Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the concept and procedure for making legislative products of Regional Regulations in the field of education of the Padang Panjang City DPRD which include: 1) the concept of regional regulations in the field of education in general in Padang Panjang City, 2) the reasons for the formation of Regional Regulations on education in general and specifically in Padang Panjang City, 3) interested parties in making Regional Regulations on education in Padang Panjang City, 4) types of Regional Regulations on education in general and specifically in Padang Panjang City, 5) the process of making Regional Regulations on education in Padang Panjang City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The research findings and conclusions are, the concept and procedure for making education regulations in Padang Panjang city are legal products issued by the local government (DPRD together with the regional head) to regulate the implementation of education at the regional level. The process of making education regulations in Padang Panjang is through identifying problems that are trending in society, then the Padang Panjang DPRD absorbs people's aspirations by going directly to the field to hear the hopes of the community, after that the preparation of the Academic Manuscript involves a team of experts and experts from the field of education, conducting public consultations, discussions in the DPRD through several stages, then the education regulation is tested and monitored and if it has a good impact it will be socialized, ratified by the mayor to be determined and implemented by the community. In making these education regulations, of course, it is necessary to involve various stakeholders such as the local government, education office, community and academics so that the regulations made are right on target and have a good impact on education in the area.

Abstract

The establishment of Regional Regulations on Education (PERDA) in Bukittinggi City plays a vital role in ensuring quality, accessibility, and sustainability in education. This study examines the process of developing these regulations and highlights the stages of planning, detailing, discussion, ratification, and implementation. This study pursues a qualitative approach and analyzes the roles of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD), local governments, and other stakeholders in the design of education policies. The results show that regulatory frameworks are available, such as Law No. 12 of 2011 and Presidential Regulation 87 of 201, but there are several challenges. These include limited public participation, difficulties in aligning local regulations with political dynamics that influence national politics and legislative procedures. In addition, financial constraints and the availability of qualified legal writers will affect the effectiveness of PERDA implementation. To enhance the process, this study suggests greater transparency, increased stakeholder involvement, and improved coordination between local and national policy frameworks. Strengthening public engagement and ensuring sufficient budget allocation for education policies are also essential. By adopting a more inclusive and systematic approach, Bukittinggi City can develop regional regulations that effectively address educational needs and support sustainable development.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an important aspect in developing quality human resources. In the context of regional policy, regulations governing PAUD have a strategic role in ensuring the accessibility and quality of education for children. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Regional Regulations (Perda) of Pariaman City regarding PAUD, as well as examine its influence on improving the quality of children's education in the area. Using a regional policy study approach, this research explores how the regional regulation is implemented, the challenges faced in its implementation, and its impact on the success of the PAUD program in Pariaman City. The research results show that although the PAUD Regional Regulation provides a strong legal basis, its implementation is still hampered by human resource factors, budget, and coordination between related agencies. However, this policy still has a positive impact, especially in increasing the number of affordable PAUD facilities and increasing public awareness of the importance of education at an early age. This research provides recommendations for improvements in the implementation of the PAUD Regional Regulation in order to achieve more optimal educational goals in Pariaman City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mechanism for drafting the Regional Regulation (Perda) on Education by the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Pesisir Selatan Regency, focusing on legislative stages, key actors, and both normative and practical challenges encountered. Perda serves as a vital instrument for implementing regional autonomy and improving the quality of local education. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The findings reveal that although formal legislative stages such as inclusion in the Regional Legislative Program (Prolegda), academic drafting, deliberation, and ratification have been followed, their effectiveness remains limited. Normative barriers include regulatory overlaps and weak academic foundations. Practical obstacles involve limited technical capacity among DPRD members, bureaucratic dominance, and lack of meaningful public participation. Additionally, evaluation and implementation processes are not yet responsive to the dynamic needs of coastal education. Therefore, institutional capacity-building and the adoption of participatory, data-driven legislative approaches are crucial to improving the quality of the Education Regulation in Pesisir Selatan.

Abstract

Islamic education is a comprehensive development process that integrates spiritual and intellectual aspects based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The curriculum is designed as an effort to form individuals who are faithful, have noble morals, and are able to face the development of the times wisely. The role of teachers is not only limited to conveying knowledge, but also being role models in instilling Islamic values. The learning approach is designed comprehensively and contextually to support the development of student character. The integration between the curriculum, learning strategies, and the role of educators is the key to producing a generation of Muslims who excel in morals and knowledge.

Abstract

The creation of Regional Regulations on education is a complicated process and involves many parties, including the executive, legislative, and community governments. This Perda aims to regulate, develop, and improve the quality of education in the region according to local needs and characteristics. The process of drafting the Perda on education begins with the planning stage, where academic studies and identification of education problems in the local environment are carried out. After that, the draft Perda will be submitted by the regional government or DPRD for further discussion through various mechanisms, such as public consultation and harmonization with higher regulations. After obtaining approval, the Perda is officially ratified by the regional head and begins to be enforced. However, in its implementation, various challenges often arise, such as budget constraints, coordination problems between agencies, and responses from the community. Therefore, periodic evaluation and synergy between the government, educational institutions, and the community are needed to ensure that the Perda is effective in improving the quality of education in the region.

Abstract

Curriculum management is a science that studies the planning, implementation and evaluation of a school curriculum including in the digital era. The purpose of this article is to discuss the various challenges and solutions in curriculum management in the digital era. In addition, literature studies and qualitative approaches are used as research methods in writing this article. And then, the results of the study show that there are various challenges in curriculum management in the digital era. More precisely, there are eight challenges faced. These challenges are challenges that come from infrastructure, access, human resources, technological changes to global shifts. Therefore, various solutions are also provided to face the various challenges. The solutions provided do not only involve one party but involve various stakeholders, including parents, educators, technology experts, and of course support from the government and other educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Return on Equity (ROE) pada Bank Danamon selama periode 2013-2023. Strategi kuantitatif berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam proses penelitian. Laporan keuangan tahunan Bank Danamon dikonsultasikan untuk data sekunder. Menurut temuan penelitian, CR secara signifikan mengurangi ROE sedangkan DER secara signifikan meningkatkannya. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ROE Bank Danamon dengan kontribusi sebesar 68,7%. Abstract

This qualitative research aims to analyze the strategic management practices of UMKM Eka Jaya Mandiri, a wood furniture micro-enterprise, in facing business competition. The study was motivated by the increasing hype in the wood furniture industry and the strategic challenges frequently faced by small enterprises, such as inconsistent sales performance and limited marketing capabilities. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The sales trend throughout 2024 showed fluctuating performance, ranging from IDR 28 million to IDR 50 million per month, indicating the absence of a consistent and adaptive strategy. The findings reveal that the business relies heavily on intuition and lacks structured planning, digital marketing efforts, and formal organizational systems. These weaknesses limit the enterprise’s ability to respond to market dynamics and competition effectively. This research suggests the need for capacity building in strategic planning, digital transformation, and organizational development to ensure sustainable competitiveness. The results are in line with relevant strategic management literature that emphasizes the importance of environmental analysis, strategic implementation, and continuous evaluation for small business success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh pengelolaan administrasi keuangan daerah terhadap peningkatan infrastruktur pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode library research, kajian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data sekunder dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah terindeks SINTA dan sumber terpercaya lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan administrasi keuangan yang efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas dan pemerataan infrastruktur pendidikan. Optimalisasi penggunaan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Dana Desa, peningkatan kompetensi pengelola keuangan, serta penguatan pengawasan internal dan eksternal merupakan faktor kunci keberhasilan. Kendala utama meliputi kondisi geografis yang sulit, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan aksesibilitas yang rendah di wilayah terpencil. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi pengelolaan keuangan yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur pendidikan yang merata dan berkualitas.
