Abstract

This research was used to identify coaching methods to shape the character of children in the Special Development Institute for Class I Children in Blitar City. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with data collection process through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. LPKA Class I Blitar City's efforts to make andikpas have the awareness to worship. Apart from worship, the cultivation of religious character values can also be seen when correctional students are happy to help friends who are experiencing difficulties, comforting friends who feel sad. Apart from that, Andikpas also increasingly understands its responsibilities. The coaching method used by LPKA Class I Blitar City to improve the religious character of correctional students is by using the method of example, habituation and advice. Meanwhile, the coaching method used by the Class I Special Development Institute for Class I Children in Blitar City to improve the responsible character of correctional students is by using the exemplary method and also the habituation method.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how public relations strategies through social media can build a positive image of the era society 5.0 at State University of Malang Laboratory Middle School. The approach in this research is through a qualitative approach. The type of research used is a case study. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are (1) the school's perspective on the positive image of schools in the era of society 5.0 through social media at the UM Laboratory Middle School in Malang City, namely (a) following developments, (b) innovation and technology programs, (c) use of social media to build a positive image; (2) a description of the image in the era of society 5.0 at the UM Laboratory Middle School in Malang City through social media, namely the school's social media depicts a situation that is actually true; (3) evaluating the results of the community relations strategy at the first Malang City UM Laboratory Middle School in the short term, the school can see the number of community interactions with the educational content created by the school; (4) the advantages and disadvantages of the social media strategy at UM Laboratory Middle School, Malang City, namely the first advantage of the strategy is that it provides direct , economical information, more reach broad, and innovative educational content. There are 2 shortcomings of the strategy, namely internal and external, from internal is the lack of human resources and time, people's understanding of mistakes that are quickly seen, from external, namely differences in terms and rules that apply to every social media platform the school uses; (5) efforts to support and solution social media strategies at the UM Laboratory Middle School in Malang City. The first is an effort to support the advantages, namely that the school strives for things related to image with sincere and sincere work. Meanwhile, the solution to overcome obstacles is that public relations become a liaison between the school and the community through social media. Abstract

Schools as public institutions must be able to satisfy their customers. The paradigm of public service at the educational unit level should be changed from conventional conditions to conditions that are continuously updated so that when needed they are ready to provide services (on-service). School administrative staff must represent civil servants who are proactive, responsive and anticipatory towards the needs, aspirations and expectations of school stakeholders in accordance with Permendiknas Number 24 of 2008 concerning School Administrative Personnel Standards. Therefore, in addition to mastering various hard skills including technical skills, school administrative staff must also master various soft skills that are always displayed when providing services to create customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Life or life skills can be interpreted as a person's ability to survive which includes the ability to think, theability to communicate, the ability to build cooperation, and have a good character in acting, responsible, ethical incommunity life. The purpose of this study (1) to describe the strategy of the peasant women Group in implementinglife skills education into the Srikandi Factory Entrepreneurship Program (2) to describe the process of the peasantwomen Group in pursuing the Srikandi Factory Entrepreneurship Program towards Smart Village (3) to determine thefactors that support and inhibit the Sumberejo village KWT in implementing skills education Living Towards A SmartVillage. This study uses qualitative research methods with the type of case study approach. The location of the studywas conducted in the peasant women's group of Sumberejo Village, Batu City. Data collection techniques used byresearchers are interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in this study are datareduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from the data obtained. Checking the validity of the data is donethrough engineering triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed that the strategy carried out by thepeasant women group is implemented with life skills education through the Srikandi Factory program. Some of thestrategies carried out by KWT Sumberejo include holding regular meetings within a week, implementing the trainingsthat have been followed to supplement the program at Srikandi Factory, creating Karya Wisata activities, and recruitingbusiness partners. Some of these activities proceed through the entrepreneurship-based Srikandi Factory programwhose implementation process uses 3 aspects of smart villages, including aspects based on smart communities, smartenvironments, and smart economies. Abstract

Education is a very fundamental and complex sector of life. Education in its journey requires a direction and a map that leads to the goals and ideals of a country. In the educational journey, a binding policy is needed so that the educational journey process can be carried out in a systematic and directed manner. Educational policies that are right on target are a necessity to encourage the realization of educational ideals themselves. This article will discuss the various education policies implemented in 2020- 2024. This aims to be able to describe and analyze various educational policies and their implementation in the field. The research method used is the library method (library research) by exploring various relevant research both from books and journals. The presentation of this article uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach based on the writings of educational experts, trying to map the educational policies that have been implemented. The research results show that there are 5 central policies taken during the 2020-2024 period, namely 1) Increasing the distribution of quality education services, 2) Increasing productivity and competitiveness, 3) Mental revolution and fostering the Pancasila ideology, 4) Mental revolution and fostering the Pancasila ideology, 5) Increasing literacy, innovation and creativity.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana Model Role Playing mempengaruhi kemampuan berkomunikasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Abad 21. Penelitian ini menggabungkan hasil dari berbagai studi empiris yang terkait. Ini dilakukan dengan metode Sistematic Literature Review (SLR). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Model Role Playing meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi yang melandasi keterampilan – keterampilan lainya. Penemuan ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya menggunakan Model Role Playing sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang berguna untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi dalam pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia yang sering dijumpai permasalahan terkait kurang aktifnya peserta didik dalam berkomunikasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan landasan bagi pendidik untuk menggunakan metode ini dalam mengajar Bahasa Indonesia. Ini akan memungkinkan siswa memiliki pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis dan relevan, yang sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka Abad 21 yang telah didukung oleh beberapa penelitian terdahulu.

Abstract

Learning outcomes in the procedural field of study are very much needed in learning because students are often confused in digesting the procedures explained, especially in complex science material. The aim of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of the guided inquiry learning model on the procedural learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 32 Surabaya. The material used by researchers in this research is the human circulatory system. This research is classified as quasi-experimental research using quantitative methods with a posttest control group design research design. The number of students in this study was 60 students who were divided into 2 groups. The average score for the experimental class was 84.70 and the control class was 76.77. Based on these results, after carrying out the Independent Sample t Test, it can be concluded that the results of this research indicate that there is an influence of the guided inquiry model on the procedural learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate efforts to develop the management competencies of teachers and educational staff in improving the quality of school resources, focusing on a case study at MTs Raudhatul Muttaqien. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. Respondents consisted of the principal, teachers, and educational staff. Data analysis was conducted using the techniques of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which include: 1) data collection comprising interviews, observations, and document studies; 2) data condensation, the process of selecting interview, observation, and document study data according to their relevance; 3) data presentation conducted after data condensation, followed by the creation of the research report; 4) data verification and conclusion drawing based on research findings. The research results indicate that the development of teacher and educational staff competencies plays a crucial role in improving the quality of school resources at MTs Raudhatul Muttaqien. Factors influencing the effectiveness of competency development include leadership support, structured training programs, staff collaboration, and active involvement in decision-making. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, education managers, and education practitioners in their efforts to improve the quality of education in secondary schools. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi upaya pengembangan kompetensi manajemen guru dan tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya sekolah, dengan fokus pada studi kasus di MTs Raudhatul Muttaqien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Responden terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, yaitu: 1) pengumpulan data yang melimputi wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen; 2) kondensasi data, proses pemilihan data wawancara observasi dan studi dokumen sesuai dengan peruntuknya; 3) penyajian data dilakukan setelah kondesasi data selesai, kemudian dibuat laporan hasil penelitian; 4) verifikasi data dan menarik kesimpulan bedasarkan hasil temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi guru dan tenaga kependidikan memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya sekolah di MTs Raudhatul Muttaqien. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengembangan kompetensi meliputi dukungan kepemimpinan, program pelatihan yang terstruktur, kolaborasi antar staf, dan keterlibatan aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pembuat kebijakan, manajer pendidikan, dan praktisi pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Technological developments can make learning more interesting and varied. In addition, children's development components will increase faster than before. Dangerous Road is an application-based game where players must complete road-finding missions by composing meaningful words that are relevant to the game theme. The ADDIE development model was used to develop the digital maze game “Dangerous Road”. This research uses a Likert scale questionnaire filled out by material experts, media experts and teachers, using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. According to research and development results, the Maze Dangerous Road game is an effective, efficient and interesting learning medium for children aged 5 to 6 years. Small group trials were carried out on 5 children at Dharma Wanita Kencong 2 Kindergarten, with an effectiveness value of 80%, attractiveness 77.5%, and efficiency 72%; Large group trials were carried out on 28 children at the Dharma Wanita Kencong 2 Kindergarten with a total of 8 children and the Elbaith Rif'a Islamic Happy School Kindergarten with a total of 20 children, with an effectiveness score of 95%, attractiveness of 88.2%, and efficiency of 81.7%.
