Abstract

This community service program aims to teach the Islamic studies to the children with more interesting techniques, so that the children will have more understanding to the material given, this program conducted in Lambirah Village. One of well-known techniques that mostly apply is Playing, Singing and Telling method. This program conducted with some stages; providing the materials to the children, followed by some trainings dan discussion with the audience. The results obtained that this method was successfully attracted the audience or participants attention.Key words: Lambirah, Islamic Studies, BCM Method

Abstract

Pengurus UMKM-IKM Nusantara Aceh saat ini memiliki perwakilan diseluruh Aceh, salah satunya adalah UIN Aceh Besar yang diketuai oleh Lela Andriyanti. UIN Aceh Besar terhimpun dari mayoritas dari Ibu-Ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki semangat tinggi dalam memperjuangkan taraf ekonomi yang lebih mandiri. Tetapi UIN Aceh Besar masih lemah dalam manajemen keuangan, dimana hal ini sangatlah penting dalam menertibkan sistem pelaporan keuangan dan manajemen organiassi sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban. Begitu juga dengan strategi pemasaran dengan metode penjualan online melalui gadget dan perangkat digital lainnya, masih minim pemahamannya. Lemahnya metode ini dikarenakan para pengurus belum terbiasa memanfaatkan alat-alat digital tersebut serta media sosial yang mereka miliki sebagai strategi pemasaran yang murah. Dan yang terakhir sebagai penunjang promosi dan meningkatkan value produk yang akan dipasarkan, packaging (kemasan) produk yang menarik dan hygienis juga menjadi daya tarik konsumen dalam membeli produk yang dihasilkan oleh UIN Aceh Besar. Pelaksanaan dua kali dan dengan metode yang berbeda yaitu tanggal 8 Juni pada kantor UIN Aceh Besar dengan metode pemaparan materi pelaksanaan dan 3 Agustus di Galeri Disperindag Acehd engan metode workshop  singkat  penyusunan  laporan  keuangan  dan  packaging  produk. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini disambut baik oleh anggota UIN Aceh Besar dan memiliki rencana tindak lanjut pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai standar yang berlaku dan juga membuka jaringan dengan pihak instansi terkait guna melebarkan pemasaran

Abstract

Workshop E-learning Berbasis Edmodo untuk para Dosen tetap di lingkungan Universitas Abulyatama yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 Agustus 2021 di ruang laboratorium komputer Universitas Abulyatama adalah merupakan program pengabdian masyarakat dan juga bentuk realisasi atas kerjasama LPPM Universitas Abulyatama dengan Dosen Universitas Abulyatama. Workshop yang dilakukan selama satu hari ini memiliki tujuan yaitu masing-masing peserta mampu membuat/mendesain sebuah pembelajaran daring (e-learning) dengan menggunakan Edmodo. Workshop ini dihadiri 40 orang dosen tetap di lingkungan Universitas Abulyatama yang berjalan secara aktif dan interaktif, dan berjalan sesuai dengan rencana. Para peserta mendapatkan manfaat atas workshop tersebut, dan akan diterapkan pada proses belajar mengajar semester depan.Kata kunci: E-Learning, Edmodo.

Abstract

The purpose of this community dedication is to broaden the insight of the village apparatus, the communities related to the development of the tourist village, as well as to raise public awareness of the importance of the management of tourist villages. The outputs obtained from the service of this community are (1) the participants, can add knowledge and insight about the importance of the management of tourism that exists in the City of Banda Aceh from various villages spread out. (2) From the results of socialization, participants understand about the purpose of socialisation to empower the villages that have tourist places and socialization ended with a question-answer session, received some questions from the participants and the community in them: (a) How to develop the tourist village in the village? (b) How the role of the government and the apparatus of the village in developing the village towards the village of Tourism? Abstract

Data processing is part of the statistics used for drawing conclusions on the data analyzed using various statistical softwares. One of the softwares for simple data processing is Microsoft Excel. However, the use of Microsoft Excel for statistical analysis by students of the Agriculture Faculty, Malikussaleh University is not optimal compared to some other software. The purpose of this training activity is to provide data processing knowledge and skills to students of the Agriculture Faculty, Malikussaleh University using Microsoft Excel on data analysis. The community service activities were carried out at the Statistics Laboratory of the Agriculture Faculty, Malikussaleh University in March 2023. The method applied was training on data analysis through data analysis microsoft excel. Evaluation of community service activities was carried out through a survey using an online questionnaire on the Google form. Data processing training activities using Microsoft Excel for students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Malikussaleh University provided increased knowledge and skills. Students assessed that the use of Microsoft Excel in data processing was important and necessary in addition to other software. Furthermore, the training activities were considered very good, in terms of delivery, materials, and discussion time.  Keywords: Data Processing; Microsoft Excel, Student, Agriculture

Abstract

AbstrakLansia adalah kelompok paling rentan di masa pandemic COVID, selama pandemic banyak terjadi perubahan aktivitas social para lansia, yang sebelumnya mereka bisa ikut berkegiatan di luar panti, namun selama pandemic mereka terbatas beraktivitas di dalam panti saja. Apabila para lansia tidak memanfaatkan waktu untuk beraktivitas fisik dan sosial, maka para lansia menjadi tidak prodiktif dan akan memepercepat terjadinya demensia, depresi serta masalah penyakit lainnya dan berujung pada menurunya kualitas kesehatan. Lansia yang aktif dan produktif akan membuat mereka lebih berdaya dan bahagia dalam menjalani hari-hari tuanya. Mengacu akan masalah tersebut kegiatan pengabdian masyarkat yang akan dilakukan adalah membuat sebuah pelatihan pembuatan Eco Enzym kepada para Lansia yang ada di Panti Jompo Geunaseh Sayang Kota Banda Aceh. Lokasi kegiatan Rumah Sejauhtera Geunaseh Sayang (RSGS) Kota Banda Aceh. Target luaran yang akan dicapai adalah para lansia menajdi lebih aktif dan produktif dalam mengolah sisa organic yang dapat di manfaatkan untuk kebutuhan berkebun para lansia. Abstract

Brick is an alternative building material made by mixing cement, sand and water which is then molded after a few minutes and then the mold is removed. Then the bricks are aerated during the treatment process before being dried, the bricks must be watered to strengthen, after they are completely dry, the bricks are ready to be used as building materials. The training for making bricks for the community in Pulo Village, Syamtalira Arun District, North Aceh Regency is expected to be an alternative for other livelihoods in the area. The method used is FGD (focus group discussion) followed by training in making bricks and monitoring and evaluation are carried out. Community empowerment activities are to provide information and skills to the Pulo Village community on how to make bricks so that the community can develop their own business for the long term and can be a joint effort to produce bricks. The conclusion of the implementation of community empowerment is to create brick making in accordance with SNI 03-0349-1989 in order to develop home industries, increase knowledge in developing small and medium enterprises.Keywords: Brick, Training, Community, Livelihood

Abstract

This community service carried out by lecturers from the Faculty of Islamic Studies at University of Muhammadiyah Aceh (UNMUHA) at SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh aims to provide practical experience in the art of ecoprint, integrated with the use of English as the instructional language for procedural texts. The goal is to equip students with knowledge related to ecoprint and an understanding of using English to convey the steps in creating ecoprints. This approach is intended to create enjoyable learning, stimulate students’ moods positively, and encourage high creativity. In this program, students are guided to perform the ecoprint process using English as the instructional language and in the production process. Through this process, it is hoped that students not only understand the practical process of ecoprint but also improve their ability to use English. Additionally, this activity is expected to provide a positive experience for students, increase their interest in learning, and improve their mood. The community service activity conducted at SMP Negeri 6 by class IX-6 has had a positive impact on the students’ moods, especially through the application of procedural texts in English to create ecoprints. The integration of procedural texts and ecoprint techniques in the context of art has positively influenced the mood of students at SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh. The students showed high interest in textile art using the ecoprint technique, which was reflected in their active participation. Keywords: ecoprint, text procedures, art.

Abstract

In the globalization era, increasingly fierce industrial competition demands the optimization of allavailable resource to produce high quality products, so the companies can compete with others, aswell as for human resources. Nowadays, most of the jobs are done digitally, but not all workers inthe industry have digital skills. The same condition happens in the Indonesian Architecture,Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. Even though it has made a major contribution to thedevelopment of Indonesian industry, the digital skills of its human resources are still weak. Thecompetition in the world of architecture is getting harder. It is inevitable that free competition willlead architects into laws of nature, which means that architecture graduates with better abilities cansurvive dan able to adapt to the demands of space, time and technology. Likewise, skills in 3-dimentional modelling in the world of construction. This ability is quite important in the worldconstruction or the world of architectural consulting, as a way to visualize designs in an attractiveway. One of the applications that provides 3D modelling features is Rhinoceros. The results obtainedin this community service are a media publication, collaboration between Malikussaleh Universityand architecture alumni in Lhokseumawe city, and publication in a scientific journal. This service alsohas a positive impact on the alumni to have digital 3D modelling skills using Rhinoceros software.Keywords: Modelling, Rhinoceros, Consultants, Architecture

Abstract

Teachers are not only obliged to transfer knowledge to their students. However, they are required to be more professional and more competent. So one of the means to improve the ability of teachers in professional development is to increase the publication of scientific papers. However, based on observations and interviews with teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Syamtalira Aron, North Aceh Regency, there is still a lack of understanding regarding the publication of scientific writing, as well as the use of applications that can be designed as media in research. For this reason, it is very necessary to provide guidance, assistance for training for teachers as an effort to develop the skills and creativity of teachers in making scientific papers and introduction of applications so that they can be more varied. Activities that will be carried out during PKM for partners are: 1) coaching training in the use of software as a learning medium, scientific writing, and journal citation methods. 2) OJS training. 3) assistance in writing scientific papers. The method used in this service activity is persuasive-educative. The implementation phase in this activity consists of: site survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The highest average value in the material being taught where the value is 4.78 with a very good category. Participants were very interested in all the material taught by the presenters. While the lowest average value in responding to the questions given where the value is 4.41 with a very good category.Keywords: Writing, OJS, Learning Media
