Abstract

Training plays a crucial role in maintaining continuous professionalism. However, there is a notable gap where the training provided does not fully address the needs of special education needs teachers in early intervention program at private rehabilitation centre . To address this, a collaborative training approach, involving instructional mentoring, where teachers and therapists work together, sharing best practices and ensuring professional standards are upheld. This synergy between teachers and therapists enhances the learning process, enabling educators to adopt effective classroom strategies. This paper will explore the collaborative training approach, focusing on its impact on special education teachers, therapists, students, and the overall program. The study underscores the benefits of this collaboration, particularly in ensuring that all staff members adopt inclusive and effective teaching techniques that cater to the diverse needs of students, driven by the shared expertise of teachers and therapists.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran karakter religius pada siswa di SMPN 42 Padang, serta untuk mengetahui apa saja peranan guru PPKn dalam membina karakter religius siswa SMPN 42 Padang tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan teknik pemilihan purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 3 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik di SMPN 42 Padang yaitu guru PPKN di SMPN 42 Padang sudah membimbing peserta didiknya untuk menjalani kegiatan sehari-hari dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai keagamaan seperti berdoa sebelum dan sesudah belajar, membaca al-quran sebelum belajar, melaksanakan shalat dzuhur berjamaah, melaksanakan shalat sunat dhuha, mengadakan muhadharah setiap Hari Jumat, ikut merayakan hari besar keagamaan

Abstract

This article provides an overview of the impact of playing metaverse games for pre-school children (4-6 years old), especially on their social and emotional development. Metaverse games are games played in a computer-generated world that is not real but user can see, experience, and interact as if they were in that world through a character called an avatar. We choose the metaverse games roblox, Minecraft, bus simulator, and Sakura school simulator, as well as social emotional development which focuses on interaction activities and expressing emotion. This focus was done based on literature review and children’s habits obtained when playing online games. This study used quantitative correlation method with saturated sampling method. The research was conducted on 36 children at RA Baipas Roudlotul Jannah through an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to parents. Our article offers a different perspective on the social-emotional impact of gaming on pre-school children. Keywords: metaverse game, social emotional development, pre-school age children

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan capaian akademik peserta didik yaitu penerapan program pembelajaran yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemenuhan indikator program rolling class yang dipersyaratkan untuk peningkatan prestasi akademik peserta didik, tingkat pencapaian akademik peserta didik yang mengikuti program Rolling Class di SMP, tingkat pencapaian akademik peserta didik yang mengikuti program Konvensional di SMP, dan mengetahui perbedaan signifikan dalam pencapaian akademik antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti program rolling class dan kelompok siswa konvensional di tingkat SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan penelitian design kausal komparatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu data nilai akademik peserta didik dan angket yang berjenis skala dikotomi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program rolling class di SMP Kota Malang sudah memenuhi indikator program rolling class yaitu struktur pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, interaksi peserta didik dengan guru saat penerapan program rolling class, dan fokus individu. Sedangkan, pemenuhan persyaratan indikator rolling class dalam penerapan program konvensional terdapat indikator yang tidak memenuhi yaitu struktur pembelajaran, interaksi peserta didik dengan guru, dan fokus pembelajaran individu. Tingkat pencapaian akademik peserta didik yang mengikuti program rolling class tergolong dalam predikat baik, sedangkan tingkat pencapaian akademik peserta didik yang mengikuti program konvensional memperoleh kategori predikat cukup. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji beda Mann Whitney terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam pencapaian akademik peserta didik antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti program rolling class dengan kelompok konvensional di tingkat SMP.

Abstract

The purpose of this development research is to produce picture story media on kingdom material that is valid according to material experts and media experts, as well as interesting and practical for users. This type of research is Research and Development (RnD). The ADDIE model used in this research consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the results of product validation by material experts and media experts, the final scores were 100% and 93,75%, respectively. In addition, based on the final assessment by users, namely teachers and students, regarding the practicality and attractiveness of the product, the final scores were 92.51% and 92.59%, respectively. Based on the results of the validation and assessment, this research and development of picture story media produces media that is feasible, practical, and interesting for grade IV elementary school students.. Abstract

Abstract Along with the development of the times education is required to continue to make improvements and developments, challenges and global competition require educational institutions to be able to produce quality graduates and be able to compete in the labour market. One of the government's efforts to answer these challenges is by issuing an independent curriculum policy. The successful implementation of the independent curriculum is inseparable from the leadership role of the school principal in educational institutions. One of the effective leadership to obtain the success of the independent curriculum is situational leadership. The writing of this article aims to find out the concept of situational leadership, situational leadership models and their application in educational institutions. The writing of this article uses a literature study method (library reseacrh) conducted by examining various theories related to situational leadership in educational institutions. Based on the study conducted, the results obtained are that 1) Situational leadership is said to be effective depending on the conditions and factors of the situation such as the relationship between leaders and subordinates, task structure, position strength, level of readiness or maturity of subordinates. 2) There are various situational leadership models that can be used as a basis for development and help school principals in deciding their leadership style 3) The application of situational leadership in educational institutions has proven effective in improving teacher performance in implementing the independent curriculum and has implications for improving the quality of educational institutions. Abstrak Seiring dengan berkembangannya zaman pendidikan dituntut terus untuk melakukan perbaikan dan pengembangan, tantangan dan persaingan global menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan mampu bersaing pada pasar kerja. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan kurikulum merdeka. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka tidak terlepas dari peran kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah dalam lembaga lembaga pendidikan. Salah satu kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk memperoleh kesuksesan kurikulum merdeka yaitu kepemipinan situasional. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep kepemimpinan sitasional, model-model kepemimpinan situasional serta penerapannya pada lembaga pendidikan. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode studi literatur (library reseacrh) yang dilakukan dengan mengkaji berbagai teori-teori yang berikaitan dengan kepemimpinan situasional pada lembaga pendidikan. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa 1) Kepemimpinan situasional dikatakan efektif tergantung pada kondisi dan faktor-faktor situasi seperti hubungan antara pemimpin dengan bawahan, struktur tugas, kekuatan posisi, tingkat kesiapan atau kematangan bawahan. 2) Terdapat berbagai model kepempinan situasional yang dapat dijadikan dasar pengembangan dan membantu para kepala sekolah dalam memutuskan gaya kepemimpinanya 3) Penerapan kepemimpinan situasional pada lembaga pendidikan terbukti efektif meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka dan berimplikasi pada peningkatan kualitas lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine: The level of creativity of participants in taking part in learning sewing skills at the Korsa Course in Malang City. The results of the research show: 1) The level of creativity of participants in participating in fluency thinking fluency skills learning has an average of 3,24 and the percentage of this sub variable has 3 indicators, namely imagination, freedom in thinking, getting more than 1 idea, you can get a score from the whole namely 80,92% which is categorized as very high. 2) The level of creativity of the participants in terms of flexibility of thinking has an average score of 3,16 and the percentage of this sub variable has 2 indicators, namely point of view, and spontaneous thinking when seeing something. The overall score can be obtained, namely 78,31% which is categorized as very high. 3) Overall, the assessment of the level of creativity of participants in taking part in learning original thinking skills (originality) in creating unique ideas/scenes has an average score of 3,13 and the percentage score is 77,47% or the same as very high. (4) Overall, the assessment of the level of creativity of participants in participating in elaboration skills learning to describe and develop ideas has an average score of 3,18 and the percentage score is 79,46% or the same as very high.

Abstract

The quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance can be seen from the communication skills and teamwork skills of students after carrying out the activity. The quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance is good, so students' communication skills improve and the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance is good, so teamwork skills increase. The research objectives are: (1) to describe the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance; (2) describe the quality of communication skills of students who graduated from Teaching Assistance; (3) describe the quality of teamwork skills of students who graduated from Teaching Assistance; (4) determine the influence of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on student communication skills; (5) determine the effect of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on student teamwork skills; (6) determine the effect of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on students' communication skills and teamwork skills. This research uses quantitative methods which are analyzed using descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and MANOVA test. The results of this research are (1) the quality of implementation of the Teaching Assistance Program for State University of Malang students is classified as high; (2)the quality of communication skills of students graduating from Teaching Assistance at State University of Malang is classified as high; (3) the quality of teamwork skills of students graduating from Teaching Assistance at State University of Malang is classified as high; (4) there is a significant influence between Teaching Assistance on the communication skills of State University of Malang students; (5) there is a significant influence between Teaching Assistance on the communication skills of State University of Malang students; (6) there is an influence of the Teaching Assistance program on the communication skills and teamwork skills of State University of Malang students. Abstract

Curriculum policies in Indonesia have undergone changes since the pre-independence period until now. This study aims to analyze policy developments in Indonesia so that it can provide an overview of the mapping of the themes that have been researched, the mapping methodology used in the article, and the year of publication of the article. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by using the keyword education policy in Indonesia on the Google Scholar engine using Indonesian, the articles searched are limited to 2015 to 2023. The results of the study found several themes, namely, education policy on the curriculum and the impact of education policy on learning in Indonesia, the research method used in the analyzed articles was 9 articles in the qualitative motode and 1 article in the development method, then the analyzed articles were articles in 2015, 2016, 2019 as many as 1 article each, while in 2021, 2022 2 each, and 2023 3 articles. Thus, it can be concluded that education policy in Indonesia has experienced significant development and has an impact on learning.

Abstract

Educational platforms and human resource development are the sole goals of forest farmer group organizations. However, based on field observations, the enormous potential of non-timber forest products is still less accessible to forest farmer groups. Forest farmers must be empowered to become independent group business managers, as evidenced by low production and minimal human resources. The first objective of this research is to explain the empowerment program offered at KTH Bangkit Sejahtera. The second objective is to describe the empowerment methods applied there. (3) Mention the challenges faced by Bangkit Sejahtera forest farmers in their efforts to gain greater authority. By using case study methodology, this research uses a qualitative research strategy. At the Bangkit Sejahtera Forest Farmers Group Institute located on Jl. The Southern Cross of Gajahrejo in Gedangan District, Malang Regency, research has been carried out. Interviews and observations were used as data collection methods. The stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are used to test the data obtained. Source and time triangulation was used to verify the accuracy of the data. The research results show that by carrying out various empowerment activities and successfully completing them, the Bangkit Sejahtera Farmers Group has been able to carry out its role as a forum for learning and community development. Communities gain information, skills and improved economic conditions as a result of these empowerment initiatives. The KTH Rising Sejahtera empowerment process follows the current stages, which include planning, implementation and assessment. However, there are many obstacles faced by institutions in implementing it. Keywords: Forest Farmers Group; Empowerment
