam teologi yang berorientasi rasional (3) pengalamannya dalam menggerakan kajian filsafat Islam di Indonesia. Adapun secara eksternal yang mempengaruhi pemikiran Harun Nasution ada 3 faktor: (1) pengaruh rasionalitas Mu?tazilah (2) terispirasi dari Muhammad Abduh (3) integritas niali pendidikan dari negara lain. Ketiga, menanamkan pemikiran positif Harun Nasution terhadap umat Islam ada 3 hal (1) pengembangan ilmu yang filosofis. (2) transformasi pendidikan Islam keterbukaan (3) menuju pengintegrasian berbagai disiplin ilmu. Sedangkan, pemaknaan pemikiran negatif Harun Nasution tentang Islam Rasional terhadap umat Islam ada 3 hal: (1) kontroversi dan perselisihan pendapat (2) kritik atas pemikiran dan pembelajarannya yang dinilai tidak sesuai (3) pembelajarannya yang di nilai tidak sesuai. Kesimpulannya bahwa tulisan ini menunjukkan pemikiran Harun Nasution memiliki kompleksitas dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap umat Islam. Kajian mendalam tentang pemikiran beliau perlu terus dilakukan untuk memahami esensinya secara utuh dan kontekstual, serta untuk menjawab berbagai kritik dan pertanyaan yang muncul].

Abstract

The low awareness of environmental literacy has led many individuals to perceive environmental issues as trivial. In fact, environmental literacy plays a crucial role in human survival, particularly in fostering responsible ecological awareness. Therefore, implementing environmental literacy from an early age is an urgent necessity to ensure that students develop a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining environmental balance. This study aims to analyze the integration of environmental literacy in IPAS (Natural and Social Sciences) learning to enhance the ecological awareness of fifth-grade students at MI Darul Ulum 02 Kudus. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The results of this classroom action research indicate that integrating environmental literacy into IPAS learning can improve students' ecological awareness, as evidenced by positive outcomes. The percentage of students achieving different levels of success is as follows: 53.33% of students received an excellent rating, 26.67% received a good rating, and only 20% received a sufficient rating. These percentages demonstrate that conducting classroom action research in two cycles has had a positive impact on improving students' understanding of environmental literacy and their ecological awareness in the fifth grade of MI Darul Ulum 02 Kudus. [Kesadaran yang rendah terhadap literasi lingkungan menyebabkan banyak individu menganggap isu lingkungan sebagai hal yang sepele. Padahal, literasi lingkungan memiliki peran krusial dalam kelangsungan hidup manusia, terutama dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran ekologis yang bertanggung jawab. Oleh karena itu, penerapan literasi lingkungan sejak dini menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk memastikan bahwa siswa memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi literasi lingkungan dalam pembelajaran IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial) guna meningkatkan kesadaran ekologis siswa kelas V di MI Darul Ulum 02 Kudus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi literasi lingkungan dalam pembelajaran IPAS dapat meningkatkan kesadaran ekologis siswa, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh hasil yang positif. Persentase siswa yang mencapai berbagai tingkat keberhasilan adalah sebagai berikut: 53,33% siswa memperoleh predikat sangat baik, 26,67% memperoleh predikat baik, dan hanya 20% yang memperoleh predikat cukup. Persentase ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas dalam dua siklus telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai literasi lingkungan serta kesadaran ekologis mereka di kelas V MI Darul Ulum 02 Kudus].

Abstract

In today's digital era, online fraud and smartphone hacking have become widespread threats, compromising personal security and privacy. This article explores the concept of Hifdzul Mal (protection of wealth) in Islamic law and its relevance in safeguarding personal data and assets from cybercrimes. The purpose of this study is to examine various online fraud schemes, such as WhatsApp scams and fake job offers, and to identify the signs of smartphone hacking, while analyzing these issues within the framework of Islamic legal principles. Using a descriptive methodology, the article outlines preventive measures to protect against these risks. The findings emphasize that Islamic teachings strongly advocate for the preservation of wealth and personal information, prohibiting fraud and theft. This study contributes to understanding how the principle of Hifdzul Mal can be applied to modern digital threats, encouraging ethical behavior and ensuring personal security in the virtual world. [Di era digital saat ini, penipuan online dan peretasan smartphone semakin marak dan menjadi ancaman serius terhadap keamanan serta privasi pribadi. Artikel ini membahas konsep Hifdzul Mal (perlindungan harta) dalam hukum Islam dan bagaimana prinsip ini relevan untuk melindungi data pribadi dan aset dari kejahatan dunia maya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai jenis penipuan online, seperti penipuan WhatsApp dan tawaran pekerjaan palsu, serta mengenali tanda-tanda peretasan smartphone. Semua ini dianalisis dengan perspektif hukum Islam. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menyarankan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat diambil untuk melindungi diri dari ancaman tersebut. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ajaran Islam sangat menekankan pentingnya melindungi harta dan informasi pribadi, serta melarang segala bentuk penipuan dan pencurian. Abstract

This study discusses the division of inheritance one to two in Indonesia which is reviewed from the philosophy of Islamic law. In the philosophy of Islamic law, every discussion of Islamic law is inseparable from the study of axiology, epistimology and ontology. The division of inheritance in Indonesia is experiencing controversy between women and men in gender issues. The Qur'an surah an-nisa verse 11 explains that the distribution of inheritance has been determined, but in fact in Indonesian society, especially the Muslami people, in the distribution of inheritance between daughters and sons, there are those who use the concept of one to one. Is the division of inheritance one to one contrary to the Qur'an which is Islamic Shari'a. The focus in this study is how the axiology of the one-to-two dimension in the division of inheritance in Indonesia perspectives of Islamic legal philosophy. The method in this study is a qualitative research method that is bibliographical. This study took data through references or references from books, journals, mass media and other references relevant to this study. Meanwhile, the findings in this study are that from the axiological perspective of Islamic legal philosophy, the division of inheritance is one to two, reflecting the value of substantive justice, not formal justice. This substantive justice seeks to balance the rights and obligations between men and women in accordance with their respective social roles and responsibilities in society. [Penelitian ini membahas terkait pembagian waris satu banding dua di Indonesia yang di tinjau dari filsafat hukum islam. Dalam filsafat hukum islam menjalaskan setiap pembahasan hukum islam tidak terlepas dari kajian aksiologi, epistimologi dan ontologi. Pembagian waris di indonesia mengalami kontroversi antara perempuan dan laki-laki masuk dalam isu gender. Al-Qur’an surat an-nisa ayat 11 menjelaskan dalam pembagian waris sudah ditentukan bagiannya, tetapi kenyataannya di masyarakat indonesia khususnya umat muslami dalam pembagian waris antara anak perempuan dan anak laki-laki ada yang menggunakan konsep satu banding satu. Apakah pembagian waris satu banding satu bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an yang merupakan syariat islam. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana aksiologi dimensi satu banding dua dalam pembagian waris di Indonesia prespektif filsafat hukum islam. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metodoe penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat kepustakaan. Penelitian ini mengambil data melalui rujukan atau referensi dari buku, jurnal, media masa dan referensi lainnya yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Sementara itu, temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dari perspektif aksiologis filsafat hukum Islam, pembagian warisan adalah satu banding dua mencerminkan nilai keadilan substantif, bukan keadilan formal. Keadilan substantif ini berupaya menyeimbangkan hak dan kewajiban antara laki-laki dan perempuan sesuai dengan peran dan tanggung jawab sosial masing-masing dalam masyarakat].

Abstract

This paper explores the exalted position of Prophet Muhammad {peace be upon him} in the sight of Allah. The article adopts the literature approach in exposition of the points. To authenticate the position of the paper, it solemnly relies on the Glorious Qur’an and prophetic traditions in addition to few other sources. The discussion highlights Prophet’s glorification above all creation, the levitation of his fame by Allah, the swift respond to his demands by Allah and the unwavering support for his dignity. The paper also looks into the magnitude of Allah’s love for the Prophet, his sanctified being, and unique corporeal formation as evidences solidifying his esteemed position. The paper enunciates some derivable lessons for Muslim from veneration of the Prophet. The paper recommends Muslims should abstain from any form of denigration of the personality of the Noble Prophet and his household and learn more about his rights so as to accord him his due respect. In addition, Muslims should exhibit true love for the Prophet, uphold his teachings and send much salutations on him. [Artikel ini mengkaji kedudukan mulia Nabi Muhammad Saw di sisi Allah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dalam mengumpulkan data yang relevan serta menganalisisnya secara tepat. Untuk menguatkan argumen dalam kajian ini, penelitian ini secara utama merujuk pada Al-Qur’an dan hadis Nabi, serta beberapa sumber lainnya. Pembahasan dalam makalah ini menyoroti pemuliaan Nabi di atas seluruh makhluk, pengangkatan namanya oleh Allah, respons cepat terhadap permohonannya, serta dukungan Allah yang tak tergoyahkan terhadap kehormatannya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengulas besarnya cinta Allah kepada Nabi, kesucian pribadinya, serta keunikan bentuk jasmaninya sebagai bukti yang memperkokoh kedudukannya yang agung. Makalah ini juga mengemukakan berbagai pelajaran yang dapat diambil oleh umat Islam dari penghormatan terhadap Nabi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pandangan Allah, Nabi Muhammad Saw menempati posisi kehormatan yang tiada bandingannya. Abstract

Problems related to low scientific reasoning abilities and the application of halal lifestyle values among class VIII students on the subject of the human digestive system prompted the implementation of this research. The research aims to measure the effect of Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS)-based teaching on improving scientific reasoning and practicing halal lifestyles. The intervention was implemented through a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design involving 30 MTsN 2 Subang students, with data collected through essay tests before and after the intervention and analyzed using the paired sample t-test. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in scientific reasoning scores and implementation of a halal lifestyle (significance value < 0.05), confirming the effectiveness of CPS in facilitating in-depth understanding of the human digestive system material. The discussion reveals that the CPS method triggers students' active involvement in collaborative problem solving, contributing to improving critical thinking skills and integrating halal values. These findings provide important implications for the development of innovative learning strategies as well as the integration of scientific values and halal ethics in the educational curriculum. [Permasalahan terkait rendahnya kemampuan penalaran ilmiah dan penerapan nilai gaya hidup halal di kalangan siswa kelas VIII pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia mendorong dilaksanakannya penelitian ini. Penelitian bertujuan mengukur pengaruh pengajaran berbasis Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) terhadap peningkatan nalar ilmiah dan pengamalan pola hidup halal. Intervensi diterapkan melalui desain pra-eksperimental one-group pretest-posttest yang melibatkan 30 siswa MTsN 2 Subang, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui tes esai sebelum dan sesudah intervensi serta dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor penalaran ilmiah dan penerapan gaya hidup halal (nilai signifikansi < 0,05), menegaskan efektivitas CPS dalam memfasilitasi pemahaman mendalam terhadap materi sistem pencernaan manusia. Pembahasan mengungkapkan bahwa metode CPS memicu keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam pemecahan masalah secara kolaboratif, berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pengintegrasian nilai-nilai halal. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran inovatif serta integrasi nilai keilmuan dan etika halal dalam kurikulum Pendidikan].

Abstract

This research examines the incorporation of Islamic values into Sharia tourism practices in Sapuro, a religious tourism destination in Pekalongan City. The primary issue with this research is the irregularity in applying Islamic principles to manage the pilgrimage area, despite Sapuro being one of the most visited religious destinations in the region. The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of Islamic values, including cleanliness, comfort of worship, simplicity, halal food, and the sanctity of the place in the infrastructure and services of the destination. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques that included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the community and tourism actors have organically internalized Islamic values through social and cultural practices without formal regulatory intervention. The community’s collective consciousness is key to maintaining the destination’s sanctity, comfort, and ethics. This finding is corroborated by Maqashid Sharia theory, which shows that the management of Sapuro has reflected the protection of visitors’ religion, soul, property, and honor. The novelty of this research lies in its community value-based approach to Sharia tourism, which differs from the trend in previous research that emphasizes structural aspects and certification. This research implies the importance of strengthening Islamic value-based participatory governance to build sustainable, spiritually and socially competitive religious destinations. [Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam diinternalisasikan dalam praktik pariwisata syariah di destinasi wisata religi Sapuro, Kota Pekalongan. Permasalahan utama riset ini terletak pada ketidakteraturan dalam penerapan prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam pengelolaan kawasan ziarah, meskipun Sapuro merupakan salah satu destinasi religi yang ramai dikunjungi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk-bentuk implementasi nilai-nilai Islam, seperti kebersihan, kenyamanan ibadah, kesederhanaan, kehalalan makanan, dan adab kesucian tempat, dalam infrastruktur dan pelayanan destinasi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Islam telah diinternalisasi secara organik oleh masyarakat dan pelaku wisata melalui praktik-praktik sosial dan budaya tanpa intervensi regulasi formal. Kesadaran kolektif komunitas menjadi kunci dalam menjaga kesucian, kenyamanan, dan etika destinasi. Temuan ini dikuatkan oleh teori Maqashid Sharia yang menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Sapuro telah mencerminkan perlindungan terhadap agama, jiwa, harta, dan kehormatan pengunjung. Kebaruan riset ini terletak pada pendekatan berbasis nilai komunitas dalam pariwisata syariah, yang berbeda dari kecenderungan riset sebelumnya yang menekankan aspek struktural dan sertifikasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penguatan tata kelola partisipatif berbasis nilai Islam untuk membangun destinasi religi yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing secara spiritual serta sosial.]
