Educational institutions have an important role in providing quality educational services to their customers, namely students, parents and the community. This research aims to examine the role of customers in determining the quality of educational services and to identify implementation strategies that can increase customer satisfaction in educational institutions. The research method used is qualitative research by conducting in-depth interviews and literature studies to understand the quality perspective from the customer's point of view. The research results show that this research makes an important contribution to educational institutions to improve service quality by understanding customer perspectives. The implications of this research finding can be used as a basis for designing policies and implementation strategies that are more effective in increasing customer satisfaction in educational institutions.

In order to overcome various problems of character crisis and moral crisis, as well as building a quality education management system in accordance with national education goals. Especially in the implementation and management of basic education, efforts should be made to implement a Religious Based Education System (RBES) in realizing noble character in students, namely a religious education system that is integrated into all components of the school management system.This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with an exploratory analysis approach to basic education. And produced several conclusions, including: (1) RBES implementation process; (2) RBES implementation strategy; (3) Indicators of successful implementation of RBES; (4). RBES implementation program design; (5) Strategy for evaluating the success of RBES implementation; and (6) development of RBES implementation strategies in realizing the noble character of students, especially at the basic education level. Through the formation of religious-based noble character, it can become the foundation of character and morals as well as basic capital in managing knowledge and learning experiences in facing life in society.

The school literacy movement is an important matter in the advancement of broad knowledge. School literacy activities are the ability to access, understand, and review the books they read. There are three ways to implement GLS, namely: the first is the habituation stage, the second is the development stage, the third is the learning stage. The supporting and inhibiting factors for the school literacy movement at SDN Pakuniran 1 Kabupaten Probolinggo are internal factors. In implementing the school literacy movement in shaping the character of a fond of reading at SDN Pakuniran 1 Kabupaten Probolinggo. This researcher aims to find 1) To find out the implementation of the school literacy movement at SDN Pakuniran 1 Kabupaten Probolinggo 2) To find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for school literacy movement activities at SDN Pakuniran 1 Kabupaten Probolinggo.

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and service quality on repurchase intention through customer value. The number of samples is 100 respondents with the sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique. This type of research is explanatory research. The research results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Apart from that, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer value and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer value.

The purpose of this study was to objectively and empirically analyze: Curriculum planning in improving literacy culture; Curriculum organization in improving literacy culture; Curriculum implementation in improving literacy culture; Curriculum evaluation in improving literacy culture. This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, viewed from the perspective of Curriculum Management in Improving Literacy Culture, with a qualitative approach in accordance with the actual situation. The results of the study showed that: Curriculum planning in improving literacy culture includes: Determining the curriculum foundation; Determining the curriculum objectives; Determining the curriculum content; Determining the learning methods and strategies; Determining the learning resources; Determining the curriculum assessment or evaluation strategy. Curriculum organization in improving literacy culture includes: Organization of the Curriculum Development Team; Grouping of subjects. Curriculum implementation in improving literacy culture includes: Organizing Al-Qur'an literacy programs; Increasing the effectiveness of the library; Organizing a kultum program before the congregational Friday prayer; Organizing a YouTube podcast channel; Organizing a madrasa student magazine program; Making scientific papers for students as one of the graduation requirements; Curriculum evaluation in improving literacy culture includes: Daily evaluation, with evaluation techniques in the form of observation and assessment; Monthly evaluation, with evaluation techniques in the form of mapping and Focus Group Discussion (FGD); Semesterly evaluation, with evaluation techniques in the form of assessment, questionnaires, mapping, supervision, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD); Annual evaluation with evaluation techniques including questionnaires, mapping, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD).

Indonesia and Malaysia play a pivotal role in propelling the advancement of Islamic banking and finance in Southeast Asia. The progress of Islamic banking and finance systems in these two nations serves as a catalyst, encouraging other countries in the region to engage in the development of the Islamic banking and finance industry. This study aims to explore and compare the Islamic banking systems in Indonesia and Malaysia. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review. The institutional frameworks of Islamic banking in Indonesia and Malaysia exhibit numerous similarities, particularly concerning the central bank. The central banks in both countries hold the highest authority in overseeing, guiding, and formulating policies for financial institutions, especially within the Islamic banking sector.

Islamic boarding schools engaged in education have long been involved in community-based development as an essential part of forming a tasammuh attitude. This article aims to analyze and measure the intervening role of social interaction on the influence of spiritual well-being on the tasammuh attitude of students at the Miftahul Midad Islamic Boarding School, Lumajang Regency, East Java. This research involved 150 santri parents through an online survey which consisted of social interaction index, the influence of spiritual well-being, and tayammum attitudes. The study results show that 1) The more substantial the spiritual well-being of a santri, the better the pattern of social interaction influences by 77.3%. 2) The better the spiritual well-being of a santri, the better the tasammuh attitude of a santri is to be willing to accept other people's opinions even though they have different religious understandings with an influence of 48.0%. 3) the better the pattern of social interaction, the better the tayammum attitude of a santri to accept other people's opinions even though they have different religious understandings, with an influence of 40.6%. 4) the better the spiritual well-being of a santri, the better it is in social interaction to accommodate an open attitude with others so that santri can have a tayammum attitude to be willing to accept the opinions of others even though they have different religious views.

This study analyses difficulties in learning Arabic at the Language IntensifProgram Of SMP Nurul Jadid (LIPS) Paiton Probolinggo. It aims to determine thecontext of language learning difficulties and the efforts made to overcome difficultiesin learning Arabic at (LIPS) Paiton Probolinggo. This type of research is qualitativeresearch. The research subjects were chaperones (ustadzah) and students, usingobservation, interview, and documentation data collection methods. The study resultsshow that the difficulties in learning Arabic at LIPS are: holding back speakingArabic, having difficulty writing (making instal), and grammar rules (nahwu-sarf),while efforts to overcome them are by habituation, both in speaking and writinglanguage Arabic

Islamic Religious Education is a vital component in forming the character and morality of individual HATI BBS Middle School students in the digital era which demands innovation in learning methods and curriculum development in order to meet the needs of the times. This article explores the dynamics of innovation in Islamic Religious Education as a key step towards improving the quality of learning and developing the character of HATI BBS Middle School students. Various aspects of innovation, including the use of information technology, interactive approaches, and contextual learning methods, are explained as efforts to adapt the curriculum to the realities of the times. A deeper understanding of the role of Islamic Religious Education in the formation of character and morality in the digital era is the focus of this research. It is hoped that the research results can make a significant contribution to students' thinking and implementation of innovation in the context of Islamic religious education to improve the quality of learning and develop students' character.

This study aims to examine the hyperactive behavior of students and their handling (case study at RA Masyithoh V) which is discussed into sub-problems, namely how is the behavior of hyperactive students at RA Masyithoh V. What efforts are made in handling students with hyperactive behavior in RA Masyithoh V. This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the behavior of hyperactive learners is always difficult when invited to concentrate during the learning process, his attention is easily distracted especially when he feels bored. When in class he often runs here and there and often goes in and out of class for no apparent reason. They most like to disturb their friends in class. The various behaviors that students have really train the teacher's patience during the learning process.Efforts made in handling the behavior of hyperactive learners by a teacher are applying rules slowly to students, helping students in learning, using positive reinforcement. Giving the same treatment as other friends, warning his classmates not to anticipate him, placing the hyperactive learners' sitting position at the front, not giving too heavy a punishment, with the punishment given hyperactive learners will feel more responsible for what they do. Motivate to be more enthusiastic in the learning process.The results of the study are expected that teachers must be more creative in managing the learning process, so that students in RA Masyithoh V can concentrate well during the learning process
