Abstract

Funding is a crucial aspect for the smooth operation of organizations, both public and business. In Indonesia, there are significant differences in the structure and sources of funding of these two types of organizations. This study aims to analyze and compare the funding of public and business organizations in Indonesia. Public and business organizations in Indonesia have an important role in national development. Both types of organizations require funding to run their operations and achieve their goals. This paper aims to analyze and compare the funding of public and business organizations in Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive method with a literature study. Data was collected from various sources such as books, journals, articles, and official websites of organizations. The results show that there are some significant differences in the funding of public and business organizations in Indonesia. The main funding source of public organizations is tax, while business organizations get funding from various sources such as own capital, bank loans, and capital markets. The use of public organizations' funds is regulated by laws and regulations, while business organizations have more flexibility in using their funds. This paper also discusses the challenges and opportunities of funding public and business organizations in Indonesia. This research is expected to contribute to the development of policies and strategies for funding public and business organizations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Paper-based learning media is starting to be replaced by digital-based learning media. This research discusses the metaverse which can be used as a learning medium in the era of society 5.0 in order to improve the quality of Indonesian education in the future. The method used in this research is a literature study, in which researchers collect library data from relevant and up-to-date scientific journal sources. The research results show: 1) the metaverse is developing massively, considering that the metaverse is an interconnected social network. The implementation of metaverse in the world of education has a huge opportunity to support the learning process even better. 2) Metaverse can create a learning experience that is better, more inclusive, up to date, and more relevant to future demands. 3) Metaverse provides many benefits, including more interactive learning, effective training and development, a better learning experience, enabling distance/online learning, enhancing a more enjoyable learning experience, personalizing learning, learning visualization, Game-Based learning, Role Play and Perspective taking. 4) By understanding the advantages and disadvantages of using Metaverse, educators can plan appropriate steps to integrate this technology into modern education, thereby achieving an increase in the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Organizations operate in an environment that is dynamic, complex, and full of change. An organization's success in achieving its goals depends on its ability to adapt and respond to these changes. This research aims to analyze the influence of the internal and external environment on organizational effectiveness. Data was collected from 100 organizations in Indonesia through surveys. The internal environment has a positive and significant influence on organizational effectiveness, the external environment has a positive and significant influence on organizational effectiveness, the organizational environment can be divided into the internal environment and the external environment, the internal environment is related to the strengths and weaknesses of the company, the external environment is the general environment as well as the industrial environment outside the company's internal environment which is an opportunity or obstacle for the company. The relationship between the business environment and the organization or company, namely the external environment as a source for suppliers of resources and consumers of output. How much this environment can support the organization can have an impact on the organization's operations and performance. The internal environment has a direct influence on the level of capability in the process which includes the three subsystems in the organizational system, namely input, transformation and output. this research is that organizational effectiveness is influenced by internal and external factors, as well as the interaction between these two factors. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide benefits for organizational leaders in understanding the factors that influence organizational effectiveness, as well as in formulating appropriate strategies and policies toincrease organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

In the context of Indonesian politics, the 2024 General Election marks an important event that presents intense competition between legislative candidates from various political parties. Failure in the election is not only inevitable but also brings significant impacts. Through a qualitative approach, this study aims to explore and analyze the impact of losing candidates in the 2024 elections, especially in the psychological, social, and political aspects. The findings of this study show that losing a candidate can result in feelings of disappointment, frustration and even depression on a psychological level. On the social side, the defeat can disrupt relationships with supporters and campaign volunteers and cause stigmatization in the candidate's social environment. Politically, losing a candidate can affect the dynamics of political parties and political competition as a whole.

Abstract

The author conducted this research to determine the evaluation analysis of public policy at the Serang City Environmental Service in waste management. The aim is whether the waste handling carried out by the environmental service is going well or vice versa, with an evaluation we can find out what obstacles occur in waste management. This research was carried out in the Banten area, specifically in the city of Serang. This research method was carried out through literature studies and journal reviews, especially those that can be accessed online. Researchers view that a qualitative approach will help researchers in collecting data. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method, where analyzing the data is described in descriptive form. According to qualitative descriptive research, it is research that attempts to describe an event in the research object being analyzed so as to produce a solution to a problem. The implementation of waste management carried out by the Serang City government has not yet been fully implemented as stated in Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2021 concerning Waste Management. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be said that policy evaluation in Serang City has not been optimal because waste management is still the main issue. that needs to be resolved by the government. One of them is an unorganized rubbish dump. And community participation is still low. This issue has led to environmental pollution, thus creating discomfort for the community

Abstract

The Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) is an education policy introduced to improve the quality of learning in Indonesia. The main purpose of this policy is to provide freedom in choosing, accessing, and managing their own learning process. One of the universities that implements this policy is Bina Bangsa University. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the implementation of the Independent Campus has been implemented at Bina Bangsa University. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum policy at Bina Bangsa University has gone well.

Abstract

This research is based on community life regarding the Role of Religious Leaders in Strengthening Religious Moderation in RT 49, Masangan Kulon Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. The objectives of this study are to 1) To determine the role of religious leaders in building religious moderation in RT 49 Masangan Kulon Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. 2) To find out what challenges religious leaders have in building religious moderation in RT 49, Masangan Kulon Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research involves interview, observation, and documentation techniques. In the framework of this study, it was found that people have understood the concept of religious moderation well, which is reflected in mutual respect between them. In the context of religious moderation, the role of religious figures continues to apply communicative and da'wah approaches to guide people towards goodness. The challenges faced by religious leaders in embracing diversity without compromising the essence of their teachings involve navigating the complexity of diverse values and beliefs within society.

Abstract

Organisasi adalah sekelompok orang yang bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dalam konteks ketenagakerjaan, organisasi dapat berupa serikat pekerja atau federasi buruh yang bertujuan memperjuangkan hak dan kesejahteraan pekerja. Buruh adalah individu yang bekerja untuk mendapatkan upah. Mereka dapat bekerja di berbagai sektor, seperti industri, manufaktur, dan jasa. Para pekerja seringkali bergabung dengan organisasi untuk memperkuat suara mereka dalam memperjuangkan hak-hak mereka. Kebijakan adalah seperangkat aturan dan prinsip yang mengatur sesuatu. Dalam konteks ketenagakerjaan, kebijakan dapat berupa undang-undang, peraturan pemerintah, atau kesepakatan bersama antara pengusaha dan pekerja yang mengatur hak dan kewajiban pekerja, upah, jam kerja, dan syarat-syarat kerja. Organisasi buruh mempunyai peranan penting dalam memperjuangkan hak dan kesejahteraan pekerja. Mereka menganjurkan kebijakan-kebijakan yang pro-buruh, seperti upah minimum yang layak, jam kerja yang manusiawi, dan kondisi kerja yang aman. Organisasi buruh juga membantu pekerja dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan dengan pengusaha. Kebijakan yang pro tenaga kerja dapat membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja dan keluarganya. Kebijakan yang baik dapat memastikan pekerja mendapatkan upah yang layak, jam kerja yang manusiawi, dan kondisi kerja yang aman. Organisasi, pekerja, dan kebijakan saling terkait erat. Organisasi buruh membantu pekerja memperjuangkan hak dan kesejahteraannya. Kebijakan yang pro tenaga kerja dapat membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja dan keluarganya

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat Indonesia. Pancasila, sebagai dasar negara dan ideologi bangsa, memiliki lima sila yang mengandung nilai-nilai fundamental bagi kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai Pancasila diimplementasikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat berbagai tantangan, nilai-nilai Pancasila masih relevan dan diaplikasikan dalam berbagai konteks kehidupan sehari-hari, mulai dari kehidupan keluarga, lingkungan masyarakat, hingga kebijakan publik. Kesimpulannya, Pancasila tidak hanya menjadi pedoman normatif tetapi juga operatif dalam membentuk karakter dan tindakan masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi aspek yang penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan sifat yang baik pada setiap individu. Salah satunya melalui Pendidikan Pancasila. Pendidikan Pancasila turut andil sebagai pengajaran mata kuliah pada mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi. Mata kuliah pendidikan Pancasila di Perguruan Tinggi berperan penting dalam pembelajaran berkarakter dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai peran mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila di Perguruan Tinggi dalam membentuk karakter dan integritas mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Sumber data diperoleh dari literatur seperti jurnal ilmiah dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan topik Pendidikan Pancasila, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, Pendidikan Pancasila di Perguruan Tinggi memiliki peran yang penting dalam membentuk karakter dan integritas pada diri mahasiswa. Pendidikan Pancasila berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter, membangun sikap kebangsaan, menumbuhkan semangat demokrasi, mengembangkan jiwa kepemimpinan, dan pembentukan nilai-nilai positif. Melalui mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk mencapai Indonesia yang lebih baik.
