Abstract

Bisnis online adalah sebuah fenomina, sebuah kelataan yang hampir menyeluruh dilakukan oleh hamper seluruh lapisan masyarakat, baik pelaku bisnis yang telah profesional maupun bagi mereka yang memiliki waktu luang seperti ibu rumah tangga, karyawan, mahasiswa dan pelajar sebagai pekerjaan sampingan. Ini adalah siklus waktu yang sangat fenominal yang perlu disikapi dengan bijak oleh dunia pendidikan. Bagi pelaku business yang telah professional, mereka menjadikan bisnis online sebagai pekerjaan utama. Bagi para siswa mungkin ini menjadi momentum mengambil kesempatan untuk mengasah jiwa kewirausahaannya. dalam usaha mengurangi angka jobless atau pengangguran di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Ditambah lagi Indonesia telah diprediksi akan mengalami bonus demografi pada tahun 2030-2040, yaitu penduduk dengan usia produktif lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan penduduk non produktif. Disini penulis menemukan dua kecenderungan yang membuat penulis tertarik, pertama banyak orang kecenderungan belanja online, yang kedua kecenderungan orang menjajakan secara online.Dalam menghadapi era digital plus menyiapkan siswa menghadapi zaman bonus demografi tersebut, maka pendidikan harus juga bermertamorfosis bagaimana mengembangkan jiwa entrepreneurship siswa, tentunya melalui pola pembelajaran di dalam kelas, dalam paper ini kami fokuskan pada pembelajaran di era digital dimana pembelajaran ini dikelompokkan menjadi tiga model yaitu: model konvensional face-to-face; model daring dan otomatisasi; serta model blended learning. Dari beberapa model pembelajaran diatas maka model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam digitalisasi pendidikan terutama berkaitan dengan kemampuan memasarkan barang maka model pembelajaran blended learning adalah pembelajaran yang sangat tepat. Dimana model pembelajaran ini memadukan pembelajaran online berbasis web (e-learning) dan pembelajaran face-to-face di kelas atau di laboratorium yang tentunya berbasis android yang dimiliki oleh siswa itu sendiri.

Abstract

Penulisan karya ilmiah ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis konsep nilai-nilai profetik perspektif Kuntowijoyo dengan kerangka filsafat pendidikan, kemudian apa implikasinya bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam, sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah alternatif kriteria bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam di masa depan. Metode penulisannya menggunakan penelitian pustaka (library research), dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dan kritis; metode pengumpulan datanya : metode dokumenter, yaitu mencari data mengenai konsep pemikiran Kuntowijoyo tentang nilai-nilai profetik dalam karya-karya yang dihasilkannya; sedang analisis datanya dengan deduktif, induktif dan kontekstual. centered). Dalam segi pegembangan komponennya adalah, tujuan, materi, strategi dan evaluasi.

Abstract

Students are an important element in education. Successful educational institutions are those who are successful in student recruitment. Educational institutions that are successful in student recruitment are institutions that have succeeded in gaining trust from the community. Madrasah Aliyah Matholiul Huda Jepara as one of the Islamic-style educational institutions has its own challenges in recruiting students. This madrasa is a madrasa that successfully competes with schools and other madrassas in gaining trust from the community which is marked by the success of the student recruitment program. This research attempts to reveal the strategies adopted by Madrasah Aliyah Matholiul Huda Jepara in promoting their institutions. This research is a case study research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews, observation, and documentation in collecting data. data reduction, data display, data verification and triangulation are used for data validity analysis. The findings of this study are divided into two aspects namely the method and media of promotion used. First, Madrasah Aliyah Matholiul Huda applies direct and indirect promotion methods. Second, Madrasah Aliyah Matholiul Huda uses conventional and digital (online) promotional media. This paper provides an alternative solution for madrassas who have backgrounds or problems in the recruitment of students, especially promotion strategies. The conclusion of this paper is that to be successful in recruiting students, madrassas must choose the appropriate method and media in promoting madrassas by paying attention to the SWOT analysis. Abstract

This study discusses the Gerakan Furudul Ainiyah (GEFA) which was conducted in Madrasah of East Java. To value its effectiveness, a comprehensive evaluation of the program and the process of program implementation needs to be conducted, and different evaluations need to be approved. There are several models that can be used to measure the effectiveness of the programs and the implementation processes such as the CIPP model, Stake Countenance, and the others. This study offers a program evaluation model that is the Kirkpatrick model that will evaluate in deeply levels, with four levels namely reaction levels, impact program level, learning change level and outcome level. From those various levels, they are equipped with instruments of assessment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to offer alternative media based on independent learning during the pandemic covid 19. The first objective is to explore information on online network-based media that is widely used in Indonesia as a support for learning; Second, to search a model of self-directed learning theory that has characteristics according to research needs; Third, to provide an overview of the alternative characteristics of online-based learning media offered. The data in this study were taken through google schoolar, semantic scholar, elsevier, researchgate, online seminars via youtube, zoom. The results of this study the most widely used media in Indonesia are Youtube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Classroom. While the theory taken related to self directed learning according to Song and Hill’s, The typology of youtube, facebook, whatsapp, zoom, and google classroom media is found to be opened, closed, open and closed combination for the public. All media have in common can share files in the form of video, word, pdf. Except youtube and zoom. The benefit of Youtube is the flexibility of time and content developed with audio visual, while zooming does not have the flexibility of time, learning can be presented interactively between teachers and students.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 had a major impact on the life of a country. All nations are required to face this era with all the possibilities that exist. Indonesia wants to be able to compete globally, especially in the economic field. Millennial generation is considered capable of making this country more prosperous and advanced with all its characteristics, including santri. Millennial santri actually can also take part in economic growth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, which is increasingly heavy competition. Through the power of MSMEs, santri and pesantren must have enormous potential in the government's big agenda, namely Indonesia 4.0. The potential for developing MSMEs can be felt more quickly if their development is supported by quality human resources and the provision of supporting facilities. Marketing training, working together with e-commerce platforms, internet procurement and supporting electronic devices, as well as network expansion to private companies and SOEs are steps that can be taken to encourage the growth of pesantren MSMEs. Through MSMEs, santri and pesantren are able to improve the country's economy but still uphold Islamic principles.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential and needs of lecturers and students in PAI learning which will be applied with the blended learning strategy. This research is a descriptive research with triangulation method and data sources. Data was collected through preliminary observations, analysis of students condition got from survey results (google form online) to 21 students from 4 faculties and several study programs, and interviews (lecturers and students). As for the data analysis used by adopting models from Miles, Huberman and Saldana, namely with three steps: data reduction, data display and withdrawal of conclusion data. The results of the study state that the potential and needs based on need assessment at IAIN Samarinda are: 1) the blended learning model is indispensable for the current technological development conditions at IAIN Samarinda, and on the achievements of KKNI in implementing learning with ICT, 2) survey results through google online form states that the analysis of student needs for innovative and interesting learning is 100% and student opinions about the learning needs of blended learning at IAIN Samarinda is 81%. 3) the expectations of this assessment need are: a) the blended learning model should have been implemented at university by looking at technological developments, b) the need for a complete module on blended learning (including RPS, learning devices, e-learning and evaluation) so that the implementation can be achieved, c) pedagogical socialization of blended learning to lecturers and students, d) facilities and infrastructure, e) and policies regarding the implementation of blended learning.The implication of this research could be a reference for other researchers to develop blended learning model in higher education.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai 1) implementasi materi pembelajaran PAI berbasis Multikultural 4 sekolah yaitu di SMP atau Mts dan SMA atau MA di Muara Komam, 2) implementasi metode pembelajaran PAI berbasis Multikultural di SMP atau Mts dan SMA atau MA di Muara Komam, dan 3) Upaya yang dilakukan dalam membentuk sikap keberagamaan di SMP atau Mts dan SMA atau MA di Muara Komam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, sedangkan jenis penelitiannya adalah multi situs. Tehnik penelitian yang digunakan meliputi: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisa datanya menggunakan Miles and Huberman dengan tehnik reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dan untuk keabsahan data adalah dengan tehnik triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) materi PAI yang digunakan oleh SMP atau Mts dan SMA atau MA di Muara Komam dalam pendidikan multikultural adalah berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler budaya lokal, 2) metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran PAI berbasis multikultural di SMP atau Mts dan SMA atau MA di Muara Komam adalah dengan berbagai metode sehingga membuat pembelajaran PAI lebih menarik dan menyenangkan serta dapat memupuk sikap keberagamaan, 3) sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan dalam sikap keberagamaan siswa SMP atau Mts dan SMA atau MA adalah sekolah memberikan penguatan melalui pembelajaran PAI untuk memperkuat keyakinan agama Islam dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam dalam kehidupannya, menekankan penghayatan nilai-nilai sosial yang bersumber dari agama Islam dan mendorong sikap toleransi dan saling menghargai antar pemeluk agama yang berbeda, serta kerja sama dalam menyelesaikan persoalan diberbagai aspek kehidupan sebagai bentuk pengamalan ajaran agama Islam, menghargai keragaman agama, budaya, etnis dan bahasa dengan tetap berprinsip pada agama masing-masing, sehingga kualitas keberagamaan tetap terjalin kuat pada masyakarat multikultural.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal findings about the exploration and internalization of religious character values ​​based on local wisdom at MTs Baiturrahman Pamekasan. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach; data mining is done through observation, interviews, and FGDs as well as relevant documents. The research data are then analyzed by organizing, sorting, grouping, coding, and categorizing the data. The results showed that the exploration of religious character values ​​based on local wisdom consisted of three value clusters, spiritual, ukhuwah Islamiyah, and nationality which were then internalized through dluha prayer activities, reading short suras, exemplary, habituation, giving advice, discipline, scouting. sports, traveling tadarus, and learning strategies. The value exploration and internalization process were then constructed into a new model, namely; holistic spiritual model, integrative learning model and religious social model.

Abstract

One of the dimensions of multicultural education is the dimension of Equity Pedagogy or justice and equality in receiving learning. The educational culture of Islamic boarding schools that is centralized to Kyai poses a challenge to how pesantren provide equity education services to students through the learning system in it.
