Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published three times a year in February, June and October. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. The Journal kindly invites scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in the disciplines of Islamic education management in the form of the contribution with articles to be published and disseminated through: the selection mechanism of the article, criticized by reviewer, and the editing process. Abstract

The low spiritual intelligence of students causes excessive fanaticism, weak faith, loss of soul control and is prone to deviate from religious understanding and values in general. With the implementation of religious programs outside of learning to strengthen the spirituality of the students who participate in these activities. This research will examine the technicalities of implementing extracurricular Islamic spiritual guidance, what are the aspects that hinder and support Islamic spiritual guidance activities, and whether Islamic spiritual guidance activities will increase the religious awareness of students in Batch 2024. This was done to examine its impact on improvement. This study used descriptive qualitative research conducted over several months from April 6, 2023 to January 14, 2024 at SMK INSAN BINA GENERASI 3 Bogor, West Java. The subjects of this research were the Islamic Spirituality trainers of SMK INSAN BINA GENERASI 3 Bogor, West Java. The research informants are the person in charge and the Islamic Spirituality Advisor as well as the Islamic Spirituality Members. The techniques used in this research are observing Islamic spiritual activities directly, processing participant data, and interviewing. Verification of the truth of the research material is based on data triangulation. The method of elaboration uses the method of analyzing various data sources.The stages then carried out are detailed discussion of data, presentation of materials, and drawing out the final results.The results of this research have a very big influence on the world of education. Extracurricular Islamic Spirituality (Kerohanian Islam) is carried out regularly every Saturday.The mentoring process usually takes place through the provision of educational materials using learning media and applications.We use three approaches when conducting extracurricular teaching activities in Kerohanian Islam: exploring the potential of members, a personal approach, and an ideal role model approach. Assessment in Islamic Spirituality activities includes exams recorded on the questions given, communication techniques, and internships. The inhibiting aspects are the short management period and the duration of Islamic Spirituality activities which are the same as other extracurricular activities. In the early stages of Islamic Spirituality mentoring, many of the Islamic Spirituality mentoring participants were XI students. Classes whose mental abilities and intelligence are low, are not mentally ready to become administrators. While the aspects that strengthen it include the facilities provided by the school, the financing of Islamic Spiritual activities, and the school's support for Islamic Spiritual activities. Through the implementation of Islamic Spirituality extracurricular guidance, students are able to develop their spiritual intelligence through tangible traits: a sense of closeness to Allah, determination, tawadu, honesty and patience.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMK Amaliah 2 Ciawi Bogor. The Independent Curriculum, initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, focuses on flexible and student-centered learning. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMK Amaliah 2 faces several challenges, especially in terms of teacher adaptation to new approaches, infrastructure readiness, and student understanding of the learning system. However, this curriculum provides students with more freedom in choosing subjects and projects that suit their interests and talents, and encourages independence in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the management of facilities and infrastructure and its influence on the quality of education. Using qualitative methods, the author directly observes schools, collects data, and analyzes information. The school's infrastructure is running well and supports student achievement, especially through self-development programs that help students express their talents and potential. PRasarana is a component that aims to support the teaching and learning process of students, facilities are more about the tools needed by students and the school, while infrastructure is more about the environment, a sense of comfort, security and order. Of course, if the facilities and infrastructure can be implemented well in the school environment, it will be a special attraction for students and prospective students. For example, this infrastructure includes yards, buildings, road access at schools and so on, these are usually what attract students when they are in that environment. The teacher's role in managing educational facilities and infrastructure begins with the planning, utilization and monitoring stages of the infrastructure.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of human resource competence and the application of information technology on employee performance at the Merawang District Office. The method used in this research was descriptive and associative, involving 32 employees as research subjects. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed using the census method. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26, and validity and reliability testing was carried out. The research results show that there is a significant influence of human resource competence and the application of information technology, both separately and simultaneously, on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can encourage increased competence and use of technology among employees, so that performance and quality of service to the community can be improved.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the theoretical concept of differentiated curriculum and its application at Insan Sejahtera Integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMPIT-IS) located in Sumedang Regency. The discussion of this junior high school curriculum is from the perspective of child development. The conclusion of the theoretical study is that Insan Sejahtera Integrated Islamic Junior High School implements the Merdeka Mandiri Berbagi Curriculum with differentiated learning that is able to develop talents, skills and innovations so that they become drivers of goodness in their environment. The teacher competency development program and the involvement of school partners in learning packaged using I-SMART technology produce independent Islamic characters who are responsible for their environment, in addition to achievements in academic and non-academic fields. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy and management of educational infrastructure development in improving the quality of education through school operational assistance. This study uses a library research approach. Data analysis through information related to the school operational assistance program from various secondary data sources such as journals, papers, articles, and news from websites (internet), and others. The results of the study indicate that the school operational assistance (BOS) program has proven effective in supporting the strategy and management of educational infrastructure development so that there is an increase in the quality of education in schools.  Keywords: management, development, facilities and infrastructure, quality of education

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the methods of human resource development applied at SMAN 1 Setu, and to identify the challenges and opportunities faced in its implementation. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that human resource development through education and training at SMAN 1 Setu, Bekasi Regency, had a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching and teacher competence. With various methods applied, such as competency-based training, utilization of technology, and collaboration between educators, SMAN 1 Setu succeeded in improving the professional skills of teachers in various aspects. The challenges of limited budget and time are still obstacles that need to be solved. Human resource development in schools will be more optimal if supported by various related parties. Keywords: development, human resources, education, training, teaching staff ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis metode-metode pengembangan SDM yang diterapkan di SMAN 1 Setu, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan di SMAN 1 Setu Kabupaten Bekasi berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan kompetensi guru. Dengan berbagai metode yang diterapkan, seperti pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta kolaborasi antar tenaga pendidik, SMAN 1 Setu berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan profesional guru dalam berbagai aspek. Tantangan keterbatasan anggaran dan waktu masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu dicari solusinya. Pengembangan SDM di sekolah-sekolah semakin optimal apabila didukung berbagai pihak terkait. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze access to education services on budget management, and its impact on service quality. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This approach was chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of how education financing is implemented and managed in one of the public elementary schools in Bekasi. The results of the study indicate that schools face challenges of delays and limited funds, which have a negative impact on facilities, teaching materials, and extracurricular activities. Lack of transparency is also a problem that reduces stakeholder trust. However, with infrastructure improvements, optimal use of technology, and diversification of funding sources, schools can significantly improve access and quality of education. This study provides recommendations for improving the education financing system and services in schools, so that they can create a more inclusive learning environment and support optimal student development.  Keywors: financing, education, budget, service quality

Abstract

Positive infrastructure and environment in Islamic educational institutions have a crucial role in creating safe, comfortable, happy and anti-bullying schools for students so that the learning atmosphere becomes conducive and effective. requires cooperation between students, teachers, parents, and school staff. it is important to educate all parties involved, positive infrastructure and environment have an impact on the development of physical, emotional, and academic well-being of students as well as changes in student behavior for the better and human resources are comfortable in working. This article aims to find out how the implications of positive infrastructure and environment support student management and human resources, along with the challenges and strategies carried out in overcoming all problems at Bina Insan Mandiri Senior High School, Nganjuk, East Java. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that only describes the condition of the object of the variable being studied without making comparisons and is independent. This research method is in the form of library research. The results of this article, the role of positive infrastructure and environment as the main support in the formation of the environment and student motivation. Challenges in managing positive infrastructure and environment, such as budget constraints and lack of competent human resources, bullying can be overcome through the right strategy. Strong leadership, planned and structured management concepts, staff and teacher training, education on the importance of a positive environment and active participation of stakeholders are the keys to overcoming these challenges. With strong commitment and cooperation, a conducive learning environment can be created, providing a positive impact on the quality of Islamic education and educating the next generation of the nation holistically and with quality. keywords: infrastructure, student management ABSTRAK Sarana prasarana dan lingkungan yang positif dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki peran krusial dalam menciptakan sekolah aman, nyaman, gembira dan anti bulliying terhadap siswa sehingga suasana belajar menjadi kondusif dan efektif. memerlukan kerjasama antara siswa, guru, orang tua, dan staf sekolah. penting untuk mengedukasi semua pihak yang terkait, sarana prasarana dan lingkungan yang positif memiliki dampak terhadap pada perkembangan kesejahteraan fisik, emosional, dan prestasi akademik siswa serta perubahan perilaku siswa menjadi lebih baik serta sumber daya manusia yang ada nyaman dalam bekerja. Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implikasi sarana prasarana dan lingkungan yang positif dalam menunjang manajemen kesiswaan dan sumber daya manusia, beserta tantangan dan strategi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi segala problematika di sekolah Menengah Atas Bina Insan mandiri Nganjuk Jawa Timur. artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang hanya menggambarkan keadaan dari objek variabel yang diteliti tanpa membuat perbandingan dan bersifat mandiri. Metode penelitian ini berupa studi pustaka (library research).  Hasil artikel ini, peran sarana prasarana dan lingkungan positif sebagai penunjang utama dalam pembentukan lingkungan dan motivasi siswa. Tantangan dalam pengelolaan Sarpras dan lingkungan positif, seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten, perundungan dapat diatasi melalui strategi yang tepat. Kepemimpinan yang kuat, konsep manajemen yang terencana dan terstruktur, pelatihan staf dan guru, edukasi pentingnya lingkungan positif serta partisipasi aktif pemangku kepentingan menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Abstract

This study discusses the management of Islamic boarding schools in improving the quality of education with an approach based on student independence. The management applied includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating which aims to empower students to be independent in the learning process and life of the Islamic boarding school. The approach to student independence is considered a key factor in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools as a whole, because independence encourages responsibility, discipline, and motivation to learn in students. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the interactive Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that effective management and the implementation of student independence can synergistically improve the quality of education, produce quality graduates in terms of both religion and academics, and be able to compete in the modern era without eliminating the values of the Islamic boarding school. Supporting factors for the success of this management include the leadership of the caretaker, the active role of teachers, and the involvement of students in managing the Islamic boarding school. Conversely, obstacles such as lack of awareness of administrators and teachers in carrying out their duties can hinder quality improvement. Therefore, the management of the quality of Islamic boarding school education needs to be formulated and implemented carefully so that the goal of improving the quality of education based on the independence of students can be achieved optimally.
