Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi pengeluaran harian siswa berdasarkan jumlah uang saku yang diterima dengan menggunakan pendekatan regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah, dengan sampel sebanyak 23 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket terkait jumlah uang saku dan pengeluaran harian siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara uang saku dan pengeluaran harian siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 5,22 + 0,43X, yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan uang saku sebesar Rp1.000 akan meningkatkan pengeluaran harian siswa sebesar Rp430. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uang saku memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam memprediksi pengeluaran harian siswa. Dengan demikian, uang saku menjadi salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pola pengeluaran siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Industri tempe rumahan merupakan salah satu sektor informal yang masih sangat bergantung pada tenaga kerja manual, sehingga pekerja berisiko mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal akibat postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara postur kerja dan keluhan muskuloskeletal di kalangan pekerja industri tempe rumahan di Cirahong, Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional yang melibatkan 32 responden menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi postur kerja membungkuk, duduk terlalu lama, memutar tubuh, penggunaan alat bantu kerja, postur kerja statis, dan kebiasaan peregangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara semua variabel postur kerja dengan tingkat keluhan pekerja, yaitu postur membungkuk (nilai p <0,001), duduk terlalu lama (nilai p 0,035), memutar tubuh (nilai p 0,035), kurangnya alat bantu kerja (nilai p 0,043), postur kerja statis (nilai p 0,003), dan kebiasaan peregangan (nilai p 0,007). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis dan kurangnya dukungan dari alat bantu kerja berhubungan dengan tingginya angka keluhan muskuloskeletal di kalangan pekerja industri rumahan tempe; oleh karena itu, penerapan ergonomi, penyediaan alat bantu kerja yang memadai, dan edukasi tentang peregangan diperlukan untuk mengurangi risiko keluhan muskuloskeletal.

Abstract

State defense is a constitutional obligation of every Indonesian citizen as mandated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. In the rapidly evolving digital era, Generation Z as the cohort that grew up alongside information and communication technology holds a strategic role in implementing the values of state defense. This study aims to analyze the relevant forms of state defense implementation for Generation Z as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in manifesting the spirit of state defense in the digital age. The method used is qualitative research with a library research approach. Data were collected from various literary sources including books, scientific journals, articles, legislation, and relevant digital sources. The results show that Generation Z can implement state defense through non-military means, including digital literacy, counter-narratives against radicalism and hoaxes, active participation in national life online, and the use of digital platforms to strengthen national identity. The main challenges include threats of digital disintegration, disinformation spread, and national identity crisis. This study concludes that state defense for Generation Z does not have to take a military form, but can be expressed through concrete actions in the digital realm that contribute to national resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to design an integrated digital counseling service that can be implemented in SMA Negeri 17 Medan. Guidance and Counseling (BK) services in schools often face obstacles such as students' reluctance to directly visit the BK room, limited access outside school hours, and students' difficulty in expressing feelings in face-to-face settings. Through needs analysis, five main problems were identified: shame/fear in direct consultation, limited access time, difficulty expressing feelings, low utilization of BK services, and suboptimal early detection of student problems. This service design uses multiple digital platforms, including WhatsApp for counseling chat, Google Form for digital assessment and evaluation, Google Meet for online counseling sessions, and Instagram for information dissemination. The service flow includes: student information access, initial needs assessment, counseling process (chat or video call), evaluation, and follow-up. Feedback from peer evaluators indicates the service is easy to use, helpful, and flexible. The implication is that digital BK services can increase accessibility, student openness, and effectiveness of guidance services in schools.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of character education among fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Layang Bertingkat, Bontoala District, Makassar City. The study focuses on the roles of family and school in instilling character values, as well as the significance of synergy between these two environments. The research is motivated by observations of student behaviors such as tardiness, lack of respect for teachers, and academic dishonesty during examinations, which indicate an urgent need for strengthened character development. Using a qualitative approach, this study collected data through interviews and observations involving fourth-grade students, teachers, and school staff. This method allows for an in-depth exploration of information regarding the practices and impacts of character education in real settings. The findings confirm that the family plays a fundamental role in laying the foundation for character education, instilling values of religious devotion, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation, and integrity through role modeling, effective communication, and positive reinforcement. The school environment complements these efforts by integrating character values into teaching and learning activities as well as extracurricular programs, fostering students who are not only academically proficient but also possess noble character. Synergy between character education at home and at school is crucial in shaping students who are individuals of integrity, responsibility, and readiness to face future challenges.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital yang pesat di dunia rumahan tidak selalu ditunjang dengan kesiapan tehnis pemakainya, sehingga menimbulkan fenomena kesenjangan dalam literasi digital.Kelompok ibu-ibu PKK sendiri adalah manajer utama dalam dunia keluarga dan merupakan sasaran empuk yang diperebutkan oleh para pelaku kejahatan siber yang ingin mendapatkan akses internet dan juga para pelaku kejahatan yang akan memanfaatkan akses jaringan internet untuk melakukan tindak pidana lainnya karena kurangnya pemahaman terhadap jaringan dasar. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian implementasi jaringan dan juga melakukan edukasi mengenai strategi internet aman bagi anggota PKK. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Participatory Technology Development (PTD) yang meliputi empat tahap yaitu Observasi Diagnostik, Penyajian Materi Teoretik, dan Hardware Walkthrough, dan Hands-On Experiences.Dalam pelatihan ini terdapat dua teknik yang diajarkan yaitu mengamankan gateway dengan mengganti kata sandi default menjadi kata sandi yang kuat dan juga menggunakan teknologi MAC Address Filtering untuk membatasi akses jaringan internet anak ke perangkat tertentu. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam ketrampilan teknis peserta pelatihan dimana 100% dari peserta berhasil melakukan konfigurasi ulang desain simulasi perangkat mereka sendiri.Selain pembahasan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini, peserta juga membahas bahwa dengan memiliki literasi digital yang kuat ini menjadi nilai tambah karena ketertarikan peserta untuk memanfaatkan teknologi untuk bisa memberdayakan diri dalam hal kreatif untuk dunia usaha menggunakan platform digital.Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah edukasi teknologi informasi dengan melibatkan aspek teknis langsung menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan dunia domestik yang aman, disiplin dan juga produktif secara ekonomi di zaman informasi ini.

Abstract

. Small-scale food processing industries, such as meatball grinding businesses, are vulnerable to sanitation hygiene problems and noise hazards. This study aimed to describe the implementation of sanitation hygiene practices and the impact of noise exposure on workers at Penggilingan Bakso Daging Sapi Kita in Tasikmalaya. The study employed a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. A total of 36 respondents were selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using univariate analysis. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a senior high school education background (77.8%) and were in the non-risk age category (58.3%). The implementation of workers’ sanitation hygiene practices was predominantly categorized as poor (61.1%), mainly due to the low use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All respondents (100%) experienced the effects of noise exposure, with most categorized as experiencing moderate noise impact (55.6%). Based on research, it is recommended that business owners install sound dampers (mufflers) and require workers to use earplugs and complete PPE.

Abstract

Tourism plays a strategic role in national economic development, including in Batam City. Batam's geographical location, directly bordering Singapore and Malaysia, makes it a main gateway for international tourists visiting Indonesia. Since being designated as a Free Trade and Free Port Area through Government Regulation No. 46 of 2007, Batam has transformed from an industrial zone into a tourist city. This study analyzes the dynamics of Batam's development as a tourist city during the 2007–2024 period using a descriptive analytical historical approach, drawing on primary and secondary sources. The findings indicate that Batam's tourism development has been influenced by its strategic position, policy support, and improvements in infrastructure and connectivity. The institutional integration between the Batam City Government and the Batam Authority (BP Batam) through the ex-officio leadership policy since 2019 has strengthened the synergy between regional economic management and tourism development. The establishment of the Nongsa Digital Park SEZ (2021) and the Batam International Tourism and Health SEZ (2024) mark important milestones in the transformation toward a modern tourism destination based on digital, health, and MICE sectors. This reflects Batam's efforts to enhance its global competitiveness and realize sustainable tourism development in Indonesia's border region.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to develop teaching materials based on differentiated learning for third-grade students of MI Terpadu Berkah Palangka Raya City and determine its effectiveness through direct trials in the classroom. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with a field trial stage. The research subjects were fourth-grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the questionnaire from material experts, design and field trials showed that this interactive learning media was very appropriate, with a percentage score of 100% including the qualification of "Very Appropriate" according to 99% design experts, teacher assessment of 100%, field trial results 72.20%, T-Test results 0.01 that the teaching materials were very significant in improving learning outcomes, and N-gain Analysis of 0.58 with moderate criteria. While the effectiveness of the teaching materials was 58.38 with a category that was quite effective for use in learning. The results of the study showed that the developed teaching materials were able to increase student activity and understanding in learning. Therefore, teaching materials based on differentiated learning are declared suitable for use in the learning process in elementary schools. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada siswa kelas III A MI Terpadu Berkah Kota Palangka Raya serta mengetahui efektivitasnya melalui uji coba langsung di kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) dengan tahap uji coba lapangan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil angket dari ahli materi, desain dan uji coba lapangan memperlihatkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif ini sangat sesuai, dengan score persentase 100% termasuk kualifikasi “Sangat Layak”menurut ahli desain 99%, penilaian guru sebesar 100%, Hasil uji coba lapangan 72,20%, hasil Uji T 0,01 bahwa bahan ajar sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar, dan Analisis N-gain sebesar 0,58 dengan kriteria sedang. Sedangkan efektifitas dari bahan ajar adalah 58,38 dengan kategoro cukup efektif di gunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan keaktifan dan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, bahan ajar berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Abstract

This study aims to examine the values of Malay leadership reflected in proverbs, particularly the expression “a just ruler is obeyed, an unjust ruler is opposed.” In Malay culture, leadership is not merely understood as formal authority but also as a moral responsibility grounded in tradition, religion, and wisdom. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method using a literature review approach by collecting data from journals, articles, and other relevant academic sources. The findings reveal that Malay proverbs contain essential leadership values such as justice, trustworthiness, reciprocal relationships between leaders and the people, rejection of tyranny, and the importance of moral and ethical conduct. Furthermore, these proverbs reflect social and cultural values emphasizing consensus and harmony in society. Therefore, Malay proverbs function not only as linguistic expressions but also as guidelines for shaping ideal leadership character. These values remain relevant in modern contexts as a foundation for fostering just, wise, and responsible leadership
