Abstract

This article aims to critically analyze the application of an independent curriculum during a moral crisis for educators in educational institutions. This era of education is not only preoccupied with the moral decline of students, but also educators. Factually in various mass media news that quite a lot of unscrupulous educators both in schools (formal institutions) and non-formal (pesantren; TPQ) who have committed immoral acts to their students. The research method used is a literature study using data analysis techniques, interpretation and data reduction from various documentations found. The results obtained are that the application of an independent curriculum is one positive side to design students to be able to become creative and productive generations, on the other hand education and the government must also carry out comprehensive strengthening, evaluation and coaching for educators and educational institutions to become ideal educators. with the concept that researchers offer, namely educators with the title “murabbi”, then educational institutions that are friendly for children to learn with the design of learning places that are open, humanist, and full of wisdom. This means that education does not only revolve around the design or curriculum model, but education actors, namely teachers, must also always be fostered, evaluated for a better personality in addition to competence.

Abstract

School rules are the provisions that govern daily school life. The obligation to obey school rules is important, obeying or obedience also has its own value, this value is a standard of behavior, a measure that determines one's behavior about good and bad, beautiful and not beautiful, obedient and disobedient, worthy and not worthy and so on. etc. These rules are part of the school system and not just as a school complement. The purpose of this study is to explain how the implementation of school rules in shaping student behavior. The type of research used in this study is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach and to check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that First, the behavior developed in SMA Walisongo Gempol was student learning behavior in attending daily lessons, student learning behavior in reading books, student learning behavior in taking exams and the last one being student learning behavior in visiting the library. Meanwhile, the implementation of school rules in shaping student learning behavior at SMA Walisongo Gempol is a dress code and an order against prohibitions. Supporting factors in the implementation of school rules in shaping student learning behavior at SMA Walisongo Gempol, namely: a. The supporting factors are: school leadership, teachers, and students factors, community leaders factors. While the inhibiting factors areyourself and the environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bagimana IAIN Lhokseumawe mengembangkan dosen dalam meningkatkan publikasi ilmiah melalui pemberdayaan Professional Learning Community. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan partisipan mulai dari wakil rektor, dekan, dan dosen. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pada IAIN Lhokseumawe belum memiliki sistem pengelola pengembangan dosen secara terstruktur dan dosen mengembangkan dirinya secara mandiri, sehingga produktivitas kinerja publikasi dosen pada IAIN Lhokseumawe terjadi penurunan dari sejak tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2022, ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja publikasi pada IAIN Lhokseumawe terjadi penurunan setiap tahun dalam dua tahun terakhir. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja publikasi dilakukan pengembangan dosen melalui pemberdayaan Professional Learning Community dengan tahapan 1) membagikan pengalaman dosen publikasi ilmiah dengan sesama dosen, 2) mengkaji kembali secara logis dan kritis terhadap kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah melalui kegiatan reflective study, 3) membuat komitmen bersama dalam menghasilkan dan meningkatkan publikasi ilmiah, dan 4) membetuk kelompok baru sesuai dengan keilmuan dosen dan 5)menetapakan rencana tindak lanjut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan Professional Learning Community dosen dengan memberikan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah dan pelatihan metode publikasi artikel ilmiah. Peningkatan produktivitas kinerja publikasi dosen dapat dilakukan oleh IAIN Lhokseumawe dengan membentuk sistem pengembangan dosen secara terstruktur melalui; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring serta evaluasi dalam rangka memberdayakan Professional Learning Community

Abstract

Child Friendly Schools are a place to realize the goals of Islamic Religious Education which upholds human dignity, especially in the process of education and child care. The right and correct education and upbringing of students will determine the quality of human beings who are intellectually intelligent and have noble attitudes and behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of Child Friendly Schools at the basic education level according to the Child Protection Law Number 14 of 2014 and its relevance to Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data collection techniques using documentation: editing, organizing, and finding. The results of this study indicate that Child Friendly Schools are the embodiment of a harmonious, safe, and friendly education model based on the principles of non-discrimination, the best interests of children, respecting children's views, and good management of all child-friendly education programs. Child-friendly education has a strong relevance and connection with Islamic education because Islamic education is also a systematic effort carried out in order to develop the potential of students through the provision of educational services that are humanist, inclusive, and uphold the dignity of children. Therefore, Islamic education sees child-friendly education as an inseparable part of the concept of education both ontologically and epistemologically

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a valid and practical wasathiyah-based akhlak tasawuf learning scenario product. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) and the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Studies (FUSI) State Islamic University of North Sumatra Medan with the participants of akhlak tasawuf lecturers and students of both faculties. The research and development steps are guided by the ADDIE model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. There were two results obtained in this study. First, the learning scenario product was declared very valid in the validity test with a percentage of 90% on design validation and 85.33% percentage on product content validation. Revision I was made based on qualitative data related to design and content based on comments from each validator. Second, the scenario of wasathiyah-based akhlak tasawuf learning was stated to be very practical, as shown in small group trials, which obtained practicality percentages of 87.05% (respondent was one lecturer) and 80% (respondent was seven students). In the large group trial, the average practicality presentation was 89% (7 lecturers respondents) and 90% (21 students respondents), so it was concluded that the learning scenario developed was in the "very practical" category as a whole.

Abstract

Era disrupsi adalah masa perubahan, dengan jargon saktinya, “berubah atau punah” telah melanda semua sektor kehidupan termasuk pendidikan. Dalam ceritanya, era ini mengharuskan semuanya untuk merubah segalanya. Untuk dunia pendidikan Islam khususnya, slogan ini menimbulkan persoalan sebab dalam diri pendidikan Islam ada salah satu bagian “yang tidak boleh berubah”-anak pesantren menyebutnya qadim al-shalih- yaitu prinsip, nilai dan akhlak yang harus tegak berdiri di setiap periode dan masa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami peran pendidikan tazkiyatun nafs dalam rangka menguatkan peran perguruan tinggi di era disrupsi.Metodologi penelitian ini yaitu berjenis kualitatif, model library research dengan menggunakan content analysis sebagai teknik analisa datanya agar ditelusuri sejauh mana peran pendidikan tazkiyatun nafs bagi perguruan tinggi di era yang mengharuskan perubahan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temua penting bahwa ternyata era disrupsi justru menjadi peluang bagi Perguruan Tinggi Islam untuk semakin kuat dengan menjadikan akhlak, tazkiyatun nafs sebagai core pengembangannya. Karena akhlak satu-satunya value yang selalu diharapkan dan diinginkan oleh semua pelaku pendidikan yang tidak pernah bisa dirubah oleh perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

The library is a source of information, a source of knowledge and education can be successful if its management is carried out properly and neatly. Among library management is administration and service management. In modern library management, administration and service management have used information technology as a means of automation in the form of hardware and software. The purpose of this research is to describe the administration of management and software-aided library services. The research approach used is qualitative with case study research as the type. The research instrument is the researcher. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses a credibility technique (degree of trust) with data triangulation, a dependability technique and a confirmability technique. The results of this study, (1) library administration management consists of procurement of collections, classification of library materials, cataloging and labeling of library materials (2) management of library services consisting of circulation services, reference services and library rules. Optimization of management is done by automating the 3.0 library system software, making management work faster, time and energy efficiency.

Abstract

The study of independent learning is very interesting because it involves the novelty of educational civilization, but what is interesting is when Islamic boarding schools have already applied the value of independent learning in the aspect of providing value for learning outcomes. This research was conducted to find answers to why Pesantren Nurulhuda chose not to give rankings as a reward for learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that they want to view and respect all their students fairly and proportionally. Not only based on IQ intelligence, the culture of the Nurulhuda Islamic boarding school by not publishing the rankings in our class is drawn to the spirit of free learning, which is called diverse assessment. So this pesantren is relevant. The wisdom of the Islamic boarding school in this case Nurulhud a by giving rewards is not against any rules because now School-Based Management (SBM) has been implemented.

Abstract

Dalam penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pembuatan atu produksi media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia yang diterapkan pada siswa Sekolah Dasar atau Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Berdasarkan dari beberapa pembahasan yang diperoleh dari beberapa kajian literatur maka, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pustaka (library research). Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, langkah dalam memproduksi media berbasis multimedia difokuskan pada video pembelajaran karena menurut penulis, media video ini lumrah dan banyak digunakan oleh kalangan pendidik disetiap sekolah. Adapun langkah pembuatan atau produksi video pembelajaran terdiri dari 3 tahap, yaitu pertama, pra produksi yang meliputi perencanaan terkaitan ide/gagasan, analisis kebutuhan dan lainnya dan pembuatan naskah. Kedua produksi, yang meliputi pembuatan tim dan pengambilan video, bisa dengan cara melalui zoom, smartphone atau powtoon. Ketiga pada tahap pasca produksi yang meliputi editing video dan lainnya, serta pendistribusian video pembelajaran pada youtube atau media sosial lainnya

Abstract

Memasuki era globalisasi dan perdagangan bebas, serta semakin majunya teknologi menyebabkan persaingan bisnis menjadi semakin kompetitif, baik di pasar domestik maupun internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pengaruh Pemasaran Spiritual dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kemampuan Pemasaran dan Keunggulan Kompetitif UMKM Berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 Manajer UMKM di Sumenep dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemasaran Spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemampuan Pemasaran, Pemasaran Spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif UMKM Berkelanjutan, Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemampuan Pemasaran, Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif UMKM Berkelanjutan dan Kemampuan Pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif UMKM Berkelanjutan
