Abstract

Aktivitas jasa Rumah Sakit juga erat dikaitkan dengan kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, serta kepuasan. pelayanan Kesehatan menjadi pasar yang semakin kompetitif, mempelajari pengalaman pasien tentu dapat membantu praktisi untuk lebih baik mencakup perspektif pasien dalam pemberian layanan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, Mengetahui Hubungan kualitas pelayanan perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang ICU RSUD Kembangan.Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif corelational yaitu penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar dua variabel dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan accidental Sampling. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, diperoleh hasil 83 responden yang meyatakan Kualitas pelayanan tidak baik berjumlah 33 responden (39,8%), kualitas pelayanan baik 50 responden (60,2%). Responden menyatakan tidak puas 31 responden (37,3%), menyatakan puas 52 responden (62,7%). Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai P Value sebesar 0,000 < α= 0,000 artinya ada hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan perawat dengan kepuasan pasien. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan Rumah Sakit dapat menyusun strategi peningkatan mutu pelayanan di RSUD Kembangan melalui strategi yang berfokus pada kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The Prosecutor’s Office is a state institution with the authority to prosecute and a vital role in law enforcement in Indonesia. Based on Law Number 16 of 2004 concerning the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia, this institution is responsible for upholding law and justice through investigation, prosecution, and execution of court decisions. As a key pillar of the judicial system, the Prosecutor’s Office is required to operate professionally, transparently, and with integrity to maintain public trust in law enforcement institutions. In carrying out their duties, prosecutors must adhere to a code of ethics covering personal ethics, ethics in duty execution, ethics in public service, and ethical interactions with colleagues. This ethical framework is designed to prevent abuse of authority and ensure that prosecutors work in accordance with high legal and moral standards. To ensure compliance with these ethical standards, the Prosecutorial Commission of the Republic of Indonesia plays a crucial role in overseeing prosecutorial performance and enforcing ethical guidelines. The commission is responsible for receiving and addressing public complaints, monitoring prosecutors' conduct, and providing recommendations regarding ethical and disciplinary violations. This study employs a normative juridical approach by analyzing legal regulations related to prosecutorial ethics. Primary data sources consist of various regulations and laws governing the Prosecutor’s Office and its ethical code, while secondary data sources include literature, journals, and relevant books. The findings of this research are expected to provide deeper insights into the implementation of prosecutorial ethics and the role of the Prosecutorial Commission in maintaining prosecutorial professionalism and accountability within Indonesia’s judicial system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the 4C Marketing mix affects customer satisfaction at CV Froston Bag Tangerang City both partially and simultaneously. The sampling technique used was the Slovin technique with a sample of 90 respondents. Data analysis using data instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing. The results of the research variable customer value determination value of 53.1% while the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t value> t table or (9.973> 1.987). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between customer value on customer satisfaction. Cost has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a determination value of 40.8% while the remaining 59.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t value> t table or (7.783> 1.987). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between cost on customer satisfaction. Convenience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a determination value of 64.8% while the remaining 35.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t value> t table or (12.730> 1.987). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between convenience on customer satisfaction. Communication has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a determination value of 28.8% while the remaining 71.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t value> t table or (5.966> 1.987). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between communication on customer satisfaction. Marketing mix 4C has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction simultaneously with a determination value of 74.9% while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of f count> f table or (63.579> 3.101). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between the 4C marketing mix on customer satisfaction at C Froston Bag Tangerang City

Abstract

This study aims to develop the use of interactive multimedia-based media to improve student understanding and improve the concentration of learning of class IX students at MTS Darul Ulum Palangka Raya in the learning process of Mad material. In this study using a research model, namely the ADDIE model with data collection techniques in this study, namely interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. The questionnaire was given to media experts, material experts, Al-Quran Hadith teachers and students. The data collected were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of this study stated that at the Analysis stage the researcher conducted a material analysis. The second stage is design, designing the initial draft of the media. The third stage of development, the resulting product is in the form of a video with the results of the validation of the material expert obtained with a validity result of 79% with good criteria and the results of the validation of the media expert obtained with a result of 82% with very feasible criteria. The teacher's response received an assessment of 100% in the very good category and the trial of 24 students got a score of 62% in the sufficient category. So it can be said that students feel happy and interested. The fourth stage is implementation, at this stage the researcher tests the media. Finally, there is evaluation, at this stage the researcher analyzes the impact of using the media. This study can conclude that the use of interactive multimedia-based media will help improve the concentration and understanding of students at Mts Darul Ulum Palangka Raya.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative descriptive research aimed at analyzing and describing strategies for handling children with speech delay through the implementation of the singing method at PAUD Farhany Khair. The research method employed is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, allowing the researcher to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon being studied. The research subjects include the school principal, parents of children with speech delay, and educators involved in the learning process. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and participatory observations to obtain comprehensive information. The results of this study indicate that the singing method can be an effective strategy for stimulating language development in children with speech delay. This method helps enhance children's attention, verbal responses, and engagement in communication, thereby positively impacting their speech development.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) in government financial reports and the challenges in its implementation. SAP plays a role in creating a financial system that is transparent, accountable, and in accordance with good governance. However, its implementation faces obstacles such as limited human resources, resistance to change, and the complexity of regulations at the central and regional levels.The lack of understanding of SAP by state officials is an obstacle due to the lack of training and certification. In addition, the work culture that has been formed and the lack of socialization have made many agencies still maintain conventional reporting systems that are less transparent. The complexity of regulations is also a challenge for local governments in adopting this standard optimally.To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to increase the capacity of human resources through training and certification, the use of digital technology in accounting systems, and digital-based applications for real-time monitoring of financial reports. This step aims to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency in state financial management.The success of SAP implementation depends on the readiness of human resources, management support, and technology in financial recording and reporting. Optimizing SAP will improve the quality of government financial reports, support better governance, and increase public trust in state financial management

Abstract

Planning and budgeting are two important aspects of business management that ensure a company achieves its goals effectively and efficiently. Planning establishes short-term and long-term strategies, while budgeting organizes the allocation of funds so that operations go according to plan. Both help companies optimize resources, avoid waste, and make data-driven decisions. This article discusses the concepts of planning and budgeting, the role of management in their implementation, and the relationship of budgeting to accounting, financial management, and business strategy. A good understanding of these aspects allows companies to be more adaptive to change and maintain financial stability in the long run.

Abstract

The Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model is learning about the connection between the material being studied by students and the students' living environment. Student learning outcomes are a manifestation of learning behavior which is usually manifested in the form of student changes. And student success can be seen in monitoring the learning process. This thesis research uses a case study type of research and the research approach is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the contextual teaching and learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the moral aqidah subject at MAN 3 Jombang is: 1). The implementation of the CTL learning model at MAN 3 Jombang, namely that learning must be contextualized with everyday life, 2). The implementation of the CTL learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the moral aqidah subject at MAN 3 Jombang is that basically in a lesson it must be practiced, and practiced is what is called contextual. In delivering lesson material, examples are also given from real stories from the teacher's daily life or phenomena that are currently hotly discussed on social media, 3). Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the CTL learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the moral aqidah subject at MAN 3 Jombang, namely the supporting factors are adequate infrastructure and increasing teacher competency. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is stimulating students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Reading difficulties in first grade elementary school students are a challenge in the learning process, especially in understanding letters, syllables, and words. This study aims to analyze students' reading difficulties based on the perspective of Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory, which highlights the influence of the environment on individual development. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted at UPT SD Negeri 060925 Medan. Data were collected through observation, reading tests, and interviews with four students who had reading difficulties. The results of the study indicate that environmental factors play a significant role in influencing students' reading abilities. The microsystem environment (family and school) influences literacy development through interactions with parents and teachers. Coordination between the home and school environments in the mesosystem also has an impact on the consistency of reading practices. In addition, the ecosystem and macrosystem, including reading culture in society and social expectations, play a role in shaping students' motivation. Chronosystem factors, such as curriculum changes and events in students' lives, also influence their reading development. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in dealing with first grade students' reading difficulties, by involving support from family, school, and community. Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory-based intervention can be an effective strategy in improving students' reading skills from an early age.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital transactions has led to an increase in fraudulent activities within online payment systems. Traditional fraud detection methods based on rule-based systems have limitations in identifying evolving fraud patterns. This study aims to analyze the performance of various Machine Learning (ML) models in detecting fraudulent transactions using the Online Payment Fraud Detection Dataset from Kaggle. The models tested include Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM). The study also evaluates the impact of data balancing techniques, namely Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) and Random Undersampling, on model performance. The results indicate that XGBoost and BiLSTM achieved the highest F1-scores of 88% and 90%, respectively, with SMOTE significantly improving recall rates. These findings suggest that ML can be effectively applied to financial security systems, with XGBoost being more suitable for real-time fraud detection, while BiLSTM excels in identifying complex transaction patterns. Future research should focus on optimizing computational efficiency and exploring Explainable AI techniques to enhance model interpretability.
