Abstract

Village development is greatly influenced by the active role of youth as enthusiastic, energetic, and creative agents of change. To optimize the contribution of the youth in promoting tourism, preserving culture, improving community welfare, and encouraging village progress through creative and innovative activities. The Bujang Gadis Sungsang (BGS) Association is one of the organizations that is quite active in various youth and tourism activities. However, it is necessary to enhance the capacity and supportive certification for these youth groups to provide a greater contribution to various village tourism development activities. The BGS Public Speaking Training is a strategic step taken by PT PLN UIP Sumbagsel to contribute to community improvement, especially in the field of education. The Public Speaking Training Program organized by PT PLN UIP Sumbagsel in collaboration with the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Universitas Sriwijaya and Dinamis Nawar Academy (DNA.) Public Speaking has provided understanding to Bujang Gadis Sungsang to help accelerate the development of the tourism village in Sungsang IV. This training has also successfully conducted competency exams for participants, resulting in 12 participants passing the exam and being certified by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) of the Republic of Indonesia, which can be applied in daily life

Abstract

MSMEs Putri Land Bouw, located in Air Sempiang Village, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province, is one of the beneficiaries of the TJSL (Social and Environmental Responsibility) Program initiated by PT PLN (Persero) UIP Sumbagsel in fulfilling its commitment to encourage and be involved in the advancement of Micro and Small Enterprises. and Medium to become more advanced and independent creative economic businesses. Training is a form of initial encouragement which is quite important in providing information, education and discussion forums. MSMEs often do not take into account production costs which can result in the company's selling price being set too high or too low. In this case, the TJSL program for Putri Land Bouw MSMEs was carried out by providing training on cost of production. The training was carried out using seminar, discussion, practice and post test methods, all of which were aimed at deepening understanding of the production costs of Putri Land Bouw MSMEs. The result of these two trainings was that the training participants were able to understand the material presented by the resource person well. One of the ways this is proven is the increase in knowledge between before and after training which can be seen from the results of the practice of determining Cost of Goods Production in groups and the results of the existing post-test average scores. Participants were also active in practice, questions and answers and discussions

Abstract

Training is also very important in cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit. In this case, the TJSL program for Putri Land Bouw MSMEs was carried out to provide entrepreneurship and MSMEs training. The training was carried out using seminar methods, discussions, simulations, practice and also post tests, all of which were aimed at deepening the understanding of MSMEs Putri Land Bouw entrepreneurship. The result of the training was that the training participants were able to understand the material presented by the resource person well. This can be proven by an increase in knowledge before training and after training as seen from the results of the average pre-test and post-test scores. Participants were also quite active in questions and answers and discussions

Abstract

This community service is part of the Team Based Project of the 2021 Independent Campus Young Fighters Program organized by the Ministry of Social Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology and the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The activity was carried out from November 15 to December 11, 2022 to four transmigration community groups consisting of 38 beneficiary families of the Family Hope Program (PKH) Sungai Besar Village, South Matan Hilir District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The activity organizers consisted of 6 lecturers and 3 students of the Ministry of Social Affairs Merdeka Campus Young Fighters from various universities. The activity method is used by socializing pineapple fruit processing, training on marketing strategies for processed pineapple fruit products, pretest and post test and monitoring evaluation. The results showed that based on community service activities, this activity was significantly beneficial to residents. This program has opened up opportunities for residents to develop skills in processing available natural resources, such as pineapple fruit, into marketable products. The participation of Sungai Besar Village residents in the socialization of pineapple fruit processing is very positive and enthusiasm is high for this business development opportunity. Constraints encountered, (1) variations in participants' educational backgrounds and experiences led to differences in their speed and ability to understand the material. (2) Limited access to resources. (3) Use of technical language and terms in the materials. (4) time availability. (5) Concerns about business sustainability and economic risks were also raised. The 4P (Product, Price, Place Promotion) marketing training provided the importance of developing attractive products, appropriate pricing, efficient distribution strategies, and promotions that reach the target audience. This activity not only improves their ability in the technical aspects of product processing, but also in the business and marketing aspects that will help them earn wages or profits. This program not only provides new skills, but also encourages the economic independence of trans people. They become more productive, can utilize local potential, and contribute to the family and community economy. 4 Indicators of the program's success include the ability of residents, Sungai Besar Village becoming a tourist destination icon for pineapple processed souvenirs, increasing community income and utilization of peatlands into pineapple cultivation land

Abstract

Pertumbuhan UMKM digunakan sebagai indikator keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara, merupakan peluang bagi dunia pendidikan untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan. Yayasan Global Cahaya Nubuwah Insani Islamic Entrepreneurship Boarding School, berupaya menghasilkan wirausaha Islami yang go global. Untuk itu, sekolah kewirausahaan ini bersama Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti melakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan para siswa, agar termotivasi menjadi wirausaha Islami, sehingga dapat menerapkan Maqashid Syariah. Kegiatan ini, dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan, dengan materi pentingnya wirausaha bagi negara, UMKM naik kelas, kewirausahaan syariah dan digital, kewirausahaan dari perspektif Islam, Maqashid Syariah, Maslahah, pengembangan kewirausahaan sosial dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Kesemuanya ini, berdampak pada terbentuknya siklus kewirausahaan syariah guna menunjang ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, berhasil dilakukan dengan baik, karena meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan pesertanya menjadi 85 persen. Hal ini, membuat para siswa menjadi semakin teremotivasi untuk menjadi wirausaha Islami, guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan menerapkan Maqashid Syariah.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC). Strategi DOTS adalah pengawasan langsung pengobatan jangka pendek dengan keharusan setiap pengelola program tuberkulosis untuk memfokuskan perhatian (direct attention) dalam usaha menemukan penderita dengan pemeriksaan mikroskop. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan kader tentang teknik pengambilan, pengepakan dan pengiriman spesimen dahak (sputum) untuk diagnosis tuberkulosis bagi kader kesehatan di Kelurahan Sendang Mulyo. Metode: melakukan intervensi dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan dengan memberikan penyuluhan teknik pengambilan, pengepakan dan pengiriman spesimen dahak. Hasil: terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan kader sebesar 70% dalam mengetahui tentang teknik pengambilan, pengepakan dan pengiriman spesimen dahak.

Abstract

The implementation of the Community Service Program by the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program of Bunda Mulia University, designed with the main goal of expanding knowledge and enhancing the skills of participants, especially in understanding the potential of Cihideung Udik Village. This activity is also aimed at facilitating the establishment of cooperation and partnerships between Bunda Mulia University and the managers of Cihideung Udik Village, as a realization of the development of social competencies for lecturers. The conclusion highlights the role of Community Service as a platform where lecturers can share knowledge with the community, focusing on improving the quality of life, especially for participants from Cihideung Udik Village. Community Service is also considered a space that provides valuable experiences and guidance for participants, preparing them with practical knowledge to establish their own businesses and manage the potential of village tourism with high expertise. This conclusion reflects a commitment to comprehensive community development and the empowerment of village potential through participatory and educational approaches.edukatif

Abstract

Pengelolaan kas dan stok barang merupakan aspek penting dalam menjalankan bisnis yang sukses, karena melibatkan pemantauan dan pengendalian yang cermat. Dengan mengelola tingkat kas dan stok secara efisien, bisnis dapat memastikan ketersediaan kas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional bisnis, produk yang tepat tersedia pada waktu yang tepat, meminimalkan risiko kehabisan stok sekaligus memaksimalkan profitabilitas. Pengelolaan kas dan stok yang efektif melibatkan berbagai strategi, seperti memperkirakan permintaan, dan memanfaatkan fungsi-fungsi microsoft excel untuk pencatatan arus kas dan persediaan. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu mitra dalam mengelola kas dan persediaan secara efektif. Cara yang bisa ditempuh adalah melakukan pencatatan dengan memanfaatkan microsoft excel dan kegiatan cash opname dan stock opname secara berkala. Dengan menggunakan cara ini, mitra dapat mengetahui secara pasti jumlah kas dan ketersediaan stok, menghindari kelebihan kas dan stok, serta mengoptimalkan profitabilitas

Abstract

LPD menjadi salah satu lembaga keuangan non-profit, shinggal LPD bukan merupakan subjek pajak. Selain itu LPD juga memberikan kontribusi pada desa sebesar 20% untuk membantu masyarakat desa. Dalam operasionalnya LPD masih menerapkan nilai lokalitas Tri Hita Karana. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada pengurus LPD yang mampu menjaga harmonisasi kepada pengurus desa dan masyarakat lingkungan desa. Salah satu LPD yang memberikan kontribusi tiap tahun adalah LPD Desa Adat Tanjung Benoa. LPD ini tidak menjadi subjek pajak, bukan berarti LPD ini tidak diaudit. Berdasarkan Perda Nomor 3 Tahun 2017 tentang Lembaga Perkreditan Desa, dijelaskan bahwa LPD wajib diaudit setahun sekali. LPD Desa Adat Tanjung Benoa sudah melaksanakan kaewajiban tersebut. Namun, dalam praktik akuntansi masih saja ada kekurangan dalam mengarsipkan dokumen pendukun secara manual. Selain itu, belum terbentuk adanya regenerasi yang bertanggung jawan untuk mengarsipkan dokumen secara digital. Adanya kekurangan ini, maka LPD sangat perlu diberikan pembinaan audit untuk meminimalisir kesalahan praktik akuntansi digital

Abstract

Tourism, namely narrative-based tourism. Through this concept, it is hoped that regional tourism potential can be further developed. Keera District in Wajo Regency has many folk tales that can be introduced. Supported by the existing natural beauty, of course these two things are a big asset in developing folklore-based tourism in this area. However, the existence of these two big capitals needs attention through tourism promotion. One form of effective promotion today is through uploading videos on social media. For this reason, an attractive video design is needed to present promotional media that can attract people's attention and encourage them to visit. This regional tourism promotional video design activity can be a solution in introducing regional tourism and of course developing regional tourism based on folklore
