This study assessed entrepreneurial awareness, interest, and skill development approaches among EIMW students in GSTCs in Adamawa State for self-employment. The study employed a descriptive survey research design, targeting 217 respondents, including administrators, teachers, and students from three GSTCs in Adamawa State. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using mean statistics and ANOVA at a 0.05 level of significance. The findings revealed that EIMW students possess a moderate level of awareness of entrepreneurship, with many students lacking sufficient exposure to entrepreneurship concepts in their curriculum. The study also found a moderate level of interest in entrepreneurship among the students, with limited practical exposure contributing to a lack of enthusiasm for self-employment. Additionally, key strategies for entrepreneurial skill acquisition were identified, including providing rewards for innovation, aligning entrepreneurial content with market needs, and fostering creativity through institutional support. The study concludes that while students show potential for entrepreneurial success, more emphasis needs to be placed on entrepreneurial education and practical exposure. Recommendations include Government should organize entrepreneurship awareness campaign in all Government Technical Colleges in order to create more awareness among students in the Technical College.

This study examines the evolution of electric vehicle charging technologies in Nigeria, focusing on the current state of charging infrastructure, challenges to adoption, effectiveness of government policies, and the role of private sector participation. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, data were collected from 400 respondents across major urban centers. The findings reveal that Nigeria's electric vehicle charging infrastructure is still in its infancy, with only 180 charging stations, including 30 fast charging points, predominantly located in urban areas. Key challenges identified include inadequate charging infrastructure, unreliable electricity supply, low public awareness, high initial costs, and limited vehicle availability. The analysis of government policies shows mixed effectiveness, with positive feedback on the National Electric Vehicle Policy but lower ratings for initiatives from the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission. Additionally, the study underscores the significant role of private sector investment in expanding charging networks, highlighting the potential for public-private partnerships to drive innovation and infrastructure development. The recommendations aim to enhance the adoption of electric vehicles in Nigeria by prioritizing infrastructure development, increasing public awareness, enhancing policy support, and fostering private sector involvement. This research provides a foundation for future studies and policy considerations to promote electric mobility in Nigeria, contributing to environmental sustainability and economic growth.

This Article thoroughly examines the revolutionary impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on improving threat detection and response tactics within the swiftly changing realm of cybersecurity. Conventional security measures, struggling against the complexity of contemporary cyber threats, fail to provide adequate protection. In response, AI, driven by machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics, becomes a dynamic and adaptive entity strengthening digital defenses. The investigation commences with a comprehensive analysis of the methods by which AI enhances danger detection. Behavioral analytics utilizes AI to assess user behaviors and network activity, creating a proactive baseline, while anomaly detection and predictive analysis harness machine learning to recognize deviations from the norm and forecast potential dangers. This comprehensive strategy enables organizations to remain proactive against emerging cyber threats. Moreover, the study explores the crucial function of AI in incident response. AI-driven automated incident analysis expedites reaction times by rapidly analyzing and prioritizing security warnings. The amalgamation of AI with threat intelligence streams guarantees a perpetually updated knowledge repository, enabling organizations to respond adeptly to emerging dangers. The dynamic flexibility of AI allows systems to evolve and learn from each incidence, hence enhancing their defensive capacities over time. The discourse recognizes the significant advantages of AI in cybersecurity while simultaneously addressing the obstacles associated with its application. False positives, a potential drawback, require a measured approach to prevent the perception of typical action as harmful. Ethical factors, including privacy concerns and responsible AI practices, highlight the necessity for a judicious and principled incorporation of AI in cybersecurity. The paper underscores the essential collaborative synergy between human expertise and AI technologies. The essay emphasizes the importance of continuous investment in AI training programs for cybersecurity professionals, acknowledging that AI is best successful when enhanced by human insights. Additionally, it advocates for routine security audits to assess and refine cybersecurity protocols, collaborative research efforts to tackle ethical issues, and user education activities to strengthen collective defenses. This study on Perception of Public Relations Officers on Government Public Relations Approaches towards the Acceptability of Covid 19 Vaccination in Taraba State, Nigeria sought to determine the level of awareness of public relations approaches used by the government in the campaign for the Covid-19 vaccine acceptance, determine how public relations experts perceive the impact of government public relations approaches in the Covid-19 vaccine campaign, identify the specific challenges faced by public relations experts in the campaign for Covid-19 vaccine and identify public relations strategies that can enhance public trust and engagement in the Covid-19 vaccine campaign in Taraba State. The study employed the survey method of research design with a population of 158. Using purposive sampling method, questionnaire was administered on a sample size of 103 respondents within the study area to elicit primary data. Findings of the study revealed that respondent perceived different public relations approachs used by government isn the campaign for Covid-19 vaccination acceptance in Taraba State such as information about the disease and the vaccine through mass media, using traditional communication, sponsorship of some programmes/events among others in the campaign for the Covid-19 acceptance respectively. The study also found that the public relations approaches by government to ensure that Covid-19 vaccination was accepted by people did not impact meaningfully on the people as they were perceived not to have agreed to come out and take the vaccination. The study concluded that the government's adoption of diverse PR strategies, including communication campaigns, media relations efforts, and collaboration with healthcare providers did not improve Covid-19 vaccine acceptance amidst hesitancy and other challenges. Finally, the study recommended among others community engagement through grassroots initiatives, involving local influencers, community leaders and healthcare providers as a way of reducing hesitancy to Covid-19 vaccine among people in Taraba State and Nigeria as a whole.

The COVID-19 pandemic significantly disrupted traditional education, prompting a rapid shift toward blended learning. This study explores the efficacy of blended learning as a sustainable educational model in the post-COVID-19 era, focusing on flexibility, engagement, and accessibility challenges. This research aims to evaluate the benefits, challenges, and long-term impacts of blended learning, particularly in terms of student performance and teacher preparedness. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, combining quantitative data from 400 students through surveys and qualitative insights from 20 semi-structured interviews with educators and administrators. Quantitative analysis included descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, while qualitative data was analyzed using thematic analysis in NVivo software. The findings revealed that 87% of students appreciated the flexibility of blended learning, and there was a strong correlation between satisfaction and engagement (r = 0.72). However, 38% of students faced challenges with technology access, highlighting the digital divide. Educators emphasized the need for continuous professional development to implement blended learning effectively. In conclusion, blended learning offers significant advantages but requires improved accessibility and teacher support for long-term success. The research implications suggest that policymakers and institutions should prioritize equitable access to technology and ongoing teacher training to fully leverage the potential of blended learning in future educational models.

The new emerging applications in 5G network, in the context of the Internet of Everything (IoE), will introduce high mobility, high scalability, real-time, and low latency requirements that raise new challenges on the services being provided to the users. Fortunately, Fog Computing and Cloud Computing, with their service orchestration mechanisms offer virtually unlimited dynamic resources for computation, storage and service provision, that will effectively cope with the requirements of the forthcoming services. 5G will use the benefits of centralized high performance computing cloud centers, cloud and fog RANs and distributed peer-to-peer mobile cloud that will create opportunities for companies to deploy many new real-time services that cannot be delivered over current mobile and wireless networks. This paper evaluates a model for fog and cloud hybrid environment service orchestration mechanisms for 5G network in terms of energy efficiency per user for different payloads.

The glass ceiling continues to impede women's progression into leadership roles within Business and Management Studies. Despite increased awareness of gender inequality, systemic challenges remain pervasive. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric review to elucidate the trends, key contributors, and geographical landscape related to the glass ceiling from 1999 to 2024. A systematic review methodology was employed, sourcing data from the Scopus database using the keyword "Glass Ceiling." The results indicate a significant uptick in publications post-2017, reflecting increased scholarly attention on gender inequality, influenced by movements such as MeToo. Influential authors, including Senthil Arasu Balasubramanian and Néstor Gandelman, were identified, with the United States leading in geographical contributions, followed by Australia and Spain. New themes such as the "glass cliff" and the unique challenges faced by African women emerged, highlighting the need for a broader focus on intersectionality in future research. The findings reveal an evolving research landscape surrounding the glass ceiling, emphasizing the necessity for interdisciplinary collaboration among scholars. These insights call for targeted initiatives to address barriers to women's leadership advancement. This study offers a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the glass ceiling phenomenon in Business and Management Studies, charting the evolution of research trends and identifying key authors and geographical disparities. It provides a framework for future investigations into gender inequality in leadership.

The implementation of the MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus)program in universities needs to be evaluated so that its impact on students and universities can be known. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus)on improving the quality of students at Gunung Rinjani University. The research method applied was the causal associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 273 Gunung Rinjani University students. The research sample was 40 people who participated in the MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus) program with the Purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire via Google Form and documentation. Data analysis through the stages of classical assumption testing, simple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing with the heled of SPSS. The results of the study obtained a variable regression coefficient of 1.249, which means that the MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus)Program variable has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of Gunung Rinjani University students. The results of the t-test obtained a significant value for the MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus)Program variable (X) of 0.00, where this value was smaller than the probability value determined by the researcher of 0.05, while the calculated t value obtained was 6.850> from the t-table value of 2.021, so it can be concluded that the MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus)Program variable has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of students at Gunung Rinjani University.

This study intends to explore the role of guidance and counseling in addressing student learning problems at school. The method chosen for this article is Literature Review. The method in this research is using a literature review approach. A literature review is a study that has the aim of searching and analyzing in a comprehensive, structured, without doubt and may be repeated process. This approach is used because of similarities and relevance in systematically assessing all studies related to the role of guidance and counseling in schools. This research consists of 5 articles starting from 2019-2023. Based on the study analysis, it shows that guidance and counseling have a significant role in helping students overcome various learning problems, such as academic difficulties, low motivation, interpersonal conflicts, and others. A holistic approach based on individual needs can provide effective support for students in developing their potential optimally. The implication of these findings is the need to increase the role and support for counselors and teachers in providing quality guidance and counseling services in educational institutions. It is hoped that this study will be able to contribute to improving the understanding and practice of guidance and counseling in schools in order to develop learning outcomes and achievements for the welfare of students.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into various sectors has catalyzed significant improvements in productivity and decision-making. This paper explores the collaborative potential between humans and AI, focusing on how this synergy can enhance both operational efficiency and decision-making accuracy. While AI excels in processing vast amounts of data and automating repetitive tasks, human capabilities in creativity, intuition, and emotional intelligence complement AI systems, enabling more nuanced and informed decisions. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, case studies, and real-world applications, the paper examines how AI tools, such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and cognitive computing, support human decision-makers in fields such as healthcare, finance, and business. Despite the clear benefits, challenges persist, including technical integration issues, resistance to AI adoption, and ethical concerns related to bias and transparency. This paper proposes a framework for optimizing human-AI collaboration, emphasizing complementary roles and the development of hybrid intelligence systems. It concludes by identifying future research directions and policy implications, aimed at fostering more effective and ethical human-AI partnerships in the workplace.
