Abstract

This study aims to develop differentiated learning-based teaching materials on the topic “Keberagaman Budaya Indonesiaku” for fifth grade students at MI Terpadu Berkah Palangkaraya. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, documentation, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The developed product was validated by material experts and design experts, followed by teacher assessments and field trials involving 13 students. The validation results showed that the teaching materials were categorized as highly feasible, with a score of 96.90% from material experts, 90.70% from design experts, 94.10% from teacher assessments, and 89.60% from field trials. The effectiveness test using the paired sample T-test indicated a significant difference between pretest and posttest results with a significance value of 0.01. Furthermore, the N-Gain test obtained an average score of 0.57, categorized as moderate improvement, while the effectiveness percentage reached 57.14% with a fairly effective category. Therefore, the differentiated learning-based teaching materials developed are considered feasible and effective in improving students’ learning outcomes and supporting more engaging learning activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keselarasan antara Kode Etik Profesi Polri (KEPP) dengan prinsip good governance dalam sistem hukum Indonesia serta mengidentifikasi hambatan dalam implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan desain deskriptif-preskriptif melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara normatif KEPP telah mengakomodasi prinsip-prinsip good governance, khususnya transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan supremasi hukum sebagaimana tercermin dalam Peraturan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2022. Namun dalam praktiknya, penerapan prinsip tersebut masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, antara lain budaya organisasi yang kuat seperti solidaritas korps dan fenomena Blue Wall of Silence, keterbatasan independensi pengawas internal, serta inkonsistensi dalam penjatuhan sanksi akibat penggunaan diskresi yang luas. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi melemahkan akuntabilitas serta menurunkan kepercayaan publik terhadap institusi kepolisian. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan mekanisme pengawasan, peningkatan transparansi proses penegakan kode etik, serta reformasi kelembagaan untuk mewujudkan tata kelola kepolisian yang lebih profesional, akuntabel, dan berintegritas

Abstract

The development of communication technology in the modern era has led to changes in adolescent social interaction patterns, one of which is through the use of slang in daily life (Desrina & Yelliza, 2025). Slang has become a part of adolescent communication styles used to create more relaxed, intimate social relationships that fit within their peer environment (Rosmaini et al., 2024). This study aims to analyze the dynamics of slang usage in adolescent social interaction in the modern communication era and to understand its impact on adolescent communication patterns. This research employs a literature review method with a qualitative descriptive approach through data collection from journals, scientific articles, and previous studies relevant to the research topic (Sugiyono, 2022).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui implementasi pendidikan multikultural terhadap pembentukan karakter toleransi siswa di SD Mulia Bakti Purwokerto. Pendidikan multikultural menjadi penting diterapkan di lingkungan sekolah dasar karena keberagaman agama, budaya, beserta latar belakang sosial siswa memerlukan sikap saling menghargai dan toleransi dalam keseharian. Metode studi literatur diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yang dipadukan dengan wawancara, observasi, beserta dokumentasi. Observasi diterapkan guna melihat interaksi sosial siswa serta pelaksanaan kegiatan keagamaan di sekolah, sedangkan wawancara dilaksanakan kepada kepala sekolah, guru, dan beberapa siswa supaya informasi yang lebih mendalam terkait penerapan pendidikan multikultural bisa diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural di SD Mulia Bakti Purwokerto telah diterapkan melalui kebijakan sekolah, proses pembelajaran, serta kegiatan keagamaan yang menghargai keberagaman peserta didik. Guru berperan aktif dalam menanamkan nilai toleransi melalui pembelajaran dan interaksi sehari-hari di kelas. Kemudian, sekolah juga memberikan ruang bagi siswa untuk menjalankan kegiatan keagamaan sesuai keyakinan tiap siswa, seperti pesantren Ramadan bagi siswa Muslim dan pendalaman Alkitab bagi siswa non-Muslim. Implementasi pendidikan multikultural tersebut berdampak positif terhadap sikap siswa, seperti saling menghormati, menghargai perbedaan, dan mampu hidup berdampingan secara harmonis di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning learning model on students’ achievement in IPAS subjects for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Tonja Denpasar. This study was motivated by the low learning achievement of students caused by teacher-centered learning activities, resulting in students being less active in discovering concepts independently. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The population consisted of all fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Tonja Denpasar totaling 60 students. The sample was selected using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and learning achievement tests. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the t-test. The results showed that the Discovery Learning model had a significant effect on students’ learning achievement in IPAS subjects. Students who learned through the Discovery Learning model achieved higher learning outcomes than students who learned through conventional learning models.

Abstract

Education has become an increasingly competitive sector, requiring institutions to implement strategic marketing management to maintain public trust. This study aims to describe and analyze the educational promotion strategies at SDN 8 Talang Kelapa in an effort to increase the interest of new students. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through the human instrument, supported by interview guides, non-participant observation, and documentation of school publication materials. Primary data sources involved the School Principal and the New Student Admission (PPDB) committee, while secondary data sources involved parents. Data analysis was conducted systematically through the cycles of collection, reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing based on the Miles & Huberman model (1994). The results indicate that the implemented promotion strategies encompass a mix of direct promotion, such as visits to local kindergartens, and indirect promotion through the utilization of digital and print media. The success of these strategies is significantly influenced by the role of public relations management in building a positive school image and effectively communicating the superiority of facilities and educational programs. This study concludes that structured and technologically adaptive promotion strategies are crucial in enhancing school visibility and attractiveness amidst competition between educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami makna dari komunikasi keluarga bagi kondisi psikososial remaja Generasi Z serta melihat bagaimana hubungan dan interaksi antara orang tua dan anak terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) terhadap informan berusia 17–19 tahun. Data dianalisis dengan melihat pola komunikasi, keterbukaan dalam keluarga, cara pengambilan keputusan, dan kedekatan emosional antar anggota keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan Generasi Z, terutama dalam membentuk rasa percaya diri, kenyamanan emosional, dan kemampuan untuk bersosialisasi. Keluarga yang menerapkan komunikasi terbuka dan saling mendukung cenderung menciptakan hubungan yang lebih dekat dan harmonis. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya hambatan komunikasi seperti perbedaan pola pikir antar generasi, kurangnya waktu bersama keluarga, serta rasa canggung dalam membahas masalah pribadi. Oleh karena itu, komunikasi yang terbuka, saling mendengarkan, dan keterlibatan orang tua sangat diperlukan agar perkembangan sosial dan emosional Generasi Z dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct humanistic learning theory to remain relevant in the digital era by integrating human values and technology. The main issue is the tendency of digital learning to emphasize efficiency and academic achievement while neglecting students’ emotional and psychological needs. This research uses a qualitative approach through a literature review of humanistic theory, constructivism, and digital learning. The findings show that applying humanistic approaches in personalized e-learning, blended learning, and artificial intelligence can enhance students’ motivation, independence, and meaningful learning. However, excessive reliance on technology without a humanistic approach may lead to dehumanization in education. This study proposes the concept of Humanistic Digital Learning as a model that integrates humanistic values, active learning processes, and digital technology in a balanced way to ensure student-centered and meaningful learning.

Abstract

Mood and modality are important aspects of semantic studies because they express attitudes, emotions, certainty, obligation, and intention through language. The aims of this research are to identify and describe the types of mood and modality found in the song "Reckless" by Madison Beer and to explain their semantic meanings. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with semantic analysis as the main approach. The data source is the lyrics of the song "Reckless." This study analyzed clauses and modal expressions based on Halliday's theory of mood and Palmer's theory of modality. The findings show that the declarative mood is the dominant mood used in the song because the lyrics mainly express emotional experiences and reflections. In addition, three types of modality were identified, namely epistemic modality, deontic modality, and dynamic modality. Dynamic modality appears most dominantly because the song strongly expresses emotional ability, willingness, regret, and vulnerability. The use of mood and modality in the lyrics strengthens the emotional meaning of heartbreak, disappointment, betrayal, and sadness conveyed by the singer. It is expected that this research can provide a deeper understanding of how mood and modality function in expressing emotions through song lyrics and contribute as a reference for future studies in semantics, especially those analyzing mood and modality in literary works such as songs, poems, or other lyrical texts.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial pada era digital membawa pengaruh besar terhadap perilaku siswa, baik dalam aspek komunikasi, pola interaksi sosial, maupun pembentukan karakter. Di sisi lain, penggunaan media sosial yang tidak terkontrol menimbulkan berbagai persoalan etika digital seperti penggunaan bahasa kasar, penyebaran informasi tanpa verifikasi, cyberbullying, hingga rendahnya kesadaran menjaga privasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membangun etika digital siswa di era media sosial di MTsN 8 Agam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan lokasi penelitian di MTsN 8 Agam. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran penting sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, teladan, dan pengontrol perilaku digital siswa. Guru berupaya menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak Islami melalui pembelajaran, pembiasaan, pengawasan, serta pendekatan personal kepada siswa. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa kondisi keluarga seperti broken home menjadi salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi rendahnya etika digital siswa karena kurangnya perhatian dan pengawasan orang tua terhadap aktivitas digital anak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan etika digital siswa membutuhkan kerja sama antara guru, keluarga, dan sekolah agar siswa mampu menggunakan media sosial secara bijak dan bertanggung jawab.
