Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of ASEAN regional legal strategies in combating corporate money laundering through the perspective of international norms harmonization and national regulatory implementation. Using normative juridical methods with descriptive-comparative approach, the study examines anti-money laundering legal frameworks in ASEAN region during 2000-2025 period. Findings indicate that despite significant progress in FATF standards adoption and regional cooperation mechanisms strengthening through MLAT 2004, practical implementation still faces regulatory fragmentation challenges and institutional capacity disparities among member states. Digital transformation has created new complexities in corporate money laundering modus operandi, particularly through financial technology and cryptocurrency requiring AML regional framework adaptation. Regulatory arbitrage and forum shopping become major challenges exploited by multinational corporations to avoid detection. The research recommends developing artificial intelligence-based integrated monitoring systems, harmonizing cross-border enforcement procedures, and strengthening capacity building through continuous standardization programs to enhance corporate money laundering eradication effectiveness in ASEAN region.

Abstract

Pergerakan harga saham di pasar modal sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor makroekonomi, seperti inflasi dan suku bunga. Kedua variabel ini memegang peranan penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan investasi dan kinerja perusahaan, khususnya pada sektor transportasi dan logistik yang vital bagi perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inflasi dan suku bunga terhadap harga saham perusahaan transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2021–2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yang menghasilkan 19 perusahaan sebagai objek penelitian. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan, publikasi BEI, serta data inflasi dan suku bunga yang diterbitkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Uji asumsi klasik dilakukan terlebih dahulu untuk memastikan validitas model, diikuti dengan uji t untuk pengujian pengaruh parsial dan uji F untuk pengujian pengaruh simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan suku bunga tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, inflasi dan suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa inflasi adalah faktor utama yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi di sektor ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor produk (X) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) di minimarket, dengan studi kasus di minimarket Sidotemu, Krian. Keputusan pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh berbagai factor terutama factor – factor yang melekat pada produk itu sendiri meliputi kualitas, harga, merek, desain, kemasan, ketersediaan, layanan, fitur dan inovasi produk. Harga yang kompetitif dan merek yang kuat dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen, sedangkan harga yang terlalu tinggi atau merek yang kurang dikenal dapat menurunkan minat beli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen yang berbelanja di minimarket Sidotemu, Krian. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling, dengan kriteria konsumen yang membeli produk air minum dalam kemasan botol ukuran sedang dan besar.. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari pertanyaan mengenai persepsi harga, citra merek, dan keputusan pembelian untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of social media marketing, brand image, and brand trust on the purchase intention of Wardah products in Cirebon. In today's digital age, social media is a key platform for promoting products and building brand image, while brand trust plays a crucial role in establishing emotional connections with consumers. This quantitative research uses a survey approach to gather data from 97 respondents who have purchased Wardah products in Cirebon. The results indicate that brand image and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while social media marketing does not have a significant influence. Nevertheless, the study provides insights into the importance of strengthening brand image and consumer trust to boost purchase intention, and suggests the need for improvements in social media marketing strategies to create a stronger impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of teacher roles in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum at MAN 4 Jombang, and to identify significant differences between the two. The shift in national curriculum policy requires teachers to adapt professionally, especially in terms of teaching approaches, assessment strategies, and student empowerment. This research employed a quantitative comparative approach using questionnaires distributed to 37 students of Class X MIA 3 and structured interviews with teachers. Validity, reliability, normality, and homogeneity tests were conducted to ensure data feasibility. The data were then analyzed using an independent sample t-test with SPSS version 22. The results show a significant difference in students’ perceptions of teacher roles between the two curricula (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Teachers under the Merdeka Curriculum tend to act more as facilitators and flexible learning guides, while under the 2013 Curriculum, teachers assume a more structured and directive role. These findings indicate a paradigm shift in education that demands teachers to be more adaptive, reflective, and innovative in facilitating the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work competence on employee performance with the mediation of adaptability at Perum BULOG Cirebon and Indramayu Branch Offices. A quantitative approach was used with simple and multiple linear regression methods, and Sobel test for mediation testing. The results of the study show that work competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.. Additionally, work competence also positively influences adaptability, which in turn significantly impacts employee performance. Adaptability was found to mediate the effect of work competence on performance, indicating that employees with high adaptability can optimize their competencies to achieve better performance. This finding contributes to the development of human resource management, particularly in improving performance through effective competency and adaptability development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and practicality of using a pneumatic valve spring remover Special Service Tool (SST) in the valve seal replacement process without removing the cylinder head, and to compare it with the conventional method. The experiment involved two groups: the experimental group using the pneumatic SST and the control group using the conventional method. The results showed that the pneumatic SST reduced the work time by 31.9%, from 433.78 minutes to 295.33 minutes. Additionally, the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) revealed excellent scores for system usefulness (1.35), information quality (1.96), interface quality (1.74), and overall satisfaction (1.66), indicating that the pneumatic SST is not only time-effective but also practical and comfortable to use. Based on these results, the pneumatic SST is recommended as an efficient and easy-to-operate tool for vehicle maintenance in workshops.

Abstract

Saat ini, implementasi Teknologi Informasi di Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram telah dijalankan, beberapa bagian unit kerja sudah memanfaatkan teknolo-gi informasi dalam proses bisnisnya, namun terdapat beberapa kendala yang mengganggu dalam proses bisnisnya. Sebagai contoh, di beberapa unit kerja di Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) kekurangan sumber daya manusia untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan sistem dan teknologi informasi dan unit kerjanya, selain itu pada saat pergantian jabatan atau per-pindahan lokasi kerja seringkali menyebabkan kosongnya posisi personil yang mengelola aplikasi SIPANTES. Dari permasalahan itu penelitian ini menggunakan Framework Cobit 5.0 dengan menggunakan Domain Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM) dan Deliver, Service and Support (DSS). Pemilihan domain pada tata kelola teknologi informasi berdasarkan kebutuhan organisasi saat ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram, Pendamping PKH, dan Pendamping Sosial Masyarakat yang berjumlah 106 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Pada domain EDM01 mendapatkan nilai akhir sebesar 0,82 yang dimana pengaturan dan pemeliharaan kerangka tata kelola pada Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram sudah terbilang baik, Pada domain EDM04 mendapatkan nilai akhir sebesar 1,01 yang dimana pengoptimalan sumber daya pada Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram sudah terbilang baik, Pada domain EDM05 mendapatkan nilai akhir sebesar 1,01 yang dimana transparansi pemangku kepentingan pada Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram sudah terbilang baik, Pada domain DSS03 mendapatkan nilai akhir sebesar 0.94 yang dimana pengelolaan permasalahan pada Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram sudah terbilang baik, dan Pada domain DSS05 mendapatkan nilai akhir sebesar 1,02 yang dimana pengelolaan layanan keamanan pada Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram sudah terbilang cukup baik.

Abstract

Law and society have a dynamic relationship that influences each other. This research aims to analyze the interaction between law and social norms, as well as the challenges faced in the context of a pluralistic Indonesian society. The method used is a literature review with a legal sociology approach. The findings show that laws are often not in line with local cultural values, resulting in societal non-compliance with positive legal norms. In addition, technological developments and globalization exacerbate these inconsistencies, creating a need for more responsive and inclusive regulation. The implications of this study show the importance of community participation in the law-making process and the need for regulatory reforms that are adaptive to social and technological developments. Thus, the law is expected to function as an effective instrument of justice and social order.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of village officials, with work motivation as the intervening variable in Sempu District. This study used a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. The population in this study was all village officials in seven villages within Sempu District. The results indicate that leadership and work discipline have a significant influence on work motivation and performance. Furthermore, work motivation proved to be an intervening variable, strengthening the relationship between the independent variables and official performance. These findings suggest that improving the quality of leadership and work discipline can encourage more optimal performance of village officials.
