Abstract

Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai – nilai pendidikan karakter pada ekstrakurikuler panahan di MA ATQIA Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) manajemen ekstrakurikuler panahan di MA ATQIA Bondowoso terdiri dari empat tahapan yakni perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. 2) Ektrakurikuler panahan di MA ATQIA Bondowoso dapat mendidik siswa untuk disiplin, sabar, tenang, berani, kerja keras, saling menghargai, tanggung jawab, dan patuh. 3) Faktor pendukung meliputi a) Pelatih yang profesional b) Semangat dan rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi. Faktor penghambat a) Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana b) sedikitnya waktu latihan. Pendidikan karakter pada ekstrakurikuler panahan di MA ATQIA Bondowoso diharapkan dapat memberikan pendidikan karakter dan mampu mencegah dan mengurangi dampak negatif teknologi. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan ruang lingkup, sumber-sumber referensi, sehingga belum tentu mencakup semua literatur yang relevan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ekstrakurikuler panahan dapat digunakan sebagai solusi untuk pendidikan karakter dalam menghadapi dampak negatif dari teknologi. Penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan sebagai referensi untuk meneliti tentang pendidikan karakter pada ekstrakurikuler panahan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif teknologi bagi generasi Z.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the role of technology-based professional development on teachers' changes in teaching practice in the context of an English foreign language classroom. A qualitative case study was used in this study to investigate the impact of technology-based professional development on teachers' classroom practice. The researcher used a purposive sampling method, selecting five participants who had been involved in technology-based professional development. The results show that the professional development programs had an impact on teachers' proficiency, convenience, and confidence in using technology tools in the classroom. The various programs and activities attended by the teachers brought them into various changes in their teaching practices in the classroom. This research is expected to have significance for various stakeholders in the field of education. This research hopefully contributes to the academic discourse around technology integration in education by adding empirical evidence on the growth of effective technology-based professional development in the digital era.

Abstract

Policymakers have grappled with issues arising from disparities in monetary, fiscal, and trade activities. Macroeconomists and policymakers employ fiscal and monetary policies as primary instruments to tackle these challenges. This study aims to describe how is the monetary and fiscal policy related to international trade. It is a descriptive qualitative research with a literature study method. Interest rates and money stand out as pivotal variables, garnering significant attention from Bank Indonesia due to their strong interaction with the government budget. The fiscal policy multiplier tends to be low in Indonesia.

Abstract

The book Taklimul Mutaallim is one of the phenomenal books written by Sheikh Azzarnuji. This book not only deals with moral education with the aim of forming the character of students, but also discusses how a student can take careful action in order to have moral character towards Allah, teachers and friends. This research aims to investigate in depth the internalization efforts carried out by the Alma'muroh dormitory through studying the book Taklimul Mutaallim. This research used qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The results shows that the success of a knowledge seeker is influenced by intelligence, sincerity, patience, sufficient supplies, teacher guidance, and a long time. Meanwhile, the attempt to internalize the values in the book Taklimul Mutaallim in the Al Makmuroh dormitory are carried out by means of mujahadah, reciting rotibulhaddad, book study, social activities of the santri husada, mutual cooperation, sorogan, all of which must be participated in by the female students so that the goal of internalization can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of mathematics learning certainly need to involve and prepare students as prospective mathematics teachers. In addition to competent mastery of material, prospective teacher students must be equipped with the ability to provide interactive mathematics learning between teachers and students through technological advances. The aim of this research is to analyze the responses of prospective mathematics teachers to the use of GeoGebra as a mathematics learning medium. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The subjects of this research were prospective teacher students taking the Introduction to Computer Science course. Of the 20 prospective teacher students who were given a questionnaire, 3 were then randomly selected for in-depth interviews. The research results show that more than 95% of prospective teacher students realize that GeoGebra can be a solution or tool in visualizing mathematical concepts. Starting from basic mathematics concepts to upper intermediate level can be visualized with GeoGebra. So that students will more easily understand mathematical concepts and can improve the mathematics learning process through interactive media assisted by GeoGebra.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan utama apakah transparansi perusahaan memoderasi hubungan antara penghindaran pajak dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan dan melihat hubungan antara penghindaran pajak dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan secara simultan dan secara parsial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2019-2022 berjumlah 88 perusahaan dengan pemilihan sampel sebanyak 25 perusahaan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode non-participant observer, dimana penulis hanya mengamati data yang sudah tersedia di web www.idx.co.id. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan persyaratan telah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik dan uji asumsi dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa penghindaran pajak berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penghindaran pajak dan kebijakan dividen secara simultan mampu mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan sebesar 33,3%. Selain itu transparansi perusahaan dapat memoderasi hubungan antara penghindaran pajak dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan secara positif.

Abstract

The development and use of digital in the learning context has an influence on the ability of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers to carry out learning. In the modern era which is influenced by advances in information technology, the application of AI in the form of Chat-Gpt is becoming increasingly relevant in helping educators in learning. However, the application of AI also faces challenges, such as understanding the complex Islamic religious context and ethical issues related to data privacy and information security. This research aims to determine the implementation of using Chat-Gpt based AI in the implementation of Islamic religious education learning. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research approach is a case study. The results of this research show that with the implementation of Chat-Gpt teachers can access how to create learning media, teaching modules and even create questions for the learning evaluation stage. The implications of this research make it easier for teachers to carry out learning activities because they are helped by Artificial Intelligence, namely Chat-Gpt.

Abstract

Not a few companies listed on the IDX manipulate financial reports by presenting false profits, so that the quality of profits is doubted by potential users of financial reports. This study aims to examine managerial ownership, book tax differences, and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) as moderators of earnings quality. The data used are manufacturing companies listed on the BEI for 5 periods from 2017 - 2021. The research sample was 57 manufacturing companies listed on the BEI from the 2017 - 2021 period with 200 observations found. This research was conducted using secondary data taken via the BEI website www.idx.co.id. The research analysis method is moderated linear regression which includes descriptive statistical methods, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and MRA testing. Based on research conducted, it is proven that managerial ownership has no effect on earnings quality, book tax differences have a positive effect on earnings quality, IOS moderates the effect of managerial ownership on earnings quality, and IOS moderates book tax differences on earnings quality.

Abstract

For family problems, people are more likely to use non-litigation mediation processes to resolve their disputes rather than litigation. This is caused by many factors, including high costs, a long process, community obedience to kiai and community leaders, and long distances. The aim of this research is to find out how effective village kiai are as non-litigation mediators in resolving syiqaq and nusyuz conflicts and how Islamic law reviews village kiai's non-litigation mediation practices in resolving family problems. This study conducted descriptive qualitative research. The results show that the village kiai was chosen as a non-litigation mediator based on community beliefs. In practice, he provides direction and helps close deals. Furthermore, the principles of Islamic law state that it does not conflict with Islamic law, and even qualifies as a hakam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the variables CO2 Emissions, Green Technology, Green Credit, Income Level, Energy Consumption, and Renewable Energy affect Buildings with High Roofs and Buildings with Low Roofs in ABRIC countries. The method of analysis used is called SUR. This study uses data from the World Bank Data website for the study period of 2005–2022 (data years) and data from the CEIC for the study period of 2020–2022 (data months). The results of the SUR analysis show that increasing energy consumption and green-credited payback rates can boost economic growth; however, in order to promote green building, we can increase CO2 emissions and use low-tech technology, which can be seen in every study nation.
