Abstract

In today's digital era, the world is faced with rapid technological advances. It cannot be denied that education today is able to follow this, especially in implementing active learning. However, many schools still do not fully utilize technology. Moreover, currently there are many cases of students being less active, less interacting and involved during distance and face-to-face learning. So this research emerged to answer this problem by focusing on the use of technology in an effort to increase student interaction and involvement in distance and face-to-face learning. Apart from that, it also aims to determine the impact of using technology in active learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative method in the nature of a literature study where data is obtained through books and journals related to this research. The results of the research show that technology has a positive impact. Technology is able to increase interaction between students and students, student interaction with learning, students become more actively involved which will have an impact on student learning achievement which is effective in realizing active learning. Wise integration of technology in the context of active learning can increase student interaction and involvement, thereby facilitating the learning process so that educational goals are achieved and the quality of education increases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tiga aspek utama terkait kenakalan peserta didik di SMA NU 05 Brangsong: (1) jenis-jenis kenakalan yang terjadi di sekolah, (2) faktor-faktor penyebab kenakalan, dan (3) upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sementara data sekunder meliputi informasi mengenai sejarah, visi, dan misi sekolah. Teknik triangulasi digunakan untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kenakalan peserta didik mencakup absensi tanpa izin (bolos), bullying, merokok, serta pelanggaran aturan pakaian. Faktor-faktor penyebab kenakalan meliputi faktor keluarga, agama, dan lingkungan. Guru PAI menerapkan berbagai upaya untuk mengatasi kenakalan, termasuk kegiatan keagamaan sebagai langkah preventif dan pemberian sanksi sesuai dengan jenis pelanggaran sebagai bagian dari upaya penanganan.

Abstract

This research examines nomenclature disputes in Islamic Philosophy of Education using historical, anagogical and philosophical approaches. The research question posed is how the disputes over terms such as 'tarbiyah', 'ta'lim' and 'ta'dib' reflect different views within the Islamic educational tradition and what the philosophical and spiritual implications are. The aim of this study is to provide a deeper understanding of the evolution and meaning of these terms and their contribution to the discourse of Islamic education. The method used is an in-depth literature analysis with a qualitative approach, combining a historical study to trace the development of the terms, an anagogical analysis to unearth their spiritual meaning, and a philosophical approach to explore their conceptual implications. The results show that the nomenclature disputes not only reflect intellectual diversity in Islam but also highlight the need for a more holistic and multidimensional approach in understanding Islamic education. This research contributes to the development of a more inclusive Islamic education discourse that is relevant to the contemporary context.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the concept of children's education in the digital era from the perspective of the Qur'an. The study uses a qualitative method using library research with a maudhu'i approach. Based on the results of the study, it was found that based on the letter Al-Alaq verses 1 and 4, the concept of children's education in the digital era must be able to integrate Al-Qur'an literacy with technological media where the integration process is that the teacher prepares the material to be studied (dilarized) then packaged and visualized through technological media so that meaningful and real learning is created that makes students' characters have a deep understanding of Islam and the creation of good Islamic characters.

Abstract

In this era, with all the advances in IT and technology as well as changes in social dynamics, it has brought a number of big challenges to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. Therefore, a deep understanding of these challenges is the main key to implementing effective solutions in aligning Islamic values ​​with the needs of contemporary developments. This research is qualitative research with priority on literature-based critical analysis. The way to conduct this research is to use the narrative method. In critical studies, understanding the context of the challenges of Islamic education in today's exploitative era. This research aims to analyze phenomena or dynamics from an Islamic perspective and strategic efforts to face these challenges. The research results show that the challenges of Islamic education in the current era include (1) The existence of an approach with a worldly orientation, (2) The influence of social media, (3) New approaches in the field of IT-based Islamic education (4) Technology application-based approaches. The strategies and efforts made to answer the challenges of Islamic education in the current era can be formulated as follows: (1) Instilling the values ​​of Islamic education in a comprehensive manner, (2) Approach to Karimah Moral Education in the younger generation, (3) considering the Islamic education system, (4) Improving the quality of teacher resources with an Islamic character, (4) Adapting to applications and technology.

Abstract

The Kurikulum Merdeka is a policy introduced by Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to create a more flexible, responsive, and relevant education system that meets the demands of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. However, its implementation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah still faces various complex challenges. These challenges include the lack of teacher preparedness in implementing the curriculum, limited supporting learning facilities, and insufficient efforts to socialize the curriculum comprehensively. Therefore, strategic measures are needed, such as improving teacher competencies, providing adequate facilities, and intensifying socialization to ensure the optimal implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Legowetan. The researcher employed a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques included interviews with the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Legowetan principal, observations, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, comprising data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the main challenges educators face include the need to shift teaching methods from structured approaches to more flexible, student-engaged learning. Limitations in learning media and students' readiness to adapt to the new competency-based approach also pose significant obstacles. The transformation from the 2013 Curriculum to the Kurikulum Merdeka affects how students perceive learning, which now focuses more on processes and skill development. Despite difficulties in aligning learning materials with this more flexible approach, teachers strive to create variations in teaching methods that promote student engagement and facilitate better understanding of the material

Abstract

This study examines the relevance of Imam Al-Ghazali's educational thought in contemporary Islamic education, focusing on goals, curriculum, teaching methods, and the teacher's role. Using a literature review with descriptive-analytical methods, the study analyzes Al-Ghazali’s ideas and related literature. The findings highlight that Al-Ghazali’s holistic educational concept, which integrates religious and worldly knowledge, provides solutions to modern challenges, such as moral crises, materialism, and globalization. Imam Al-Ghazaliviewed education as a means of shaping noble character and closeness to Allah SWT, with a balanced approach to cognitive, emotional, and spiritual development. His ideal curriculum combines religious and worldly sciences, while teaching methods emphasize exemplary behavior, reflection, and personalized approaches. Teachers are regarded as moral exemplars with a significant responsibility for guiding students intellectually and ethically. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating spiritual values into modern Islamic education curricula and enhancing teachers' roles as character builders. These findings contribute significantly to the development of an Islamic educational system that prepares intellectually capable, morally upright, and ethical generations to effectively address global challenges.

Abstract

The research aims to explore Islamic education in an effort to socialize Islamic teachings, because education has an interest in internalizing the values of faith, piety and morals. So that the community has a religious commitment in developing knowledge and skills for charity and work which in turn creates a religious culture. This study uses qualitative research with a conscious enographic approach to understand various events that occur in society. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation with informants, namely the residents of the village of Cipanas totaling three people related to the value of Islamic education and its implications for socio-religious. The values contained in Islamic education can grow and save themselves and their citizens from moral and ethical damage. In addition, the urgency is to foster balanced happiness by providing guidance so that they have noble character and all their actions are always guided by Islamic teachings. Rather, it is to increase the spiritual values of society and family in social relations within a framework of practices that are filled with values and morals.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Yasporbi III Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan merupakan salah satu sekolah yang mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka. Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka diharapkan mampu membawa perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran. Kurikulum Merdeka yang diterapkan di sekolah ini mengedepankan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel, berbasis pada kebutuhan dan potensi masing-masing siswa, serta mendorong pengembangan karakter yang positif, hal ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari berbagai inovasi dari para guru. Penelitian ini bertujaun untuk menganalisis internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter melalui implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di kelas II SD Yasporbi III. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Setelah data diperoleh, dilakukan analisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, melalui kurikulum yang fleksibel dan berbasis pada kebutuhan serta potensi individu siswa, sekolah berhasil menanamkan nilai-nilai penting yang mencakup aspek moral, sosial, dan kognitif. Berbagai nilai karakter, seperti beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berkebhinekaan global, gotong royong, mandiri, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif diajarkan secara terintegrasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan pendekatan yang mengedepankan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, diskusi kelompok, serta pembiasaan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, siswa tidak hanya memperoleh pengetahuan akademik, tetapi juga dibentuk menjadi individu yang memiliki karakter kuat, mampu berpikir kritis, bekerja sama, dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of religious moderation in the student council work program to increase tolerance between students at SMA Negeri 1 Parungpanjang. Religious moderation is a strategic approach to building social harmony in the context of a diverse society. This study uses a qualitative method, collecting data through interviews and observations. The study results show that the student council work program that integrates the value of religious moderation is effective in strengthening tolerance attitudes between students. This program has succeeded in creating a positive interaction space between students with different religious, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. The role of the student council coach is very significant in supporting the implementation of the program. They not only provide direction but also provide an example of practicing religious moderation. This helps students understand the importance of the values of togetherness and mutual respect. Challenges in the implementation of this program include the lack of participation of students who have not fully benefited from the value of religious moderation. This shows that there is a need for innovation in the design of activities to be more inclusive and attractive for all students. The value of religious moderation taught through the student council program not only has an impact on the interaction between students in the school environment but is a long-term contribution to the formation of students' character as inclusive and tolerant individuals.
