Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sportivitas anak usia 5-6 tahun di komunitas Patria e Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Metode keabsahan data menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber. Metode triangulasi sumber ini dilakukan untuk meninjau perbandingan antara hasil wawancara, hasil observasi dan hasil angket. Perbandingan tersebut menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sportivitas anak usia 5-6 tahun di komunitas Patria Pushbike Blitar termasuk kategori memiliki sportivitas yang “Cukup Tinggi” dengan persentase 76%. Adapun penjabaran sportivitas terdiri dari 4 indikator diantaranya, Menghormati Lawan dengan persentase 82% (Tinggi), Menghormati Rekan dan Tim dengan persentase 82% (Tinggi), Menghormati Permainan atau Olahraga dengan persentase 78% (Cukup Tinggi), dan Menghormati Pelatih dengan kategori 60% (Sedang). Indikator sportivitas yang paling rendah yaitu menghormati pelatih. Oleh karena itu, anak-anak perlu diberikan arahan dan pemahaman lebih mendalam terkait dengan menghormati pelatih. Selain itu, indikator sportivitas anak yang paling tinggi yaitu menghormati lawan dan menghormati rekan dan tim. Hasil wawancara dan observasi di lapangan sejalan dengan hasil angket. Perbandingan dari berbagai sumber berupa hasil persentase, hasil wawancara maupun hasil observasi secara triangulasi menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan hasil.

Abstract

The workshop is one of the programs that is part of the government's efforts to improve the competence of teachers. Since September 2023, the 1st workshop and 2nd workshop have been held. Then the 3rd workshop will be held in November 2023. The 3rd workshop provides student-friendly learning materials. Therefore, this research was carried out to measure the perceptions of participants who took part in workshop activities. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire created using an evaluation model Four-Level Kirkpatrik as a research instrument. The collected data was then processed using descriptive statistical techniques using SPSS. The research results showed that the majority of participants gave positive perceptions of reactions. However, some participants with a percentage of 12.6% were less suited to the application of learning models, learning methods and learning media. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the research in this article is to find out the management of public relations in madrasas and understand the implementation of public relations management and the constraints that exist in the implementation of public relations management in these madrasas. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, a type of case study with a multi-case design. In the data collection process used data collection techniques with three methods, namely: 1). Observation, 2). Deep interview. The results and discussion in this article are carried out based on previous work programs that have been successful and held again the following year so that after evaluation and holding activities every year to improve education and relations with outside communities in madrasas such as PPDB, insight studies, graduations, work exhibitions students and bazaars, and madrasah birthdays which have been developed so that they are more attractive, with the flagship Insight Studies program. The topic of discussion in this article is to find out how the madrasa flagship program is, why the program is superior, what efforts are being made so that the program can improve the quality of education in the institution Abstrak Tujuan penelitian dalam artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen hubungan masyarakat di madrasah dan memahami pelaksanaan manajemen hubungan masyarakat serta kendala yang ada dalam pelaksanaan manajemen hubungan masyarakat di Madrasah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif, jenis studi kasus dengan rancangan desain multikasus. Dalam proses pengumpulan data digunakan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tiga metode yaitu: 1). Observasi, 2). Wawancara mendalam. Pada hasil dan pembahasan dalam artikel ini dilakukan berdasarkan program kerja sebelumnya yang telah berhasil dan diadakan kembali pada tahun berikutnya sehingga setelah adanya evaluasi dan mengadakan kegiatan setiap tahun untuk meningkatkan Pendidikan dan hubungan dengan masyarakat luar di madrasah seperti PPDB, studi wawasan, wisuda, pameran karya siswa dan bazar, dan ulang tahun madrasah yang telah dikembangkan sehingga lebih menarik, engan program unggulan Studi wawasan. Topik pembahasan dalam artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana program unggulan madrasah, mengapa program tersebut menjadi unggulan, upaya apa yang dilakukan agar program tersebut dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dilembaga tersebut.

Abstract

The use of online games has become a serious issue recently. Many students addicted to online games are unable to control, reduce, and stop playing. This addiction to online games leads to academic procrastination among students. Procrastination behavior is demonstrated through deliberate delay in completing assignments and even not doing them at all. Self-control has a strong influence in determining student procrastination. This study aims to identify the factors that trigger low self control among online game users, resulting in academic procrastination in students. The research method used in this study is qualitative, involving interviews and observations. Based on field observations, it was found that the tenth-grade students of SMAN 1 Tulungagung still do not have good self-control. They experience difficulties in managing time and restraining themselves from the temptation to play online games. Students' self-control is influenced by internal factors such as desires, interests, and awareness, as well as external factors such as peer environment, noise, an unconducive learning atmosphere, and lack of motivation from teachers regarding the learning material. Abstract

This research was conducted because there is a need for learning media to support students memory on the material of flower body parts and their functions. Based on this needs analysis, researchers developed science and technology learning media in elementary schools. The aim of this development research is to create pop-up flashcard media in science subjects that is valid according to validators, practical according to teachers and students, and effectively applied in learning, as well as influencing the curious character of students. Research and Development (R&D) and ADDIE are the types and models of research used. The subjects of this research were 9 class IV students at SDN Polehan 05 and 18 class IVA students at SDN Madyopuro 04 Malang. Based on research results, the pop-up flashcard media was declared valid, practical, effective, and had an effect on students curiosity. Abstract

Abstract Education is an important foundation in human life, as explained in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, that "Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere that allows students to actively develop their potential." Education plays an important role in the growth of the country, because good Human Resources (HR) will produce good output, thus encouraging the progress of the country. However, improving the quality of HR, especially in the field of education, still faces many challenges, one of which is the character of education. This study aims to explore the implementation of character education in elementary schools and the obstacles that hinder the process. The focus of the study includes two objectives: (1) understanding how character education is applied in elementary schools, and (2) identifying steps to overcome obstacles in its implementation. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which reviews various related literature. The results of the study show that character education can be implemented through three main environments: family, school, and community. Schools play a central role, with good management as the key to its success. However, there are various obstacles, both from internal factors of students such as motivation, and external factors such as limited facilities and lack of family and community support. Cooperation between schools, families and communities is essential to overcome these obstacles and support the implementation of effective character education.

Abstract

The research aims are: (1) to determine level interest of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency in Korean Pop (K-Pop) culture; (2) to determine level the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency; (3) to determine the effect of the influx of K-Pop culture on the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency. Research using quantitative descriptive with regression analysis technique. Sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling were used in each school with a total sample of 187 students. Analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques, prerequisite analysis tests, and hypothesis testing with Pearson Product Moment correlation through the help of IBM SPSS 20. Results of this research are: (1) the interest of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency towards K-Pop culture is in high category; (2) the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency is in high category; (3) there is a significant positive influence between K-Pop culture on the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency. Abstract

In 2018, the results of the Programme For International Student (PISA), indonesia’s mathematics ability had an average score of 379 or ranked 73 out of 79 countries where indonesia’s children were not competent and experienced difficulties in learning related to mathematics. The solution to improve children’s early math skills is to use innovative and interesting learning media for children, namely animation. Therefore, this study aims to find out whether there is a significant difference between before and after the animation of Eddy The Clever Fox in improving the early math skills of children aged 5-6 years. The type of research is quantitative pre-experiment with one group pretest posttest design. Data collection techniques are carried out by testing and documentation. The worksheets are first tested with validity and reliability tests. The mean results in the pretest and posttest were 62.62 and 89.61, which increased after the treatment. The hypothesis test used is the Wilcoxon test with a significance that H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted so that there is a difference between the initial mathematical ability of children aged 5-6 years before and after the treatment in the form of and animated show of Eddy The Clever Fox and it can be concluded that the animation is effective in improving the initial mathematical ability of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

The management of administrative personnel in a school is a key aspect in determining the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of educational services. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the effective management of school administrative personnel to be implemented, while containing a discussion of: (1) effective management of school administrative management; (2) the process of managing school administrative personnel; (3) efforts to improve administrative services in schools/madrasas. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study techniques through previous studies and literature related to the topic of the research. The results showed that administrative management carried out by administrative staff in schools/madrasas is still not in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 24 of 2008 on School Administrative Staff Standards. For this reason, effective management of school administrative personnel is needed to improve administrative services in schools/madrasas. The effective management of school administrative personnel includes planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, technology in administrative management, and evaluation.
