Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of legal education understanding on the social media behavior of students of the Civic Education Study Program (PPKn), Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. This research employs an ex post facto method with a quantitative descriptive correlational approach. The subjects of this study were students of the PPKn Study Program at the University of Lampung, cohort of 2022. The sample consisted of 52 students selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that legal education understanding has an effect on students’ social media behavior. This is evidenced by the results of the simple linear regression test, which show that the F-value is 35.704 with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a regression coefficient of 1.619. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.417, indicating that legal education understanding contributes 41.7% to students’ social media behavior. These findings demonstrate that legal education understanding has a positive and significant effect on students’ social media behavior.

Abstract

Kriminalitas digital berupa penipuan online di media sosial merupakan salah satu bentuk patologi sosial yang semakin berkembang seiring kemajuan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mendorong keterlibatan pelaku, bentuk manipulasi digital, proses belajar perilaku kriminal, dinamika psikologis pelaku, serta implikasinya dalam perspektif Bimbingan Konseling Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus melalui pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan pelaku dipengaruhi oleh tekanan ekonomi, ketidakstabilan penghasilan, serta faktor psikologis berupa rasa minder dan dorongan memperoleh keuntungan secara instan. Bentuk penipuan yang dilakukan meliputi emotional scam, penipuan hadiah, investasi fiktif, serta penggunaan identitas palsu di media sosial. Perilaku kriminal tersebut terbentuk melalui proses belajar sosial di lingkungan digital yang sejalan dengan Teori Differential Association dari Edwin H. Sutherland, serta mengalami penguatan melalui pengalaman dan pengulangan tindakan. Kondisi ini memunculkan distorsi kognitif, penurunan empati, dan perubahan dinamika emosi sehingga perilaku menyimpang mulai dianggap wajar. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kriminalitas digital memerlukan pendekatan Bimbingan Konseling Islam untuk penguatan kontrol diri, perbaikan pola pikir, dan peningkatan kesadaran spiritual dalam penggunaan media digital.

Abstract

Abstrak: Language is a fundamental human ability, emerging through a series of complex processes involving various internal and external factors. Language plays a role not only as a means of communication but also as a medium for thinking, conveying ideas, and building social interactions. This study aims to explore the debate between nature and nurture theories in the context of language development and assess its impact on language teaching. The nature theory proposed by Noam Chomsky argues that language ability is a talent that is present from birth through a mechanism called the Language Acquisition Device (LAD), allowing individuals to learn language in a natural and organized manner. In contrast, the nurture theory introduced by B. F. Skinner emphasizes that language is formed through interactions with the environment involving stimulus-response processes, imitation, and reinforcement. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying literature study methods to analyze various references, including books, journals, and previous research relevant to language formation and teaching. The results of this study indicate that language development cannot be explained by a single theory, but rather is the result of a complex interaction between biological potential and environmental influences. Previous research also shows that cognitive readiness and sufficient language exposure are very important in the development of language skills. Therefore, the implications of this research suggest that language teaching should integrate these two approaches, providing opportunities for students to use language naturally while emphasizing structured practice and reinforcement. It is hoped that this integration will improve students' language skills, understanding, and mastery more efficiently. Bahasa merupakan kemampuan fundamental yang dimiliki manusia, yang muncul melalui rangkaian proses yang kompleks dan melibatkan berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal. Peran bahasa bukan hanya sebagai sarana komunikasi, tetapi juga sebagai media untuk berpikir, menyampaikan gagasan, dan membangun interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perdebatan antara teori nature dan nurture dalam konteks perkembangan bahasa serta menilai dampaknya terhadap pengajaran bahasa. Teori nature yang dikemukakan oleh Noam Chomsky berpendapat bahwa kemampuan berbahasa adalah bakat yang sudah ada sejak lahir melalui mekanisme yang disebut Language Acquisition Device (LAD), sehingga individu dapat mempelajari bahasa dengan cara yang alami dan terorganisir. Sebaliknya, teori nurture yang diperkenalkan oleh B. F. Skinner menekankan bahwa bahasa terbentuk melalui interaksi dengan lingkungan yang melibatkan proses stimulus-respons, peniruan, dan penguatan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode studi literatur untuk menganalisis beragam referensi, termasuk buku, jurnal, serta penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan pembentukan dan pengajaran bahasa. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan bahasa tidak bisa dijelaskan hanya dengan satu teori, melainkan merupakan hasil dari interaksi yang rumit antara potensi biologis dan pengaruh lingkungan. Penelitian sebelumnya juga menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kognitif dan paparan bahasa yang cukup sangat penting dalam perkembangan kemampuan berbahasa. Oleh karena itu, implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran bahasa harus mengintegrasikan kedua pendekatan ini, dengan memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk menggunakan bahasa secara alami dan juga menekankan praktik yang terstruktur serta penguatan. Diharapkan bahwa penggabungan ini mampu meningkatkan kemampuan, pemahaman, dan penguasaan bahasa peserta didik secara lebih efisien. Abstract

Bimbingan belajar pada anak usia dini semakin berkembang seiring meningkatnya tuntutan akademik dan kesiapan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak bimbingan belajar terhadap perkembangan kognitif dan prestasi akademik anak usia dini melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menelusuri artikel ilmiah yang relevan melalui basis data akademik, kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi serta dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan belajar memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan kognitif dan kemampuan akademik anak, khususnya dalam literasi awal dan numerasi. Namun, beberapa studi juga mengungkapkan potensi dampak negatif seperti tekanan akademik dan berkurangnya waktu bermain. Abstract

This research explores the dynamics of halal fashion, which has transformed from a religious obligation into a modern lifestyle phenomenon within the global creative industry. The primary objective of this study is to define the comprehensive boundaries of halal fashion, analyze the driving factors behind the modest fashion trend, and evaluate the role of halal certification in ensuring product integrity in the global market. The method employed is a qualitative descriptive analysis with a literature review on Sharia principles, halal product guarantee regulations, and contemporary market trends. Research findings indicate that halal fashion integrates five core principles covering the aurat, loose-fitting, non-transparent, avoiding tabarruj, and sincere intention which now collaborate with modern aesthetics such as hijab street style. Halal certification through Law No. 33 of 2014 has proven crucial in building consumer trust (peace of mind) through supply chain transparency that is clean from upstream to downstream. The implications of this research confirm that effective marketing strategies must integrate Islamic ethical values with the sustainable fashion movement and digital ecosystem optimization. Halal fashion is not only a symbol of piety but also represents inclusive, transparent, and competitive universal quality excellence on the international stage.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the social accountability of pesantren financial management in building the trust of students' parents through the lens of the sociology of educational institutions. The main focus of the article is directed at the claim that the social accountability of pesantren financial management strengthens the trust of students' parents because financial transparency serves as an indicator of the pesantren's credibility, such that payment reports, well-organized record-keeping systems, and openness of financial information reinforce the pesantren's legitimacy as an educational institution based on trust. Field research was conducted using a qualitative approach through observation of payment and financial reporting mechanisms, interviews with administrators and students' parents, and documentation in the form of payment reports, fund usage reports, and standard operating procedures for financial management. The findings show that financial information transparency increases the sense of security among students' parents, reduces the potential for conflict, and strengthens social trust in the pesantren. Using a quantitative approach. The contribution of this article does not stop at case description but also builds a theoretical argument that social accountability in financial management is an important foundation for the legitimacy of Islamic educational institutions and the strengthening of the relationship between pesantren and the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada materi “Aku dan Teman-Temanku” untuk siswa kelas II MIS Al Jihad Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberagaman karakteristik, kemampuan, minat, dan kebutuhan belajar siswa yang menuntut guru menyediakan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kondisi peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan produk, pengembangan, validasi, revisi, dan implementasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan lembar validasi yang melibatkan ahli materi, guru, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis berdasarkan hasil penilaian para ahli serta implementasi pembelajaran di kelas. Selain itu, bahan ajar mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan, partisipasi, dan pemahaman siswa selama proses pembelajaran karena materi dan aktivitas disesuaikan dengan kesiapan belajar, minat, dan profil belajar siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat mendukung terciptanya pembelajaran yang inklusif, aktif, dan bermakna bagi siswa sekolah dasar serta dapat menjadi alternatif sumber belajar bagi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi secara efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas daya saing industri halal global yang dipengaruhi oleh etika bisnis, minat, kesadaran konsumen, dan peran pemerintah. Industri halal kini tidak hanya dipahami sebagai kepatuhan terhadap syariah, tetapi juga sebagai strategi sektor ekonomi di pasar internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran etika bisnis Islam, prinsip keinginan, dan dukungan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan daya saing industri halal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dari berbagai jurnal, buku, dan sumber ilmiah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika bisnis Islam, seperti kejujuran, amanah, keadilan, dan transparansi, dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan serta loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk halal. Selain itu, prinsipnya memberi nilai tambah karena konsumen semakin memperhatikan aspek lingkungan, sosial, keamanan, dan kualitas produk. Pemerintah juga berperan penting melalui regulasi, sertifikasi halal, penguatan UMKM, promosi produk halal, dan kerja sama internasional untuk memperluas akses pasar. Dengan demikian, sinergi antara etika bisnis, keinginan, kesadaran konsumen, dan dukungan pemerintah menjadi faktor utama dalam memperkuat daya saing industri halal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the persuasive text writing ability of eighth-grade students in class VIIIB at SMP Negeri 2 Kupang City in the 2025/2026 academic year. The benefit of this research is to contribute to the development of knowledge in Indonesian language learning, particularly in writing persuasive texts. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out through a persuasive text writing test, which was assessed based on the aspects of persuasive text structure and linguistic aspects. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques by calculating the average score and the percentage of students who achieved mastery. The results of this study indicate that the level of persuasive text writing ability of students in class VIIIB at SMP Negeri 2 Kupang City is in the "capable" category. This can be seen from the class average score of 84.36, with 21 students (84%) meeting the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) of 75, while 4 students (16%) did not achieve mastery. This lack of mastery is due to students' still-low understanding of the material, lack of concentration during learning, and less active participation.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is the main theme and the message contained in the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF. The purpose of this study is to identify the theme and the message or moral lesson in the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF. The benefit of this study is to contribute to the development of Indonesian literary studies, particularly the analysis of intrinsic elements of theme and message, and to serve as a reference for readers, educators, and subsequent researchers in understanding the moral, social, and psychological values found in contemporary literary works. The theory used is structural theory. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with a structural approach. The research data consist of words, phrases, sentences, and paragraphs that contain themes and messages, while the data source is the novel Layangan Putus published in 2020. Data collection techniques were carried out through close reading and recording relevant quotations, which were then analyzed through the steps of data examination, identification, analysis based on structural theory, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the main theme of the novel Layangan Putus is the breakdown of a household due to betrayal (polygamy), which leads to a loss of trust. This theme is supported by subsidiary themes such as communication crisis and emotional neglect, struggle and resilience of women, the impact of conflict on children, religiosity or hijrah (spiritual transformation), and the influence of social media. The message contained in this novel emphasizes the importance of communication and openness in a household, keeping commitments, self-respect, prioritizing the child's interests, practicing religious values with empathy and justice, as well as being wise in using social media and not being quick to judge.
