Abstract

Perkembangan zaman selain berdampak pada sisi spiritual juga berdampak pada sisi moral. Bullying di sekolah sudah menjadi trend atau ciri khas di kalangan anak sekolah, terutama di lingkungan yang sering terjadi interaksi sosial antar peserta didik. Bullying juga terjadi di SDN Sedatigede 2 Sidoarjo. Masih sedikit penelitian mengenai pencegahan bullying di sekolah dasar. Peneliti ini dilakukan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif karena penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang pencegahan bullying di SDN Sedatigede 2 Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang diperoleh bahwa pihak sekolah sudah melaksanakan sosialisasi pencegahan bullying. Peserta didik melakukan tindakan bullying secara sadar atau tidak sadar dan secara sengaja atau tidak sengaja. Penyebab dari tindakan tersebut dari kebiasaan yang suka bercanda dengan adanya rasa emosi, marah, iri, dendam yang melukai perasaan temannya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peserta didik setelah melakukan sosialisasi pencegahan bullying yaitu dari faktor lingkungan, faktor teman, faktor keluarga, dan faktor sekolah yang menjadi kebiasaan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan home recording atau perekaman rumah musik secara mandiri dengan pengoptimalan media sosial secara tepat dapat mengantarkan karya – karya kreatif para musisi indie untuk memperkenalkan diri dalam industri seni musik. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif denggan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan daftar pustaka. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dilakukan reduksi, analisis, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adanya pengoptimalan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam berbagai platform di media sosial seperti Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, dan lainnya yang dapat menjadi media batu loncatan bagi karya-karya musik dan musisi yang baru lahir di Indonesia untuk dikenal dan tanpa harus melalui label musik, fenomena ini menjadikan media pembelajaran dalam belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh MAN 1 Gresik pada pengembangan bakat siswa siswi untuk menghadapi kompetisi PORSENI (Pekan Olahraga dan Seni) cabang solo singer. Dalam penelitian ini dengan melihat bagaimana MAN 1 Gresik sebagai Madrasah Aliyah yang melakukan pengembangan minat dan bakat siswa siswinya untuk menghadapi kompetisi PORSENI cabang solo singer. Dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan sebuah strategi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan minat bakat siswa pada untuk siswa yang berbakat dalam bidang singer, dantaranya sistem seleksi pada siswa oleh pelatih, sistem bentuk pelatihan pelatih dengan siswa, serta hasil yang diperoleh siswa, dan juga pendukung sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan yang diawali dengan adanya ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menekankan pada aspek pengamatan terhadap objek penelitian dengan lebih memperhatikan pada substansi objek penelitian yang diamati. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini ditemukan langkah-langkah konstruktif yang dibangun oleh sekolah dalam membina  peserta didiknya untuk pengembangan prestasi non-akademik khususnya dalam menghadapi kompetisi PORSENI cabang solo singer. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang telah dilakukan mampu membuat perhatian para masyarakat. Sebuah kemampuan peserta didik yang terarah hingga menghadirkan banyak prestasi pastinya menjadikan pertimbangan masyarakat dalam menilai kapasitas dan kualitas sekolah MAN 1 Gresik menjadi satuan pendidikan yang cukup banyak diminati masyarakat.

Abstract

The way English is taught these days has advanced significantly with the usage of modern technology. The majority of English language instructors in the modern era actively use a variety of technical tools intended to provide the best possible instruction. One of the technical tool is “Computer”. This is one of the most important technological developments of our day, and because of its great performance efficiency and immense potential, which have decreased effort, time, and costs in many areas of use. The teaching and learning of languages is one of these. A computer is utilized for linguistic tasks that related to mastering the English skill. This essayaims to emphasize the advantages and applications of computers that can be used by the teacher in teaching learning English. Furthermore, it seeks to increase awareness of the advantages of computer technology in illuminating instruction for both educators and students. The design of this study is qualitative library method. Even though there are many shortcomings using computer, this can still help teachers in English teaching learning process and increase students’ motivation in learning English.

Abstract

In this era, AI has influenced into all aspects of life, even in the world of translation. In this research, the researchers are interested in investigating law students' perceptions related to AI in legal document translation. This research is important because the use of AI in the translation of legal documents can speed up the translation process. This study examines the benefits of using AI in legal document translation according to law students and challenges in using AI in legal document translation according to law students. This study uses a qualitative study method, by conducting interviews with 2 law students. The data was analyzed using thematic method of analysis. In this study, the findings is law students perceive AI as a beneficial tool for translating legal documents due to its efficiency and accessibility, but emphasize the necessity of human review to ensure contextual accuracy and adherence to legal standards. For future research, it is recommended to add different fields of legal documents and be more specific in examining the AI applications used.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the vocabulary mastery of seventh grade students at Santo Antonius Middle School, East Jakarta, through fun English learning using the Blooket game. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) involving 22 students as samples. This research was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection was carried out through qualitative and quantitative techniques. Qualitative data was obtained from interviews with students before and after the cycle, as well as observations during class activities. Quantitative data was obtained from tests before and after the action. The results showed that the use of the Blooket game significantly increased students' vocabulary mastery. Based on these findings, it is concluded that learning vocabulary through interactive games such as Blooket can create a fun and effective learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Today the presence of mass media has a great influence on society. One of the mass media that provides a function in providing entertainment to the public is film. Film is one of the communication media in conveying a message to a group of people that is audio-visual. This study aims to find out the social values contained in the film The Silent Child and to find out the relevance of social values in the film The Silent Child with the characteristics of a teacher's social competence. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research method is descriptive and included in library research, because the main source of data for this research is the silent child film. The data collection technique in this study was by means of observation, namely observing and watching every scene of the film The Silent Child carefully. The results of this study are social values of affection, namely family, loyalty, care, and there are social values of responsibility, namely possession, discipline and empathy in the film The Silent Child. The relevance of the social values in the silent child film with the characteristics of a person's social competence, namely first, empathy and polite communication, second, knowledge of human relationships, and third, mastering social psychology.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to enhance students' reading abilities by leveraging technological advancements using the Kipin School application. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, this aims to improve the process and understand how good professional learning practices From the graph table, it can be explained that in the first cycle of meetings 1-2 the average score of the students' reading results was 67.45 out of 9 students who completed out of 20 children, it can be explained that the second cycle of meetings 3-4 with the average score of the reading test results using kipin school 80.65 out of 20 students who completed s16 students and 4 students who have not completed the student reading test. The use of digital applications provides positive results of this study can be seen in the first cycle of 20 students, only 9 students complete (45.00%) and 11 students do not complete (55.00%). while in the second cycle there were 16 students (80.00%) who completed and 4 students (20.00%) who did not complete. so that it can be concluded that the increase from cycle I and cycle II is 35.00%.

Abstract

This study investigates and explores the multifaceted interplay between the intrinsic and extrinsic motivations in second language learning (L2) contexts among senior Islamic high school students (MA) learning English as a foreign language in one Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta. Since student achievement is correlated with motivation, it is important in an educational setting. This study employs a qualitative methodology, allowing the researcher to use interviews and observation as two methods of gathering data. Intrinsic motivation among high school students in English language learning and comprehension is the crucial thing although extrinsic motivation has an influence on learning English. Factors influencing intrinsic motivation included are related to their understanding that English is crucial for achieving higher educational goals and their desire to apply English in daily conversations, enjoyment of learning experiences, positive, and supportive classroom environment. Although extrinsic motivation is also essential for students to appreciate their personal growth gaining proficiency in English helps one find an acceptable employment opportunity, importance of good grades in exams, and the Language Task Force (SATGAS BAHASA) also plays a significant role as an extrinsic motivator for both students and the institution in one of Islamic modern boarding school. A balanced interplay between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is complex but is essential for successful language learning. Extrinsic rewards can initially boost motivation, but intrinsic interest sustains long-term commitment in second language learning.

Abstract

SMP Labschool UNESA 2 Surabaya menyediakan berbagai ekstrakurikuler, salah satunya Modern Dance yang berfokus pada K-POP. Kegiatan ini menarik minat siswa karena K-POP yang populer dengan gerakan tari modern yang cepat dan ekspresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguraikan penerapan K-POP sebagai role model motivasi bagi siswa serta mendeskripsikan capaian keberhasilan kegiatan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan Modern Dance terdiri dari tiga tahapan: awal, inti, dan akhir, di mana siswa diajarkan gerakan tari dari lagu-lagu K-POP. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Modern Dance dilatih oleh seorang yang berpengalaman, siswa menjalani evaluasi rutin untuk menilai perkembangan mereka.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrakurikuler ini berhasil meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, daya ingat gerakan, dan kemampuan kerja sama tim siswa. Selain itu, kegiatan ini membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah dan lebih siap tampil di berbagai acara. Ekstrakurikuler ini tidak hanya melatih keterampilan tari, tetapi juga memperkuat motivasi dan pengembangan diri siswa.
