Abstract

Scientific writing is a challenge for students because the writing is bound by various scientific conventions in terms of content and grammar in each part. Following up on this condition, in this study, a self-writing assessment instrument was developed for guidance on writing research papers students. This study uses the ADDIE model with five stages of steps considering the practicality of the steps for developing learning products. During product development, data on content validity, interrater reliability, and user tests were collected for product application. The results were analyzed descriptively, quantitatively, statistically, and qualitatively, describing each product's feasibility qualifications obtained by collecting questionnaires, field notes, and documentation techniques. At the end of the study, it was found that the self-writing assessment instrument was successfully developed and could be used in guiding the writing of research papers, especially in the presentation of content and grammar. Furthermore, self-writing assessment instruments can be applied to maximize the writing process at the post-revising and editing stage.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of instructional leadership on the work climate of employees at Bakti Indonesia University. Using a quantitative survey method, the research involved 95 respondents selected randomly. Data analysis using multiple linear regression showed that instructional leadership significantly affects the work climate, contributing 90.4%. These results align with previous studies that emphasize how supportive leadership styles, as described by Hallinger (2012) and Arici (2018), can enhance the quality of the work environment and productivity. Effective instructional leadership has been proven to create a harmonious work atmosphere, motivate employees, and support their well-being. These findings underline the importance of instructional leadership in shaping a positive work climate at universities.

Abstract

This research was carried out to find out in depth the learning leadership characteristics of the Principal of SMAN 2 Malang in increasing teacher professionalism, strategies for increasing teacher professionalism carried out by the Principal of SMAN 2 Malang as a learning leader, and the results of implementing activities to increase teacher professionalism carried out by the Principal of SMAN 2 Malang as a learning leader. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study type. The conclusion of this research is that the learning leadership characteristics of the Principal of SMAN 2 Malang in increasing teacher professionalism are demonstrated by a caring attitude towards the school community and participating in learning management. The strategy to increase teacher professionalism carried out by the Principal of SMAN 2 Malang as a learning leader includes holding monthly evaluations to increase teacher professionalism, workshop increasing teacher professionalism, supervision, MGMP, benchmarking to increase teacher professionalism, as well as seminars and dissemination to increase teacher professionalism. The results of the implementation of activities to increase teacher professionalism carried out by the Principal of SMAN 2 Malang as a learning leader are assignment reports prepared by teachers, an increase in teacher performance, achievement of teacher achievement, student achievement and school achievement Keywords: improvement; teacher professionalism; learning leadership

Abstract

The research objectives are to determine: 1) the level of educational games; 2) level of learning management; 3) level of learning motivation; 4) the influence of educational games on student learning motivation, 5) the influence of learning management on student learning motivation, 6) the influence of educational games and learning management on student learning motivation. This research is research that uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was kindergarten students throughout Malang City with a sample size of 206 respondents. The research results illustrate: 1) The level of educational games is included in the high category; 2) The level of learning management is included in the high category; 3) The level of student learning motivation is in the high category; 4) There is a significant positive influence of educational games on student learning motivation with a correlation coefficient value of 0.736, which is included in the strong category; 5) There is a significant positive influence of learning management on student learning motivation with a correlation coefficient value of 0.831, which is in the very strong category; and (6) There is a positive and significant influence together between education games and learning management on student learning motivation. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the transformation of education planning in Indonesia through a qualitative review of existing documents and policies. Using a qualitative-interpretive method and literature study, this research analyzes the developments, challenges, and opportunities in education planning in Indonesia. The main focus of this research lies in the paradigm shift, implementation strategies, and the impact of education policies on the national education system. Data was collected through content analysis, including bibliographic annotations and literature reviews. The results show a significant shift in the approach to education planning in Indonesia, from a centralized model to decentralization and participatory approaches. Identified challenges include quality disparities between regions, mismatches between educational outputs and labor market needs, and suboptimal utilization of technology in education. This research provides a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of education planning in Indonesia and offers recommendations for improving education policies in the future

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam kehidupan anak-anak, termasuk maraknya penggunaan game online. Namun, dibalik kesenangan yang ditawarkan, terdapat dampak negatif terhadap perkembangan bahasa siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana paparan terhadap bahasa kasar dalam game online dapat mempengaruhi penggunaan bahasa siswa SD pada kehidupan sehari-hari serta dapat menghambat pencapaian tujuan pendidikan berkualitas yang ditetapkan dalam Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) nomor 4. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kajian literatur melalui beberapa sumber buku, artikel ilmiah dari sumber jurnal yang relevan dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang sesuai dengan topik pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paparan bahasa informal dan berkata kasar dalam game online secara signifikan berkontribusi pada perbendaharaan bahasa siswa. Akibatnya, siswa cenderung menerapkan apa yang mereka lihat ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This research was motivated by aggressive behavior that occurred in students at SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang. Based on data obtained in the field, 12.8% of students carried out aggressive actions both verbally and non-verbally. This happens during learning activities or outside learning activities. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self-control and aggressive behavior of students at SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang. This research used a correlational quantitative approach method with a sample of 179 students using proportional random sampling techniques. Research data collection used a self-control scale and an aggressive behavior scale. Based on these results , it was found that there was a sufficient relationship between the self-control variable and the aggressive behavior variable in students at SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang. From these results, it was concluded that there was a positive correlation, then students' aggressive behavior and self-control had the same direction, so that if students' self-control was high then students' aggressive behavior was also high

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model kompetensi kepribadian kepala sekolah pendidikan dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), melibatkan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah untuk mengidentifikasi aspek- aspek kunci kompetensi kepribadian. Studi ini menghasilkan model yang mencakup enam komponen utama: berakhlak mulia dan menjadi teladan, kepemimpinan berintegritas, keinginan kuat dalam pengembangan diri, sikap terbuka dalam melaksanakan tugas, pengendalian diri dalam menghadapi masalah, serta bakat dan minat sebagai pemimpin pendidikan. Kesimpulannya, kepala sekolah yang efektif menunjukkan integritas tinggi, kejujuran, ketegasan, keterbukaan, kekuatan batin, serta dedikasi terhadap perannya. Model ini menciptakan lingkungan sekolah positif, mendorong pengembangan profesional staf, dan memfasilitasi pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Implementasi model ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keberhasilan sekolah, termasuk peningkatan prestasi akademik dan kesejahteraan komunitas sekolah secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Type cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) is a learning model that involves the activities of all students and contains elements of play in small groups without any differences in status. Integration between types of cooperative learning models Teams Games Tournament (TGT) with Quizizz will make the learning process more fun and focused according to the stages of the learning model. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing a type of cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) assisted by Quizizz on the cognitive learning outcomes of junior high school students in science on vibration and wave material. This research design uses post-test only control group design with the type of research quasy experimental design. The research results show that the cooperative learning model is type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) has a significant influence on the cognitive science learning outcomes of junior high school students with a significance value (Sig.(2-tailed)) 0,000 < 0,005.
