Abstract

Educational tourism refers to a type of travel designed to provide an educational experience to its participants. The goal of educational tourism is to incorporate elements of learning and education into the travel experience, so that participants not only have fun but also gain new knowledge and understanding. This research aims to determine the process of institutional organization at Eduwisata Kampung Semai. This can be seen from how they form institutions, coordinate local communities to participate, and how administrators carry out activities starting from tourism education planning to the final stage, namely evaluation. Overall, this research confirms that institutional organizing can be an effective tool for empowering youth and building healthy communities. Abstract

This article discusses the marketing mix of educational services and its application in increasing the interest of prospective students in educational institutions. Using the literature study research method, an analysis was carried out on the elements of the marketing mix, namely products, prices, places, people, facilities, processes, and promotions, as well as how each element contributes to attracting prospective students. The findings show that relevant and quality program offerings, competitive pricing, and accessibility of educational locations are key factors in attracting interest. Additionally, the use of innovative promotional strategies, including digital marketing and engagement with the community, can significantly strengthen the institution's image. This article provides insight into the importance of integrating marketing strategies in the context of education, as well as recommendations for institution managers to optimize the marketing mix to increase the enrollment of prospective students effectively and sustainably, ensuring the institution's long-term success.

Abstract

Career aspirations can be defined as a strong and directed desire to achieve success in the future. However, limited information and access to career opportunities often lead to confusion among students in planning their future career choices. Additionally, the tendency of students to choose further studies based on non-rational factors also contributes to this issue, necessitating appropriate interventions. This study aims to examine how students' career aspirations can be elevated through the intervention of group counseling using the Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) approach. This quantitative study using quasi-experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected using the "Career Aspiration Scale – Revised" (CAS-R). The sample consisted of 10 eleventh-grade students from UM Laboratory High School. Descriptive results indicated a significant difference in pretest and posttest scores. Further analysis using a paired t-test showed a positive significant difference in students' career aspiration scores before and after the intervention. The findings of this study suggest an increase in students' career aspirations following the implementation of group counseling with the Solution-Focused Brief Counseling approach. The practical implications of this study highlight the use of SFBC as a proven alternative to enhance students' career aspirations. Abstract

This article discusses the role of training in managing Human Resources (HR) in schools and its impact on the quality of administration. Through a qualitative research method with a literature study approach, this study identified four main outcomes: (1) improved administrative skills that support task effectiveness; (2) positive impact of training on the motivation and performance of administrative personnel; (3) effectiveness of data-based decision-making; and (4) improved team coordination and interdepartmental communication. The findings suggest that training improves technical skills and creates a more harmonious and productive work environment. This article is expected to provide insights for school managers and administrative staff in optimizing HR management to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations of teacher-centered learning activities, during teaching and learning activities in class students are not actively involved and the interaction between teachers and students in the learning process is still not implemented well. Therefore, a solution is needed to overcome this problem, namely finding an effective way to improve student learning outcomes in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to find out what the learning model is Flipped Classroom and learning styles influence student learning outcomes. This research presents the results of data obtained by students of SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Malang City in 2024 in the science learning process. This research also presents data in the form of learning outcomes for class VII students in the learning process using the learning model Flipped Classroom and Learning Style (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic). The method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design with a quantitative approach and research design

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe whether the relationship between maternal employment and the level of health of school supplies for children aged 5-7 years at TK ABA 33 Karangploso has a significant relationship or not. This type of research is correlation research with the Eta correlation research type. The location of this research is TK ABA 33 Karangploso with the number of research objects being 36 mothers of students at TK ABA 33 Karangploso. The research was carried out from 17 to 21 June 2024. The data collection technique used a checklist observation sheet. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis techniques. The results obtained from this research show that the highest percentage of mothers' work is working as a housewife. The health level of children's school supplies at Kindergarten ABA 33 Karangploso is classified as healthy. And the relationship between mother's employment and the health level of children's school supplies is not related or correlated significantly. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar anak Panti Asuhan Mawaddah Warohmah melalui metode layanan Project Based Learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain Non-Equivalent Control Group. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui hasil observasi dan wawancara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini dipilih secara purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Skala Motivasi Belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik non parametrik SPSS versi 26, yaitu Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah metode layanan Project Based Learning efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak Panti Asuhan Mawaddah Warohmah. Hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil post-test terdapat kenaikan yang signifikan mengenai motivasi belajar anak panti yakni menjadi 7 orang memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi dan 7 orang memiliki motivasi belajar sedang. Selain itu, terdapat perubahan yang signifikan terkait semangat belajar dan perubahan positif dalam diri anak panti asuhan.

Abstract

Learning mathematics is often a challenge for students at various levels of education, especially for mentally retarded students at SLB C Autism Negeri Kedungkandang. One topic that students often find difficult is multiplication. The cognitive limitations of students with intellectual disabilities make understanding abstract concepts such as multiplication more difficult, requiring more effective teaching methods. One innovation that can be implemented is the use of multiplication board learning media. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the multiplication board in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of grade 10 students with intellectual disabilities. The methods used include observation, intervention, pretest and posttest, as well as interviews with teachers and students. The research results show that the use of a multiplication board can improve understanding of multiplication concepts, reduce errors in calculations, increase students' selfconfidence, and encourage active involvement in the learning process. The use of visual aids is effective in helping mentally retarded students understand and master multiplication operations. Of a total of 6 students, the results showed significant improvement after implementing the multiplication board, with 4 students able to do multiplication independently and 2 other students requiring less help than before. Abstract

Abstract This research describes the increasing professionalism of teachers through an analysis of the role of educational supervision in the era of Digital 5.0. Using qualitative methods and literature analysis, this research highlights the contribution of educational supervision to improving the quality of teaching in the context of technological advancements and digital transformation. The results show that educational supervision has a significant impact on increasing teacher professionalism, especially in adapting teaching methods to suit technological developments. The role of the school principal is considered crucial in this process, because, in the Digital 5.0 era, an effective school principal must also have a deep understanding of the integration of technology in learning. As effective consultants, school principals can provide meaningful support for teachers in dealing with technology issues and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of their teaching in the Digital 5.0 era. Overall, this research confirms that educational supervision, when carried out well and supported by good leadership, can be a powerful instrument in raising standards of professionalism in the rapidly changing educational environment in the Digital 5.0 era. Abstrak Penelitian ini menggambarkan peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui analisis peran supervisi pendidikan di era digital 5.0. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis literatur, penelitian ini menyoroti kontribusi supervisi pendidikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dalam konteks teknologi dan transformasi digital. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa supervisi pendidikan memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada peningkatan profesionalisme guru, terutama dalam mengadaptasi metode pengajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi. Peran kepala sekolah dianggap krusial dalam proses ini, karena dalam era digital 5.0, kepala sekolah yang efektif juga harus memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Sebagai konsultan yang efektif, kepala sekolah dapat memberikan dukungan yang berarti bagi guru dalam menangani masalah teknologi dan memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran mereka di era digital 5.0. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa supervisi pendidikan, ketika dilakukan dengan baik dan didukung oleh kepemimpinan yang baik, dapat menjadi instrumen yang kuat dalam meningkatkan standar profesionalisme di lingkungan pendidikan yang terus berubah dengan cepat dalam era digital 5.0.
