Abstract

The study of nationality and pesantren is always interesting because pesantren is a unique and unique model of education in Indonesia. On the privilege of pesantren, the question always arises whether pesantren accommodates national values and the educational process in it. How is the construction of national values in Islamic boarding school education. This question is the purpose of this research by using a library approach. Data analysis was done by content analysis. The results of the study indicate that the construction of national values in pesantren education should teach various tolerance values so that studies in the pesantren curriculum are taught knowledge of religions not only Islam. Both pesantren should instill equal citizenship by instilling the values of equality and justice. Third, human values should also be constructed in pesantren education

Abstract

The diverse characteristics of students are a separate problem for educators in choosing and using the right approach. Learning difficulties experienced by students are also often difficult problems to solve, so teachers are required to find effective solutions in the context of classroom learning. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of library research. The results of this study show that learning using a behavioristic approach is highly recommended for an educator because this approach tends to make learning more meaningful. Learning difficulties experienced by students can be overcome more when a teacher uses a behavioristic approach with operant conditioning techniques because this approach is oriented towards changes in behavior that appear in the environment through the learning process. Constructive changes in student behavior can be achieved so that the difficulties found can be overcome

Abstract

Pendidikan pesantren di Indonesia sampai hari ini masih selalu menarik dibahas, karena karakter pesantren yang berbeda dan khas. KH. Imam Zarkasyi(1910-1985) adalah salah satu Pendiri Pondok Modern Gontor yang memiliki visi pembaharuan. Artiikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sudut pandang pemikiran KH. Imam Zarkasyi dalam visi pendidikan modern dengan metode penelitian library research menganalisis pandangan Kyai Saifurrahman Nawawi dalam buku Nilai Pendidikan Sufistik KH. Imam Zarkasyi dengan sumber lainnya seperti jurnal dan buku imiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemikiran KH. Imam Zarkasyi dalam kajian ini terbatas pada beberapa aspek yaitu pada aspek pesantren. Visi Modernitas Pemikiran KH. Imam Zarkasyi, Pesantren Modern mencetak kader pemimpin, Netralitas Pesantren, Modernitas pada pembelajaran Kitab kuning, Modernitas pada Pendidikan pesantren. Modernitas dalam segala aspek pendidikan yang sangat luas, substantif dan universal, yang pertama adalah Pesantren harus dijiwai oleh Panca Jiwa Pesantren, yaitu : a. Keikhlasan, b. Kesederhanaan, c. Kemandirian, d. Ukhuwah Islamiyah dan e. Kebebasan. Visi pendidikan pesantren modern yang dimaksudkan oleh KH Imam Zarkasyi mengafirmasi tujuan kurikulum untuk menggambarkan berbagai pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, nilai dan juga sikap. KH Imam Zarkasyi meletakkan keterampilan berbahasa asing dalam pembelajaran dan juga dalam komunikasi santri setiap hari untuk menunjang kebutuhan akademik santri dan juga peran santri nantinya secara gobal. KH Imam Zarkasyi memiliki visi pembudayaan pesantren dengan membentuk budaya keilmuan dan wawasan yang luas kepada santrinya. KH. Imam zarkasyi menyebutya dengan moto ilmu yang luas

Abstract

This study aims to find the implementation of free writing paragraph to the students’ writing skill and measure the effectiveness of free writing paragraph to their writing skill. The variables in this study are; independent variable is free writing paragraph and dependent variable is the students’ writing skill. The design in this study is pre-experimental design (pre-test and post-test), while the approach is quantitative research. Test and documentation are used as the instruments, while the researcher takes one class as a sample of the study. Test was used to know students’ writing skill and to measure how significance is the effect of using free writing paragraph on students’ writing skill at the seventh grade of MTsN Parteker Pamekasan. The result has shown that the implementation free writing paragraph on students’ writing skill has statistically significant effect, confirmed with t-value is higher than t-table either in 5%, or 1% (5% = 2, 05 < 10,017) or (1% = 2,76 < 10,017). The finding conveys that free writing paragraph can be a choice for teachers to motivate their students in English learning, especially in writing class.

Abstract

Masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaiaman pola komunikasi orang tua dalam membentuk keperibadian khususnya para orang tua yang memiliki anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi yang dilakukan orang tua kepada anak baik dalam menanamkan nilai religius dan agama, dalam memberikan pengarahan kepada anak agar tidak melakukan hal yang menyimpang dan melanggar norma agama. Berbagai teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya teori komunikasi, pola komunikasi, komunikasi interpersonal dan kepribadian anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatatif yang menghasilkan data melalui pengumpulan data dan menggambarkan keadaan obyek penelitian pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak sebagaimana adanya, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisa data yaitu melakukan wawncara mendalam kepada narasumber/informan yang tercatat sebagai orangtua yang memiliki anak. Hasil penelitian ini adalah orangtua sangat berperan penting dalam membentuk kepribadian anak-anaknya terutama anak remaja dimana anak tersebut sedang mengalami masa peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak menjadi dewasa sehingga orang tua dituntut untuk lebih peka dan terbuka terhadap perubahan keadaan sekelilingnya terutama masalah kebutuhannya. Sudah selayaknya orang tua lebih memperhatikan perkembangan anaknya serta memberikan pengarahan dan nasihat serta lebih memperhatikan perkembangan anaknya untuk memberikan perhatian dan kasih sayang. Orangtuanya harus sering melakukan komunikasi antar pribadi kepada anaknya dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai religius dan nilai-nilai sosial kepada anak agar orang tua dapat membantu dalam membentuk keperibadian anak supaya baik dan benar. Tidak hanya itu saja orang tua juga memberikan dukungan penuh kepada kegiatan yang dilakukan anaknya selagi ahal itu positif dan mengajarkan anak sebagai teman berbagi cerita sehingga anak dapat lebih terbuka jika ia memiliki masalah dan menemukan soslusi yang dapat dari orangtuanya

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the application of the principle of justice in sharia accounting which examines the allocation of profits to stakeholders with the object of Islamic banking research. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive type with the type of data in the form of allocation of company profits referring to financial reports and other data that supports research through interviews with the application of justice principles in sharia accounting. These data are collected and analyzed by comparing the application of the provisions regarding the allocation of profits in Islamic banking with the teachings of Islamic accounting in Islam. The research was conducted at one of the Sharia People's Credit Banks located on Madura Island. The results of the study can be concluded that the financial statements at the Islamic People's Credit Bank (BPRS) have shown a proportional allocation of profits to stakeholders, namely profits have been allocated to owners of funds consisting of customers and shareholders as well as to employees by applying Islamic values ​​in sharia accounting. Implementation refers to education on the principles of justice applied by the BPRS, this can be seen from the allocation of profits to stakeholders who have achieved the value of justice in accordance with Islamic teachings in sharia accounting.

Abstract

Religious tolerance is evidenced by the unification of society through togetherness. This indicates that the religious phenomenon that exists as a reality in the midst of society gets a positive response so it is interesting to study. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the discourse of strengthening the harmonization of plural society which is manifested in the attitude of religious tolerance, was born and proclaimed by various parties. Mojorejo Village, Batu City managed to get appreciation from the Batu City government in the form of giving an award as "Village of Awareness of Religious Community Harmony and Village of Peace". This success is a proud achievement, considering that the heterogeneous typology of the people in Mojorejo village is quite high. Methodologically, this research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data collection techniques in this study include: interviews. observation and documentation through the media, archival records. Abstract

Abstract: In this life, you need a leader to lead, guide and manage life because a leader is considered someone who can do these things. Leadership is a classic topic of discussion, but it is still very interesting to study because it determines the continuity of an organization. Leadership is essentially accountability, so a leader must understand the concepts and theories of leadership itself. From this, the purpose of this article research is to understand the concepts and theories of leadership. The type of research used is library research. The data collection technique uses documentation, which is a way to obtain data and information in the form of books and journal documents that can support research. The results of this research study show that the concept of leadership in Islam is identical to the term khalifa which means representative. Besides the caliph is also called Ulil Amri, which means the highest leader in Islamic society. In Islam, a person who becomes a leader must meet six requirements, namely: having strength, trustworthiness, the conscientiousness of conscience, being professional, not taking opportunities, and placing the most suitable and appropriate person. Thus, according to Islam, the ideal leader is fair, trustworthy, fathonah, shiddiq, qona'ah, siyasah, and patient. To be a leader, of course, it is not easy; there must be concepts and theories of leadership that are understood to be able to carry out their duties and have an impact on the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is important to understand the concepts and theories of leadership in life to be able to become a responsible leader and protect its members.

Abstract

Perbincangan tentang pendidikan anak usia dini menjadi sangat penting karena pendidikan bagi anak usia dini sangat menentukan kesuksesan pendidikan anak waktu dewasa. Penelitian ini mengungkap dan menganaisis konsep dan pandangan KH. Mohammad Tholhah Hasan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini dengan melakukan eloborasi konsep tersebut dengan pemikir pendidikan Islam lainnya dengan metode library atau pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep pendidikan anak usia dini dalam pandangan KH. Tholhah Hasan adalah orangtua harus bijak dak arif karena sering kali orantua dihadapkan pada prilaku anak yang berbeda-beda karakter dan sifatnya. Ada tiga cara: pertama, orangtua tidak boleh ikut marah saat menghadapi anak tapi cari tahu mengapa anak marah; Kedua, apabila anak menangis sambil teriak-teiak tidak sampai merusak barang-barang atau menyakiti dirinya, biarkan saja hingga puas asal tidak mengganggu orang lain; Ketiga orang tua tidak perlu berdiskusi dengan anak ketika dia sedang marah atau menjelaskan banyak hal kepadanya. Tholhah mengutip pandangan al-Ghozali bahwa untuk mewujudkan karakter anak yang baik pertama harus ada pewajiban (taklif), dan pembiasaan (ta’wid) dan pewatakan (tathobbu’) sejak dini.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the relationship between social support, psychological well-being, and resilience in disaster-resilient communities. Data collection techniques include the social support scale, the psychological well-being scale (PWBS), and the resilience scale. The study subjects numbered 81 people from Tangguh Bencana villagers who had received disaster mitigation. Data retrieval techniques use incidental sampling methods. The analysis method used is double regression. The results showed that simultaneously there is a relationship between social support and psychological well-being and resilience in the villagers of Tangguh disaster (p = 0.000). While the results of the study partially showed that there is a positive correlation between social support and resilience and a positive correlation between psychological well-being and resilience,. This means that the existence of good social and psychological well-being support contributes to the high resilience of tangguh disaster villagers in the face of difficult situations due to the disaster they face
